"You better don't" - was on an old McDonald's commercial. Just don't - so gross. Pink slime, GMOs, high fructose corn syrup. Just about everything you should keep out of your body.

Everytime I come to this particular location it takes forever to get my order placed and to get whatever I ordered which is usually one or two individual items. Right now its 10:40 p.m. I have been in this line waiting for about 15 minutes and all I ordered was a diet coke. I would leave if I could but my vehicle cannot hop over the curb.

This is the slowest McDonalds in the state! Worst service, they never get my order right or it's cold food. I can't even tell you how many times I have gotten sandwiches with hard bread from there. Go to the other McDonald's on 197/Mitchellvile Rd if you can.

There are so many reasons to dislike McDonalds: the poor food quality, the corporate dominance of the planets food supply, the low pay given to workers. And there are things to like about McDonalds: consistency of their food product, good customer service and decent French fries. This McDonalds today had good service ( not always a given here), but got it wrong on all other counts. They even screwed up the French fries. For a company that prides itself on consistency, this is akin to a mortal sin. So, let's talk about the main problem with this location: cleanliness. My wife ran in to get some French fries and a chicken club sandwich (I will not comment on this sandwich, or else I will be tempted to give this location a one star and risk the wrath of corporate headquarters). When she sat down at one of the tables to wait for me, she saw the table was covered with ants. She called a manager, who promptly took several detailed pictures of the ants with her cell phone. My wife had to interrupt her after a few moments to suggest she clean the table. We moved to another table on the other side of the restaurant...which was covered with ants. At that point we decided to leave; my wife wanted to get our money back, but I convinced her to eat in the car because I wanted to try her chicken club sandwich. Oh, but I was punished for my sins- the sandwich was soggy with "secret sauce" and half a piece of deep fried chicken. One bite and my wife begged me to take her to Chik-fil-a. And the fries were soggy and stale, so the one saving grace of McDonalds was fouled. There are several reasons I have liked going to McDonalds in the past, but these reasons have been ruined by this particular McDonalds franchise: convenience has led to their laziness; the morning drive-through was not manned by an English speaker; the manager was annoyed when we ordered only ice cream cones; and now the fries were screwed up. Any residual childhood emotional ties I still had to this food icon have been effectively quashed by this McDonalds. Maybe if McDonalds sold Moxie I might consider going back...

I've very rarely eat at McDonald's, but tonight I was starving to death. I ordered a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a Diet Coke. Cheeseburger was OK. The fries on top were a bit limp but they got better further down in the box. The Diet Coke was a bit flat. The one star rating comes from a very long wait. The young woman at the cash register. With 20 cars backed up in the drive-through and a number of people waiting in the lobby, she sauntered around in her own dream world while her coworkers were doing the normal thing. She seemed to have a bit of attitude but I endeavored to kill her with kindness and eventually got her to make eye contact and a partial smile. Like I said, I was starving.

We come here with some frequency for drive thru lunch. It's about par for fast food. The drive thru goes relatively quickly since there are two ordering mics. They've definitely messed up a few orders, and I've gotten inconsistently hot-cold fries. (I added a picture showing how you might get a little skimped on fries. Then there were times when I've gotten a small fry order and it's overflowing. So check before you pull away if serving size and food temp are important to you.) That said, the burgers are almost always good. Hot. Fresh. I'm not too concerned about the drawbacks. I'll come back and expect minimum wage service, and fast food quality.

Horrible service! Cashier taking orders was so rude! Actually got out of line and drove to glen dale instead. When I explained to her she had an attitude problem she said " and" like it wasn't a problem. Terrible!

Typical McDonalds except for the rude staff. This is typical of McDonalds but for some reason this particular one most employees openly display it.
(2)Claire W.
I have gone to this McDonald's more often than I'd like to admit, just for the convenience, and I have never had an overall positive experience. They regularly have maintenance issues ( the soda and ice cream machine broke down this past week alone), I have yet to meet a polite employee, the building is disgusting and the service is slow at best. Learn from my mistakes. Don't go here!

If I could give this review zero stars I definitely would. But unfortunately yelp makes me give it at least one star. This McDonald's has literally never gotten my order correct. The line is always ridiculously long and employees often are just standing around not doing anything. One time I went to this McDonald's and the person at the drive-through window had the speaker on but couldn't hear me, though I could hear her, she was talking to her friends being loud and saying a lot of really awful crass things that I could hear. They have two ordering boxes, one of which has never been used, but taunts you while you wait in the insanely long drive through lane with no escape. They're stingy with their sauce, too. One tub for 20 chicken nuggets, really? Employees are rude, disinterested and consistently messing things up. Watching the kitchen and front staff scramble around, even when it's only mildly busy is seriously a joke. Just don't do it.. Go to chic fil a, or Burger King or Wendy's. Anything is better than this crap hole.
