Ok. So my family and I absolutely LOVE Ruby Tuesday! We eat at this restaurant whenever we can. This specific Ruby Tuesday however was dreadful (to be kind). The host was short and lifeless. We sat at our table 8 minutes before we were so much as glanced at. The salad bar was a mess; unclean; under stocked. As for the waitress: She blamed the kitchen for her slowness (although there were only 5-6 tables sat), she didn't know the menu, she had to be directly asked to clear our table....very poor (granted I think it was her first week, someone also left a remark about this girl). As for the food, this goes to Ruby Tuesday corporate: You need to contact this location and inquire about the food they are preparing. This is not Ruby Tuesday food. I have eaten at locations in NJ, NC and TN... I have never had food from RT taste this disgusting. Cold sides, poorly seasoned steak and crudely prepared deserts. Word to passers-through: There is a Bartucci's next store...save yourself the trouble and go there.

Come for the drinks, stay for the salad bar. The all day every day $5 premium cocktails is a great perk. I ordered the skinny girl mojito, but it looked better than it tasted. I should have stuck with the Ruby Runner or another fruity cocktail. We ordered the salad bar in replacement of one of our two sides ($2 upcharge) and it was well worth it. All items were fresh and immediately restocked after we made our way through. Kudos to the salad bar attendant. Our served meals were less than average. My New Orleans Seafood was spicer than usual and I enjoyed the roasted spaghetti squash more than the main course. My boyfriend's steak was very bland, something we could have slapped on the grill ourselves at home. If you're looking for a decent salad bar, then this is your place. Otherwise, you can find better chain food at a TGIFridays or Applebees.

Garden bar was too sloppy as we scoped it on the way to our seats. Customer was getting refunds at the table next to us as we sat down. Cleaning was in progress with a large lump of scrap food and debris swept next to our table. Mostly sure every non meat option has been removed from the menu. No veggie burgers. No zucchini sliders. We left. Good bye Ruby Tuesday.

We walked in and was seated well first all thr tables around the one we seated at were disgusting and unbusted. When we sat down the lady still had to wipe our table down which was still dirty so I did it myself. After that our drinks came out in dirty glasses. So after that we got up and left

Just to give you an update about this Ruby Tuesday at Columbia, I had the new burger in soft pretzel buns which is pretty good. Still never like how RT makes its own garlic biscuits which can beat Red Lobster's goody biscuits. But this is the location that offers some discount for some people who knows about it.

Why would I expect anything better or quality... When your hungry and need something quick it's appealing. Seafood, chicken, salad, everything was terrible. $80 dollar meal and the only good thing was the waiters customer service.

Upon entering, hostess doesn't even greet you or smile. Just "How many?" After being seated we ordered our drinks and then our meals. The salad bar contained really mushy ham and the most watery ranch dressing I've seen. Other items were fresh and tasted great. I had ordered the Coastal Trio containing lobster tail, shrimp, and Creole spiced tilapia. Everything tasted as it had freezer burn. The shrimp were very overcooked as well as the fish being slightly dry. Waitress was pleasant although kind of inattentive. Probably won't return until I go back south where RT's does it right.

This is a very important detail that I wanted to ensure I captured - upon walking into the restaurant, the hubby and I were smacked with an atrocious smell, emanating from the left side of the restaurant. Someone PLEASE clean the carpet in your restaurant. I nearly walked right on out, but my hubby looked at me with his pleading eyes and well, you know how that goes. So, we decided to sit on the right side of the restaurant, where the odor wasn't nearly as bad. I ordered the chicken tenders meal, accompanied with a side of broccoli and grilled asparagus. My hubby nearly copied my meal, cept for he got fries and no veggies. Our waiter, CJ, was friendly and efficient. The chicken tenders were moist and cooked perfectly, with a crunchy outer coating. The coating needed just a bit more flavor, in my opinion - though it was still good. The broccoli was fresh, as was the grilled asparagus - though, I would have preferred it to arrive with my meal, instead of half way through it. Oh, and I forgot to mention the little biscuits that came to the table, prior to our entrees. Dusted with a touch of salt, fluffy on the inside, with corn and parsley - could have used a bit of jam, but they were hot and good. These incidentals can easily be fixed, though I do suggest this restaurant invest in either new carpeting or get it steam cleaned. As for the hostess who seated us, she did look at us weirdly when we left to go to the other side of the restaurant. There's importance in the host/hostess, for they can set the tone for a customer's experience from the get go. So get going and teach her how to greet customers the right way, she might just reward you with a repeat clientele.

