After coming here with a party of 13 and seeing 3 glaciers pass us by, I felt compelled to lower my rating. Everything here seemed to move in S-----L------O-----W M-----O-----T-----I------O------N! My cousin called in an hour for call ahead seating and even after we all arrived at 6:30, we still had to wait an hour to be seated. So why even bother with call ahead seating? Geez, we could've all just showed up at 6:30 without even letting them know. After a few members of the party complained about the extremely long wait, the manager agreed to give us 2 complimentary appetizers. Let me make this clear, had this been something I planned I would've left before we waited an hour to be seated, but when in Rome, you do as the Romans. We then had a long wait to place our drink orders, appetizer orders and meal orders. Then it took forever for everything to come out to us. Our server was really wonderful, but he NEEDED HELP! He was one person and he couldn't keep up with the demand of such a large party. Longhorn has gone up on their prices and decreased their portion sizes. We literally did not leave this restaurant until 10:00. For all you math majors out there, that's over 3 hours at a restaurant. The staff was accommodating to a few issues with the food and like I said our server did the best he could, but the service just wasn't my cup of tea. I won't be back to this location. Pretty sad too because my family use to frequent this location on a regular basis. With so many restaurants in the area, it's ridiculous to sit and wait for that lengthy amount of time for food. It literally would've been quicker for me to get groceries, cook and serve a meal at my own house.

My husband and I went to Longhorn on Saturday and it was a lovely experience. For dinner rush we were seated quickly, and out server got out drink order before three Minutes hit. She was exellent, our orders came cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.

Wow-Pow. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. I don't know where they went wrong or what has happened with this company, but the service is ABSOLUTELY horrible! First I sat at the bar (which was unmanned) for about 10 minutes without any service. One of the waiters - I guess asked me if I had been served and of course my answer was no. After about another 2 minutes a woman came out ( she appeared to be a manager?) and told me someone would be with me. I took out my phone and started on-line ordering and once I was almost finished, her comes the bartender. Really, your reputation is as your consistency to provide great customer. Once your customer service goes down, there goes your reputation. It will be a LONG TIME BEFOR I GO BACK to longhorn or recommend them to ANYONE. Note to Longhorn: with the economy the way that it is, people will begin to take their coins to some one else who provides good food and good service. I would hate to see someone else's business in your locations.

I went tonight (on a Saturday night, nonetheless!) and enjoyed myself, along with my friend. I got the 6oz siriloin along with fries. Our waitress was extremely friendly, efficient, and tried her best to make sure we were topped off on drinks despite it being a very busy Saturday evening. Sirloin was cooked exactly to my specifications, and was delicious. Fries were just as good. Complimentary bread was a treat. If I had to share feedback, my only feedback would be to make sure wrapped napkins with the fork and knife is on the table. We had to ask for them after our meal arrived. Not a big deal; was probably a procedural error. Overall - go! You won't regret it.

Stopped in here for dinner while out of town on business. Exterior: this is a stand alone restaurant in a shopping center. It has it's own parking and I had no problem finding a spot. It is clean and presentable from the outside. Interior: decorated in a south western US feel. It is definitely comfortable and inviting. There's a lot of seating available for a variety of different parties. It was extremely quiet the evening I went because of the snow storms in the area. Staff: the staff was attentive, professional, and polite. The waitress made sure we always had full glasses and checked on us frequently. Food: I had steak (perfectly cooked), sweet potato (perfect), and veggies. Everything tasted wonderful! Overall, this is definitely a good restaurant with great service and good food.

Worst experience of my life! No napkins, no straws, no plates?!?!? How in all creations do you dine with out these things!!! Can someone please explain? Then my order was incorrect, my nephews food was nasty and another guest across the room left her seat to find a waiter to ask for a straw, napkin and plates?!? Really long horn get it together!! Never again!! My advice take your money somewhere else!!!

