Arrive is not up to par on a Saturday at 10am. I know it was busy but it took 20 minutes to get a large Green Tea. I had to ask for them to even make it. C'mon!

I love the new additions on the menu like the bfast power bowl and the chicken sorrentina pasta. My main gripe is line management...having customers crowded up at front is horrible. Oh and it takes too long to get a latte made!

Great coffee, bagels too soft, more like a roll. They need to pay attention to some of their bakery selections. How about some sugar free or low sugar added options? Some of us need to watch out for this stuff. Note: Lately their Wi-Fi has been very difficult to sign in. It's not my device, I checked. It's them. Dobbin Center location.

Normally get the green power smoothie but they were out of bananas.....?&!%+! How can you be out of bananas? I still love this place though. So I got a strawberry smoothie instead. Also went to my normal breakfast power sandwich. You really can't go wrong with Panera bread and this location is friendly, fast, and clean.

Holy moly, is this a busy Panera!! The parking lot is even busier!!! We went on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30pm. Who knew Panera's the place to be? The staff at the counter are very nice and helpful and the food came out pretty quickly, considering how packed it was. I ordered the Cobb salad, which I know isn't that exciting. The lettuce was crisp and there were generous portions of chicken, avocados, bacon, blue cheese, and a hard boiled egg in a huge bowl. The dressing was the right amount and I was pretty happy with the salad. With a side of bread, I could not eat more than half of it. Lunch for later, yay!

First of all... Coming from Columbus, OH - where Panera bread is not that popular - I was surprised by how many people there were at Panera Bread at 1pm Saturday. I went to get some lunch then to study. Food came out very fast and it tasted great. It was very clean and staff was going around often to clean the area. I never write for Panera bread but this one, I really enjoyed my time being there!!!! :)

This review concerns the Rapid Pickup option only. I have no problem with the quality of the food or with the courtesy of the staff. Both are excellent. At first the Rapid Pickup was great. So much so, that I started ordering each day for pickup on my way to work. After about the 3rd time though problems started happening which pointed out weaknesses in the system. Since it was designed so that you would not have to interact with the staff, there is no mechanism to find out why your order is no on the shelf. All you can do is stand on the side and look hopeless until the staff stops ignoring you and ask you what the problem is. The other option is to go wait in line for 5 minutes until you make your way to the cashier, then wait while some scurries around trying to find out what happened to your order, then wait while they make it. The staff is extremely polite and apologetic, but that only goes so far when problems occur repeatedly. The other weakness is there is no tie-in of their inventory with the website, so that if what you want is not available, it lets you order it anyway and you only find out after you get there (and wait to be helped) that they were out of it. As I said the first few times worked great, then problems started and now the last 3 days in a row (last 5 out of 6) times my order was not ready for various reasons. Today I decided to order just a drink because I was running really late and what could go wrong with a drink? Well it wasn't ready, no one knew why, and I had no time to wait while they made it or or even wait for a refund - I just left. It's not worth the aggravation. I'm done.

I was really excited after taking the passport challenge about trying the new flatbread. I tried the Mediterranean Chicken flat bread without the chicken ( because I am vegetarian) and it was one of the most awful meal I ever had. It was dry and the yogurt sauce was very sour, the hummus spread was super dry and it topped with cabbage shaving and few pieces of cucumber. It tasted like rotten yogurt and super dry. I don't see the goal in promoting something this distasteful. I am really unhappy with the meal I just experienced and may not go to Panera ever :(

Love this panera location! Everything was great from the beginning. My cashier, Gabby I believe, had me cracking up and made the ordering process enjoyable. We went to this Panera Bread after we could not find seats in Starbucks to sit quietly and do work, and though I was under the impression that I was not a fan of their food from coming once years ago.... Either my taste buds changed, or their food improved dramatically! I love bread bowls, and especially enjoyed the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl! Their pastries are nice too, and so are their coffees and smoothies. It is a very comfortable place to sit in and do work with their many booths with outlets under the tables, and their coffees and snacks keep you filled, without breaking your wallet. I suggest you join their loyalty card program! They are fairly generous with their rewards!

