Like the other review, i have a realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly hard time giving a starbucks a 5 star review; however, when i walked out of this one i had to look back at the sign because i couldn't believe i had just walked out of a Starbucks! I was greeted when i came in, the employees were super friendly, the barista who made my coffee was incredibly friendly and asked how my weekend had been, and they said have a nice day on the way out. Well done Starbucks team off of Snowden--keep it up!

This one always aces my drink order and it has very good seating space to relax in if you have an hour to burn.

Had a date here with my 5yr old daughter. She still talks about what a great time she had. Good atmosphere and friendly staff.

A great Starbucks. On a corner with big windows and lots of light. Very friendly and fun staff too.

Can't really say anything about the coffee that would be different than all the other Starbucks, but, unlike other coffee houses in the area, this place gets loud. It's not the right one if you need to study, think, or read. Not sure if it's the acoustics, but even 1/4 full, the conversations reverberate. Great for grabbing a cup and being on your way, but not for lingering.

I'm holding back a star on principle--Starbucks is a chain (*the* chain?), after all, and I always prefer to support the mom-n-pop places. Global omnipresence notwithstanding, this is a very good Starbucks. The staff and baristas are effecient, professional, fast and friendly. Truth be told, I don't work them very hard. My typical order is a large coffee. If I'm feeling wild, a double-espresso. No half-caff semi-foam skinny-whip mocha cholotatayaya for me. But still, simple as my orders are, they serve it up with a smile!

I frequent this Starbucks to do work and study in, as well as to hang out with my friends on the weekends when I am home. It is a small, cozy shop with friendly staff, and though we sometimes have to move to another location because there are not enough seats available, when there are available seats, we could sit there for hours with a few cups of coffee and a donut or popcorn, and we do not get harassed to leave. I often see teachers grading, and college students studying for exams here. I feel very comfortable doing work here, and have no problems going up to the baristas and ordering seconds or thirds of whatever drinks I feel in the mood for.

Tiny but gets the job done. A great place with a decent number of seats(around 6 tables?) and a few outlets for laptops. I come here when I need to get out of the house when I come back home to Columbia.

Their quality of coffees are same as other Starbucks shop, But what makes a difference at each franchise location is service! This place service wise doesn't deserve more than two stars, I never experience a friendly service here! So this is base on my several visits to this place!

Very good service overall. The best 'bucks in HoCo by a mile. Staff friendly and the quality is very consistent (I drink black coffee and iced unsweetened coffee in summer). On the rare occasions when the coffee is off (at night sometimes), They are very gracious about making a new pot for me. The wifi signal is good too. The only thing to complain about (which I guess is out of local control) is that there are 2 restrooms, each single-use only -- so why can't they both be unisex?

I've been here a few times. The service is always fast and the employees polite. Which doesn't happen at every Starbucks. The location is smaller shoule be patient if it does get busy. I'm not a coffee drinker (whhhhhhhhat, lol)...I just go for the tea and hot chocolatessss. Stop in some time if you're in the area.

My little coffee house while I'm in Columbia. The staff is great here. Friendly, efficient and professional. I love stopping into this store because I know they will make me a great latte. Sometimes when I stop by the lines are long and I think, "oh, no". But they know how to move the line along here. I can't wait to stop in again soon.

This is a great little Starbucks. The service is always fast and friendly. The only complaint is there aren't a lot of seats, and some of the tables are awkwardly placed-a couple of them are behind a half wall right to the left of the main entrance. When you sit here you feel like you're being hidden away from everyone else.

Friendly service they are great very welcoming only issue can be parking it can be stressful because of next door pizza place on the evening. Will make it my regular go-to Starbucks in the morning!
