I had heard good things about this local establishment. I am a huge fan of bagels and bagel sandwiches. I decided to give them a try on a lunch break. I ordered the veggie sandwhich on a garlic bagel. The bagel was delicious! The veggie toppings that they offer are fresh and a great variety. They have a good selection of cheeses as well. The sandwich was very filling and delicious. I found it to be a bit pricey, but not so that I would not go back. The only real complaint I have is that the employees seemed distracted and confused. It was my first visit there, and it did not give me a lot of confidence in how my food was going to turn out. I ordered two sandwiches and fries. I was given the first sandwhich in a bag and told to "have a nice day." Very polite, but I was missing the other half of my order. I will definitely go back, and perhaps update this review. I would give them 4 stars for food and 2 stars for service.

Good breakfast - especially when last night is still lingering on the next day. Staff is young and gets along well. They tend to be more interested in each other than service. Definately miss the Canton location.

Such a perfect little specimen of bagel shop it's a shame it's nearly invisible. Hidden any further off the road in the little Ashland shopping center and it would be in the woods. Close to the beginning of the NCR Trail (now the Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail) it's ideal for a morning breakfast stop before you walk it off. Good variety of flavors to choose from without being overwhelming. I'd call them a tad on the small side but always good and fresh. The service is especially good here. Everyone seems almost anxious to serve you with a smile when you walk in the door. I've noticed an almost conspicuous tendency for each employee to engage each customer or even strike up a conversation. This never slows them down- they usually have your hot bagel wrapped up and in the bag before you have time to pour your coffee at the coffee station. They appear to have a LOT of other great items- wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, etc., though I can only speak for the bagels. The Asiago is like no other I've ever had- a flavor explosion. Great coffee too!

Routinely runs out of everything bagels 3 hours after opening. Having to wake up at 7am on a Sunday to get the bagel I want is absurd. Counter help lacks the customer service or problem solving skills to make up for the lack of bagels. Also all the prices went up. A dollar a bagel?! Are you serious? Wish there was another bagel option near by. If only supermarket bagels were better...

Don't ever call ahead even just to get a bagel for carry-out at 2:45 pm! Sheesh.

One of my absolute favorite places to eat. I no longer live in the Baltimore area, but I make it a point to stop in any chance I get. This is everything a local diner should be: excellent, freshly made bagels, huge omelettes, friendly staff who make it a point to remember your name...I could go on for ages, but I'll keep it short and just say that this is your spot if you want a satisfying breakfast or lunch. They have take-out, as well, if you need to get something on the go. It gets crowded, especially on weekends, but it is worth any wait you might have. Can't say enough good things about it.

If you are looking for a small town place to have a nice breakfast, this is it. The bagels are made fresh daily and food is always great. A couple days ago I had French toast which which made me so satisfied for hours. I would suggest this place.

Holy smokes. Wow! Great breakfast. Very affordable and the staff was super friendly. I had Caitlin's Mess and it was more than enough food. If you are looking for a breakfast place, you must stop here and give them a try.

This is a hidden gem in Hunt Valley! I have worked in the area for four years and JUST discovered it! The food is amazing and the service is great too! I would highly recommend trying it for breakfast or lunch.

I went here for the first time in years after a nice run on the NCR trail this morning. I just ordered a coffee and poppy seed bagel with lox and cream cheese (one of my all time favs). The girl who worked there was very nice and my bagel came out quickly and the order was correct. It was fresh and tasted great! Coffee was decent too but I went here for the bagel (and lox) and it didn't let me down. There were a number of people sitting down to eat breakfast and lots of people going in and out with carry out orders. Seems like a nice place to sit and chat with friends or read the newspaper in the morning. I will definitely try to visit more often since it is right around the corner from where I live and it is a nice change from chains like Panera (yes I know this is a chain too).

Dumpy place in a total craphole plaza. Hunt Valley's best kept secret. Thanks Google. Plus, Old Bay bagels.

Love this place. In fact, I am passionate about it. Today, I placed a web order (which I do several times a week) and forgot to hit Submit. I arrived, and they recognized me and looked concerned. I said I had placed it, as I thought I had, but hadn't. They apologized and had my order ready within 3 minutes. That is service!

I just tried this place today. I got a sun dried tomato bagel with egg, tomato, and low fat veggie cream cheese, which absolutely hit the spot. The sun dried tomato bagel was rich in flavor and I don't know that it's easy to go wrong with egg and tomato. The low-fat veggie cream cheese is excellent. I could tell it was fresh because it had big chunks of veggies that were still crunchy; it added great texture to an otherwise just good bagel sandwich. Since I wouldn't necessarily call myself a bagel connoisseur, I can't justify giving it a 5 star, but with my limited expertise, I'd say it was better than average.

I have been coming here for years and every time the food and the staff is great! Today, I placed a carryout order and there was a mix up with one of the items (first time ever). When I let them know, the staff and I am assuming a manager immediately apologized and had a brand new order made in minutes. Not only that but they also gave me a gift card because of the mix up. You can't beat this type of customer service. This is exactly why I will keep coming back here and enjoying the awesome food and great service!
