3 words. Bring a jacket. I've never had a problem with the staff or drinks but even when it is 30 degrees outside they ALWAYS have the AC on blasting. I am in no way sensitive to the cold, but holy balls it's gotten to a point where I can't stand being in there. Their WIFI is fast though.

The worst. Store layout is bad because seating is on one end where cashier is and milk and cream are all the way in back of the store. I've been there several times in the past few weeks and they are selling rotten bananas. They're also not very friendly considering how friends people in southern md usually are.

Sunday morning: no bagels. Give me a break! How do you run out of something as basic as bagels?

This is a great Starbucks I have never had any problems I get what I asked for and have never had a drink they didn't taste good I would recommend the staff is nice the people are nice the place is always pretty clean therefore I give them four stars only problem is they can be kind of slow when they have a rush of people coming other than that I don't mind the wait

I usually opt to go to this Starbucks because it's closest to me. They are so slow compared to other Starbucks, and 9 times out of 10 my drink never taste right. I don't even bother to say anything because it doesn't get corrected. Customer service is also not that great (attitudes). We now just drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one in Prince Frederick. They blow this one out of the water. Worth the extra drive. I do wish their mistakes could some how get corrected though, so we could enjoy this Starbucks location more. Sigh.

Yes, it's Starbucks. It's also a very busy location to boot. My only gripe is the pick up counters location in proximity to the cashier / tables / walkway. Outside of that little annoyance the customer service is friendly and quick. 4 stars.

I really like this location because there is outside seating that is not right next to parking. You can enjoy sitting outside without traffic getting on your nerves. Moreover, the baristas do a really good job making the drinks. This Starbucks is inside the shopping plaza directly across from the Giant.

This is a pretty standard Starbucks, with friendly and competent baristas. I agree with another commenter's gripe about the layout - the pickup area gets pretty crowded, but they do their best and everyone's pretty understanding.

What can you say ... it's a Starbucks.

I love Starbucks...problem with this one is all the baristas ring up your order differently. I was told if you substitute a syrup for another flavor, there was no charge - some will argue with you and go so far as to get a manager to tell them that, Yep, if it is a substitution and not an EXTRA syrup there is no charge. Usually always friendly customer service though if you are getting a "normal" drink!

Okay, this story says it all. I looked forward to my nonfat, cafe latte extra hot, decaf, nonfat Starbucks drink ALL Day. So, mid afternoon, I got my coffee, went to the Jeep, put it on top of the roof, and just about the time I was pulling off with my trusty sidekick, Riley Rover, at my side, a woman started jumping up and down and pointing and motioning to me. I figured as a Realtor with RE/MAX tags and balloons and license tags all over the Jeep, she must really have needed to buy or sell a house. Until Riley Rover and I saw the coffee pouring down. They had my drink made by the time I walked in to explain. The drink was on the Jeep and also on the House. I love the Dunkirk MD Starbucks!
