They don't even deserve a star. Corporate would not be happy. My husband and daughter order the same thing, soup and salad bar. Waitress asks my daughter what type of soup she wants, but didn't ask my husband. He figured the waitress was going to bring him the same as my daughter. I asked if the tortillas for the taco bites are flour or corn? Waitress response: ummm I am not sure, they are soft tacos. She then says she is pretty sure they are flour. I order them anyway without knowing what tortilla I am going to get. I am hungry and just want food. My husband and daugther go to the salad bar, waitress walks back to the table and asks if he wanted the salad bar.....Seriously?? He ordered it and pointed at my daughter saying he would have the same as her, soup and salad bar.... When my tacos come, she brought an order for me and an order for my husband...he ordered the soup and salad bar not tacos. As soon as I saw the tacos, I see what appears to be feta cheese all over the tacos. I asked the waitress if it was feta, she says yes. I inform her that I can't stand feta and if it comes with feta, why it is not listed on the menu. I ask if I can get them with no feta She leaves the food in front of us while she looks for a manager. I expected to get new tacos, with no feta...nope....I am asked if I want to order something else?? NO I WANTED TACOS!! Why can't they just make me a new order? At this point, I am tired of being there and no longer hungry. I informed the waitress I no longer am hungry and to bring the check...oh and take off the soup that my daughter ordered and never got. The waitress says she will get the check fixed and the manager will bring it back....Shocker no manager ever came over. When I said to the waitress if Feta is part of the taco, it should be noted on the menu. Feta is not a cheese that would typically be on a taco and patrons should know. Her response: If you have a food allergy we have a binder listing what the ingredients are. My response: I don't have a food allergy, I don't like feta. If an item is prepared with items other than what is listed on the menu, the waitress should inform patrons of this. Her response: I don't live in Tennessee where corporate is so I am not going to knock down their door to let them know the menu is wrong.... Whatever, totally clueless, and the manager not coming over was the nail on the coffin. Yes they took off the tacos and the soup, we tipped properly. I will never go there again. Ruby Tuesday is a coporate restaurant and employees are supposed to have great training...not sure what happened with this store.

This place is so generic. The salad bar is decent, anyway. But they replaced the Chicken Out restaurant in this shopping plaza with Clarksville's 300th bank and then added Ruby Tuesdays. Not a good trade.

Some new menu items have appeared on the Ruby's menu, and they're very good. This has brought my wife and I back to the restaurant after having been bored with the limited menu. I've fallen in love with the smoky mountain chicken and grilled green beans. My wife and I prefer sitting in the bar area so we can watch the local sports teams playing. The service has improved a lot as well. We are always greeted at the door and a host/hostess is there to open the inner door for us. The burgers are pretty good as well - my favorite is the triple prime. The salad bar is always well-stocked and fresh. I did notice as did another reviewer that they don't offer the cheese biscuits.

Food was ok like any other Ruby Tuesday but the service was terrible. My family and I were seated right away and the place was 1/2full but it took the server more than 30 minutes to even bring the water. I saw the servers chatting with each other while customers were waiting to order or check out. We left after 30 minutes of waiting to have our orders taken.

A group of us has been there for Sunday Brunch after church, and previous to today (11/18/2012) we had always been pleased. The menu changed drastically. The old menu had biscuits, yogurt parfait, a choice of several entrees (I liked the breakfast quesadillas). All gone from the new menu, which basically was "omelets or nothing). Had the salad bar (it was fine), but we won't be back.

This place is horrible and due to the fact that my mother and grandma enjoy bad food, we frequent this location often. I have to echo what others have said about the 'special' servers who are subpar at best. I think the only requirement for being hired here is that you can tie your shoes....

This was our first time dining at this location. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good but the service was fantastic. From the hostess greeting us on the way in, to the personal service that we received from Steve. On our way out there were 3 people at the entrance (the hostess, a server, and possibly a manager), they all thanked us for coming in and were great with my 2 year old daughter. I was very impressed.

Meh. I like the new menu because I can get sweet potato fries (yum). Half the time I eat here they either forget to bring out the biscuits until the meal is almost over, never bring them out (even when asked), or they are burnt when they come out. They are almost always out of mushrooms in the salad bar and the last time I put feta cheese on my salad there, it tasted lke ham :( This Ruby's is better than the one in columbia, mind you. my family and i eat at the clarksville one often because we are always seated quickly, servers are attentive, and the food comes out relatively fast.

