Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I order delivery from here so often. Once I ordered as take out and the lady called to make sure it wasn't a mistake and that I actually wanted it delivered. Love their pork drunken noodles! I always get them extra spicy. I've had their Singapore noodles and they were awesome as well.

This is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. They actually cook their food instead of microwaving it like Oriental Wok does on Merritt Ave. I've ordered twice from here and so far so good, the food is good and the customer service is decent. No real issues with this place as of yet.

Because 1 star is the lowest I can rate.... I usually go here, the food is decent for American Chinese food... Too bad the staff is horrendous... On Sunday I placed an online order at 9:45 and got a confirmation email stating that the order was received at 9:49... It said my order was to be ready at 10:14 and I was going to pick it up. I arrived at the store a minute or two before 10 pm and it was dark... I didn't get a phone call or anything alerting me that my food was not going to be prepared or that my order would be ignored... I planned to tip pretty well even though I ordered carry out because of how late it was when I placed my order.... So needless to say I didn't get my dinner... I called the store the next day and the woman on the phone attempted to argue with me. Claiming that the order didn't ARRIVE until 10:14 and no one was there.... That's almost a half hour discrepency from the time the order was placed and that makes no sense and is pretty coincidental that the order was RECEIVED at the exact time it was quoted to be READY TO PICK UP... The woman ran me in circles and tried to say she called me the next day (she did but I don't answer random numbers and she left no voice mail so I had no idea) and that "no one was there" when the order came in which is an obvious lie she then hung up on me in the middle of conversation (note I was not being rude I just wanted an explanation and/or resolution and instead I got a woman telling me it was my fault for using resources given to me from the restaurant, clearly I should have known better) I called back after being so rudely hung up on to which the woman said she didn't hang up on me (I heard the click, she very clearly had cause my phone was still connected a little after the click so it wasn't a loss on my end) I then spoke to another person in the store who tried to pull the same thing while saying "you can speak to the owner I'm just an employee" but then when I asked to do so he argued with me about that as well and said I couldn't speak to the owner... Eventually he gave me a number to call for the owner... I called the owner up, he was kind and he went out of his way to go to the store to find out what was going on... I got a text with an image of part of the order (which I will attach) and eventually I just gave up because he made it seem that the order indeed did arrive late and said he would call the people who run the restaurant's website... I looked at my email confirmation today because I decided oh well I mind as well just get my food today since I didn't get it the other night and the issue had been resolved... That was when I realized why the owner cropped the image he sent me.. It was identical to my email.... And he cropped to show the time it should have been picked up but tried to make it look like the time it was recieved... All in all I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional time dealing with this place and being lied to.... I definitely don't recommend it if you want to deal with honest people who actually care about customers... Or want to get your food on time or at all...

Our family placed a huge order of almost $100 dollars for pick up on Friday night. It took forever for someone to pick up the phone, but when they did we were informed they were incredibly busy and they apologized. Over the phone we had to listen to staff laughing and carrying on conversations before they took our order. That is my only complaint in this review. The food was fresh, and everything tasted very good. It was your typical Chinese/Thai - American food. The huge order was ready in 45 minutes, and nothing was missing. Thank you Everspring.

I'm not happy with this Chinese restaurant. I ordered dinner this evening through their online site. While delivery was fast, I placed a 17.00 order online. They charged me 18.01, and when I questioned the extra dollar, they told me it was okay. Ummm... no it's not okay. Yeah, it's only a dollar, but I expected to pay one thing and was charged another. I don't recommend ordering online with a credit card. They seem like scammers and truthfully the food was not very good.

After the Asian Diner in Dundalk closed down I started ordering chinese food for me and my girlfriend from Everspring. The spicy shrimp is really good and so is the General Tso, although I wished they would make Black Pepper Chicken. The best thing on the menu at Everspring is the Crab Rangoon! I would recommend this restaurant out of the others in the area.

Do not waste your time. This place is terrible for delivery. I have never been so embarrassed. Still waiting on my food. Like I said do not waste your time!

Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen. What makes one better than another has a lot to do with service. When I placed my online order, I was quoted a price that included a delivery fee. No problem. But when the driver arrived the total was $2 more than the quote. It's not about $2. My problem is that it's dishonest. I'm just relieved I didn't give these people my credit card info. I'll be taking by business elsewhere.
