I have dined there several times. I have always ordered a single item each time. A Chick-fil-A sandwich without a pickle. They have a track record of getting it right 20% of the time. I eat there because I'm in a rush to get to work. You think I would have the sense to check the bag, but I give them the benefit of the doubt. But it is now my firm belief that kids working there are there because the aren't smart enough to get a real job or they are killing time before going on welfare or prison. I won't be eating there again.

The redesign of this Chick-fil-A is great considering they've added fountain soda machines where you can get refills for yourself, but the service here is hit or miss. I've sometimes encountered very friendly employees (mostly the younger kids working the registers) but there is one older manager in particular who is downright surely. I mean straight up, oscar-the-grouch grumpy, and even more so when dealing with people who aren't dropping twenty bucks a visit. What do I mean? I mean utilizing the awesome promotions CFA often runs for free items and their Cow Card. No joke, I came in here and used my free cow card offer one month for a Chicken Bagel breakfast sandwich and asked to have the cheese and egg left off. But since he couldn't figure out how to do it in the computer he attempted to charge me for a bagel and added chicken, which was beyond understandable. The thing that bothered me was he went out of his way to make it sound like I was the problem and geez if this "kid" just ordered this as is he wouldn't be causing this problem. I come here often and only get a sandwich or a soda or just something small and he's never offered any of that trademark CFA kindness. I consider myself a mostly good guy and not a dick so take this for what it's worth, although the people my mom works with at a local medical center corroborate that as a whole, the people here just aren't as friendly as most CFA employees.

I love this place!!! This place has the best fast food in this area! I love their breakfast too---you've gotta try the chicken breakfast wrap (with extra chicken)! I'm upset that they changed their sausage patties like the small. Now I am in love with their chicken strips. Not to bash any other fast food chains which I will not mention, but if you get chicken nuggets, sandwich, or strips from a place with Golden Arches, A King with a crown, A red head chick with freckles, a Colonel, a Louisiana Jazz band, etc....your tongue is really missing out on what "real" white meat chicken taste like. Oh, yeah...it is seasoned great too! Now to wash all of that down you will need a 1/2 and 1/2 sweet tea and lemonade mixed, I have never (that I can remember) a time when they are not packed with customers...that alone speaks volumes! I do miss the text messaging where they used to send you free coupons for chicken, shakes, etc. Their prices are high for fast food joint, but you get what you pay for!

I love this place because its family friendly. No matter the time or day you go there you get good service. And there is a clean environment for the children to play and all times of the day. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh smelling. I recommend this place for anyone to go to it anytime of the day or night

First, I love Chick-Fil-A. It's my first choice for fast food in the area. That being said, this location is super busy and it can be a real pain. From before lunch time until hours after, the drive through line extends out the parking lot, down the street and generally causes total mayhem. I refuse to wait in a line like that (it is usually not that busy inside) but you can't get past the line to go park in the lot! You are just stuck waiting in line until you can even approach the restaurant. And be careful where you park or you will be blocked in by the line of cars. They've redone the inside and while it is pretty (and clean- always clean, even before remodel) it has made the inside procedure worse as well. There is now nowhere to stand while you are waiting for your food to-go. In a nutshell- food: very good, parking and execution of building- needs serious help!

Always great food and service. This location stays busy! Drive through always has a line. Indoors service is always quick and efficient. The only drawback is the parking lot situation and congestion for the drive through. Not really their fault though. Bathrooms and restaurant area are immaculate. Love this chain and location.

pretty good quality fast food that is almost like eating something that is fresh scratch prepared. The customer service is also outstanding

Too bad I'm allergic to homophobic chicken sandwiches and anti-gay fries. I used to eat here on occassion. The food is just okay. Not worth helping to fund anti-gay rights movements!

MOST take their local Chick Fil A for granted. Coming from Buffalo NY where there is no delicious Southern, deep fried, chicken sandwich goodness. I take advantage every /anytime I am on the road south enough to enjoy the deliciousness that is Chick Fil A. Don't be one to take it for granted ... go today and have a plain chicken sandwich with extra pickles and smother it in Honey Mustard just for me :)

Five star ratings are rare for me as well. However, I've had multiple positive experiences here that I simply never had and never will have any other place. The staff brings out your food if its busy, especially if I have my young kids in tow. One time, my daughter spilled her shake all over herself and started crying; staff members quickly came over, helped clean up, and provided a replacement shake at no charge, without being asked. I've had my drink refilled at my table. The place is very family friendly and I've been treated with great respect on each visit. I will go out of my way to come here since I know they care about my business.

