I couldn't tell if this was a Starbucks, or Studio 54. Late 70s R&B was BLARING...so loud, that customers had to shout to the employees to communicate their order. Worse still, they operated the music like a college kid at a party, constantly skipping to the next song right in the middle of another. Super annoying. I never thought I'd experience ear trauma from a coffee shop, but I guess anything is possible in District Heights.

At the corner of the busy intersection, this Starbucks are always full of self-employed or students during the day where people go to work in a 9-5 structured. I did my treat back here - no hassle.

This is actually one of the better run Starbucks in the vicinity. The only problem I had is that I went in the evening and the guy didn't know the promotion going on. First he said it was only one particular drink (even though the poster said otherwise). Then he told me the promotion stopped ten minutes ago. This prompted my drink change which irritated the Barista making the drink.

I like this starbucks because it's not in a central location so it's usually room to sit and not real busy. Staff is friendly and service is fast. I went on a Tuesday evening one time and apparently it was chess night. I guess that's cool, depending on what kind of mood you're in. Only con is, it closes too early I think 8:30 or 9:00.

This is a classy stop, for a coffee shop! If you are headed out of town in the SE direction towards the beltway, be sure to stop on Pennsylvania Avenue at Donnell drive. you can get your morning Joe and other goodies for the ride. Spend a minute relaxing in the comfy chairs. Enjoy the friendly staff. The other customers are nice too. If you don't need coffee, they also have a nice selection of other tempting treats.

This is another hidden gem I've never had any problems coming to the Starbucks there is a bald guy who makes the drinks with an accent and he is awesome he remembers me and my name and is always very talkative and friendly this is my kind of place the staff for the most part it's friendly as welland their main goal is to make sure you are happy so a lot of the time they are preoccupied with making sure your order is 100% correct and that is alright with me this is a great Starbucks I could go broke coming here often it's a good thing I moved out of the area although I do come through every now and then

This was a nicely located Starbucks. It's in a large strip mall, so there was plenty of parking. The staff was nice, the space was clean. The service was good, even with only one barista handling the front area for a few minutes. And there was plenty of seating. This was my first time there; I would definitely return.

I am a die-hard Starbucks fan & was so happy to find this location. The staff is "so-so", they aren't too quick on ordering or making your beverage. However, it does seem like the "hang out" spot for regulars - think "Cheers" - because the employees were chatting it up with several customers. I'm pleased that this location offers actual food, outside of the breakfast sandwiches & breads/pastries. They have the paninis, fruit bento boxes, & salads. While here, I got a vent skinny caramel macchiato & one of the ham & swiss cheese paninis. They warmed it up for me while I waited on my coffee. My coffee was perfect & the panini was delicious! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical of the panini, but I am glad I gave it a chance. The shop was clean & it pretty decent sized. Of course, they offer free wi-fi for customers.

Very nice experience. It was very relaxed. There weren't too many people so it was easy finding a seat. The people were nice. My drink tasted great.

Eh, this Starbucks is cool because its pretty close to me and normally pretty good. I would go here for the standard basic drink items. But if you get anything customized (even partially), don't expect them to get it right the first time... or second... or third... But overall, the drinks are okay, just try not to go when when the barista's in a bad mood. :)