I will say that Ruby Tuesday is being left in the dust by so many other chains in the same realm such as Chili's, Applebees, and TGIFridays. The food is way off the mark for taste and overpriced. I wish I could just say it was just this restaurant but this is not the first time I have been underwhelmed by this chain. You can look at my review from a Ruby Tuesday in Georgia. I went there after getting off of work early with some coworkers. A friend ordered the southern style chicken strips and they were well overcooked. I had the broccoli cheddar soup and it tasted as if the broccoli was added as an after thought thrown in from the salad bar. All in all I would not suggest this chain to anyone anymore. There needs to be improvements on food preparation and even cleanliness. The tables were not completely wiped down as I believe they think out of sight out of mind when it comes to cleanliness. Please refer to the pictures to get a better understanding of what I am referring to.

I should have trusted the overall reviews before even entering. I had nearly a 10 minute-wait after being seated, when they weren't very busy, before I even saw a server. She walked past with an "is he ready to order" look so I made sure my menu was down. Some minutes later the table across from me was seated and she immediately took their drink orders. When she walked away without even acknowledging me, I left. That's no way to treat a hungry customer, and they definitely have competition.

Sunday afternoon. Walked in and I had to greet the host who have absolutely no eye contact. Our waitress Brandy was sweet but forgetful. Party of three. Sat at a dirty table and was given 2sets of dirty utensils. One set that had hair on it. Brandy then comments how gross. Didn't offer to change our table or clean it. We were too tired to leave at this point. But loved that brandy told us sometime they clean the table and sometimes they don't. We had to ask for the free rolls. Was told there were none and they were in the oven. However the table seated after us with also three people were In the middle of eating theirs. We asked for water three times and received it with our check. She kept forgetting it. Then only brought one glass. I guess the rest of us were not thirsty. Then we can hear commentary from the table behind received their check with a kiss print from brandy on the receipt......I'm still here posting...do I want dessert??? Ummmm absolutely not. Food was good, a lil overpriced, but service was awful. This is why I don't like Ruby Tuesday. I guess I have to tell my waitress she has nice lips to get good service.

We happened to be starving while driving back from Arundel Mills and happened to stop by this Ruby Tuesday. I looked up this place before we drove up and saw it only had 2 1/2 stars so I wasn't really expecting much. We walked in and get seated within 30 seconds, it was about 7ish on Sunday night. We sat down and our waitress comes by and says "I haven't wiped this table down", uh ok? She comes back and wipes the table down after we sat down -ok totally not her fault. We ordered the queso & chips which was not bad at all. It was a little bit spicy and the chips were not stale which is good! We ordered shrimp paramsan shrimp and steak with broccoli and mash potatoes. Overall we had a ok experience. I don't know if I would pay that price for the quality of the food but meh.

What can I say? It's a chain restaurant and I knew what I was getting into, but I was hoping for a bit better than this. I visited this location with a friend at 7 p.m. tonight. Despite the fact that it was New Year's Eve, the place was dead. We both ordered a burger entree and the salad bar. Drink refills were non-existent (even water) and my meal came out wrong the first time (turkey burger instead of beef). The musty fries told stories about every other food that had visited the fryer before them. Most of the lettuce on the salad bar was frozen solid. The most amusing part of the evening was when the jeans-clad hostess (not the server) brought us the cup of mayo that we requested. She had a cup of sour cream in her other hand. She offered us both and said, "I have no idea which is the mayo." Ooookay . . . I won't be back.

I would like to give it zero stars but I can't the service was great in the beginning above and beyond I don't know what happened at the end when I complained about my dessert that was half frozen and half warm the manager never came over to speak to us even though we asked them to as were walking out to saying bye to us and I explain to him what happened he just followed me out a lock the door behind I spent about $200 that day at that restaurant I will never ever go back their again and I will spread the word to other people not to go there and I have a lot of friends in the area

We had a good experience here again. Food was pretty solid and the salad bar was nice and full. Service was OK too. I had a burger that was very well cooked and juicy. But, the most surprising thing here was their chicken fingers from the kids' menu. IT WAS REALLY GOOD!! I'm not sure if it was a fluke, but they were really unbelievably moist and flavorful. My sons loved them, as did my wife and myself. It was a surprisingly good experience.

