They have terrific Grilled Salmon and their Crab Cakes taste like heaven! Absolutely love this place!

Very uneven. On the first visit, I had the stuffed shrimp with a side of their homemade jalapeno potato salad. Very good! Went again several weeks later and had the baked ziti. For some reason, it was served with a side so I got the "sauteed wild mushrooms". The mushrooms were actually heated up canned or bottled sliced button mushrooms and they were just as they sound--awful. Really? As if people can't tell the difference??? The baked ziti was very dry with very little sauce or cheese on it. The staff is friendly but I'm not sure I'll be going back after this most recent experience.

I have been there twice, and both times I've had very good service and food. Service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Both times we sat upstairs, which is light and open - the downstairs seems a little dark and small. I had pan-fried chicken which is a HUGE portion, enough for lunch tomorrow. It's very good, but if you plan on ordering it, do so right away, as it takes 30 minutes to cook. Homemade mac n cheese was excellent as well. Bread tastes homemade and is addictive. We didn't try the desserts, but they looked really good, we just had coffee - which was very good as well - I am a coffee-addict and hate weak or stale coffee, so this was a major plus.

I've eaten lunch here twice and it has been delicious both times. The crab cakes are fresh and so are the veggies. The service is good and quite fast. It's in a convenient location if you are traveling through Queen Anne'a County.

Horrible dinner experience. Seafood 101...if the mussels and clams are closed... THEY ARE DEAD...do NOT serve them to your customers. Crawfish were inedible, tasted rancid. Chef explained they should be fine as they were frozen....newsflash...frozen food has an expiration date. If it smells bad chances are it tastes bad. Taste your food, check for freshness, have some pride in your craft chef! "Best crab cakes on the planet" ... what planet? Back fin and tons of filler with minimal lump is what I expect anywhere other than the Eastern shore of Maryland. If you have a seafood establishment on the shore and you're buying frozen seafood...you're doing it wrong. Save your money and grab a snack from the gas station next door.

I've been here a few times now. Each time I've gone, I looked forward to it. Then was completely disappointed with my food. I've never gotten bad food. But I've never gotten good food either. I think if it more like bar fare seafood. The Salmon is all farm raised.

we stopped due to horrible traffic on 301 an everything was amazing. The homemade zucchini bread was hot and delicious. The crab bisque was full of claw meat and seasoned nicely. Had to take some home when we left.

Having just moved into the area, I have been working my way through the local fare. I was excited to go there for some fish as they have a seafood distributorship downstairs (why not right, they must know what they're doing). As we walked in the decor looked old and tired, the upstairs is a bar, and is pretty much "bar room brawl proof" so don't expect to be wowed. We ordered dinner and the food was at best, bland. Pretty typical bar food trying to pitch itself as a few rungs higher. Before they brought the "endless" shrimp dinner they brought out the sides and salad for my father in law to eat. Pretty shady if you ask me (getting the guy full before you bring out the expensive loss-leader). Sever tried hard and was genuine, he just didn't know how to do the job. Exampled by "sir" every sentence, dirty clothes, not remembering the menu. My mother in law wanted tender (read: Not Overcooked) poached fish but it came out rubbery and tasteless. It was such a let down I insisted on paying the whole bill and apologized to my in laws for suggesting we go there. As an entrepreneur I noticed that It has been for sale for a long time, and will likely remain that way until they fix the most basic issues of a restaurant. In fact, they should be getting "Bar rescue" or one of these other reality shows to triage and treat the place.
