Terrible EVERY TIME. I'm done giving this joint the benefit of the doubt. It really should be ZERO stars. They take absolutely no pride or care in the quality of service or food they put out. My fav meal has always been the Spicy Chx sand. I guess they don't sell too many here b/c whenever I order one from this location it never fails to be a cold, gritty hockey puck. The lettuce is always wilted and the mayo is always overkill. Honestly, stopping at ANY Wendy's is like playing Russian Roulette these days. It's definitely not the Wendy's from back in the day. What TICKS ME OFF about this location is the staff giggling, laughing, acting UNPROFESSIONAL and making the food WRONG. Every time. Goo-Gobs of mayo after I asked for no mayo. No cheese when I ask for cheese. Nasty tomato when I asked for no tomato. The fries are usually cold and taste like they've been cooked in ancient grease. Forget this dirty joint.. it's a HOT GHET MESS

The girl at the drive thru was very rude tonight . We ordered salads they gave us the wrong ones to later inform us that they were out . She didn't say sorry or anything . Then she forgot to give us dressing and made it seem like she was going out of her way to help us . She needs to get better with her customer service or get out the hospitality business. I usually love this Wendy's . Going to chick fli a this week because i don't want to deal with her at all . And i dont have to wait a long time for simple already made salads

Service is at a snails pace. Seriously, if 5 cars are in the drive thru lane, it will probably be a 15 to 20 minute wait. My wife and I really like Wendy's, so if we go, we'll drive up the street further to the one in Crofton. Between the sloooooooooow service, poor attitudes, and no attention to detail, we'll never go back.

Always a long drive thru. I never use it! The short bald manger speaks to the hard working employees as if he does all the work while he gets one drink and one 10 pc nuggets. Needs new management. Theres one young slim black guy who seems to be a daytime manager. He smiles everytime and is so kind :-). Also the young foreign female that makes the sandwiches is the BEST! She's always nice with a smile. But, the cashier with the tattoo on her left arm always has such a "i dont want to be here" attitude. She needs to go. Sometimes fries undercooked (raw).

I am grading on a fast food curve. The food came out cold, my friend and I were given each other's sandwiches, and the coffee that I ordered was badly burned. The staff was pretty friendly, but overwhelmed on a Sunday afternoon. Not worth the calories.

There's always a problem with either the staff (aside from the unwelcoming attitudes, they're always short staff), the food, or both. The latest issue, however, was when I ordered through the drive-thru-- It was extremely tedious despite the short line, the person taking my order had an extremely unnecessary attitude, and the food was far from warm. To top it all off I got charged for a separate transaction that I did not order. Aside from the crappy food and service, I now have to make my way back to get money back for an order that I didn't even place. After a countless number of unpleasant experiences, this puts the cherry on top and I can assure you that this Wendy's will not be getting another penny from me.

Given the choice between McDonalad's and Wendy's, I always avoid Mickey D's. I typically avoid all fast foods. Because I hired some contractors to do some home repair, I thought I would treat them. Naturally, I was going to pick something cheap and fast. But to sound like a broken record, they were slow slow slow. Oh well.

Not only do they not speak English well enough to understand your order but I received an order that was NOWHERE near what I had ordered. If it wasn't for the fact that I was running late getting back to work because this place is slow as can be I would've gone back and demanded my money back. Thank you for wasting my money on a meal I can't even eat because of allergies and giving me someone else's order. I will be contacting corporate over this. This place needs to be shut down its nothing but a bunch of low life middle school drop outs who can't get a real job
