I was very reluctant when my friend suggested for us to head to Bonefish Grill for dinner one night due to a "not so good" experience at a location in VA several years back. Ugh, I will never forget! Ha. I decided to give it another go since it had been so long since this experience plus, he was raving so much about the bang bang shrimp that I had to taste for myself. Parking was limited but I made it work, and upon walking in, it was extremely busy but we were still seated right away. Our server was great and came over grinning, he was new and nervous, but I have to say, he rocked it! Great personality, very funny, and attentive. Just how I like :D A+++ to him. The menu had variety and honestly, everything sounded delicious so it wasn't too hard to find exactly what I wanted. Of course, we got the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer; I mean it was all the talk, so I needed to taste these thangs. They were addictive! Like very addictive, to the point where I wanted to order more, but I didn't want to seem even more like a fatty than I already am. They serve them with chopsticks, which I thought was cute, and the portion is shareable. I decided to try the truffle mac n cheese and the filet that came with a side of grilled veggies for my entree. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised how great everything tasted. Flavorful, balanced, and cooked to perfection. Ok Bonefish...I see you, I see you ::winks::. Overall, I enjoyed it and I will most definitely be coming back to Bonefish to try out some other dishes but mainly for the BANG BANG SHRIMP :) Favs: Bang Bang Shrimp, umm duh! Would Change: Not a darn thing! Great location, service, & food!!

We went here on Saturday after watching a movie at xscape theater. It was almost empty so we were seated almost immediately. The server came and took our order fast. Drinks came out and food followed and it surprised us that it came out so fast. On the way to the restrooms to wash my kids hands I notice one of the workers rolling the silverware into the napkins. This is not out of the norm but where she was doing it was. SHE WAS ROLLING THE SILVERWARE IN THE NAPKINS ON THE FLOOR right next to customers dining in. These are what some use to wipe there mouths and hands during their meals and she has them on the floor. This blew my mind......and she's doing it in front of customers. As soon as we sat down I waited for my server and asked that he bring us paper napkins. The food was amazing. I ordered the grilled lamb chops with potatoes and greens, my husband ordered the clam chowder and my kids had the fish strips, our appetizer was the bang bang shrimp I think, my boys loved it so much I didn't get a chance to try it. This would've been a solid five but cleanliness is a most for any restaurant and she pretty much made me question management and what they do when no customers are around. My mind is still blown.

I have been to this Bonefish several times and had both excellent food and excellent service. However, after last night's debaucle, I doubt that I will return there. My new husband and I (we got married yesterday) decided that we would go out to Bonefish to celebrate our domestic incarceration. We arrived around 7 PM and were seated promptly towards the back of the restaurant - it wasn't crowded much at all. Our waiter came and took our drink orders and brought back the bread and the order of bang bang shrimp we ordered. He also took our meal orders: I selected the mahi mahi with the au gratin potatoes and instead of the seasonal vegetable (spaghetti squash), I asked for a Caesar salad; my husband ordered the Wagyu burger. Our food came out in a sufficient amount of time. If you've read this far and you're like 'Why the 2 stars?" this is where you will see where the merit (or lack thereof) is earned. After dropping our food off, our waiter goes missing. We were noticeably done with our food. A half hour passed after we were finished eating before anyone came over, and it wasn't even our waiter - it was the manager. He took my food to box it up and then dropped off the check as well. Upon getting the check, I got charged twice for Caesar salad, both times at full price (when it should've only been a $2.90 charge for being with the meal rather than $4.90 x 2). Our original waiter finally made a celebrity guest appearance and we pointed out the error on the bill, which then took another 10 minutes to resolve. Basically, it was a fustercluck when it didn't need to be. It's not like it was busy nor we required a lot of service. When basic service can barely be performed, it gets rated accordingly.

My girlfriends and I had gone here for the Sunday brunch. We arrived at 11 at first we were a little worried because there were 3 people in the restaurant. We decided on the bottomless bubbles for 19.99, the stipulation with that is there's certain entrees to choose from. I must admit the food was great and the service was excellent. By the time we were leaving the restaurant was full.

This was my daughter & I first time here. We really enjoyed ourselves. My waitress Olivia was awesome, she was personable and welcoming .. For appetizer I ordered the bang bang shrimp ... Wednesday special for $6. My daughter loveeedddd them. I ordered her the popcorn shrimp kids meal, nice portions for the kiddos.. She loved the fries. I ordered for my entree the lamb chops, they are yummy!! It's a spring special... Do try My 2 drinks of the night were the patron cucumber Rita , that thing was too good. Extremely refreshing .. I wanted about 4 more. Than I got the blackberry sangria, it was too sweet for my taste buds. We will return with the Wife!

The food was phenomenal! Service was okay - nothing to write home about but it wasn't bad either. The host was about 3 stars... He never smiled and when we entered, simply asked "Table for 2?" No greeting so I think he needs more practice on the greeting portion of his job. Our waitress was nice but she never introduced herself. She seemed to have more conversation for another nearby table. No biggie but as aforementioned, nothing to write home about. The food on the other hand - 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend the soft shell crab if it's in season. My wife had the tilapia. Food - 5 stars. Customer Service: 3 starts. Overall Customer Experience: 4 stars.

Went for dinner with the husband. My fish was very fresh and fluffy. Truffle Mac was great, my salad bowl was nice and cold (when your salad comes out in a hot bowl it kind of sucks haha) my husband loooves the bang bang shrimp and everything he has ever gotten there.