Love eating here. Always have a nice waiter or waitress. Salad bar is awesome, looks and tastes good! Recommend the Thai shrimp, little spicy but yummy!! One of our favorite places to go for a weekend lunch with the family.

Ok I just went here to grab something quick with my goddaughters and friend. We were quickly sat but that wasn't the problem. To start things off the waiter came over didn't introduce himself or nothing. Mind you now me and my best friend are waiters also so we really no the ropes. Not to put the man on the spot but he obviously hates his job. So my bestie is on this specialty diet inspired by her personal trainer. As she was explaining what she can and can't have in the salmon salad he's listening bit not writing anything down. Comes back with drinks brings the wrong drinks out. Forgot the lemons forgot the refills. Food comes now everything that she said she can't have in directly in her salad. We were over we quickly ate and got out of dodge. To the general managers when your establishment isn't busy during the weekday your servers shouldn't be making rookie mistakes such as these. I mean come on man you had one table seriously he needs retraining.

Service was slow considering the place was maybe at 50% capacity. The food was served hot and the flavors were ok. It's a Ruby Tuesday, not a whole lot to write about.

Ehhh. Ruby tuesdays is alright. Not the best in my opinion but not bad for a lunch stop. Their salad bar has many options, and their queso and chips, marinara spaghetti, and artichoke dip is pretty good, but besides that, not tooo many entre options for a vegetarian.

Food was great. Service was excellent. Way better experience than any Ruby's I have been before.

I had 2 different waiters walk past my table numerous times, over a 10 minute period and not serve me. Waiting tables 101, if someone looks like they need service, then ask them. The place wasn't even busy. One waitress even said she would be with me in a moment and then proceeded to clear tables. What were they thinking? I travel a lot and eat at Ruby Tuesday in different cities. This one wins the award for worst service. I can't comment on the food, I left and took my business elsewhere.

I've never been a big fan of any Ruby Tuesday restaurant... I guess the food is ok, although I've only ever really liked their salad bar. I had a Turkey burger here that was NOT GOOD... I'd choose a different restaurant if I were you.

When my wife and I first started dating we would often go to the Ruby Tuesday on Wisconsin Ave in Washington, DC, so I have a soft spot for the chain. Needless to say, few have matched that quality of that store. While this location does not, it is not bad either. We were at this location for lunch today. We were seated promptly and the waitress attended to us quickly. The shrimp fondue was excellent. While my buffalo chicken sandwich was good, it did have mayo which was not listed on the menu. The only problem was that once we have the waitress our card, she took a surprisingly long time to actually run it through. In all, not bad.

I went to Ruby Tuesday for lunch with a craving for steak. I decided to get the Cowboy Sirloin with zuchinni and snap peas as sides. Also, I got the salad bar as an appetizer, which ended up saving my lunch. I ordered the steak "medium" but it came out pretty well done. Some people might like steak chewing gum, but not this guy. The side veggies were not very appealing either. Thankfully, I had gotten the salad bar and I subbed it in on the fly to play the role of main course, like a G6. Ruby Tuesdays continues to be the gold standard for subpar "American Cuisine" and I don't know why I ever expect more than that.

The service here is fine, but the food is not great. If you are really craving some RT, your better bet is to go to the one in Clarksville. I've never had a burger here that wasn't dried up, so I usually just fill up on the salad bar, which is usually well stocked.

I went here on a relatively quiet Saturday night. Bertucci's was packed and so we said why not go to Ruby Tuesday's instead. We walked in and immediately people were complaining that the hostess wasn't seating them fast enough and that they had already been waiting quite awhile. Great I thought. Apparently there was some frustration with the way she was taking names down on the list? We were told about 15 minutes for two and I don't think we waited more than 10 minutes. But from the time we ordered our entrees to the time we actually got our food, it took 40 minutes. A little excessive for an order of a top sirloin and a seafood medley entree (lobster, crab cake, shrimp). Our waitress really tried hard and whenever she serviced us she was a hustler...she took care of whatever our request was (silverware please? another drink, etc). But otherwise she was absent for way too long. Never came by to ask how our entree was, just eventually came by to ask if we saved room for dessert and gave us the check. Again, when we really needed her it was obvious she really worked hard. But otherwise, she just wasn't around. Apparently we weren't alone with the absent waitress experience, as the table next to us really got quite upset that their waitress (different from ours) was also MIA for way too long, and they really had to leave and still needed to pay for their meal. The woman had to actually get up and walk up to the waiters/waitresses at the kiosk to say she had to pay and leave. The waitress eventually came and apologized up and down and quickly took care of them, but it just cemented in the less than attentive waiting staff experience we saw as well. I hate be the "complainer" and believe me I never make a scene at restaurants (so tacky). But I'll be very hesitant to return to this Ruby Tuesday's. I think I'll stick to Houlihan's.

