Random Acts of Kindness Seriously though, what beats random acts of kindness? I found myself in Columbia with my little boy, driving in my ratty old 25 year old pickup, me in a yard work shirt and unshaven on a recent Saturday. I had gone there on an impromptu mission to return some large items for my wife and while leaving this unknown area spotted a Dunkin' D and thought; "Munchkins!". Those would taste great. So I ordered at the drive thru menu; "one box of mixed Munchkins please" and drove around to the window to pay and "oh no!". My wallet was at home. The lady behind the counter refused to cancel my order. She simply said; "it's OK, you have a little boy and you can pay next time you're here". I explained that I didn't live nearby and she just repeated; "it's OK, you pay next time". Keep in mind I really didn't look like anyone who would pay for a gum ball much less a $5 box of Munchkins. But there you have it. That was just a really nice customer friendly gesture. Really REALLY NICE! The Munchkins by the way were fresh and tasty. So give 'em a try. Not for free food, but to reward them for being big hearted and terrific merchants.

Oh these poor people can't get an order right, ever :( We were excited to get a DD near our house, but this is a let down.

Just stopped in for a morning coffee on the 4th. A lot of places are closed so I was happy to see they were open. The parking lot is pretty small but they do have a drive through so you don't have to work about going in if you don't want to. Not many people in there today so I was in and out. The staff was pretty friendly and provided some light conversation while making my coffee. I a member of the rewards club so it seems I am always at a Dunkin donuts location. All are about to same with the the only difference being service. This one was just as good as any other location I have been to.

This establishment does not do enough to keep the flies out of the donut bins; the donuts are not always fresh; the workers, who seem to be from the same family, are not particularly friendly; and then they have the nerve to have Tip containers prominently placed on the counter and at the drive-in window. I live down the street and even the convenience of it's close proximity is not enough to make me stop here anymore.

I can't say I understand why this is rated so low. This place is fantastic. Very clean and cool environment. The food and beverages are always fresh, and the employees work VERY hard it seems. The owner seems to be there every single hour that its open. Do they speak perfect English? No. However, that does not mean they are being rude. Try to be understanding. I've never had them get an order wrong, either.

This place is either hit or miss with the ice coffee. Sometimes it's great and then the next time it's bad. Also, they randomly have long lines at weird times which isn't the greatest. They do seem to have good fresh doughnuts though regardless of what time it is.

Nice building, consistent coffee and donuts. I just don't understand why almost every DD I go to only ever seems to have one poor chap running the whole store (register, prep/filling orders, and drive-thru - not to mention keeping the place clean). It's definitely put me off and I patronize this chain less frequently because of it.

Every time I go to this dunkin donuts they get my order wrong, they have even got the order wrong after supposedly correcting it..I will not waste my time with this business anymore.
