My wife ordered and pre-paid for an ice cream cake for our son's birthday celebration with family. When I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, they couldn't find it. The manager of the store kept saying that he had seen it yesterday but he wasn't sure where it was. They offered no apologies for their mistake, only excuses. I guess the manager expected me to come up with some miraculous solution, as he just stood there staring at me, saying he knows he saw it yesterday. Eventually I just demanded our money back, and it was reluctantly given. We will never return.
