I've never had a problem here. Good food, fast service and the staff has always been friendly with me. Never have gotten delivery, my experience is limited to pick up only so far. Some day soon I may give delivery a shot.

My boyfriend and I have never had a problem with our orders. A lot of the wings are really good. The salads are huge, we can split one with some veggie pizza and not feel fat. The cheesesteaks are not that great - Canton deli has the most delicious I've tried - and I'm not a fan of the fries. Delivery is usually very fast. The drivers are courteous. I was inside one day in July and it was super hot - the owner gave me a bottle of water for free.

This place has awful service. They will answer and put you on hokd 10 times, and put u on hokd while mid sentence. So rude. Took me 30mns of back n forth crap to get 4 pizzas ordered to work. Once me and a friend ordered a pizza from them, never got it!!! Called them and they said sorry but were already closed. What about our pizza we ordered 30mns ago, they said too bad were closed and hung up. Plz beware!!!

I have eaten here a few times, and EVERY time I call to place my order, I get a snotty, rude female that rushes me through my order, and this time I got the wrong thing... I told her I wanted grilled chicken salad with ranch - food came I get a Grilled chicken ceaser salad with ranch dressing on the side. On top of it, the lettuce was brown and slimey. My husband ordered a BLT and the tomatoes were green, and he picked them off of his sandwich. I don't expect delivery food to be perfect, my expectations are not too high, but you can at least be pleasant when taking orders (I am a paying customer), don't act like I am inconveniencing you by placing my delivery order. If you do act like that, the least you can do is get the order correct!!!!!! The food is not worth the money. The only positive that I have about this place is that the delivery driver is friendly. There is WAY to many other pizza/sub joins in this area to put up with poor service and poor food...... The menu is big because they have the cheapest food that they throw together.....

Love this place. When u get delivery, the food arrives super quick. They messed an order up a few times which they were more than happy to fix. The delivery drivers are friendly too. I once was a dollar short, due to my own stupidity, and the driver told me not to worry about it.

Pizza tasted like it had some type of chemical or a plastic taste to it. Poppers were freezer burnt. Waste of money!

I can agree with the first poster about the super fast delivery..makes you wonder how can things be THAT fast.. I had medium size order and still had it delivered under 30 minutes. However I will NEVER order from this place or recommend it to anyone. The quality of everything in the order was well below acceptable good standards and if it wasn't for me being pretty hungry I would have not eaten anything..and I wish now I hadn't. I can not 100% blame this food for me being sick within 7 hours of eating it. I will say I have had food poisoning before and this was eerily similar. The leftovers are going in the trash and I am warning anyone I know, and don't know to stay away from this place.

I came here for the first time in years because their pizza made me sick multiple times.... I should have known better but I wanted to try their wings and I had an eat24 coupon so I got a sub as well. Too bad they got my entire order wrong and its too late at night to go back.... I ordered a cheese steak sub with provolone and paid extra to make it a wrap instead... I got a regular sub and not a wrap and also got american cheese. I also ordered regular wings and instead received boneless... This is not at all what I wanted and I am quite upset...

Ok so my family has had Royal Pizza a few times but this is the first time I've remembered to submit a review. Anywho, the boy friend and I decided to have a few drinks after a long hard week of work and was starving!! We called Royal Pizza two mins before they closed (kind of a jerk move for us) and they took our order. The food came fast and was super fresh. The pizza, OHMERGERD was amazing!!!! Best I've had. I love this place!!

Not terrible, but I was disappointed. The thin crust wasn't particularly thin, and the wings were crazy greasy. Service was quick and friendly, and they did surprise me with free fries.

I will admit ... not the best I've ever had. BUT!! Delivery is super fast. They have a crazy selection. The drivers are really nice guys. AND THEY ARE OPEN LATER THAN ANYBODY ELSE. The wings are also pretty damn good. Try the old bay style. All in all that's a lot of positives for a place I hear people knock on repeatedly. Stop the hate people of Dundalk ... show Royal some LOVE
