I went to this particular location for a Mobee mission (secret shopping) and I had such a pleasant experience I thought id share. This store was clean, appeared well stocked (early afternoon on a Sunday-not typical for DD in my experience) and the girl behind the counter was above and beyond. She smiled and greeted my toddler and asked if she could give her a few munchkins-which was greatly appreciated by little one! It's a joint with baskin Robbins so they had booth seating in half of the store and coffee house style in the other half. Only complaints: there's no baby changing station in the (clean!) bathroom, and the parking lot is weird. And, I mean, it's dunkin donuts so the food isn't great, but it's the most pleasant experience I've had at one.

I love dunkin donuts being from the East Coast. To me going to Starbucks is like being a traitor. However I've found out here in the mid-atlantic that many dunkin' donuts taste sour to me. I lived right around the corner from this DD for awhile and so I tried it several times, each time hoping that it was the person who made the coffee or just that batch of the day. But no matter what it was always sour :( People are nice and friendly though and it's super fast! Also there's a Baskin Robbins there for the ice cream fiend in us all.

I'm not a coffee person and the only reason I use this place is because my wife is. She loves having Dunkin' in the morning on her days off... which usually means I'm the one that has to go get it. Overall, this place isn't too bad. Once they get to know you at the counter, they even remember what you usually order. The main issue I have relates to a policy regarding combos and the occasional problem remembering all of your food. Dunkin' has a policy where you cannot alter the combinations. This is rather annoying, as I've said that I'm not a coffee drinker. This means that, if I want a breakfast combo, I'm stuck with coffee or hot chocolate... no orange juice or anything cold, even when it's a hot August day outside. I seriously don't understand how every other fast food chain will gladly change it over (sometimes for an upcharge), but Dunkin' is stuck in the dark ages of the restaurant business. Second, I swear every time I go there they forget something out of the bag. Usually it's a hash brown, but I always double-check my food when I'm there. I'm not sure how hard it is to double-check your count as you're putting into the bag, but it seems something that plagues the average fast-food worker daily. So, I give them a 3-stars because they are friendly, their food is tasty, and we do use them regularly. However, the "no changes to combo" policy is stupid and the people behind the food counter need some serious training or help.

I definitely run on Dunkin'. I get my large iced coffee from this spot ever single weekday and most weekends and they know me so well they don't even have to ask what I want! They remodeled the shop a few months ago and its even better now, sleeker design, nicer sitting area, etc.... Definitely my fav little DD in the area, I only wish it had a drive thru so I could be super lazy in the AM when I want to be!

Very polite clean place!! Coffee wasn't the best- seemed to be burnt a little. Other than that no complaints!

I don't drink coffee, I only come here for doughnuts, and only when I need to bring a few dozen to work. Every time I've come in they have been friendly and quick. They have definitely optimized the line. The doughnuts have always been tasty, and they are great at either giving you a random assortment or letting you choose which types are in each dozen.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts in Howard County that makes my coffee right. It is sometimes out I the way of where I'm working for the day but I make the trip to here past other Dunkins.

The first time i ordered a vanilla creme donut they didn't have any. The second time i kept biting into this so-called vanilla creme donut and there was nothing in it. So basically I was eating all this dough and with one bite left I discover the creme. It was in like 3% of the donut. I don't even know how they messed that up, but this is the last time I order a donut from here.
