I see negative reviews for this Red Robin really, really often. Like unsettlingly often, considering how I have never had a bad experience here. I go to this Red Robin about once a month with my boyfriend. We usually split our meals (appetizer and a burger - yes, we ARE that couple), and this has never ever been a problem, which is awesome. You hear a lot of horror stories from restaurants about how the service goes down when the cost of your meal goes down, but this is NOT the case here. Every waitress we have ever had has always been so friendly and accommodating. It's also nice that the manager is a presence in the restaurant - every time we have been here, he has checked in on us. So classy. Anyways, our usual order is the pretzel bites with a burnin' love turkey burger. Both of these items always have come out amazing for us! The quality is consistent, which I really appreciate. My best advice? Stick with what you know, and stick with what the restaurant is all about. I know some people might try to be eating lighter, so they'll opt away from burgers - PLEASE give the turkey burger or veg burger a chance. This is a burger chain, it's what they do best!!

Food: After running a local marathon, I stopped here for lunch. I had the usual post race burger and beer. I started off with a big Sam Adams Boston Lager for my beer. For my burger, I got their Royal Burger. The burger came with a fried egg. It was actually a pretty good burger. Service: I was seated in the bar section. I got pretty good service from my waitress. She was routinely checking up on me and was always nearby if I needed anything. Overall: Call it good marketing... I stopped in here because as soon as I saw the restaurant, I thought, "Red Robin! Yuuuum!" All of their burgers are pretty good and decently priced.

I've had some great meals at Red Robin's across the country. So I know what they are capable. I just haven't had that luck at this location. Staff is friendly but a little green. A giggling goose was recommended but it was a lot like a Robitussin martini. The burgers were okay but certainly not "gourmet" as advertised. The bonsai burger had a canned pineapple which wasn't grilled and was so heavy with mayonnaise that there was no taste of teriyaki. The burger was warm-ish. I had a side of broccoli. It came in a small cup and was more like someone had shaken all of the small heads off the top of the broccoli. After the first two bites broccoli which were no bigger than the fingernail on your pinky, I literally could not pick up any broccoli without it falling through the tines of my fork. The manager came by to ask how everything was and as I made a face and shook my hand sideways as if to say "meh" he said thank you and walked away. I expect better - I know the brand, but it hasn't happened yet here. Unfortunately there's a reason why the other restaurants on this stretch are usually busy and this place has a parking lot less than half full.

Have been here a few times. Ordered a patty melt. Boy was that a mistake! They just couldn't get it right! Their BBQ chicken wrap was pretty good. Cod fish sandwich was ok also. Cobb salad was good. Fries are good. We will probably return but I think I'll stick with the salad.

Not a huge fan of Red Robin but I do like that you can get their burgers in a lettuce "wrap" and they have endless sweet potato fries. So, I guess things even out.

During lunch at this location. Sometimes the bottomless fries are not so bottomless. I went with a group, where we were denied fries starter before our meal came out and limitation to having one refill. I hope they realize that other Red Robins do not share this same policy...

Service was fine but the food has gone down hill. Apps were awful. The humus was bland and the vegetables served with it looked days old. The chips and dip was served with chips that were soft in the middle and cooked dark on the edges. The meals were not much better. The hamburgers were "ok" but again the fries were cold in the middle. There was not much flavor to be had in any of it. For $50 for 4 I expect a little bit more out of the kitchen.

Love their Burgers! The waitress are nice and very fast service! I would recommend to come with the family!

I haven't been here since the remodel. I don't think it was a good one. The space feels so closed off and divided. The burger was good but the fries were soft and somewhat soggy. Kind of a shame since I used to come here all the time. It seems that they remodeled the building but let the food go a little.

This place is ok. I honestly do not love it because of the average food and very high calorie content. I think it is not as good as the Five Guys across the street. It is a nice place to go with kids. Its kid friendly, bright and they can be loud without having people stare.

The food was so so. The bottomless fries were lukewarm. I had the artic cod sandwich and it was warm as well. It wasn't what you would call piping hot. I didn't want to go in the first place but I wasn't driving. Did I mention the mini shakes? Paid $3.99 for half a cup of milkshake. The waitress said that the didn't have anymore milkshake cups so we got to go cups. For $4, I was expecting more. I won't be going back.

This was the strangest visit I've had at Red Robin. I usually love going there for the burgers and onion rings. However, today was different. The waitress, Brandy, recommended their new smoke and pepper burger with Kobe beef. It looked and sounded good so I thought I'd try it out for almost $13. She said it would take a litter longer to make because it is a special burger. Really??? It's still just a burger. Now, when she was telling us our food was about to come out, she told me that my food will take a while longer because it is a burger. Really?? Imagine that, a burger in a burger joint... Anyway, when the food did arrive, the "special" burger was ...... Ok. Nothing special, and not worth the price, thats for sure. Everything else was fine, but this visit was ruined by the service. I'll surely be going back, but will get what I normally get, and enjoy it.