Im not really a fan of chain restaurants but Bonefish Grill usually has my vote of confidence. Unfortunately, that confidence was diminished during my last visit. Our server was less than attentive, my salmon was over-cooked, and the vegetable sides (broccoli and French green beans- both were 2 steps above raw) were undercooked. The vegetables and fish were taken back to the kitchen immediately. The vegetables were nuked in the microwave and were even more inedible upon their return. They were sent back a 2nd time. The fish came back prepared much better the second time minus the fact that I asked for the lemon butter to be placed on the side and it was poured on my fish (I'm a calorie counter). My girlfriend's entree was average and her veggies were undercooked as well. Our waiter really wasn't involved as much as he should have been. The manager offered 25% off of the bill. All in all, Bonefish Grill can be a hit or a miss. I hate that we had such a poor experience at a place we usually favor.

$70 for: Two appetizer Two entrees Two beers 1 soda I thought that it was a bit spendy since we didn't get over the top entrees, but good god everything was delicious. We came at 9:30 desperate for dinner (we were staying in a nearby hotel) and were so glad to see it open til 11:30. The atmosphere was surprisingly slow and it was perfect for us since we were just looking for a QUIET dinner out. Also, the waiter was charming :) I highly recommend this place especially the saucy shrimp!

Stopped in for a few drinks and appetizers to catch up with friends after conference. The seating is tooooooo close. I would be open to trying another Bonefish location, but not this one until the seating is improved. Drinks appetizers service was great.

I AM THE POSTER CHILD FOR BONEFISH GRILL, LOL. This is still one of my favorite spots to visit and have some alone time with myself. As of August 2014, I am loving their new and revised menu. The Seared Tuna Bowl is delicious, although for some reason I couldn't finish my portion. Bartenders are friendly and serve great drinks (Please remember to Tip for excellent service!!!) Mike is one of my favorite bartenders. Love the venue/service and will continue to return.

The food was delicious and there was a wide array of seafood selections, which made it almost difficult to decide. My mother, grandmother and I enjoyed our meals and appetizers but we weren't too happy about the service. Our waiter was friendly but seemed to forget about us. I waited 15 minutes more than my family for my tea...when it arrived, the ice had already started to melt and the drink was watered down, also simple things such as the complementary bread took forever to be delivered to our table. If there was more staff or a more attentive staff, I would've given this restaurant 5 stars. Overall good eats, though!

Love the Salmon with a side of Scallops in the Pan Asian sauce... Also the butter sauce the use in the broccoli is really good.

My boyfriend and I decided to give Bonefish Grille a try after we had heard so many good things about it. We were seated quickly, but had to wait at least 15 minutes for our server to even come and greet us. She apologized and brought our drinks, then convinced us to order Bang Bang shrimp. Honestly, it was not as impressive as people make it to be. I was actually disappointed by it. We ordered our food, and received our food about 30 minutes after we ordered. I ordered the filet mignon, and my boyfriend ordered the Atlantic salmon. His food was good. Mine was too. My main issue was the time we spent waiting for things. Once my food came, I immediately asked for steak sauce. It took 25 minutes for it to come, and at that point, my steak was cold. The waitress being as sweet as she was, gave us a discount because of how long we had to wait the whole night. Granted, I value my time over money, but I appreciated the gesture. For the quality and amount of food, it is definitely overpriced. However, if you want to splurge and enjoy a simple dinner, this is where you should come.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Bang Bang Shrimp. My only complaint is I wich you got more and they didn't try to trick you with the lettuce in the bottom. Oh, Well. We also usually get the Seared Tuna which is always good and perfect flavor. When we went this time i noticed that they have a Brunch menu on Sunday. I ended up geting a burger taht wasn't anything special, -you don't get a burger at a seafod place- but that is what i felt like. The brunch menu did look delicious though.

I cannot believe that I have never written a review for this place... SHAME ON ME!! I have been dining at this Bonefish Grill since it's inception and I will use this analogy. You know when you meet the perfect woman (Pretty, great body, fantastic personality and smart), this is Bonefish Grill in a nutshell. Bonefish Grill is the perfect restaurant (Great food, awesome menu options, tasty drinks, dynamite service and an exceptional value)!! You honestly couldn't ask for anything more in a dining experience. I have tasted just about everything on the menu from the Bang Bang Shrimp to the Filet Mignon and its all been absolutely mouthwatering. For the first few years, I was discouraged by the large crowd and the long wait time but with other restaurant options in the area now, it's not as ridiculously busy as it used to be. I love rating an establishment when I can find NO wrong and Bonefish Grill most definitely fits the bill!!

Took my girlfriend out to eat here. Maybe we should've went to Chevy's or somewhere else. I work in a restaurant myself and I know good and bad service. Our service was NOT good. Took about 15-20 minutes for our Margaritas. Which we saw sitting at the bar for a good 10 minutes. Server said she was coming back to refill my water came back twice with no refill. Dropped off bread and said she was coming back with plates. Never got them. Finally the food came out and I had to ask the food runner for a refill and what do you know, finally got it. Silverware was dirty. Sitting right at the bar and saw our server scratch her head then grab some plates to run food. My review just dropped from 2 to 1 star. Not coming back to this location. Sorry. Steak was a little over cooked. Asparagus was dry. Only thing good was the patron margarita. Probably because it's really hard to mess up a margarita.

