Always good, always great service. After a tough day, its good to see a Chic-Fil-A!

It's chic-fil-A. I mean we're all familiar with the menu, the closed on sunday policy, the funny cow commercials. The basics of chic-fil-A are the same at every location. So what makes this location different? I wouldn't call this location convenient exactly, but the next closest location isn't close so I can imagine this one does well. The service here is 10.0 out of 10.0. You couldn't find a problem in service if you wanted to. They greet you, and say my pleasure virtually after every statement or question you make. The arrange your food on the tray like they're entering a contest. If they have enough staff, they even send people to your table to ask if you need a refill and take your cup, fill it, and bring it back. They are happy to provide you with condiments behind the counter and the self serve condiment area is spotless. The whole restaurant is spotless. I went a few times while I was doing some work training for a week. I saw someone changing the water for all the flowers on the table, someone wiping tables down, then someone else disinfecting them after. The bathroom.....I wish my bathroom was that clean. It even had antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer, and mouthwash including a mini cup dispenser for it. The play area for the kids clean, the exterior amazingly clean. Like I said, I went 3 times in one week. I so wish there was one in the district.

Im always going to this Chic-Fil-a its close to my house and the people are always friendly. Out of the many many times ive been here ive only ever once had my order end up incorrect & they were very kind about making it up to me by agreeing to take care of what was messed up on my next visit in.

It's always "my pleasure" to give my hard earned money to this company. This place is an OASIS of quality customer service, cheery atmosphere, and of course -- YUMMY FOOD!!! Gosh, those chicken strips and waffle-cut fries.... I'll never get tired of it. And when I am trying to eat healthier (I'm headed out for this now actually) I love to order their Cobb Salad. Favorite dressing: Avocado Lime Ranch. YUM!!!!!

For a fast food chain, this is the standard to beat. Fresh flowers on the tables, Clean throughout, fast service, friendly people. I would drive out of my way to eat here.

Service: Friendly Food: A++ Environment: Busy This location is YU-MMY. I've never had to wait for my food which means it was either already prepared or they have very fast. Regardless, it's fresh and still hot. I wish they did have more seats because this location is always busy. I always end up sitting next to the children which gets annoying. The bathrooms are spotless. I don't know who trains the employees but I wish they could get leased out to other businesses and teach them how to clean and greet customers. If you're passing through 301 in Brandywine, STOP. Just stop here and get something even if you don't feel like eating.

What's not to love about this place?! They have old bay here and you have to put it on your fries and food. It really makes the nuggets and chicken taste better. Even though they already taste amazing. If your feeling a little adventures I would suggest putting old bay on everything haha. Get an Arnold Palmer as well they are really good. Never had a bad experience here.

They are friendly staff and food is always good. I'll keep coming back for years to come. I love the cob salad and avocado lime sauce. My kids love coming here all the time they adore the fries and fresh lemonade.

I usually would not leave a review for a chain. All Chick-Fil-A is generally friendly and great environment. However this particular location I would say has THE BEST service in the country. It makes me want to detour and stop by this place to have lunch. I am very sure that the owner or the manager train people very well and hire the right people. I am always happy and uplifted just encountering employees at this location.