My brother and I went Friday night. We were going to go to DuClaw, but there was a wait and we had my 8 month old daughter. There wasn't a wait at Longhorn, that should have been a sign. It took 20 minutes to get glasses of wine, the food was luke warm when it arrived, the bill was inaccurate, and the waitresses gave me someone else's card back. I won't be returning.
Darden chain restaurants are all pretty much the same, it really comes down to the staff and the location for the rating. Service here is good, friendly, and fast (except for the lady who brought us our salad's, she was....n't nice ). The food is made to order and is nothing too special, this is chain after all. I would highly advise the call a head ability, as this place get's busy very early up until nine nightly. On a side note, a real steak lover will be pleased, but this is not Delmonico or Fleming's, so don't expect aged well marbled steak.

I ate here for dinner and enjoyed it very much! My server talked a little too fast, and made me a little nervous, but he was very good about refilling our drinks, and our food came with pretty fast. I wouldn't call myself a steak fan, so I went very small and just had a 6 oz. renegade sirloin. It seemed like it was likely one of their staple meals, and I thought it was really good! It wasn't too tough for me at all. :) Their broccoli was also delicious, and i'm not typically a fan of broccoli either.

What is up with my neighborhood chain restaurants?! We went here after Sunday church service on March 29. The doors once again had fingerprint smudges all over them and the young guy who greeted us said it wasn't his duty to keep the exterior doors clean. It's the first thing customers see. Oh well. Then for the food. It was the slowest service and worse food compared to the Bowie and Waldorf restaurants. Why is that? The rib eye my mom ordered was tough and not succulent. She asked for it to be medium well and she said it was more well done. Who wants a well done steak. I ordered the paremesan crusted chicken with seasoned rice. I have made better in my kitchen. Somewhat bland. Also the food wasn't plated well. Food was all on the side of the plate. How about plating and presentation? My mom said the coffee was lukewarm too. The best though was the dessert, lava cake with vanilla bean ice cream. People, skip the food and get the dessert at this location.

I really do like LongHorn. Was in the area, decided to stop at this one for lunch. It didn't look crowded, but I still had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. OK. Waitress was ENTIRELY too slow. Took about 10 minutes just for her to take our drink order. After about 10 more minutes we got out drinks. Thankfully we ordered everything at once because who knows when she was coming back. Took about 10-15 minutes to get our appetizer and I had to ask about my salad. I promise I came for lunch as was almost here for dinner. I saw so many people go in and out after us, it was ridiculous. Finally asked her to just box the food up to go because I just could NOT wait any longer. Manager stopped by our table and did comp our meal. which was nice, however possibly a little training for the waitress would be better. Every table she had that I could see was looking for her. Amazing!! I'll go to LongHorn again, however, maybe not this particular location.

I was here yesterday with my family and we had a great time. The food was good and the service was ok. Needless to say I'm sure that we will be back when we are in the area as it's one of the few places where we can all get something that we actually like lol. I got the ribs which were great and it wasn't a problem when I asked to substitute my french fries for a fully loaded baked potato. My Uncle had a steak, my Aunt had the grilled shrimp with a baked sweet potato (which she raved about) and my cousin had the Braised Beef BBQ sandwich. EVERYONE was very happy with their meals. As an appetizer, my cousin ordered their loaded fries which had cheese, jalapeno's, chili and I'm not sure what else served with Ranch dressing. Again, they were pleased (loaded fries isn't really my thing). The only thing that I was unimpressed with was that they use ice berg lettuce for their house salad......and to me, that is NOT ok.....call me a salad snob if ya want to!