Panera Bread is like a Starbucks with better food. There happened to be one a few miles from our hotel and we felt eating something a little healthier for dinner (after days of burgers, pizza, fried food, etc.). Plenty of parking at this location due to it being next to a Walmart. I ordered the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad with a blueberry muffin. I liked it better than the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad from California Pizza Kitchen. Plus it was less than $8! The sandwiches are delicious as well. I've had the Turkey Bacon Bravo in the past. For less than $8 you can also get a 2 combination of either a cup of soup, 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad. My coworker got chicken noodle soup with 1/2 smoked ham and swiss sandwich. Pretty good amount of food for the price. Great place to study, relax and/or enjoy a healthier meal.

I've never had a problem with this Panera - service is great, food quality is very consistent and always fresh (something I can't say for every Panera I've been to), and the restaurant itself is always clean. The outdoor seating is limited but still a nice option. Gotta love free WiFi too. Parking is never a problem, and it's easy to get to (Dobbin Road & Rt. 175). If you love Panera, you'll love this location.

Old coffee and lunch spot standby. They updated the decor last year but it's still a little worn around the edges. Always my number one choice!

I got the asian sesame chicken salad. Not bad at all. I liked it because it's not drenched with the dressing. The place was clean and though it was really busy, we still got our food at a reasonable amount of time. So that's always a plus. Nothing much I can say really... I go here if I'm craving a salad or the broccoli cheddar soup. Both of which are delicious. I guess it just doesn't really stand out to the rest of the Paneras I've been to.

Panera - so who needs an office? This is my spot for meetings - any time of the day. All Paneras are fairly convenient, but this one is at a confluence of several major roads, so your team can get there easily. 5 stars? Shouldn't that mean that there's nothing better? Well, Panera's okay, but you can get sandwich that's better (or cheaper). Okay gets 3 stars in my book. What I thought was hilarious when I went there was that for your side you could get an apple, a thimble full of chips, or a piece of bread. Who wants a side of bread with a sandwich?

Good food. Horrible service. Woman who put our meal together left it on the counter without saying anything. A few of us waiting looked at one another. I asked another worker who shrugged. A third worker looked at the bag, turned it around, looked for a slip, then asked me for my order number. I told her. She pushed the bag close and walked away. I see the original person on my way out and ask why she didn't call out my order. She proceeds to start yelling at me in front of a manager. Wow. I'm getting yelled at because she couldn't just announce a simple number? Love the food but the service here is always hit or miss. This was definitely the biggest miss I've experienced.

Questionable freshness. I got the pick 2- steak panini and avocado Cobb salad, green tea, and what was supposed to be the pecan roll. To go. I get to the car, she gave me the wrong pastry. I'm looking at the receipt and she hadn't even rung the order up properly. Open up the salad and the avocado is already turning and there are some limpy looking leaves. The panini bread is stale. What the heck! Not up to my usual Panera experience. Gave it two stars because it's a relatively empty/clean-ish looking location so maybe good for working? Still disappointing.

This place has great sandwiches, coffee, pastries, etc. Nice atmosphere. Sandwiches are in the $6 range, but are well worth it. Web site says it has free wi-fi, but I haven't tried it yet.

I don't ever think twice about reviewing places like Panera when there are locations everywhere across the country, but that being said, this Columbia Panera has a staff that is courteous, intelligent and caring.

Excellent service while placing my order to go. It was ready upon arrival, less than 15 minutes. I decided to fine in since I didn't have to wait. It was clean and I don't have one complaint. My food was bomb! Enjoyed the free wifi! Thanks PB

Food is good, service is great (especially during busy times) but the WiFi is extremely unreliable and slow. I would love to be able to come in and have lunch and get some work done, but the internet access is so poor that I've stopped coming.

Arrive is not up to par on a Saturday at 10am. I know it was busy but it took 20 minutes to get a large Green Tea. I had to ask for them to even make it. C'mon!
(3)Chandra O.
I love the new additions on the menu like the bfast power bowl and the chicken sorrentina pasta. My main gripe is line management...having customers crowded up at front is horrible. Oh and it takes too long to get a latte made!
(4)Joel L.
(3)Jessica B.

(4)Jina P.

I'm done.

