Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

High Blood Pressure at Pizza Hut

Fast-food restaurants like Pizza Hut are not recommended to dine-in if you are diagnosed with high blood pressure. High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for High Cholesterol

Keep your pizza intake to one slice to avoid high cholesterol intake while you dine at Pizza Hut. Skip Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice as it contains a high amount of fat and the sodium levels are also very high. Avoid the desserts section completely to limit the fat and sugar intake. Love this place... Probably the best service at a pizza joint that I've ever had. John - who I'm assuming to be the manager - has waited on us both times we've eaten in. He is easily the most attentive, professional, and courteous waiter I have ever experienced at a dine in Pizza Hut. I have two small kids (ages 3 and 6) and both times I have been here, John knelt down to be on their level in order to take their orders. During our experience, he made it a point to ensure that they were engaged and enjoying themselves. The service here - particularly John's - rivals a fine dining establishment, for real. All in all - you're not going to get any real surprises. There are wings on the menu, a myriad combination of Pizza (crust and topping options), and fountain drinks galore. But as I've explained above - the customer experience is second to none.. and we'll be back again for sure.

Last time I'll give them my money! The point of ordering delivery is for convenience. If you tell me forty minutes for delivery that's a long enough wait in itself. But for you to tell me forty and take an hour forty and delivery cold pizza then you've lost my business. Not to mention the rude delivery driver who didn't get off his phone and had no pen or the 30% deliver fee. Lol. Plenty of other places around to get a pizza for the kids. Friends say Papa John.

Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT! My boyfriend loves pizza and could eat it everyday literally. Friday i was in charge of grabbing something quick for dinner so i said pizza. He lit up I didnt feel like driving to Grottos in Gambrills so i said pizza hit is on my way home. I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni and bacon and a order of naked wings. The wings had been put hot in a plastic container so they were all soggy and wet by the time i got home. Now for the pizza i opened the box while there and i said they forgot the bacon. The lady looks at me and says theres a small piece. I asked her to give me what i was paying for. When she returned i now had 2 bacon bits. My conscience told me to ask for my money back and leave but I was too exhausted after the work week to go anywhere else. I get home and my starving boyfriend takes a bite and throws it away and chooses to eat leftover baked ziti instead. He said it was dry and flavorless. Please do not go here.

The pizza could've been good, but I'll never know. I'll just list my complaints with my experience. -Walked in to pick up my carryout order with my brother. Took the girl AT the counter 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. Did she help us? No. She called for someone else to come help us because she was "doing something". -Employees cursing, I mean dropping F-bombs, in front of my 6 year old nephew and every one else's kids. At one point, a girl looked over, saw us and my nephew, and turned around and continued to curse. -Watched an employee dig in the trash for an order ticket with his bare hands. Then turn around and handle food. -No one wore food service gloves as they were assembling pizza. My stomach turned and we decided to leave after an employee continuously coughed into her bare hand, then went back to making pizza and sprinkling cheese. -From the time we called in the order to the time we walked out the door was about 40 minutes. We just left the pizza. That place is a filthy, ghetto mess. We will NEVER eat there again. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I don't have the option to give 0.

I read a poor review for this Pizza Hut location but I wanted to give them a chance. Big mistake. Every time I placed a delivery order it was a disaster. First pizza looked like it fell. the cheese was stuck on the top of the inside of the box. I called to complain so my next pizza was free. The free pizza was over cooked. I didn't complain I tried them one last time and they screwed up the order. They gave me a the wrong topping on my pizza. So that was my last time. I just started to order from dominoes which isn't half as good as Pizza Hut but they've been accurate.

Took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge the fact that we were standing there..granted they were busy with a small team of players but that small team was enough to shut the whole restaurant down?? Was told they jad just gotten there and they were gonna be a whule even though I saw other tables vacant and maybe an hour and a half wait... not really what she said so much as HOW she said it ..Smelled like they were burning pizzas it was smokey and filthy anyway as i am typing this i still smell it in my hair and on my clothing. (You know it was bad anytime I am writing this while still in the parking lot lol Rude huffy puffy workers....must be family owned smh.!I came here years ago and now I remember why it took me so long to come back. I will never waste my time even trying again. I only came here because my kids wanted to dine in and this is the only one close to us that had the dine in option. But whatever will take my money elsewhere;) Ledos maybe lol

It took almost 3 hours to get my online order. 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I tried calling the restaurant several times and got no answer. I drove there and waitedv almost an hour to even be acknowledged by any staff. In that time the manager Vanessa walked out the front door and hid for at least 15 min. When they finally helped me, they had to remake my entire order. Erica was working the front, running around like crazy and was extremely apologetic. I watched Vanessa stand in the back laughing and talking while I and several other very unhappy customers still needed to be helped. Erica got no help whatsoever from the manager. She did offer to knock some money off of my $36 bill for the wait, but overall this was an extremely disappointing experience. And after two hours and forty five minutes, I finally had my order, and when I finally got home realized it was incomplete. They didn't give me my bread sticks. Definitely won't be returning.

Oh my gosh, I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this place!! I ordered a pizza online at 6:20 pm... it said it would be delivered at 8:26 pm. At 8:45, I call and it rings 25 times... ring.. ring..ring.. Finally, someone answers. He informs me that my order has been "canceled" at 8:00, and the pizza is not being delivered. I was livid!!! I was starving, waiting over 2 hours, and now he's telling me that the order has been canceled? WHO canceled it? What idiots. He then told me that he could "re-make" the pizza, but it would take 1.5 hours.. I was so furious, I didn't know what to do. I tried to call back and cancel the order, but no one answered. I don't think I've ever been more frustrated about ordering a pizza in my life. My husband was so exasperated that he finally DROVE over there to pick up our order. He said there was only one employee at the desk who was letting the phone ring and not answering, and when he did answer, there were many calls from angry people asking where their pizzas were, and why their orders were canceled. He said it was a dreadful scene at the actual Pizza Hut... I guess that explains it... My husband also said the Pizza Hut employee was rude to him, despite him being courteous. What a terrible location. This one should be shut down, in my opinion. DO NOT order from here!!! As much as I like Pizza Hut pizza, this place is a disaster. You've been warned.

Ok the pizza is ok the service when dining there is ok too. But the most coolest thing in my option is the pizza buffet. There are no other Pizza Huts in the state of MD that have a buffet. This is a very rare thing to see. That's why i like this place so much. You can get all kinds of your favorite pizza from the buffet.

The pizza was GREAT! We ordered a 1/2 veggie and 1/2 cheese and the customer rep offered a great deal. The customer rep was courteous and very thorough. He gave me an estimated 45 min delivery time however the driver showed up within 15 min with very hot delicious pizza. I will order from this location again!

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