I visited in October with some friends. I had a reservation for a large party, but, as the time approached I needed to whittle it down. So, I called. I think that the staff answering the phone needs to be trained on reservations. The gal was a little confused and handed me over to a manager. Luckily management could handle changing the number for the reservation. Yes, that's all I needed, to change a number. The server was okay, I don't remember his name, that's how I know he was just okay. We were looking for him a few times in-between courses and when we were finished, wanted dessert and wanted the check. The food was pretty good. There were a few options for vegetarians, which is always good to have on the menu. One of my friends ordered something vegetarian. I may go here again in the future, but, I may not. I haven't decided yet.

I hate seafood. It's not a secret. However, Bonefish now has a menu that allows you to enjoy a meal while being forced against your will to accompany loving family members to go to a place that has fish in the name. I had a steak with some garlic whipped potatoes as well as far too much of the bread and oil. I left way happier than I was when I went in, which is a first for any place that literally calls itself something that I hate. Kudos.
I really enjoyed my time at Bonefish Grill. I always do. They just don't seem to get the customer service right ever. it's not horrible but to get 5 stars I need less goof ups. My waitress was very nice as a person and went out of her way to get things right but I just think that she was to inexperienced. Now to the food. I had the shrimp and seafood soup for starters and it was the best. I just found out that the boom boom shrimp can come with the sauce on the side which I now can get finally. Now to the main course, I have grilled fish and I have to say that it was cooked to perfection. The veggies were seasoned perfectly and the au gratin potatoes were perfect. This would've been a 5 had it not been for the service. I waited awhile before I wrote a review to hope that they got it right. They did not but I highly recommend this business.

My fiancee and I had dinner here recently and we LOVED IT! It was SO worth the drive from Lexington Park. First of all, it is so hard to find a place that serves a good martini around here - this place served me the best damn dirty martini I've ever had. I had one of the specials - it was a haddock dish, and it was cooked perfectly and absolutley delicious! My fiancee had the Mahi-Mahi and he loved it also. I will admit, I have had better creme brulee, but other than that, everything was delicious. I don't remember our servers name, but she was a young, blonde girl, and she was excellent at her job!! She was very attentive to us, and explained some menu items, and even reccommended some. This was a romantic stay-cation type of getaway and we had just been sorely disappointed with the condition of our hotel room, but I have to say, having dinner here mended eveything and put us back into high spirits. I definitiely reccommend trying it out!

I visited this location a few days ago. While the bang bang shrimp on the appetizer menu was truly impeccable, the service was horrible. Our waitress probably came by to check on our table once or less and then we had to wait a while to get the check. She was not very attentive. This was my second time ever going to a Bonefish Grill, and as I said before, the bang bang shrimp was great. It was the best shrimp I've ever had in my life. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys eating shrimp. I like Bonefish Grill and appreciate them for having a gluten free menu (I'm allergic to wheat).

Okay, so I finally got to get into Bonefish Grill without having to wait an hour or more (not my style). Yes, the Bang Bang Shrimp was banging! I also had the shrimp tacos along with a red Sangria and all were quite tasty. Service was okay but the waitress was not as attentive as necessary for our party of nine. I plan to return to the restaurant for Bang Bang Wednesdays so we can enjoy the shrimp for $5! The creme brulee, one of my favorite desserts, was as good as it looks (see photos)!

Great food and service!! Stays busy, especially on the weekends. Very long wait at times, but it's a nice place and in my opinion, it's worth the wait! I've had the Ahi Tuna, Bang Bang Shrimp, Tilapia, Mahi Mahi, Grouper, and Salmon along with the selection of sides. All were well prepared and tasted great. Also, the Florida Cobb and Grilled Salmon and Asparagus salads are fantastic!

Overpriced chain food. Had a pretty awful experience on a Sunday evening. We wanted an impromptu date night after a long weekend and unfortunately decided on this place. Now we've been here a few times and the food has been hit or miss but on this night it was so bad we would never return. Our waitress was loquacious yet informative. Table was dirty with food and other garbage underneath the table. Brought out bread which was COLD initially and our appetizers (calamari). The calamari was horrible and inedible due to the abnormally rubbery texture. Calamari should not be tough and difficult to chew. Wanted to take it back immediately but our waitress disappeared for a good 20 minutes or so. Grabbed the attention of another waiter and requested another batch. Well, same result and wanted it removed from the bill. For the entrees we ordered the seabass imperial along with the tilapia imperial. Tilapia was rubbery but my seabass was decent. The side items were awful which included undercooked au gratin, a mediocre watered down salad, and bland veggies. Everything was removed with the exception of the seabass which totaled about 40 bucks! Absurd. Absolutely disgusted and vowed to never return.

Second time here, once was in Ohio. Food is pretty darn good, I mostly eat fish, so this place suits my meal plan well. Rainbow trout is very good, but they give you enough for two portions. I took half home. The bang bang shrimp is very good too, I tasted some of my friends. My son enjoyed the Mac and cheese from the kids menu, he has a seafood allergy so I wouldn't let him order much else. Nice drink menu and good atmosphere. This could become a regular for me.

