Every experience I've had at this Chick-fil-a has been a positive one. I don't care about the whole same-sex marriage aspect of Chick-fil-a (I'm gay and will soon be married). That does not make their chicken any worse or better than other establishments. I will forever enjoy their food even if they are christian biggots. I was just at this restaurant the other day and had a great experience with complimentary food items in my bag when I drove away. The intercom speaker for the drive-thru is polite and respectful. At almost every other fast food restaurant I always say "thank you" at the end of ordering and VERY rarely I will hear "you're welcome" back, which is kind of upsetting. It's nice to hear that it was "their pleasure" to serve me. Thank you Chick-fil-a for great food and great service.

There is ALWAYS a line at every chic fillet. This is my first time and I am petty old. It is also my last we came because my husband had a coupon for entrees so it will be nice to try. However I do not agree with their business policies so I am not able to support the business. God speed.

(08/26/2011) Clean, spiffy, the most polite young people you'll ever be served by in a fast food restaurant (it'll be their pleasure to serve you), and pretty good (for fast food) food. Classic chicken sandwich is like crack (crispy, peppery, tangy, and those pickles), and the IceDream is really creamy, vanilla-y (and not too sweet) and cheap for frozen dessert product. You could do worse.

For those of you who keep bringing up the the fact that the CFA Corporation is against gay marriage, you're not getting the point of how a YELP review works. Each location is an independently owned franchise and has an individual owner or ownership group. Simply put, they are not a direct extension of the corporation. Many are mom & pop owned and don't necessarily share the political or religious beliefs of the 90 year old fossil who is president of Chic-fil-A. Comment solely on your experiences at this location, not your philosophical disagreements with Dan T. Cathy. That said, I have been coming to this location for about 5 years now and have nothing but good things to say about it. Staff is very courteous and always offers to refill drinks and replenish condiments when we are sitting at the table. This is also my favorite food chain to bring my 15 month old son to because Chic-fil-A as a chain is very child friendly. Aside from always clean high chairs, they also give free containers of cheerios out, and free sticky liners that you can apply to the table so your little one can eat right off the table with their fingers. Bathrooms are squeaky clean and the diaper changing tables are always clean as well. Food is consistently delicious. And they do not turn off the milk shake machine early like most other fast food rivals. I've pulled up to many other places at night and the milkshake machine is always seemingly "out of order" after 9. Not here. We've come as late as 10:30 and they serve everything with a smile. You won't regret your visit here.

This was my first experience with Chick-fill-a. The service was impeccable, friendly faces and smiles. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and cole slaw. I was quite disappointed with the cole slaw; the mayonnaise was watered down and the cabbage was sub-par. The sandwich however was delightful. I would rank 5 stars but the cole slaw was a major disappointment.

I noticed another reviewer saying "this rating is too high for a fast food restaurant." And then continued to rave about how great the food/service/cleanliness was.. Smh. Chick Fil A sets the standard for fast food and they deserve every single one of my 5 stars.

For me, this is a very high rating for a fast food restaurant. The staff were very friendly and constantly cleaned the tables. I ordered option #1, since I was craving a fried chicken breast sandwich with the waffle fries that I love. When I was in college, and graduate school, Chick-fil-A was a decadent dining experience. The chicken is an actual chicken breast, not a random patty filled with "rib parts" fat and "fillers." There were pickle pieces under the chicken breast. The order was prepared rapidly, and I liked the ketchup containers which allowed dipping-for waffle fries and allowed pouring on top of the sandwich. I wish I ordered the option with lettuce and tomato, but in Baltimore, tomatoes taste terrible when it is not the peak of the summer. The staff were exceptionally friendly and held the door open when I left. They actually took my order with my first name, a rarity in fast food. I know this business opposes gay marriage, which I support (I am happily married to my husband but support gay marriage). They also are closed on Sundays. They also sell chicken sandwiches for $3.75, at Meadowood Park, where my son plays soccer on Saturday. The restaurant price is $2.89 per sandwich. I strongly support youth recreational opportunities so I will over pay for a sandwich for my son after a soccer game.

The customer service here is horrible. I have tried a few times to see if the experience i had in the past was that once in a while thing, I was wrong. I came back for a morning meal , not the healthiest; I know. Not only was I completely disrespected but the staff was some of the rudest people i have met at a public serving company. I filed a formal complaint and highly would recommend against any visit to this location on any occasion.

How many horrible things can I say about this place? Well, there is one employee that is in such a rush to talk to his friends that come in constantly, he rushes through your order and is not attentive at all. Another employee does similar. Every time I go through the drive-thru, this guy asks me "IS THAT ALL" several times after I say "No, one second please" while I'm deciding on what else to order. Each time he says it, he gets louder. Somebody should probably duct tape his mouth shut. Let's see, what else... Oh, I once bought a fruit salad that had mold on the grapes. So, if you like mold, you're in luck! Can't beat a fungus and fruit salad, y'know? CFA, as a whole, donates to anti-gay groups. The management here, when I complained about an issue, never got back to me. On the other hand, another CFA with the same issue called me personally and apologized, and then even invited me in and offered me free food. This location sucks, and the company itself is a little bit evil.

Oh Chick-fil-A how I love thee. I rarely get to eat at one as they do not exist in my area and it is always a treat. This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. No rationing of sauce, they're on the counter for your dipping pleasure. Complimentary refills and a super friendly manager and staff. Great job, keep it up!

This is the best chick fil a ever! A girl actually told me that she loves me after giving me my food. If your feeling really freaky get a cookie and cream milkshake and request chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla... amazing. Also, their grilled chicken sandwiches are actually good for you.. high protein very low fat and some sodium. Definitely a tasty choice for people watching their waistline.

Excellent Chick-fil-A with great food, clean dining room and superior fast food service, as you would expect from all Chick-fil-A restaurants. Some of the customers here are a little rough around the edges, so I recommend going through the drive-thru. LOL.

First thing's first... the fries were PERFECT! The food was all great, and the tea wasn't overly sweet. I get the same thing every time I visit a chick fil a, so I notice every change! The service was fast and friendly as usual, all of the employees near the drive through window offered a smile, I got everything I needed without having to ask (straw, napkins, sauce, etc) No complaints! It was rather busy for 4pm, but everything was smooth and fast.
