I just stopped in to grab a coffee since my daughter is enrolled at the nearby Sylvan Learning. The staff was extremely friendly, asked about my Christmas and was just wonderful. Owning my own business, I pay attention to how staff treats customers and how well a facility is managed, in my personal opinion they appeared to be a bit overstaffed for the number of customers but while I was there for an hour, the place had many instances where the line was almost out the door. So this observation was probably incorrect. The Coffee was delicious and my bagel and muffin were equally perfect. Now I think I will look forward to dropping off my daughter since my wife normally does. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

My food was good, but gosh darn I won't be back here any time soon. The staff was... not friendly, and the place was full of flies. I know that to a certain degree you can't help that, but I've been in McDonald's with less flies. Don't try and park in 'their' parking area, just park behind them in the larger lot.

Dined: 8/12/12 In general I usually like Einstein Bagels, but over the years they have changed so very much. I used to really love their bagel pizzas... OMG they were so good (but they're gone now), and I also love their bagel dogs on an everything bagel...oh so dam* good (still make them)!!! Normally I would give Einstein's a 4-stars, like the one in Towson. But this location is horrible. The available parking is an almost nonexistent single line of angle-in parking that the spaces are way too narrow to fit a car let alone all those super SUVs and Trucks that every imbecile thinks will fit into a subcompact space, or they don't care and take up 1 and 1/2 parking spots when there are only 12 to start with. Or the 4-door crew-cab with extended bed that sticks 2 feet into the narrow driveway. What gives, there is a huge shopping center parking lot 15-feet away that all those monster sized vehicles can park in. The next thing that bugs me is that the Free WiFi is impossible to connect your smart phone up to (Samsung Galaxy 3 - that's the newest model out). Since when do you have to ask to have your bagel toasted??? Who wants a cold sliced bagel for breakfast, it should be warm and crispy not cold and texture-less!! So for my money... this Einsteins only gets 2-stars, and that's because they have a great bottomless cup of Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee...YUM!!!! Otherwise they would get only one star here!!! So this is another rendition of "If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed"!!!

My favorite place for coffee in the area. The coffe is aromatic. full bodied and hot. Many of the staff are friendly and a good variety of bagels are available.

6-cheese bagel was delicious, but I got it as an egg and cheese sandwich and the cheese wasn't melted. iced coffee was mediocre at best, stick with Panera.