I've eaten at Red Robins about four times so I must like the food my fav is the royal red burger. My wife and kid love it there to my son loves their fries the service is excellent. The servers seem to show up right when u need them in all it's a fair priced restaurant and friendly establishment

Went on a girls day outing with my mom and my girls. Seating was fast. No wait on a Saturday evening. Place was clean. Ordered cheese sticks and onion rings. Hot and crispy. Plenty of sauce. Two burgers cooked perfect. One with lettuce wrap instead of bun. Lettuce was crispy.Kids corn dog and oranges were a hit. I had the crispy chicken salad. Huge! Fresh. Veggies cold, chicken hot. The only downside is that drinks are $4 a piece...just for an iced tea! And they were out of tp in some of the restroom stalls. Overall good time.

They were a little short staffed when we arrived, but greeted us in the way that only a small town can: with genuine courtesy. We were promptly seated. I received the special menu on the first request. The server did a great job double checking my order. Whoever did their training? Hey. Great job! And kitchen staff? I doubly appreciate you putting the dressing on the side without even being asked. This is an excellent upgrade to California's dining options, and small wonder the parking lot was packed.

I've been to Red Robin before and normally it's not bad - this time, however, I tried to get something different and possibly healthier.....next time I'll pick a burger like usual...and get a shake or root beer float too. The other options seem to be really lacking. I got the Whisky River BBQ Chicken Wrap. Overall it just seemed...mushy. There was too much liquid (bbq sauce and ranch) and not enough crunchy veggies. I also didn't think the chicken was high-quality. There were supposed to be tortilla chips to add some crunch, but I didn't see any until I got to the end of the wrap. I was also hoping to substitute sweet potato fries but found out that they'd be more than a dollar to substitute (and I thought more than $10 for a small wrap and fries was a lot). I ended up sticking with the steak fries, which I only really like because of the spices Red Robin has at every table. The spices they have are ones that I put on a LOT of food at home, so it's a nice touch. My boyfriend got the simple grilled chicken salad, which was fine, but nothing special: iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, and lackluster vinaigrette dressing. My dad's oktoberfest burger was really good -- the description on the menu didn't seem like something I'd like, but I'd actually order it. My dad said he wishes it was on the menu all year long. In addition to the blah food (that's my best description for it), the waitress was hovering all meal. She came by at least 3 times while we were eating to see if everything was ok, and she stayed an uncomfortably long time after we answered the same way each time (that everything was fine). Other than that, the service was fine, but the hovering waitress was pretty annoying. Like I said, I've had good burgers, shakes, and root beer floats (unlimited!) at Red Robin before. I would just recommend that you not try anything different - stick to what they do best!

Husband and I have ate here twice and it has been great both times. Stick with the gourmet burger and they can do lettuce wraps instead of a bun for low carb and healthy options. Can't comment on the drink selection, and we did have a bit of a wait for our food during the lunch hour but I am guessing its a popular place for business lunches.. Would recommend.

The red robin in California MD is a good chain. I had the Jim Beam burger last night and it was good but needed more toppings. There were only a few onions but the flavor was still good. We always get the onion ring tower when we go. Good chain but not the best restaurant. Our server Kim was really good though.

If you want fast service. Do not go here. Went during the week to take my adult children and grandchildren. It took so long one person had to leave and have their lunch wrapped up later as they did not bring the requested box when asked. Looks like they need more staff. My youngest son was asked 3 times if he wanted more to drink. Each time he said yes, but still the drink did not appear. I've eaten at Red Robin's before in different locations and each time the food was good and the service was quick. Not sure what's wrong with this one.

Consistently Good... I moved to SOMD in July 2011 and have been dining at RR since I got here (8 months). I eat at RR at least once a week. The wait staff is friendly, food is consistent in quality, and the service is fast. If I have ever had any special requests or something was not quite right the staff and management took care of it. By the way, stay away from my Bombay Sapphire Gin...the manager ordered it at my request. The Tanqueray Ten is all yours (it really is not that bad, just don't get a lime with it because there is enough citrus in it already). Dereck at the bar on Thursday, Friday, Saturday will hook you up with great service and a smile. Also, make sure you get a Red Royalty Card and after 10 meals your next one is free. My favorites are the Ensenada Chicken Platter and the Keep It Simple Burger both with a Bombay Sapphire tonic and a lime. Stay away from the Seafood Scatter unless you are a regular at Captain Pat's.

I really like Red Robin and have been quite a few times, but this was a first to this location. Overall they did a really good job. My only complaint was that they were trying a little too hard.