These reviews are funny, and agreeable. Chick Fil-A is quite overpriced for some glorified chicken. Ooh just because they put a pickle on it! I don't even like pickles on my chicken sandwich. Thats the craziest idea EVERx. So my coworker/friend is in love with Chick Fil-A, so we go there quite often, and I always leave thinking how dumb I am that I paid $6 for a chicken sammich combo and I would have been just as happy (or not) with a $1 mcchicken from the golden arches. I don't generally get strips/nuggets there--it seems like a lot to pay for a small amount of food. Plus, their sauces do nothing for me, so whats the point. Don't get me wrong, its not bad, its just nothing great either. Except for the milkshakes. They might have some of the best milkshakes to be had at a fast food establishment. The lines are always long, but don't let that stop you. In their favor, they move very quickly. The breakfast is also kinda good. They "make" their biscuits "fresh" every day. I tend to eat their bfast because its the same price as McDs but seems like you get more food and it tastes a bit better. Giving them a 3 is a stretch, but 2 didn't seem to do them justice; I wish I could give a 2.5. Its fast and its food so mission accomplished.

Awesome food! Their chicken sandwich and nuggets are the best I've tasted. The sweet tea, lemonade, and milk shakes are also excellent. While they can get crowded, their service is #1 compared to any fast food restaurant.

Yes, I know. Five stars to a fast food chain? I gave this Chick Fil A five stars because for fast food chains, it really is 'as good as it gets'. There is more than one Chik Fil A in the Columbia area and I would say this one surpasses them all. First off, Chik Fil A in general seems to hold itself to a higher standard than other fast food chains in cleanliness and service. Every time I have visited this particular Chik Fil A I have noticed that even with the heavy traffic of surrounding businesses and moms with children playing in the play area there is always someone wiping down tables, sweeping, and even cleaning the glass on the door. During a lunch rush, this location is ran like clock work. I have never experienced a disgruntled or indifferent staff member, which can be common in the fast food industry. Every time I was met with a smile. So, for fast food, yes five stars. As far as food, I have found that they are pretty consistent in the food they serve. I have never received old/cold fries or a dry, old piece of chicken. Also, it doesn't hurt that they offer flavored creamers for your coffee at this location either.

I love Chick Fil A. When I visit Maryland, I try to eat it as often as possible. I discuss the following topic endlessly with my friends/family: What make Chick Fil A so goood" In California, I am willing to stop at the one mall which has a Chick Fil A so I can eat one more than once every 2 years. The only thing I hate about Chick Fil A is the waffle fries.

Chic-fil-A is the best. I love their classic chicken sandwiches and their lemonade the most. The lemonade could possibly be the best I've ever tasted, seriously. My newfound menu item is their milkshake. I've tried both the peach and cookies and cream milkshakes, which are delicious. Next up for me to try---the new spicy chicken sandwich. Only downside to this place is that they're closed on Sunday's. That sucks.

Yeah it happened. There I am at work, should be workin', instead I'm yelpin'. Alright, I already know that every is mad at me for this rating. Look, I don't "Fil-A" the "Chick-Fil-A" experiance. Is the food good? Kinda. Are the prices good? Not any better then any other fast food joint. Is it cleaner than most places? No. Is the ambiance incredible? No. Why is everyone so in love with this place? It must be the waffle fries, 'cause I think everything else sucks. I mean, I don't even like waiting in line for my favorite ride at the fair, now I have to wait behind 300, pretentious highschool girls and their American Eagle model wannabe boyfriends to eat a second-class chicken burger? No. I'm not gunna do it. And don't kid yourself that you aren't eating a burger. You are. It is just as fake, just as greesy, and just as bad for you as a friggin' cheese burger. Look, if you want a chicken sandwich... go to Chicken Out (another place I really don't like, but at least think is good). In fact, scrap the chicken sandwich and get a chicken wrap. Or take yourself to KFC where you can get a delicious meal that can't legally be called chicken. I'm not sayin' that KFC is the ultimate BAMF of the fast-food chickenesk world. No, that would be Popeye's. What I am sayin' is that KFC is middle of the road at best, and it is still better then "Chick-Fil-Like-Poo-After-I-Eat-It". That's all I'm sayin'. Oh... service is pretty fast, and the people are nice.

This Chickfila is always super crowded---especially the drive thru---but they have great customer service and I've never had a problem with any of my orders. The drive-thru line always looks insanely long, but moves very fast. I like how they repeat your order back to you so you can catch any mistakes. I've eaten indoors and the service was great, someone was even bringing us condiments and mints. It doesn't get much better than that!! The one downfall is that the lot is small and very congested with the drive thru and parking. It's also sometimes tricky getting in and out because of all of the traffic coming in from 100.

what is there not to like about Chic Fil A? This location no what time you come it's ALWAYS busy, especially because it's located right off route 100. But when I see a line I just always go in get my food. Cashier's are always super nice (really everyone is, at every chic fil a), always greeted right away. Food is always hot, and correct because they always double check their food! Love chic fil a always my go to fast food place! Also I love the fact that you can trade in kids toy for ice cream! I just love chic fil a, so family orientated.

This Chick Fil A always has perfectly cooked food and you're in and out of the line and at your table in no-time. It can get really busy and crowded during lunch time, but they still move the lines quickly. No complaints.