Today is my husband's birthday. We arrived at 7:30 We had a party of nine. We were seated right away, server came a few minutes later. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. I was drinking my cocktail and the manager was standing behind me. He said that the waitress told him that a minor was drinking my drink!!!! I was very upset, but we stayed. Big mistake. Took over an hour to get our food. The food comes out everybody that had a steak sent it back, for being bloody in the middle. Everybody's food was cold. We asked for silverware and napkins several times. Asked for sweet tea, it was unsweetened. Our orders were all recooked, another hour and change. By the time we received our food the right way it was past 10; 30pm. Service and good was worse than horrible. After I asked for the check it took over 30 mins to come collect payment. This was my first and last time there. Never again

Foods okay, nothing special, bar area was not great. Slow service on a night without many customers. Disappointing for sure. For my money, I'd pick UNOs or du claw over all this.
We had a party of 7, so we expected a wait. We got seated at 640. After placing order, we received our food at 8. 5 of our 6 steaks were over cooked. The server rarely came to our table. Needless to say I will not come back.

Love this particular Longhorn. Service is always on point and the food even better! The honey wheat bread is an addiction!! I tried the Wild West shrimp for the first time and they were freegin awesome!!!! Prime rib was yummy as usual. So much food for your money. I love this place.

Went for lunch. It was slow inside and our waiter was good. I noticed that the other tables with a different waiter got served bread before ordering and our section did not. The lunch specials are priced very fairly, all under $10. They have fresh brewed iced tea which is a plus for a chain. I thought the dinner menu was a bit expensive compared to the other chain steak houses. Overall a good experience and I will go back.

Great for steak lovers This has officially became my favorite steakhouse, Outback ( yelp.com/biz/outback-ste… ) comes in at a close second. No complaints about the service and I love the food. The clam chowder, the chilli and the peppercorn steak are exceptionally well imo. I highly recommend this to anyone in or visiting Prince Georges County, MD.

This spot use to be one of my most favorite places to come after a stressful day of work with friends. The original bartending staff and management were AWESOME (Specifically Justin, Eric, Chuck and Gretchen). Now there are some new managers here and they are in no way, shape, or form as pleasant as the original team were these days. The food isn't great...you get way more for your money at Stoney in Annapolis. It appears the restaurant is undergoing some major staffing changes and I don't like it. Something doesn't seem right. We won't be back here!

I received a lovely response from the manager regarding our slow service and portion concerns. I will communicate with him directly. I will give them another chance as I do love their food. I'll post here if service speeds up ...if nothing is posted, I have no updates.

I went to the Longhorn in Bowie Town Center today for dinner. Longhorn is one of my favorite restaurants but this location wasn't. First, I ordered the Flos Filet with a baked sweet potato and a salad. The salad and bread was good but I got an Italian dressing instead of the balsamic that I ordered. Then my steak came. It was small and thin? I was told they were out of sweet potatoes? I ordered some type new cheese potatoes. It took awhile so my steak was cold by the time i got all of my food. I ate everything while listening to loud county western music. When the waitress gave me my check I told her I wasn't pleased with how the food came out separately and the steak was cold. She said sorry, I just wanted to get you something to work on? I won't be going back to this location but I still love Longhorn

