Good tasting food, friendly staff, clean restaurant but BEWARE, the customers here are rude and inconsiderate. I've been here several times and I've put up with a lot. I'm starting to understand why there is a built in queue line in front of the counters. If there wasn't, the customers that come here would create chaos. I've never seen this in other Chik-fil-A restaurants. I can imagine, if things get worst in the future you'll probably have to make reservations. to dine in. I know the rude customers is nothing that this place is responsible for and in the end, it is worth coming here, however I would recommend going thru the drive.

Logistically, this location is tough to navigate. The parking lot is way too small & cumbersome to accommodate the Chick-Fil-A masses. The food is always delish but if I have my choice between this location and Waugh Chapel, I'm headed to Gambrills.

Great service. My daughter and I went on the weekend and they had order takers and services outside in the parking lot. I guess this is how it almost would have felt to have car hops back in the day. The food is always delicious at Chic-Fil-A. We both got the nuggets with waffle fries (so delish), along with Oreo milkshakes (pretty darn tasty).

Got here at 11:45am on a Friday-----In the 3hrs I've been here waiting on the boyfriend to get off work, the manager(a nice brutha) sat at my table, asked how I wAs doing and then said his heart is broken that I missed my flight to the islands. He has given me free coffee, offered me free food, gave me a book to read and said anything I need just let him know and it's mine. I've watched the manager go around and literally refill everyone's cups, bring folks ketchup, napkins and whatever else. He keeps checking on me. Really nice guy.

Every time I visit this Chick-Fil-A and use the drive thru service, something is always missing from my order. The food is good, but needs better drive thru service.

This chick fil a is always packed whether inside or drive thru. However it could be because their food is always hot. I've never been disappointed yet, with my favorite, waffle fries. Today we had breakfast which was chik n minis and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Again always on point. But I can say the customer service is always polite and helpful so that why I don't mind waiting. I gave 4 stars only because of the long lines.

Might be an extra 10 minutes drive, but go to Crofton! The line and overall customer service at Bowie is subpar, plus they will probably skimp on your order ... When I order 3 strip meal I get 3 nice size strip, order the 4 and it is more like 3 1/2 (you will get a small short strip). Add in the drink order mix ups and it is better to just drive to Crofton.