This was my first visit. I came here for Sunday brunch and arrived at 1:00pm. We were seated very quickly because it was pretty empty. The host, a young college-aged guy, could have been more enthusiastic greeting us. I was expecting something a little more high end / upscale but the interior was clean and had a decent decor. The waiter was very patient as we tried to navigate the brunch menu and explained everything we asked about on the menu. I ordered the Bang Bang shrimp omelet because I was informed by a friend that "bang bang" was the best thing on their menu. My companion ordered the Chilean sea bass, which came with french fries. We also ordered the unlimited Sangria and Bellini since that came with brunch. Both drinks were very good, especially the Sangria, which wasn't authentic but tasty nonetheless. And I caught a buzz after only two drinks so that was also a good sign. My omelet was decent enough -- nothing to write home about. It came with some sort of au gratin potatoes, which were good, dry toast (and by dry I mean DRY like the Sahara with not a spec of butter in sight!) and another side item which escapes me at the moment (that's indicative of how unmemorable it was). My friend's sea bass wasn't sexy and was quite a small portion. I would say it was about the size of a petite woman's fist. For $27 I expected to see more. Instead, it was accompanied by what looked like an army of like 6 dipping sauces. I don't know what that was about. I guess it was meant to make the plate look full since there was nothing else on it (?) The waitstaff was very professional, brought out complimentary bread immediately and ensured our water was refilled. The server was very attentive and provided semi-white glove service. However, I'm giving this a 3 mainly because I wasn't impressed with the food on any level. It was good but certainly nothing I would drive out of my way for. I will give Bonefish another try if I am invited by someone else but I'll just "bang bang" next time (sans the omelet) since that's what everyone's raving about. Bonefish's attempt at upscale seafood dining missed the mark with me. I think it has a nice atmosphere and good service but is certainly not what I consider "fine dining." But they definitely get an E for effort.

My first experience with this chain. Had some time to kill in the area and it was the only place left open (well Chevys was but mom doesnt like Mexican). I got the Bang Bang tacos....a winner! My mom got the fish stuffed with shrimp, scallops, etc. It grew on her and I liked it as well. The portions were on the small side. In addition, we had the most impersonal waiter of all time. No lie. He wasn't mean just not friendly or very attentive. Other than that the overall atmosphere is chill and a good addition to the dry and dull Southern Prince Georges//Waldorf area

The GRAND MARNIER & ORANGE ZEST-BATTERED CREME BRULEE FRENCH TOAST (with bacon) was a really good choice for me, since I wasn't in the mood to really pig out. For my drink, I chose to go 'bottomless'. I like bottomless brunch booze. The peach bellini was well worth the $20. You got about 3-4 options for bottomless, as well as the rest of the regular lunch menu. As busy as this place is during weeknights and weekends, I was very surprised that it wasn't more jam-packed during Sunday Brunchtime. We got lucky. NO complaints. Note: I highly recommend the Bang Bang Chicken (not on the menu), if you're in the mood for a little spice. It's served on a small bed of lettuce, so it's good as a filling appetizer or complete meal.

I am happy to report that they have taken hand towels off the restroom counter. I had mentioned to management on occasions that it was unsanitary. Water dripping from unclean or partially clean hands could contaminate the hand towels on the counter. If food service is using these same towels then patrons were exposed to contaminants even if they never visited the restroom. Yuck! They also only serve american tilapia(thumbs up). As always Food is delicious . Service very nice and friendly. Crab cakes are great. The veggies I love...I just have sauce on the side. Just in case it is too salty for me.

Went to Bonefish Grill for an afternoon lunch. The food was very good but the service was average at best. I had the baja fish tacos and they were excellent. Don't know what it is about southern MD but the service industry isnt very good. Seriously, when you have to call the hostess over from a personal conversation just to get seated, it's a problem. A problem that seems to be endemic in this area. Sorry to paint with so broad a brush, especially since I'm from the area but it is what it is. It isn't like these places are cheap, so you should get decent service.

Had a great dinner here the other week. The atmosphere is intimate and slightly upscale, though casual clothes are completely fine. We only had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, and our server was extremely attentive and friendly. I highly recommend the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer, and the rockfish entree -- both of which were delicious! I'd definitely come back here again.

I visited a family member in Waldorf the other day and we went to Bonefish Grill for lunch. Nice ambiance flowing throughout the restaurant and looks a little upscale. The prices were a bit steep, especially for lunch, but it does mainly sell seafood. The drinks looked a bit pricey in my opinion. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was delish. Wonderful flavor. I did notice the comments about how the staff is very inattentive and I agree. Since I live in Gorgeous Prince George's, this is a bit too far to travel for happy hours or regular dinners, so I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this location again. I wasn't really thrilled with the restaurant as a whole. Not sure why I hear people ranting and raving about this place...it's just okay in my book.

First thing you should know is that i rounded up to give this place 3 stars. I'll start with the pros. PROS: They were open. The lobster Rangoon was good. OK now the CONS: It was bad from the second we sat down! We were seated and no one came to get our drink orders. So after approximately ten minutes of servers walking past us i asked the host for a server. He obliged and we then got assigned to us a young man who looked like we had just inconvenienced him and cut his weed break short. Speaking of short... He was very short with us. He knew his stuff but i think his personality was not a match for this line of work. As every review suggested we ordered the BANG BANG shrimp and i do not see what all the fan fare was for! It was some average tasting shrimp! If you love this shrimp you need to get out more! I ordered a "American Style" Kobe Beef burger. I asked the young man was it real Kobe and he said it was. Having lived in Japan for three years, i know a thing or two about Kobe beef. And this my friends was not real Kobe. That was a let down. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has anything higher than a novice pallet.

Considering this is in Brandywine... Considering this is a chain... Considering there are so few good places to eat in this area... I was truly impressed! If you come here blindfolded (and get someone else to drive you...lol...) you'd think you were at a nicer downtown restaurant in DC. We always sit at the bar - and they are fine with folks eating a full meal at the bar. The drinks on special are REALLY good (yummy sidecar!) and REALLY cheap and surprisingly (unlike downtown DC) are available all the time, not just during happy hour (though they do have separate happy hour specials) The warm bread is very good The coconut shrimp is fantastic! wow... Surprisingly I am not a fan of the bang-bang shrimp. Maybe I need to try them again... The salmon with asian sauce is excellent! The rice and green beans and spinach are my favorite sides. Definitely give this place a try I really hope they keep up how clean it seems, good customer service, solid meals, and friendly atmosphere.