PLEASE NOTE: Upon conclusion of my lunch at Longhorn Bowie today I have immediately gone back to all other establishments that I've rated as 1-star......and given them a 2nd star. I have found a new bottom on which the captain-less ship of my disgust may now scrape. ALSO NOTE: Tomato Basil Soup is, in fact, soup. It requires the consistency of a Soup. I do not expect to find mangled clumps of tomato in a tomato basil soup. If I want salsa, I'll order it. The Longhorn in Bowie is conveniently located near other restaurants that are actually good. In this way, I have exhausted all the positive things I can say about Longhorn Bowie. Should you have an experience like we had today, and decide to walk out without eating much, and without paying - you should be able to find another place relatively quickly. I recommend the Red Robin and their bottomless fries....although be warned, they don't mean "bottomless" like I thought they did. Where was I? Ah yes. The three of us entered today at 1:32 PM. The other two gents with have asked to remain anonymous in this review, but for fun, let's call them Tom & Jevan. Brian, Tom, & Jevan sat down at the bar. We waited 10 minutes. We got asked our drink orders. We waited again. I ordered soup. The entrees we would never see, but I did get to see my Soup. What Tomato Basil Soup is (as mentioned above) is a consistent soupy soup. It should have lots of basil. It should have croutons. It should come in a nice hearty ceramic crock. They got the crouton part right. What Longhorn Bowie thinks it should be is.........well, let's talk about Steve Buscemi's character Carl Showalter in the movie "Fargo". For those not in the know, Carl Showalter meets with a horrible death near the end of the movie when his partner Gaear decides to run him through a wood-chipper. In that scene, there is an inordinate amount of Carl Showalter spewing forth into the North Dakota snow in various chunks and sizes. The Longhorn in Bowie, in homage to this fine film, feels that there should be nice chunky chunks of tomato in and throughout their tomato basil soup. Bleck. There should simply be a Constitutional Amendment forbidding this. What else can I say about our meal?? Nothing. We sat. We waited. I frowned at my chunks of Steve Buscemi as they mingled with my croutons in my soup. And you know what happened? Time passed. We got older. Of utmost importance to me? I'm not long for this planet. I don't have an hour to wait for entrees. I just don't. The bartender assured us our food would be coming but they were super busy. I glanced around the Longhorn Bowie and saw about 20% occupancy. We were told our food was "in the window". Time still went on....and on...and on.... ...we left without eating at 2:28 PM. 56 minutes. During that time I ate very little of my soup, sucked down two watery lemonades, listen to Jevan talk about the Patriots, watched some dude play 7 holes at the Masters in Augusta, and fidgeted in my barstool a lot. On a more macro level? While we waited at Longhorn Bowie.... * Saturn, out in space? Travelled 32,558 kilometers - or 20,000 miles on its journey around the Sun. * 1120 people. Were born. * Jevan blinked 672 times (statistically guessing...and yes, I factored in that people blink less when they are starving in order to save energy) * Famous Las Vegas super-resort Mandalay Bay, which was built slightly in error, actually sinks into the Las Vegas desert at a rate of 1/2" per week. While we waited - it sank 3 one thousandths of an inch. * 2 square miles of Brazilian rain forest was destroyed. And (worst of all) * Tom Petty sold 140 albums, either in retail stores or via iTunes. I can no longer bear the burden of these facts. Life is too short and our Galaxy too fragile to have time simply erased by Longhorn Bowie! For the record, we did call to complain as we snickered away in my wife's Pilot. Why am I driving the Pilot today? Good question....but I can see we are out of time. The manager was super-polite as we bitched and threatened to write a scathing yelp review. I just hope it was worth the wait.

My friends and I were there yesterday. While the food was good, our server was not. I was waiting for my party of 3 to get there and he was told that at introduction, after I was there 5 minutes he wanted to know when they would arrive. I'd had water and bread while waiting. First friend arrived 10 minutes after I had and he was pushing appetizers to order until others got there. He even went as far to state he "might forget we were back there seated!" I told him we would wait for friends who texted they were on the way. He was rude and impatient. When the remaining two arrived, they had just picked up their menus and he was pushing for orders making them feel rushed. They were not pleased with him either. Same with desserts. He came over and would linger to take orders but never asked to refill water, drinks etc. After a while he got the hint we didnt care for his service. We all hadn't seen in each in many years so we were enjoying our time. (Additionally, the restaurant was practically empty so it was not an issue of hogging table time). He dipped when one lady wanted to tip him personally. We left a tip, but it was in no way deserved. His name was Shawn (not sure of how he spelled it). I still can't believe he said he may forget we were there to hurry orders along..in a near empty restaurant! 2 stars are for food only. Zero stars for server.

Service was slow, ordered 2 baked sweet potatoes with my meal, after about 10 minutes the waitress comes back and says it's going to be 40 minutes for sweet potatoes...ok... Ordered 2 baked potatoes... She came back again after 10 minutes to tell me there's a 40 minute wait for that as well! Food was lukewarm, after waiting 35 minutes, with no potatoes might I add. I won't be back, the prices were also overpriced compared to Outback.