Went to this restaurant my mom. We have a coupon deal. The food is good. I love their salad all while you wait for your food. yummy! This place is fancy and the staff is friendly.

It's your typical Ruby Tuesday's, so nothing special about this place. Our server ended up having a trainee with (I think her name was Missy) and she paid more attention to us and knew more about the menu than the actual server did. We ordered the spinach dip appetizer but were brought guacamole dip instead. Good thing Missy could tell the difference between the 2 and got us our spinach dip. Plus one star for her service. I only wish she would have gotten the tip for service instead.

The manager watched me as I wiped the high chair of a soda stain with a paper towel that grabbed from the bathroom. He didn't come over to inquire if there was an issue. We were also put in the back of an otherwise empty restaurant away from the windows. Needless to say, we wont' be back. Food was subpar as well.

Ruby Tuesday is a chain... and most chains rate about a 3 star review... though since Ruby's has update their menu recently certain branches may be creeping up into 4 star territory (the BBQ chicken is kind of rocking). Sadly, this establishment on two different visits doesn't quite live up to the newfound quality the other Ruby's are experiencing. It's unfortunate too. Service is good, but food quality is just not there. A good example - I ordered chicken tenders and one of the tenders was not cooked all the way through. Yes. Uncooked fried chicken. Want to get sick? That's a damn good way to do so... not to mention the taste of uncooked chicken is... well... horrid. I'll not be graphic. So yes, try other Ruby's, but if you eat here double check your food prep before biting in. Note that the meals for all those at the table were lackluster during my visits, so this wasn't a one dish disaster (which is forgivable).

Not up to par. We waited a while and then were seated in the tables around the bar. It took quite some time before our order was taken. Food came out in reasonable time but steak was overcooked. We had to flag down a passing server for silverware and it took a while to get drink refills. From the looks of it they were having servers from other sections pick up tables in the bar area. But it doesn't work if they're already in the weeds. Not up to par - I've come to expect better of RT. I usually go to the Rockville one.

Worst experience that i have had at this location. Food quality has declined. Our waitress barely got us one refill of drinks while we saw another waitress at leaset five or six times. We had to ask her to get our waitress. Asked for a burger medium welll but came out dry and overdone and not seasoned. Did not have a chance to complain.

Went here with my husband the other day to escape the construction going on at our house. We were seated promptly and the waiter was trying pretty hard to be friendly. But like many other people said, he was MIA for way too long. The food was pretty sub par except for the appetizer of typhoon shrimp. The reason I'm giving this such a low review is because we were pretty shocked when the bill finally came, it was around $40. For 2 hamburgers, a shrimp appetizer, and 2 iced teas. The Iced Tea's were almost $3 each, it was pretty ridiculous. I'm not afraid to pay a little more for quality food, but this was just way too expensive for what we got. I doubt we will ever come back here.

Arrived at 5:20 on a Saturday night. 25-minute wait, driven by an apparent staff shortage (six tables were not in use). Waited a further 15 minutes between being seated and finally placing dinner order. Restaurant was out of green beans and one other common veggie on the menu. Overall time in restaurant from arrival to departure was an hour and a half - way too long. The Chicken Fresco was tasty, as was the Asian Glazed Salmon. The strong point, as I had remembered, was the salad bar, which was very good. All in all, what could have been a solid three-star experience was tarnished by excessively slow & iffy service. Bill was $33 including tip, for my wife and I.

This restaurant serves decent American food. I particularly love their salad bar; if selected as the sole meal, it may be quite expensive ($7 or $8) but if you add it as a side to your other meal, it is just a few dollars. Personally, I am not particularly fond of their burgers -- the buns are a little bit unusual, and too fatty for my taste. Other entrees are rather OK. Service is good, although I sometimes got the "luck" of being assigned to a pretty weird waiter. (Weird in the terms of his behavior; you'll notice this immediately after he greets you, if you are also that "lucky").