I recently visited twice and was impressed. I liked the food, the service was good, the decor is nice, and the prices are reasonable. They have a very nice salad bar which you can add to your meal for only 3 bucks. I also love their mango iced tea and brown rice pilaf. I will be back.

My favorite thing about this restaurant is the salad bar. When you're super hungry this is a great place to stop by for a quick and healthy bite from the salad bar. The prices are amazing. For a steak meal with a salad bar side it's less than 20 bucks. When you order most of their main entrees, you get two sides. And you can opt to get the salad bar as one of your options. I do have to say that the amount of food would be so little for me if I didn't get the salad bar. I eat bigger portions than the amount they serve so the salad bar is the side I go for. If you order their burgers you can add the salad bar for less than 4 bucks. What an awesome deal. This place is great for happy hour. They have 5$ drink specials! This is the only decent happy hour spot in Clarksville, md. Clarksville is such a small city that this restaurant spots a pretty decent happy hour spot.

The interior of the store is nice and clean. I've been here several times and the waiters always seem to be new at the job, often not professional. As for the food, it's pretty average. However, we found a piece of plastic in our shrimp pasta and a hair on the bowl of another dish. At the end, we found that our check was miscalculated and had to be corrected. I expected more from a chain restaurant like Ruby Tuesday's. In the end, I definitely would not recommend dining here. The raspberry tea was good though. But still...

I honestly thought I was being taped for an undercover reality show to test my patience. Pros Server was extremely nice We were seated right away (dined around 12 noon on a Friday) The goblet ice cream sundae was amazing Cons It took an hour to get my daughters 3 chicken strips It took 30 minutes for the server to return with a spoon for me to eat my soup I never got the extra sour cream I asked for The waiter spilled my tea ALL OVER MY PHONE, watch and bracelets Not sure I will return to this location. Food was just ok! Fish tacos very bland. Like I said the ice cream was the best part

How can this place possibly get a 3 star rating? Aside from the salad bar there is nothing at all admirable about this chain restaurant! I have been there when the food was just slightly better than mediocre and the last time it was deplorable! I remember calling over a "manager" who apologized for the appearance of the food and even told me the General Manager was never there! WHAT?? RT corporate, are you sleeping? Do you even care? There's not just incompetent absentee management but the GM treats his staff like crap! Why is this place even open? I certainly don't know unless the GM is being protected by someone in Corporate! My advice: STAY AWAY!!!

Took the wife here after her Massage on Monday for lunch. Not very crowded, but took awhile for the food to come. I must say that I really enjoyed the Tilapia. It was real moist and tasty and seasoned just right. As many would say the salad bar I think is there greatest asset. The wife said she enjoyed her shrimp and grits. Our server was a little slow, taking his time with everything and even the people next to was, that were there before us was looking for him. Its bad when you have to hunt the waiter down for the check. But I will say that I was stuffed enough that I couldn't even order dessert.

Was there for dinner tonight. By far the worst service I have ever had the beer tastes like vinegar like they have never cleaned the lines had to send them back. Then still tried to charge me for it. When I asked about the charge told me they didn't know how to take it off. Had to argue over the amount of my check for over a half hour. Food was average, service was extremely slow took two hours to have dinner and restaurant was half empty. I will not be going back this place is the worst. If your thinking about stopping think about it, think again and then go somewhere else.

Chain restaurants have to be exceptional to garner more than three stars from me. Ruby Tuesday is solid and performs consistently within expectations. Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Immaculate salad bar with fresh ingredients. This always is my go-to order at RTs and never disappoints. The kitchen orders have this way of looking better on the child-proofed plastic-covered menus than they taste in reality. Like I said, a chain restaurant and one should temper one's expectations. Something about RTs draws families with young kids. Maybe it's the speedy service. While it did not do so on this visit, be forewarned, the place can and sometimes has all the ambiance of a cafeteria at the local kindergarten. One more point: it's become quite pricey for what you get. Two of us for lunch and one had just the salad. One drank soda and the other only water. Still our check had a "3" in front. This simply is not an economical option, and in concept, it should be.

I ordered a burger and a beer and they were fine. Had the salad bar and the greens/accompaniments were fresh but boring. If you want a great dining experience, nice atmosphere, a place for quiet conversations, this isn't where you want to go. It's noisey, lots of out-of-control kids which makes it great for families. It's a step above Wendy's or similar. Jared calls for tablecloths? Are you kidding? It's Ruby Tuesdays! Go to DC if you want that kind of service.