I stopped here on the way back from a weekend in Alexandria. I have been to a Bonefish before so I was looking forward to it. First off I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The table wasnt bad but the windows and the rest room needed some attention. Dont know about you but I often wonder: if they cant keep the windows/door clean I wonder how well they keep the kitchen clean. meh. So I ordered the Kobe Beef Burger--it was great! Oh yeah, and the warm bread and oil/vinegar they server pre-meal is awesome! My wife ordered the Tuna Sashimi and was pleased too. Our server was fantastic, very attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall I was pleased, my only complaint would be the cleanliness.

This, I like. Menu is classy, but not boring. Seafood, with a modern & upscale flair. Waitstaff is attentive, without being overbearing. Drinks are a bit over priced, but not by a lot. Then again, I'm a top-shelf drinker... lol They have daily specials, too. Good place for a date...

Went here for breakfast. It wasn't very good. Service was extremely slow. Too many tables jammed into too small amount of a space. It's not very comfortable when you are a foot away from the people at the table next to you.

Clearly this is one of the better chain restaurant's in life and they do a pretty good job with their niche: seafood. This particular location is fine. It's cute. Outdoor loungy patio. Cozy, 'community'-like bar. The Brandywine restaurant itself is REALLY small and a bit cramped, which would be my only criticism. Everyone rave's about the Bang Bang shrimp, and I strongly concur that it is VERY tasty and I once was a diehard fan. But over time, as I've ventured out into other menu options, I've been just as pleased. Mussels are very good. And as shrimp goes, I think the Thai Coconut shrimp are the REAL steal here. You get six REALLY big shrimp. You can really taste the coconut. It's a huge portion for a $8 appetizer. And it's so good. I could come in here and eat that and be satisfied. I think the appetizers here outshine the entrees. And that includes the yummy warm bread basket and olive oil pesto dip that accompanies. At this point in my life as a mom of 2, I also dig Bonefish because it works for kids, yet the atmosphere still manages to be very adult and date-night-like. Price is very reasonable, also. Honestly, I would sooner eat here than at some of the higher-end seafood chains, for example, McCormick and Schmick's or Legal Seafoods. The product is comparable and price point considerably lower. Given that fact + how consistent Bonefish has been over the years + some pretty memorable dishes (i.e. BangBang) + the fact that I have dinner here on average every other month or so and am always happy to return= 4 star solid.

I need a half a star! We enjoy this Bonefish Grille, which us located in Brandywine, MD. Our family (mother, father, two young adults) have celebrated birthdays, promotions and recently, my husband's graduation at this particular chain. The food is not cheap, and the guys have said the portions on some of the entrees are too small, but complaints are actually very, very few. Even the restrooms are relatively clean! The bang bang shrimp are really worth the commercials! Watch the salt in the pesto that comes with the bread. They are not generous enough with the bread, however. Refills of drinks are quick, though. Our servers have always been excellent. It strikes me that they don't hire babies; the servers are experienced, efficient and friendly. A good buy!

Solid spot for good food and drinks. Used to come to Bonefish quite a bit in Florida and definitely miss it. Nothing too unique about this Bonefish in particular. Been open two years, super clean and great service. And make sure you try the Mussels Julienne. With Bread. And a Yuengling. And call it a day.

I've been to this Bonefish Grill twice and both times I had a really good experience. The last time being this past friday. I ordered the bang bang shrimp which were just as delicious as the first time. My date ordered the lump crab cake and loved them so much that he was searching for a Bonefish grill near his home in ATL. The atmosphere was dark, but very romantic. Our food was served quickly as well as our drinks. No complaints for me.

Worst fish and chips EVER! We ordered fish and chips for take out yesterday. I was expecting some nice, flakey fish fillet from the ocean. What we got was tilapia! TILAPIA! That fish does not fry well. It was a bit mushy and not much flavor. Also, the fries were under the fish, so the fries and the fish were nice and soggy. Yum! The best part? We paid $11 for fried tilapia. Tilapia is one of the least expensive fish on the planet and was probably farm raised. Good for Bonefish Grille -- they got me to pay $11 for $1 worth of food! Maybe they need a bit more info for that item on their menu. I would not have ordered "fish and chips" if I had known it was "tilapia and fries". McDonalds fish mcbites are much closer to fish and chips that what Bonefish Grille is selling. I guess they "hooked" me good! Probably not again. I'll eat fish sticks before I swim back upstream to Bonefish Grill.

Bonefish Grill ahhh what can i say...my boyfriend likes to say that its overpriced wanna be high class commercial seafood. Its a nice atmosphere & nice presentation of the food and i think thats what you pay extra for. i think the only thing i really desire from them is their crab soup but i can go to Longhorn or Red Lobster for the same type of food. Not to knock what everyone else likes but im not a huge fan...to each their own.