This visit did not start out well, but the manager on duty, Kim, took over my table & it was nice. We got here just after they opened on a Sunday, and were the second table to be sat. We waited. And waited. And had already agreed on some apps, drinks and ribeyes when a waitress was seen. She did not say hi, or even do the little tap accompanied with a 'I'll be right there' ... she just dropped a basket of bread on my table and turned back. So, I went "Pardon me, could I order a drink" - this chick must hate manners! Because she wheeled around, did the finger wave in my face maneuver & told me to 'Wait." Whoa bro, sorry. She then just goes over to the table RIGHT behind us and sees if they want to order any apps. ....That's what the bid deal was? Would it truly have been so difficult to take down that I wanted two waters & a Sam Adams? My husband and I were instantly fueled with frustration, not to mention shock at how rude this woman was for no reason what so ever. So, instead of letting her grumpiness ruin the rest of my lunch, I got up and went over to the host stand. The manager Kim was working and I asked her if perhaps a different server could take over my table, and recounted what had happen so far. She said there were no other servers in yet, but she would personally take over my table. And she did. And my lunch was wonderful. We had the crispy Parmesan asparagus for an app. Salads. My husband had a perfectly cooked medium-rare rib-eye with fries and I had a nice stout filet, medium-rare, with a huge buttery sweet potato. Everything was tasty, and we had no other problems.
Was absolutely horrible me and my family went to Long Horn 2 celebrate my dad's 38th bday was seated immediately no problem chatted what not ordered drinks and appetizers they were fine....the problem really kicked off when everyone orders there food and when it comes out its cold for one and two everyone who had steaks had 2 send them back because they were bloody and or undercooked...was honestly a sad situation they won't see me again!

Service: great Food: great Atmosphere: very good We came to Longhorn for lunch on a cold December afternoon, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious! Our waiter was very good, no complaints what so ever. The dessert sampler is very much worth it to. I will return again!

I tried to call in an order and no one bothered to answer the phone. I decided to drive over and still had to wait for 10 minutes. I placed and ordered and stepped outside. They called me a few minutes later saying they ran out of food. When learning that I ordered a premium side and they wanted to charge me extra for it. The waitress wanted to go word for word with me so I just walked out and made my own steak from Safeway.

Food and service is decent. Wait is not too bad and servers are fairly attentive. Food is not spectacular but serves it's purpose. The spicy shrimp appetizer and the chocolate stampede are the stars of the menu for me.

Let me caveat this review with this. I am a vegetarian, open minded, but does not prefer chain restaurants.. but it had its ups. Went on a Saturday for a friend's birthday. There was 10 of us, and we called an hour ahead for a reservation. (They don't formally take reservations but you can call an hour ahead!, good deal or at least it sounded like it). We all arrived but they still made us wait over 35 minutes for our table. It seemed like calling ahead was not all it was cracked up to be. This place is a steak and potatoes place. There are some great dishes, but all in all, it was crowded, loud and well.. meat and potatoes. I would probably say the weekend service is probably much worse than weekday service.. but who knows. Our server was kind, but the other servers seemed very rude and bothered by the customers. The hostesses were just in their own world and acted as if they were not to be bothered. Upon repeated requests for the table they were rude. Anyways, the food.. it was good. Lobster/Crab dip was alright, a bit greasy, the tortilla chips were greasy. Salad choices are minimal.. you can have a side, dinner or caeser salad. The other apps folks at the table at looked decent. And the baked sweet potatoe was yum (butter and cinnamon sugar). Well beyond that it was ok.. I definitely have had better. This place would be good for a kids party or maybe a weekday romp. BUt if you go to DuClaws across from it you will have a better experience. THere are many restaurants in this area that are better suited for a sit down meal. This place also had a bar. I almost forgot a couple of the steaks on the table came out pretty raw... but the manager did come right over to remedy the situation.

I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but my dinner at this Longhorn was very good tonight. I had the grilled shrimp skewers which were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Combined with the rice pilaf, the shrimp were delicious.