Sub-par at best. This is the first time I have left with a doggy-bag that literally went home to my dog (and I even had second thoughts about giving it to him). I ordered the petite sirloin with coconut shrimp with sides of french fries and premium side of baked macaroni and cheese. The steak was such a poor cut of meat. Believe me, Outback, Carabas, and Texas Road house all have better quality meat. The Mac and Cheese was made with a processed cheese, not cheddar. Additionally, some tables got a plate of biscuits/bread - our table did not. The first entree arrived at the table and no one noticed there were 2 missing entrees. When we finally got the wait staff's attention, she was able to find the rest of the food. The plate was searing hot (had been under a warming light) and the french fries were cold. There was no apology for the delay in serving the table nor for the quality of food. Save your money. Eating at McDonalds across the parking lot will give you better quality for your money.

Always freezing in here...they never change the temperature. They used to give out free biscuits too and don't anymore?? The food is good but not over the top. For a location in Clarksville its a good dining choice but I would look elsewhere if you want something to blow you away

I don't know what Ruby's did but for awhile I was not a fan of their food. However, times have changed and so has their menu. I have to say I like going here now and I admit I have been here on more than one occasion. Sometimes I go here for just some wings and some beer. But, like I said before their menu has changed and because of that I have expanded my selections. I seem to always get the salad bar. The salad bar here is always looking clean and fresh. I do like the salad bar since it is all you can eat and I can create my own salad the way I like it. Piled high and filled with all the stuff I like. I drink diet soda most of the time I go there for dinner but the other night I decided to have a large Miller Lite with my dinner. I have tried their lobster pasta and it is wonderful. It is a cream based sauce with peas, bacon and generous pieces of lobster. I like it a lot and have had it a few times. My wife is a fan of their crab cakes. They are good. They are cooked to they are golden brown on the outside and have a little crispness in order to hold the cake together. Not over cooked but just right. Their vegetables are good too. If you haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a while, try their stuff out. When I am not eating pasta, salads or wings, I go for their mini burgers or a steak.

One of the worst dining options in Howard County. Back when Ruby Tuesday opened, I was excited for the possibility of a decent restaurant in Clarksville. However, several years have passed and the place is just subpar. In my most recent dining experience, my family and I went to RT for a Sunday evening dinner. The dining area was about half full, and we were seated at a window table against the east wall. The first thing I noticed was the dirt and the grime. The windows were filthy (probably had not been washed in months). The table still had crumbs and small shreds of paper from the previous diners. In spite of my misgivings, I sat down and did not hold the uncleanliness of the establishment against the waiter. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri off of the drink menu. The waiter said it was one of RT's best drinks, but I have to question whether or not his taste buds properly function. The daiquiri was chunky, almost too frozen, and very sugary. The waiter would subsequently admit that the daiquiri comes from a pre-packaged mix and that the strawberries were not fresh. Disappointing. In terms of food, my family and I ordered burgers. I had mine topped with avocado, which was also obviously old. The mac + cheese and fries were good, but those are difficult to botch. Another gripe: the recycled paper napkins. Buy some real table cloths Ruby Tuesday! Overall, the waiter did his best with what he had at his disposal, but this is still a mediocre-at-best establishment, one of the poorer chain restaurants in the Columbia area.

Came here twice last summer and twice this summer. Ordered their delicious pasta dishes and buffet salad bar, which is really amazing. Service was awesome this year; gave us free crab cakes, and free cubed apple and grapes for my brother, who apparently qualified as a kid at 5'7". The four way sampler had great wings, Southwestern rolls, chicken fingers. The mozzarella sticks were more hollow than I like and a bit too crispy. Otherwise, very good. Their crispy shrimp dishes are fresh, with a nice crunchy breaded outer layer. I would probably try their burgers the next time I go.

Very disappointed that the Guacamole dip is off the menu. This place is usually not busy. When they first opened they were really busy, they changed managers, went downhill, and now I see a partial improvement. The main reason why my family comes here is for the salad bar. No one else has a salad bar. I notice lately they have a lot of coupons and discounts, that leads me to think that they may be hurting financially.

$5 drink specials :) I ordered the ruby relaxer nice balance of sweet and citrus flavors yummy! New creamy shrimp fondue with chips: not much shrimp flavor... And where is the shrimp?! crab cake dinner with a side of fries and brown rice pilaf: not enough crab meat and too much filler. The fries were good but who can mess up fries? Only redeeming quality was the good cheap refreshing drink :)