I lied. I said that I wouldnt give this place an awful review, but 3 weeks later I can't help but laugh and give it 2 stars. I arrived for some serious business talk at 330, to find they didnt open til 4. Okay no problem. So we went for a walk to talk about all things Panama, and came back with a belly full of something sweet from the jamaican place down the block of this utopian oasis that is floating in Brandywine. Our waitress was super sweet, but very awkward. I got a tomato salad, the balsamic was missing, and i had to wait another 10 minutes before it was ready. Why couldnt i just have plain balsamic? My steak had come out by the time the sauce was prepared. My asparagus side was boiled to the point where you couldn't recognize if it had been canned or fresh. Disgusting. One of my dining companions ordered the cup of soup, he was brough a bowl. A cappuccino, cold no foam, sigh. We had to search for our own sugar. lol.. after asking 3 times. The manager was a doll, and brought me dessert on the house. But failed to communicate with our waitress and extra dessert was also brought out. So at least they tried. Its a chain so you should know that they are probably consistent, and despite all the downfalls, the food was good - and the environment was clean. So yea, GO, your experience will be better than mine.

Let's keep it real, 5 stars considering this is in the boonies, but still, its a cool spot if you want to stay local, but feel like you are in the city. We always get the Mango side cars. They are only $5 all the time (day or night) which is awesome. They taste really good and get the party started. They have a few other cocktails that are also on their dolla holla menu, but I stick with the sidecar. We also love Bang Bang Wednesdays which has their winner The Bang Bang Shrimp, for only $5 all day. This is a must have if you visit this place. The bar area fills up fast during happy hour, but if you go on Wednesday, its happy hour all day. I've actually never eaten in the dining room because I love the atmosphere of the bar wherever I go. I recently got the Kobe Beef Burger and it was also awesome and good. It was a lot of food for only $10 and included fries or chips or something like that. If you are in the Brandywine/Waldorf area, this is def going to be your spot!

Horrible customer service from the hostess and the waiter. Sat in the bar area at the community table with four of my girlfriends. I explained to the waiter that we were having separate tickets. Ordered the spinach salad, which was terrible, had spoiled raw onions on it, the waiter didn't check on us he screwed up our orders during payment time, he forgot about a few items that I've ordered. I had five cocktail and never got a buzz.... The drinks were watered and iced down. Absolutely terrible. I will never go back again whether its in Brandywine or anywhere else. Yuck!!!!

Im real late on this spot but it was definitely worth the stop. I stopped in over the weekend to take a break for the Christmas shopping madness and grab a bite to eat. The service was great and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. They have some GREAT daily specials so I definitely want to stop by again for happy hour or something. Wednesday's is $5 bang Bang shrimp, definitely their signature dish.

After hearing about it from my friend for a while now, I decided to finally check out Bonefish Grill. Needless to say I can kick myself for not not going sooner. The Bang Bang Shrimp is AWESOME. I definitely recommend everyone to try it. I could go there, eat the shrimp and wouldn't need to eat anything else. I'm salivating just remembering how good it tasted. I ordered the chicken dish as an entree, which was delicious as well. Great food, great service and atmosphere. Oh...did I mention that the Bang Bang Shrimp was awesome? I think you get the point. I plan on going back for more sooner than later.

We waited 20 minutes, it was packed, probably due to the storm and power being out all over the DMV. I had the Bang Bang Shrimp, while my son had a Caesar Salad, and the Chileans Bass with mash potatoes. The shrimp were allright, nothing that excited me. I tried my son's Bass and it was cooked just right not to moist or dry. I do plan on going back.

I've never seen a restaurant where the managers have such a complete lack of control of their dining room and kitchen. The service is inattentive and apathetic. Most of the wait staff are young, inexperienced and ghetto... with no sense of urgency and no respect for customer service. I would give one star, but I'll give it two because it is a chain restaurant and successfully lives down to the worst possible stereotypes of a dumpy chain restaurant in PG county.

This Bonefish is more than 40 minutes from my home, which means I have only been there twice. My last visit was in Oct. 2011. I forgot to update till now, so maybe things have improved. My first visit was on a busy Saturday night. The food was very good and the service was okay considering how busy they were. My second visit was on a Sunday early evening. The service was not good. The restaurant was not busy and everything came out of the kitchen and bar out of order. Our server was not the least bit apologetic about this. The food was fine, but a little cold. We waited forever for our beers, which came after our salad. When we were halfway through our salad the main course came. Then we waited forever to even ask for our check. And again waited for our receipt. I don't plan on returning.

Do you think they could maybe squeeze another table into their dining room? OK chains we know that the more covers you get the better the bottom line but let's not get crazy. Food and service were OK (not write home great) but the environment was so claustrophobic with tables and chairs literally on top of each other. I got so tired of my fellow diners and wait staff bumping into me as they tried to navigate the very tight spaces. This could be a first class restaurant but management needs to dial down the greed a little and remove about 10 tables.

Banging, banging, banging shrimp!!! Service is great and even down to the pellegrino sparking water being chilled in a marbled bottle chiller. Grouper was most exellent while serving my pallet with temptuous cravings for more. Very sweet with a mango chutney sauce... Lovely texture and grilled to perfection....Bonefish is "the" fish.

I arrived at This Bonefish Grill on a Saturday evening, to have dinner and a glass of wine. I was disappointed in the service that was received. I decided to sit at the bar, since there were several seats available. In spite of the fact that there were 3 employees working behind the bar, it took 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged. Typically, this would not have been an issue, however I was seated in front of an employee, who was doing something with the cash register. She finally looked up, brought me a menu, and I ordered a glass of wine. After reviewing the menu, I waited for any of the 3 employees to take my order. All 3 employees, walked pass me several times, and never asked to take my order. They were busy discussing personal issues, joking with what I assumed to be regular customers, and at times using profanity. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked if anyone was going to take my order, and why they felt that it was appropriate to not provide me service. I requested to speak with the manager. A young man ( appeared to be still in High School), the manager, came over, and I shared my concerns. He apologized, and indicated that he would speak with the 3 employees. I sat at the bar another 10 minutes, and did not observe the manager speaking with any of the 3, to inquire about the service breakdown. I decided to not have dinner, paid for my wine, and WILL NOT be returning to this Bonefish in my lifetime.

