It's really pleasing to me that chick-fil-a is a Christian run business. I'm not too familiar with them since I'm originally from Hawaii. They are a little more expensive than regular fast food chains, but everything is organic. This particular location has kids night and they do balloons and games with the children. Pretty awesome. The kids that work here are very sweet and funny.

The food was great and hot! Although they were a little busy the staff still provided fast, friendly and efficient customer service. The lemonade is tart, sweet and delicious. They are extremely busy during lunch time, but the customer service remains the same! Breakfast is awesome as well. I always order the chicken with cheese...YUMMY. Too bad they are not open on Sunday. Isn't it funny that you always get a hankering on Sunday morning for some Chick Fil-a breakfast when you KNOW they are not open? LOL

I love me some Chick-Fil-A! They have a banana pudding milkshake that is amazing!! Do not look at the calorie count, just be happy with the delicious mouthful of banana pudding goodness! Customer service here is awesome! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Did I mention that the banana pudding milkshakes are amazing?

It's Chic-fil-a, nothing more needs to be said. I have never been dissapointed with any Chic-fil-a location and this one is no different. The food has always been great! What continues to blow my mind is how well this place is maintained and how awesome the service is. Placing an order is fast and friendly--this place totally spoils you, ordering from some other fast food joint pales in comparison! Clean, clean, clean! I can't get over how clean this place is, especially considering how busy they are. Did I say busy? This joint is packed from the moment they open till the minute they close. I'm exaggerating of course, but they are VERY busy just about all day. In fact, on two occasions I have had difficulty just driving into the parking lot because if the amount if cars in the drive thru.

Until recently, I ordered lunch or dinner for large groups of my coworkers often from this restaurant- The spectacle during meal rush time of 10 ill-trained employees running into each other and not seeming to work in any way as a coherent team was amusing to me, but the food was tasty and hot. I had to check my bags extremely well each visit- as at least one, and often multiple items were left out of my order. (Too many cooks?) And by often I mean exactly that. Too many times I realized too late I was missing food, and when I did realize at the window, mostly was given the food with only an 'oh', no apology for trying to stiff me... Until the last visit, however, I viewed this restaurant as a bungling but worthy place to spend my retail-slavery earned money! Last time I went, not only did they leave out sauces and a large order of fries, but they gave me a peach milkshake without a snapped-on lid. Vestiges of that ill-fated milkshake greet me on entry of my car- a rancid smell, lovely in summer, of rotten milk and spoiled fruit. Yes, the ENTIRE milkshake spilled- from thigh down to floor, and I got to spend the last 10 minutes of my lunch break trying desperately to clean up my pants and to scoop/scrub/wipe the huge pile of milkshake out of my car's carpeting. Didn't go so well, especially because for my gigantic order of several meals and five drinks, they gave me 3 napkins. Good thing I had blue auto towels in my car, of which I had to use about 20. SO I call the restaurant, tell the manager, and what does he do? Listens without saying a word, puts me on hold for a long time, comes back to get my information, and tells me someone will contact me. No "Sorry that happened" or any other condolences- NOTHING. I had also mentioned my food not being in the bag- Didn't offer to replace it, absolutely nothing. The person who "followed up" with me was from a law office- they listened to me and said someone else would follow up. I received a letter in the mail saying only that they had determined that Chick-Fil-A bore no responsibility- and that there was nothing they would do for me. So, THANKS Chick-Fil-A! And I will Never offer to make a run to your store again- so my $50 a week (approx) will not line your coffers. Did they think I was lying about the lid? Did they think I dumped it on purpose? Was a customer's continuing patronage enough to warrant a freakin apology, and maybe a few bucks off of having my car shampooed or something?? I wasn't looking for blood, no heads rolling, but now I'm serious- A POX on you, mediocre restaurant with subpar teenage idiot staff. A POX on you, and you can keep your awesome waffle fries- I will go anywhere but to your door on my lunchbreak.

The last several times we have been to this location the service has been terrible and slow. I'm all about giving young people a job but they need to focus on the job. There was a line inside and only 2 registers open (it was 430pm during the week). The 2 people kept looking around, seeing what was going on, moving at a snails pace. The manager was of no help. She kept talking loudly to what I can only assume was another manager (both were in plain clothes) but walking back and forth behind the register but NOT helping anyone, including their employees. I've been to several locations and this one tops the worse.

Same thing happened again. Go through the drive thru, specify PLAIN, NO PICKLES, PLEASE DON'T ADD PICKLES. What happens? both of my sandwiches have pickles on them. How hard is it to listen, and not put EXTRA ingredients on a sandwich? Now you have to do twice as much work because i'm bringing my sandwiches back for you to re-make. Idiot kids and a useless manager. If you have the time, drive to La Plata. My order's always right and the establishment is cleaner. Go inside to see the manager, the same woman from November. "Hi, remember me from last month? Same problem. Your employees either don't listen or can't read. Either way you have a problem with your staff that needs correcting. Why is it so hard for them to resist the urge to put pickles on my sandwiches every time i come here?" "umm, I'm sorry?" Some kid who doesn't even work there tried to intervene and say, "hey man, i know you're upset, but you could just take the pickles off..." I'll refrain from posting my response, but you can assume it was colorful.
