Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Went here for breakfast this past weekend and will never come back. Breakfast was okay, I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I asked for my bacon crispy and it definitely looked like they stuck it in the fryer. Not only that but just a recommendation....do not walk around with a pot of coffee to each table asking patrons if they would like a refill and not tell them there's an extra charge for it!

I love this place for two reasons. The nice servers working at the front counter and the buffalo chicken pizza. I get the 16" square pizza because it can definitely feed a lot of people. The cheese and dough are really delicious in my opinion. Their pizza in general is unique in it's own way. I go there specifically when I'm in the mood for their style of pizza. The prices are unbeatable for the ocean pines area and you get a lot of food for your money. It might not be gourmet, but the people making the recipes are using their own flare of spices and flavors. If you like a good ol' fashion greasey pie and want to treat yourself, get one of these bad boys. I'll always be a repeat customer.

Good food at a fair price. Delivery is quick. The gyro is really good and they have the best cheesesteaks around!!! They aren't that steak um junk.

Tried the Italian Cold Cut. Ordered with everything plus hot. Bread and meat were terrible. This menu item needs work. My wife and kids did enjoy the breakfast.

What a find! Tucked back in a corner, but so worth it! We've had 2 awesome breakfasts 2 days in a row.

Yet another local restaurant offering pizza? Perhaps. But unlike their competition, they DELIVER (for $1 extra)! Pros: Enormous portions Breakfast available all day Modest prices Did I mention delivery? Cons: Decor? We don't need no stinking decor! Food is average (having tried a breakfast as well as their chicken tender platter) The value proposition is obvious: food delivered to your door that doesn't come from Domino's or Pizza Hut.

We had an office meeting today in Ocean Pines and had the treat of trying the plain and pepperoni pizza for the first time. It was really really good! 15 other people thought the same thing and none of us knew about Maho's Pizza before today.

The worst omelet I have ever had. Sausage was good. Gravy was good. Maybe lunch is better?

Food is great, prices are good too. They have great pizza and subs, New York and New Jersey style. It gets crowded for breakfast on Sundays with all the church goers coming in after services. Best for Delivery or Pick Up.

This place is now called Hazels and well. .... The food is decent if you ever get it and ever get the correct food. Ordered delivery once took 45 minutes and they gave us the wrong food they did correct the mistake. We gave then another chance today but for pick up. .. we get there and pay then they tell us they have run out of one of the foods we ordered (chicken tenders and they told another customer they were out of pepperoni!) so they refunded us for that, and that it would be a few more minutes well over an hour since we ordered we still don't have our take out! If they ever get organized maybe this place would be ok.

We ordered a large Caesar Salad, the dressing was great however the pizza cheese that they put in it does not work and makes it a dish not worth getting. The lasagna was good, it had tons of sauce and was a very large portion. The spaghetti was not that great. The noodles were overcooked and the sauce was cold, thick like tomato paste with a lot of diced onions. The gyro was for my son and we asked for nothing but the pita and the meat and a side of the sauce. The pita was ok, the gyro meat was great although they only included 3 strips. The side tzatziki sauce was superb, fresh and tasted of fresh cucumber and dill. It was a favorite taste at the table. The fish and chips portion was interesting. The two pieces of fried fish were just ok and the battered fries were not our favorite but take out French fries are always a challenge anywhere. In general We were disappointed. Although the portions were huge, the quality of the food was mediocre at best. Other details- We paid $42.00 for 2 adults and 2 children. We arrived at 6pm almost exactly. They provided bar napkins in the carry out bag. we had a 7 minute drive home with our carry out and the bag leaked in our car and the bag was open on the bottom from leakage of sauce. There were two lovely ladies at the register, they were extremely friendly. The restaurant was completely empty. This was our first visit. To be fair, we will probably try this place once more but will probably stick to trying the pizza. We hope they succeed because we love local, privately owned restaurants but they have to do better.

Although I have had a fair experience with Mahos in the past, I ordered a steak stromboli with no green peppers, no mushrooms, and no onions. The stromboli I ordered had onions (and oddly enough, chunks of tomato). The onions were small, but my slight allergy to onions found them. When I called, I was told that the sauce has onions. I asked that they send a cheese burger instead as it was about the same price. They said they would, but then called back to say that they would not rectify the situation. I told them that was okay then. That will be the last order I place with Mahos and the last time I will recommend them. I gave two stars because they have done better in the past. Their customer service simply let me down. Shame.

I really like their chicken fingers so much that I don't care what the rest of the food is like. This is my spot for chicken fingers! The service is a little slow even when there aren't a lot of customers. I would recommend ordering carry-out or using their delivery. The atmosphere is always nice and clean, and the employees are really nice. The name is Hazels right now, but I hear it's being changed to Ocean Pines Pizza. I wish the new owner would just keep the name as it is.

Great little spot for a family of 8. Pizza and subs were our choice. Friendly staff who helped us plan some events

While the crab melts looked yummy they were very dîappointing. Very little crab, way to much filler. Particularly noticeable as they are severed on English muffins. (Would you like some breading on your bread?) Fresh cut fries (versus their frozen) could have added to my dining experience. The food did come out piping hot and in a timely manner. Service was amiable yet poorly menu trained. Will give their pizza a shot especially since they deliver. Maybe breakfast as well. To the owner's credit I was personally invited back for a free crab cake. Honestly, they were barely better than the first go round. That being said....I was SO impressed with that gesture of customer service I will be back to try the pizza. Thank you, Hazel. You "get" the restaurant business!