Our church family go out to eat nearly every Sunday after church for continued fellowship. We select a different restaurant each week to vary our dining experience. This week we selected Bonefish Grille in Brandywine MD. We have ate at this restaurant before and the experience was satisfactory. I don't know what happened this time but the regular cook must of taken off the do a Superbowl party or something. I ordered mussels for an appetizer and they were undercooked. My nine (9) year old son loves mussels and he would not touch them. When I received my order of Imperial Trout, the plate looked like everything slid in one corner of the plate and there was some indescribable item on my plate. The manager said it feel off my fish; I didn't understand why they didn't wipe it off before they brought it out to me. Another member of my church family ordered Salmon and it was over cooked so she sent it back. The manager asked if I wanted my order re-plated and I declined (didn't trust them at this point). I guess my instincts were right; the re-cooked Salmon came back not cooked at all (took pictures of both plates and posted them on my Facebook page). I could not believe they sent it out like that. Needless to say they took the order off the bill but the manager offered no other resolution. We did order the Bang Bang Shrimp and it was great as usual. Not looking forward to going back to this restaurant but probably will because it is a favorite of one of the family.

Kudos.

Stopped in for a few drinks and appetizers to catch up with friends after conference. The seating is tooooooo close. I would be open to trying another Bonefish location, but not this one until the seating is improved. Drinks appetizers service was great.

Yuck!!!!

A good buy!

Kudos.

I have always enjoyed going here! Great food, and if the salmon ain't right, won't be a good night! But it always is. Excellent bartenders and a good time. You won't be disappointed!

The wait was far too long and the hostess seemed clueless but the food and service were signature Bonefish.

We have eaten here several times and the food is always good and fresh ( especially the seafood). The cocktails are great as well.

Food was great and portions were large (bang bang shrimp). Service was great, we were brought extra bread after we quickly ate it all. The prices seemed reasonable. Will definitely return.

Stopped in for a few drinks and appetizers to catch up with friends after conference. The seating is tooooooo close. I would be open to trying another Bonefish location, but not this one until the seating is improved. Drinks appetizers service was great.

Yuck!!!!

Very surprised for seafood restaurant that the burgers and pretty much everything was unbelievable:)

Very nice place to eat for Sunday brunch! Other than a small side order mix up we had an overall great meal. Toddler friendly too!!

My honey and I are on vacation decided to try this chain restaurant . The service was amazing. The bang bang shrimp were great. And it was ending of happy and I was surprise the house wine was decent!

Tonight was great...after being sick for a full week, then snowed in a few days this was what the doctor ordered! The service was great my food & drink were on point! I will be returning soon! Thanks BoneFish u definitely enjoyed my evening out with myself...

Went on a Saturday evening, the wait was long but we were seated faster than the wait time. The bread was great the food was good and portions are somewhat small
(3)Carson T.
(4)William R.
Food was great and portions were large (bang bang shrimp). Service was great, we were brought extra bread after we quickly ate it all. The prices seemed reasonable. Will definitely return.
(4)Patricia J.

(5)Alexis B.
Sorry but this place can not get it together. I wish the food was constant if it was it would be my favorite place.
(3)Malena L.
(4)Takeia G.
Love the Salmon with a side of Scallops in the Pan Asian sauce... Also the butter sauce the use in the broccoli is really good.
(5)Denise J.
(3)Candice B.

(5)Kenneth H.
Great food, Great service, I love this place and am always satisfied and pleased when I leave. The cost does not matter!

Kudos.
(4)Tom C.
One of my wife's favorite restaurants. The food is very good, the service is very good, the prices are reasonable, and if you can survive MD-5/US-301, it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. Get the Crème Brûlée.
(4)Ellis D.
(4)Sarah C.
(5)Jasmine B.
(4)Michelle B.
(4)Sheila S.
(4)Rye M.
(2)Vicki R.
(4)Stacey M.

(3)Toya D.
(4)Lhynette C. A.
Good chain resto. Got the bang bang shrimp appetizer and was full after that. Barely ate my corn and crab chowder soup.
(3)Deb C.
(4)P G.
(3)Natalie D.
(4)Rae M.

I#Beet Salad, shrimp & scallop grill, glazed carrots was my meal

Great food, outstanding service, go to the bar and ask for Erin. I will definitely go back here.

(3)Sabrina B.

(4)Donna H.

(5)Keyanna M.
Yuck!!!!
(1)Jay M.
(4)Stefan L.
(5)Cynthia C.
(3)Steve K.
(2)Chuckie B.
I have always enjoyed going here! Great food, and if the salmon ain't right, won't be a good night! But it always is. Excellent bartenders and a good time. You won't be disappointed!
(5)Debby C.
(2)T D.
The wait was far too long and the hostess seemed clueless but the food and service were signature Bonefish.
(3)Dana M.
We have eaten here several times and the food is always good and fresh ( especially the seafood). The cocktails are great as well.
(4)Aaron D.
(2)Nicole L.

Very surprised for seafood restaurant that the burgers and pretty much everything was unbelievable:)

Went on a Saturday evening, the wait was long but we were seated faster than the wait time. The bread was great the food was good and portions are somewhat small
(3)Carson T.
(4)William R.
Food was great and portions were large (bang bang shrimp). Service was great, we were brought extra bread after we quickly ate it all. The prices seemed reasonable. Will definitely return.