Very disappointed! My boyfriend had ants in his ice cubes, it's his birthday, the host, waitress, and manager did nothing to compensate for the ants and did nothing to acknowledge his birthday. Awful restaurant and management. Ugh

I like this place and was visiting with old friends and we decided to bring them here. We came and we got seated straight away. Server greeted within 5 minutes. That is not okay since I saw her sitting down when we came in. She did half hearted greet..Ok our server won't be great but our food will be. We ordered a sirloin one ny strip rainbow trout a burger and the salmon. There was confusion when the host gave us lunch menus. We already knew what we wanted but at first she said we got only one side instead of two. Once she figured out we had dinner menus she put our order in. The wait time for food 20 minutes. The AMAZING bread and butter came out in the mean time. It's the best bread at any chain steakhouses. Our entrees came out and the food was A+ in our opinions. We had to remind the server about refills. She could have been better with prompter service. Good experience overall..

I dined there tonight with a friend. I was pleased to see the wait time was low and the hostess were quick and friendly. I ordered the wild west shrimp shrimp with no peppers and a house salad. My friend ordered the fillet and lobster tail. everything came out hot, fast and cooked to correct temperature. The server was excellent and we didn't have to ask for anything. some other items I tried and like on past visits- the fire cracker chicken wraps- they are both delicious and addictive. the chocolate stampede- awesome but HUGE. Be prepared to share this monster or take some home... it's almost as big as the meals. and lastly, I like the fact that you can order a steak and then add on a side item such as a lobster tail, grilled shrimp or a crab cake for an additional charge. The margaritas are also top notch. the service staff is always fast and friendly. I would recommend this establishment to a friend but please be aware if you dine at the bar -the bartenders, while also fast and friendly, do tend to get out of sync and bogged down during peak rush times.... possibly due to the fact that they are servicing bar guests, service bar and processing to-go food orders. and if you don't wait to wait for a table, dine during the week as weekends tend to be very busy.

I've eaten here a couple times now, and I have to say, the first visit left me pleasantly surprised. I tend to stick to Texas Roadhouse for steakhouse cuisine; I absolutely love that place and have never seen reason to try somewhere else. I initially came here to Longhorn on a work trip and it wasn't my turn to pick the restaurant. I came out of the experience happy, though. As far as service is concerned, it's kind of erratic. I haven't encountered anyone less than friendly, but I've had a couple servers who seemed scatterbrained even when not in peak hours. I just mean forgetting things, bringing wrong orders, etc. That said, I've experience worse, so it doesn't turn me off to this place. The food is pretty darn good. I admit, I still prefer Texas Roadhouse, but this place some things to offer that they don't. Their take on the classic onion-bloom app is pretty neat, and tastes good. Instead of a 'bloom' style presentation, it's in the form of individual 'leaves' so to speak, which makes eating it a lot easier. A couple things I really recommend are the mac n' cheese (super basic any other place, but such a neat take on it here), pretty much any of the soups and the steak ain't bad!

We arrived slightly early for our 5 pm reservations. After an hour, the birthday girl who made the reservations a week earlier, was told that the restaurant didn't accept reservations. WTF! We were a larger party so we expected it would be a wait but no one expected hours!! The food was horrible and the service even worse!!! Save yourself some time, money if you don't care about sub-par food!! Ugh disgusting!!!

Crab dip was not good at all. The pita chips that came along with it were good. The waiter was very nice and efficient, I gave him a decent tip. I ordered the one of the pastas and it was pretty good.

Not Totally Happy with Longhorn Bowie!!! Ordered a French Onion Soup and it came out with the cheese totally unmelted. That really just threw me off especially when the waiter said he told them it wasnt done! Salmon Salad was ok and the waiter was nice and tried his best afterwards but 1st impressions are everything! I will NOT be returning!

