Enjoyed smokehouse turkey panini. Stopped around 1 pm on way to York after spending the morning in Baltimore. Wow - everyone on earth was there. All things considered, we didn't wait too long for food and didn't have to wait for table. Line at the beverage fountain though.

This Panera Bread is in a strip mall and mall area. It shares a parking lot with other stores but I didn't have too much trouble finding a parking space on the weekend. I went there for breakfast and ordered their new steak and egg sandwich. Service was okay. I thought the food and overall ambiance was just about average for a bakery cafe and the Panera chain. However, they do need to work a bit faster to clear the line when the place is busy.

You'd think this place was like a little ma and pop joint the way they handle themselves. This is probably one of the worst panera's I've been to in recent memory. I went there during a jam packed lunch hour and so I'm going to judge them on that because that's when you want PANERA!! My salad was awful .. 1/2 the chicken I usually get in it.... I got some Broccoli Cheddar soup and it tasted like it had been sitting around in a soup bin for hours! Honestly it was soo goopy and gross I barely wanted it. This is lunch hour damnit!! It should have been freshly made like an hour ago. They also didn't handle the line well, lots of yelling from employees and there was a lady running the pickup counter which just added another person to that side of the counter! TOTALLY UNNEEDED!! GO MAKE SOME FRESH SOUP WOMAN!!

Have you been to Panera before? Awesome. This is like every Panera you've ever been too.

This is the best Panera in northern Baltimore County. It looks like a few other reviewers commented on smaller portion sizes, but I've never had that problem at any Panera location. In fact, I'd say their portions can err on the larger side. There is a pretty high bread-to-meat ratio in their sandwiches, but I don't see that as an issue because the bread is delicious. :) Pros: * Staff at this Panera are generally courteous and appear to have decent hygiene * The clientele is decent * Outdoor seating available * Located very conveniently next to other shops, restaurants, and a movie theater * Pretty good value (my husband and I got two very filling sandwiches with chips for $15.00 total - that's comparable to fast food prices, but better in quality) * The nutrition information is right on the menu when you step up to the counter, so that makes it very easy to stay within your calorie-range if you are trying to watch what you eat. * Free Wi-fi! Cons: * Panera has over-extended itself menu-wise over the last few years. Stick to the classics and stop trying to be a one-stop shop. ;) Personal Favorites: I love the Sierra Turkey sandwich, and the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. :)

Standards for the chain. Friendly staff. It gets pretty busy at lunch and can be had to catch a table right at noon.

I love Panera but the salad portion sizes have gotten smaller and the sandwiches contain less meat. Still delicious but not the same Panera as years ago.

My father and I have been there a few times. The sandwich was NOT worth the money. Very little meat. The soups are decent, What I highly recommend are the salads, the Fuji apple/chicken and the BBQ chicken were great. The Spanish stew is quite spicy and tasty but the portion could be bigger for ten bucks. Once they were out of wheat rolls, seems bizarre for a bread-themed restaurant to be out of bread on the weekend. I've found the staff to be very efficient and friendly.

I think the portion size is getting smaller and the price is going up. My family of 4 ordered each a you pick 2 and we had 3 drinks. Total-$45! We were all hungry when we left. Not good for Panera Bread. Way over priced. Not coming here again.

I admit, I like Panera bread. It is consistent and clean. The food is expected so there is nothing that I can really offer except that maybe, just maybe we should try the little mom and pop place around the corner. There is a coffee joint that I will be hitting tomorrow morning which is local. Sometimes the joy is in expecting the unexpected. Let's stop being the unwashed, predictable masses. To be continued when I rate the little mom and pop place......

Fav Panera in the northern Baltimore county area! Often crowded but has an excellent staff! Outdoor seating also very enjoyable when the weather is nice! Have not run into the issues reported by other patrons, but often choose less crowded times to visit.

This panera half asses your food. They were out of croutons but didn't even notify me. They just made my food without ingredients. This is the worst Caesar salad and French onion soup.

Don't go here. This Panera is turning into the Quizno's that was in the same shopping center. Suddenly, portion size has gone way down, and prices have gone up. I don't know if the shopping center upped their rent or not, but what I do know is that they're trying to make a lot more money at the expense of the customers. It's simply not worth it. I'll be posting some pictures of my pathetic little sandwich I paid 8.69 for, and my girlfriend's pathetic little sandwich that she paid 8.69 for, and you can see for yourself... If you really do like PB though, there is one a few miles down York Rd, and their portions and prices are both decent. The service here isn't bad, it's really just that if I'm really stuck on eating at this shopping center, Noodles & Company, Chipotle or any other place here will end up giving me more for my money. Hell, we could've gone to California Pizza Kitchen or The Greene Turtle for the price of what we got last night, and we would've been more full afterwards, too.

This Panera is terrible. I love Panera but this one doesn't live up. The portions are smaller, the prices are higher, and 9 times out of 10 they either forget part of your order or mess it up! It's not any busier than any other Panera I've been to. Most be poorly managed!

This is probably what you'd expect of most Panera locations. It's ridiculously packed during lunch and will take you forever to order, let alone get your food. And there never seems to be tables available. It's nice during the spring and summer when you can sit outside to eat, but don't even think about sitting inside during lunch because it's not gonna happen. In terms of food, it's nothing special. The same as any other location. I don't know if its just me, but I feel like the portions have gotten a lot smaller recently. And if you get your order for take-out, it seems even smaller than if you ate it there. I don't know... But I do like there You Pick Two combination and if I go here, I will usually go for that.

It is a Panera. I came here for: 1. Free wi-fi 2. Something with caffeine My friend, who I was meeting was hungry. We both ordered coffee, I got some yummy sliced bread (cheese because the sourdough was sold out) and she got a soup/salad. They forgot the soup salad. Boo. That gets you three stars.