(5)Sarah H.
Very nice place to eat for Sunday brunch! Other than a small side order mix up we had an overall great meal. Toddler friendly too!!

(3)Candice B.

Sorry but this place can not get it together. I wish the food was constant if it was it would be my favorite place.
(3)Malena L.

Kudos.

One of my wife's favorite restaurants. The food is very good, the service is very good, the prices are reasonable, and if you can survive MD-5/US-301, it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. Get the Crème Brûlée.

Tonight was great...after being sick for a full week, then snowed in a few days this was what the doctor ordered! The service was great my food & drink were on point! I will be returning soon! Thanks BoneFish u definitely enjoyed my evening out with myself...
(5)Patricia J.
Stopped in for a few drinks and appetizers to catch up with friends after conference. The seating is tooooooo close. I would be open to trying another Bonefish location, but not this one until the seating is improved. Drinks appetizers service was great.

(5)Ryan M.
(4)Jay M.
(4)P G.
(3)Natalie D.
(4)Sarah C.

(4)Michelle B.
(4)Sheila S.
(4)Kenneth H.
Great food, Great service, I love this place and am always satisfied and pleased when I leave. The cost does not matter!

(3)Danielle J.
My honey and I are on vacation decided to try this chain restaurant . The service was amazing. The bang bang shrimp were great. And it was ending of happy and I was surprise the house wine was decent!

(4)Lhynette C. A.
Good chain resto. Got the bang bang shrimp appetizer and was full after that. Barely ate my corn and crab chowder soup.
(3)Deb C.

(2)Cesar L.
Great food, outstanding service, go to the bar and ask for Erin. I will definitely go back here.
(5)Keith H.
(3)Sabrina B.

(3)Carl J.
(4)Keyanna M.
Yuck!!!!
(1)Sewell T.
Went here for breakfast. It wasn't very good. Service was extremely slow. Too many tables jammed into too small amount of a space. It's not very comfortable when you are a foot away from the people at the table next to you.
(1)Mara G.
I#Beet Salad, shrimp & scallop grill, glazed carrots was my meal
(3)Megs T.
(4)Brenda B.
A good buy!
(3)Brandee S.
(5)Ed C.
(2)Jocelyn H.
(2)Aaron D.
(2)Von S.
(5)B D.
(4)Gretchen B.
Went for dinner with the husband. My fish was very fresh and fluffy. Truffle Mac was great, my salad bowl was nice and cold (when your salad comes out in a hot bowl it kind of sucks haha) my husband loooves the bang bang shrimp and everything he has ever gotten there.
(5)Sarah H.
Very nice place to eat for Sunday brunch! Other than a small side order mix up we had an overall great meal. Toddler friendly too!!
(4)Malena L.
(4)Denise J.
(3)Candice B.

Love the Salmon with a side of Scallops in the Pan Asian sauce... Also the butter sauce the use in the broccoli is really good.

Sorry but this place can not get it together. I wish the food was constant if it was it would be my favorite place.

Kudos.
(4)Cynthia C.

(2)Chuckie B.
I have always enjoyed going here! Great food, and if the salmon ain't right, won't be a good night! But it always is. Excellent bartenders and a good time. You won't be disappointed!

(2)T D.
The wait was far too long and the hostess seemed clueless but the food and service were signature Bonefish.
(3)Dana M.
We have eaten here several times and the food is always good and fresh ( especially the seafood). The cocktails are great as well.
(4)Aaron D.
(2)Nicole L.

My honey and I are on vacation decided to try this chain restaurant . The service was amazing. The bang bang shrimp were great. And it was ending of happy and I was surprise the house wine was decent!

(3)Tom C.
One of my wife's favorite restaurants. The food is very good, the service is very good, the prices are reasonable, and if you can survive MD-5/US-301, it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. Get the Crème Brûlée.
(4)Blair T.

Tonight was great...after being sick for a full week, then snowed in a few days this was what the doctor ordered! The service was great my food & drink were on point! I will be returning soon! Thanks BoneFish u definitely enjoyed my evening out with myself...
(5)J K.
Went on a Saturday evening, the wait was long but we were seated faster than the wait time. The bread was great the food was good and portions are somewhat small
(3)Carson T.
(4)William R.
Food was great and portions were large (bang bang shrimp). Service was great, we were brought extra bread after we quickly ate it all. The prices seemed reasonable. Will definitely return.
(4)Patricia J.
Stopped in for a few drinks and appetizers to catch up with friends after conference. The seating is tooooooo close. I would be open to trying another Bonefish location, but not this one until the seating is improved. Drinks appetizers service was great.
(2)Josette R.

(4)Warfare J.
Very surprised for seafood restaurant that the burgers and pretty much everything was unbelievable:)
(4)Michelle B.
(4)Sheila S.

(4)Lhynette C. A.
Good chain resto. Got the bang bang shrimp appetizer and was full after that. Barely ate my corn and crab chowder soup.
(3)Deb C.

(4)Jasmine B.

(3)Carl J.
(4)Keyanna M.
Yuck!!!!
(1)Vicki R.
(4)Kenneth H.
Great food, Great service, I love this place and am always satisfied and pleased when I leave. The cost does not matter!
(5)Rye M.
(2)Natalie D.
(4)Rae M.
(2)Cesar L.
Great food, outstanding service, go to the bar and ask for Erin. I will definitely go back here.
(5)Keith H.
(3)Sabrina B.

(5)Jocelyn H.
(2)Mara G.
I#Beet Salad, shrimp & scallop grill, glazed carrots was my meal