I am a big fan of Longhorn Steakhouse, but this is NOTHING like what I'm accustomed to. The whole restaurant smelled like dirty diapers, my menu was greasy, and the service was AWFUL. 10 minutes before we met a server (who acted like she was doing the world a favor), another 10 minutes for drinks. My filet mignon was cooked nicely, but tasted old, some of you know what I mean by that, some don't, but it's not good. I will not ever come back to this location, I get better service at the motor vehicle agency. 2 stars because I think it could have been worse, but really not much.

I'm going to give this a solid two stars. This place has really gone down hill mostly because of staff. There is a lot of negative talking between the staff. Especially since the bar is so close to the kitchen. They should put a door there or tell the staff to shut up. Lol. The waitress I have is the standard atypical non-friendly bartender . There is one guy that works here that is great, I caught them when he is out.

The server was terrible. Robert J did not check on the table after the food came out, he didn't leave any napkins, I asked for water and did not receive it for at least ten minutes, and my husband waited three to four minutes after his steak was delivered to the table and STILL had to flag down the server to ask for A1 sauce only to wait another three and a half minutes for that to come. There was a female sitting across from us and the server had her meal re-cooked, delivered a to-go container AND her check immediately after I asked for (1) a to-go container, (2) napkins, (3) the check. He still returned to check on her several times without even turning around to see if we needed anything. We had our check ready with payment and he picked hers up and returned with her copies to sign without turning around, again, to see if we were even ready to pay. I clearly left the check with payment at the end of the table for him to collect. I am NO LONGER happy with Long Horn because of this service and most likely will not return. I will spend my money elsewhere.

LongHorn can be hit or miss, even with the same restaurant. First time I came here, the steak was less than adequate. Today it was good, not great. I always get a medium rare Ribeye since it is absolutely the best cut. Even though it wasn't the best I ever had, it was a good value.

We've been here several times before but it has been some time since our last visit. Went here Sunday, Mother's Day. The wait wasn't long and it didn't take long for our waiter to greet us. Unfortunately, once our order was taken we never really saw the waiter again. Our appetizer came out after our dinner and our empty plates were never cleared from our table. They did comp the appetizer but no one, including the manager, checked in after. I will say the food was cooked perfectly and everything tasted great.

We came in for lunch during the week a little while ago and were immediately sweated....which was nice. The waitress was super friendly and efficient and, like most Longhorn Steak places, this one was nicely appointed and clean. Since it was lunch there really wasn't a large crowd so it wasn't that noisy. All in all, a good experience. I had the NY Strip which, truth be told, was not that great. It was a little watery for some reason and not as thick as I would have thought it would be. I didn't weigh it so I have to take their word it was 10 ozs. The asparagus side was tasty and well cooked. Overall, I liked the place. It's in a convenient location and if you get there in off peak times, it's actually quite enjoyable even if the steak is not what you might expect at a steak house.

Basic LongHorn. The food was really good. Our server was good. And we had a little visit from the manager because they weren't sure how to ring in my drink order. This would be my only problem and the reason I can't give more than 3 stars. I tended bar for 5 years - There's always a way to give a customer the drink they want. And I think it's always a bad idea to assume a customer can't or isn't willing to pay extra for something that isn't on the menu. Always ask!

Never been here before. Had dinner here on Tuesday about 4:00pm. Not too crowded, and prepared to have an edible meal with servers that really don't like you.... Wrong! I gave this a five star because I could not find a single complaint..... REALLY. Pleasant décor and music. Heather was our waitress and was wonderful! Fast, not intrusive and had everything we needed. Ordered the western shrimp... fantastic! Nicely spiced (not too hot) Delicious cooling sauce to go with it. Ordered the ribeye. I have NEVER tasted better. Tender with great flavor. The ribs where very tender (came with a tasty BBQ sauce). Even the french fries where crisp and hot. Order the Mac & Cheese side. WOW! I could of had this as a meal. 4 cheeses with tiny bacon chips, crispy top, creamy sauce.....Never.. Never had better. I love the bread, but when I go back I'm going to skip because the food was that great! Thanks Heather!. PS - Real comfortable booth. Not the miniature kiddy type... I easily fit in the booth ( I'm a big guy)

(3)Kenni H.

