I don't eat at Bob Evans that often but the times I've eaten their it was not that spectacular. The food could be better including better customer service. The only thing I like about Bob Evans is their prices. This is a good place for a cheep date if you are a high school or college student.

This place sucks it took me and my family almost an hour, the service is crap, don't come here. I would rather go to a different bob Evans than this one I am warning you DO NOT COME HERE, thanks for letting us have a great breakfast NOT.

I went to get an oil change and had an hour to spare and noticed bob evans right next door. When I first came in, I noticed how clean everything was. The hostess brought me to a table with a broom near one of the seats and took it away as she walked away. Waiter comes by to greet 5 minutes later and took my order, dropped off the food 15 minutes later. Ten minutes later he comes by to leave the check on the table and slowly walked away. I was not even half way done with the food. What if I needed a box?! Overall the food was alright and the service was below average.

It's the end of August 2012, and the endless sandwiches has ended. :-( Now, they only have endless bread, soup, and salad, like other Bob Evans locations. Oh well, it did say for a limited time....I miss the sandwiches already. :-)

My wife and I really like the food here at Bob Evans we tend to frequent this one in particular pretty regularly. We were in last night a Wednesday night and the place was not packed but it seemed there were more people in than I guess the staffing could handle. When my family of 5 walked in and had to wait for almost 10 minutes before we were seated. While waiting my wife remarked "This might not have been such a good idea" Because you can usually tell within the first few minutes of walking in to a place just how the experience will be. Unfortunately she was right. Once we were seated our waitress came over and took out drink order and we requested to me moved to a different table due to the fact that my youngest needed a booster seat and it was easier to have a high chair so we needed to move from our booth to a regular table. I asked our waitress for a high chair, it took her a few minutes to come back with our water and no high chair. I was still standing because my daughter (who needed the high chair hijacked my seat) When the waitress saw me standing she apologized and said she was trying to bring our waters and I guess she forgot about the high chair, No Biggie. We placed our orders and I asked for a specific bread that came with my my meal instead of biscuits, and my wife asked for biscuits. The waitress told us she would bring us a variety of different breads and biscuits to the table. Things were looking up right? Nope... The waitress did bring the specific bread I asked for but we had to ask for the variety she told us about, and when we got the variety there were no biscuits. The waitress informed us that they were baking and that she would bring some when they were done. More than halfway through our meal my wife brought up the fact that she still had no biscuits to the waitress and still never got them... sadly. Aside from being finished our meal before we were brought refills for our waters the meal in and of itself was great. Our waitress did disappear for a while and when my wife saw her again she said "does she have a coat on?" I told her that I didn't see her but if she smells like smoke when she comes over then you know where she was while we didn't see her. Low and behold when she came over to our table again, my wife confirmed she did in fact smell like smoke. As I stated in the beginning we like this place a lot... but the service this time was bad enough I that I felt the need to report.

I will not go back to this place. The lady at the front was rude and had no idea what she was doing. Then when I got back to my hotel I realized they gave me beef gravy to go with my biscuits and gravy. I walk back up to get it fixed and the GENERAL MANAGER tried to make me feel stupid by telling me it is sausage gravy. I haven't tasted it yet so I assumed maybe it's just dark. I get back to the hotel and actually taste it AND IT IS BEEF GRAVY. Even the GENERAL MANAGER has no clue what he is doing!!!

Hey man it's Bob's what can you really say? Located on Rte 40, pretty easy to see, if there isn't any parking in front, there is plenty in the back. Whenever I come here, I never have to wait too long, which I love. It's a chain, the food at best is hit or miss depending on the day. I was quite disappointed that they did away with my biscuit bowl that I love so much. I mean it was a pork lover's paradise! Sigh. Bring it back, jack! I digress. I'm not generally a fan of their farmers breakfast, rise and shine...blah blah blah and what not because the items don't taste that great separately. Hence my love for that blame bowl.... Oh but them biscuits. Oh and the honey on them biscuits. Chile... Oh okay back to the review. The service is okay depending on who you get. I'll keep going back to get my breakfast fix.... *cough* bring back the breakfast bowl! Okay, I'm done now.

Busy on weekends why oh why do I continue to come here with its judge able customer service? The biscuits yes the biscuits have me putting all the bad waiters (that you have to remind over and over items they forget) out of my mind to sink my teeth in them (the biscuits) About them flaky buttery biscuits with a little jam...I can taste you right now!! the rest of their food is ok nothing special. Man I wish I had a biscuit right now.

Here for family night dinner with son. The waitress said they were out of chicken fingers and flounder. I am ok with the fish but my son loves chicken fingers my son would not compromise and I asked the waitress for the bill because we ordered drinks she said no charge I said thanks and moved on Popeyes was next door and I know they wouldn't be out of chicken anything right? Most times I come here everything is on point not this time

Sitting here twenty minutes and no one has been here to take our order. I didn't use my invisibility ointment today, didn't wear camouflage, or perform some Chris angel magic act. This is terrible. If the waitress is expecting a tip it will be,"please don't be late to your own funeral." This farm is two cows short of being a McDonald's.