I love panera. It's a great chain for soups, sandwiches, salads and baked goods. This location is great. It's always clean and the staff is quick and friendly. I will be back!

I am really unhappy with the meal I just experienced and may not go to Panera ever :(
(1)Trinity L.
Love this panera location! Everything was great from the beginning. My cashier, Gabby I believe, had me cracking up and made the ordering process enjoyable. Food came out perfect too! 4 stars instead of 5 because my table was a little dirty but the dining room attendant wiped it off for me with no problem.
(4)Hiroko N.

#BringBackWholeGrainBaguette - lunch is ruined without it. A dinner roll is not even close.

(4)Rob W.

However, the service is now consistently awesome and they get you out of the line quickly. Nothing beats their bagels, soups and salads, especially the FUJI Apple Chicken salad. Always my number one choice!

Yum! Loooove the souffles! This Panera is great! Aside from the reliable things that Panera offers (like free wi-fi, outdoor seating, etc) this location's staff are helpful, friendly, and patient with people not familiar with the menu and system. I'll be back!

I like Panera. The selections are healthy and fresh. The employees are friendly. The food is made quickly. They must be doing a lot right, they're always busy!
(4)Maria M.

It was clean, the cashier was friendly and the food was consistent with any of the other Panera locations I have eaten at. The parking at this location is a bit tough. I've always enjoyed my visits to this panera. Great staff and the place is always kept tidy. Great sandwiches. I'm assuming most people will be familiar with panera so I'm not going to go into great detail but if you have not gone yet it's a must try.

Panera - so who needs an office? This is my spot for meetings - any time of the day. All Paneras are fairly convenient, but this one is at a confluence of several major roads, so your team can get there easily. The food is always imaginative and fresh, especially the sandwiches, and they have begun offering fresh fruit in place of the chips at no extra price - a nice touch. They keep ramping up the menu offerings, so consider ordering something other than your favorite for a change. They have plenty of fresh lemon slices to kick-up you diet soda, and there are free-fills, too. The WiFi is free and decently, but not unflaggingly, strong - if you're there when everyone else has their laptops out, you may not be able to ride the signal, and you have to look out for power cords strung across the floor. (I've seen a few people stumble over them, but nobody has hit the ground yet.) But hey, do you want to pay $$$ to connect at Starbucks and have to jockey for the two decent places to sit? Me neither. Plus the chess players aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Everyone I've taken there for the first time has ended up going back with other friends or hosting their own working lunches there, too. Their fresh bread is a knock-out, so grab a loaf to bring home or take with you to dinner as a thank you gift to your hostess/host. Panera also spends a few bucks to make the design of the place interesting - but fresh, because every one I've been in has been different, not pre-fabbed - and when it's full, there is a great energy buzz from all the other people there that it usually translates to taking things to another level for my people too - a nice side effect. Yeah. Panera. Definitely.
(5)Reed D.
I love this place. I just wish the parking was a little easier and it was not so crowded all the time. I usually get a full size turkey sandwich and salad. I really like the new roasted turkey.
(5)dave h.
Todd, they are wifi.] Panera is totally sweet, i am not big fan of chains but Panera does it right. Good salads (too much dressing sometimes), sandwiches are delicious, and the breads i mean come on, to die for. No carbs my ass, bread is great for the soul (that at coffee and whiskey). Bottom line Panera is reasonably priced and great for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It was clean, the cashier was friendly and the food was consistent with any of the other Panera locations I have eaten at. The parking at this location is a bit tough. They have a large lot but it is in a shopping center with Wal Mart and some other stores so a spot is tough to find.

Yeah. Panera. Definitely.

I love this place. I just wish the parking was a little easier and it was not so crowded all the time. I usually get a full size turkey sandwich and salad. I really like the new roasted turkey.

Better than eating at the food court. Great breads and soups. Don't forget the deserts.

This place has great sandwiches, coffee, pastries, etc. Nice atmosphere. Sandwiches are in the $6 range, but are well worth it. Web site says it has free wi-fi, but I haven't tried it yet.

I don't ever think twice about reviewing places like Panera when there are locations everywhere across the country, but that being said, this Columbia Panera has a staff that is courteous, intelligent and caring.