Four stars for the bartender, my waitress and the food! Minus one for an unhelpful waitstaff. The bartenders are really great and mix a very good perfect margharita. I went to the hostess stand after I paid my bar tab to ask the "hostess" where my friend just got seated and she looked at me with this I-don't-give-a-crap, deadpan look on her face and said, I don't know - I'm not a host. I said, well then what are you (ok, you're standing at the hostess desk and looking stupid and lazy at that..)? And she said waitstaff. Girl, I AM SOOO GLAD THAT YOU WERE NOT MY WAITRESS. LongHorn, you need to get rid of that girl - you must know who she is - the lazy one. I wish I took her name down. Well, she won't last there anyway. If I come back, I hope I don't see her there. Bye---customer service ain't your gift, okay?! Anyway, I was so happy to get a cheerful, waitress who was very attentive and actually very pleasant to my friend and I, unlike miss thang at the hostess stand. It was a girls night out and she and I usually order a medium-rare rib-eye. My friend suggested that we should try something "new" like the strip steak with portobello mushroom. Guess what? It was fantastic and just right for us, not real big (8 oz.) and marinated tastefully. We ordered the onion ring appetizer but we didn't like it because it was brought out too late, just right before our food came out and it was not hot. It was sitting back there for a while. I'm sure it is good, under normal timing. But she graciously accepted it back and took it off my bill. But that strip steak, my salad and potato were fantastic. Everything was delicious! I will order that strip steak and portobello mushroom again. And I hope to get that same SWEET waitress again, too. ------- Ok well my girlfriend & I got together again for an end of summer Sunday dinner and the service was much better. This time we had the salmon, yes at a steak place, and surprisingly it was very good. There was a pleasant, slightly sweet glacé and it was cooked perfectly-- by that I mean it was a little brown, slightly crisp because of the glazing and the inside of the fish was juicy and warm, not dry, which I hate salmon to be- over cooked - so it was not. It was very delicious! Add to that a sweet potato and green beans and a salad. She had the same except she wanted mashed potatoes. We shared a dessert, an apple cobbler thing with ice cream and raspberry drizzle. It was a very pleasant dining experience! Again! I'm happy they got rid of that lazy waitress from my past review, btw.
(4)Rob B.

(4)Zeek D.
(3)Jen B.
Fast courteous service! Our server's name was Michael..friendly, efficient and amazing! We we're seated immediately and our drinks arrived very quickly. The food was fresh, well plated and delicious. I look forward to next time!!

(5)Dave M.
The loaded baked potato soup was excellent. The baby back ribs were tender and flavorful. The salad was good, but nothing special.
(4)Freckles M.
(1)Dawn W.

Tuesday evening, only 4-5 parties dining. Got our order wrong...waitress never came by to check...we brought our plates to the manager who took them to the kitchen and never returned. We left and won't return either!

(2)Gerre I.

Booze: Montana mule (made with fresh ginger and lime juice...very refreshing)+ firefly tea (firefly vodka, blueberry juice...deliciously sweet, but not overbearing.) Appetizer: Spinach dip. Served with extra cheese and warm tortillas. Entrée: Salmon w/ seasoned rice, macaroni & cheese w/bacon. The salmon is the "house specialty" and came highly recommended by the bartender/server. As promised, the salmon was moist and delicious.

(1)Eric G.

(1)Mo A.

(2)Sheri G.
I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but my dinner at this Longhorn was very good tonight. I had the grilled shrimp skewers which were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Combined with the rice pilaf, the shrimp were delicious.
(4)Michelle B.

Decent food. Steak was 4 stars everything else was 3. Service was great, waiter was kind and knowledge of menu. No great alcohol specials.

Extremely slow and poor service, food was average, management needs to pay more attention to reviews on this site

Always ask!
