They have a lot of convenience items for prices that aren't too crazy. They're one of the few places that can deliver and actually find my apartment entrance. I'm a fan.

I used to love the food here. However lately the ingredients have been sub par. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it looked like two Tyson frozen chicken strips cut in half. Nothing was crispy in the slightest and the amount of chicken was VERY small. I had to move all the lettuce (not fresh) just to see what type of sandwich it was. My girlfriends cheeseburger sub was decent, but once again it is not the greatest ingredients. It tastes like a frozen patty. We will not be ordering from here again as the ingredients went from excellent to cheap within the last year.

We gave this place a couple of shots ordering at work. While the food was usually OK, getting it correctly or promptly is definitely an issue. Our office is not the easiest to find if you don't know the area. I have given people visiting the office as well as other businesses delivering food the directions and all have found it. If you listen to me when I say what is across the street, you WILL find it. Each driver from The Spot, including one who delivered to us twice had huge difficulty finding it. While the food was OK, every order had something wrong from missing items to not following our instructions on what we wanted or didn't want on a sandwhich. Not one order came in less than an hour. The last took two hours. Really? For delivery? Well, I'm done with them. Too many better and more efficient places to get delivery from nearby.

I've been to this place quite a few times, though mostly out of convenience sake because I live right near it. The staff is friendly, though sometimes forgetful. A few times, I've had to double check my bag while I was there was a side of sauce (i.e. for wings). The food is pretty good. My favorite dish is the Calzone/Stromboli, a good amount of premium cheese and the size is ridiculously huge. I agree with another reviewer that their bacon is basically ham, which sucks because bacon is amazing. Also, the wait time is pretty long. Usually average around 20-30 minutes. This time has never failed to change in the past year for me.

I ordered something for lunch around 1PM. I called the Spot and they gave me the driver who yelled at me because he could not find my work place. I called again for another driver and they yelled at me for complaining about the driver. I called the driver again for an ETA and he said his shift is over. I called the Spot for my refund and they said there was nothing they could do. Now I am out lunch and my money. Also it's 4PM now. You have the worst service.

Tried this place for delivery a couple times since they were open late. The most recent (and last) time they took 90 minutes to deliver a cold soggy cheeseburger and forgot the fries. Kept promising driver was ''minutes away'' for 45 minutes and wouldn't give credit or a refund. I thought this was all pretty slimy. Pass on this place--or die waiting.

In my lazy night, after working on a Saturday.......I wanted to relax and watch Florida State play Miami. I ordered a " Delivery " meal from The Spot. First, they got my address wrong, the driver admitted that they gave him the wrong address. So my food was warm to cold. Secondly, do not believe the pictures or writing. It is not as advertised. The wings that I had received were not atomic but but basic my dog enjoyed it. Third, the salad was not a Greek salad but a sad imitation. It was like expecting a hamburger but getting a bologna sandwich. I think I have the ingredients in my fridge. Fourth, the individual that I spoke with to register my complaint, only gave me excuses not a resolution. I would have returned it, if I didn't give it to my dog to eat. A bottle of Texas Pete and red hot would have been better than what they used.

I wasn't expecting much from this place but was very pleasantly surprised! The fish sandwich is exceptional....and the fries, too! Portions are pretty big and thought their prices are pretty reasonable as well. They also sell assorted types of cheesecakes....which I did not try. I will definitely go back for the fish sandwich...

This place is in my building, and I've eaten here a bunch of times now. They started off with almost a skeleton crew as they were firing up the place, but as they got into the groove, the quality of food has gotten much better. The ingredients are good quality, and the menu is diverse enough that there are plenty of options. The other nice thing is that the place doubles as a convenience store, so you can grab whatever drinks, dessert, etc. while picking up your food.

The Spot is a great convenience with really nice staff. Unfortunately the kitchen is still falling a little short but I think it'll get better. They could really benefit from using less ingredients on all of their sandwiches, and spending more time on their construction. Right no they are very sloppy and greasy. They would save money and gain customers.

I moved to Baltimore last summer and I've been looking and looking for good places to eat. This is the first place where the food is almost up to par with my expectations of what late night delivery should be. The delivery was longer than desired but I didn't care once I tried the food. I tried the Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap and the Cheese Steak With The Works. The food was delicious and I was satisfied with the quality. The lady who took my phone order and the guy that delivered were both friendly and pleasant. I've only eaten their food once but I definitely plan on ordering more.

Tonight was my first time ordering from "the spot" and it will definitely be my last!! I placed my order thru grubhub at 8:50pm I received two emails that my order was in the process of bring prepared and would be at my house by 940pm "ish". By 1010pm I called to check on my order and was given some ridiculous excuse about how "my order was sent in late by grubhub and that it was being prepared now and would be ready and on its way in 5 mins". So of course I figured well I've waited this long what's 5 more minutes? Well 15 more mins goes by and still NOTHING!! So I called back again to cancel my order (because after almost 2 hrs of waiting I wasn't hungry anymore!!!). Well of course I am again met with another excuse that they recooked my order so that it would be nice and hot and that it would be at my door in 4 mins. Well I reminded the lady that she said 5 mins, 15 mins ago and of course I was met with yet another excuse!! She repeatedly apologized for my inconvenience and offered me 20% off my next order but I wasn't interested. She said none of her other customers ever have to deal with that kind of wait and I let her know that tonight was my first time ever ordering from there and she said "that's even worse!"She kept trying to offer me discounts but at this point I had lost all interest. Although I did appreciate her trying to remedy the situation after almost 2 hrs of waiting there was no salvaging it!! Needless to say they will NEVER get my business AGAIN!!!

Warning; I had food delivered, I didn't visit the place. I ordered to shrimp chicken cheese sub- it came with little chicken and no shrimp. The greek salad and the brownie weren't much, either. The broccoli cheese bites were pretty good, though, so that's something. I felt it was too expensive considering the quality and taste of food.

AVOID THE SPOT... Called 45 min before closing to make sure they had time to fulfill order, was told they could do so... Got a call 30 minutes later from Eat 24 saying "they're super busy tonight and can't fulfill your order"... BS!

The best thing about The Spot is the owner, a very friendly gentleman named Muhammad. Also, I really like their self-serve coffee. It's not super high-end, but they have a bunch of options, including iced coffee out of the coffee machine, and a cappuccino maker. I love to add a tiny bit of that foamy goodness to my coffee; it gives it just a hint of sweetness. Now for everything else... I live right around the corner, so it's a good spot to pick up a Gatorade or toilet paper when I don't feel like walking to Eddie's or making the trip to a further grocery store. And I generally choose The Spot over University Market on Charles, because all but one of the dudes that run the market are so unfriendly it's borderline rude. But that being said, The Spot almost never has the random grocery item I'm looking for, and their frozen food selection is about the worst I've ever seen. Think frozen ready-made hamburgers and chicken patties. Maybe pizza rolls if you are lucky. No frozen pizza, no burritos, none of the stuff I would ever actually choose to eat. I can't speak to the freshly prepared food from the counter in the back, since I've never eaten it. But my boyfriend has gotten breakfast sandwiches there a few times, and apparently they only serve turkey bacon, which ensures I'll never get a breakfast sandwich there.

CAUTION: Health Department Complaint Filed!!! No customer loyalty!!! Their food isn't that great, but it's a late night go to. Tonight, the buffalo sauce exploded in the bag tarnishing all the other food. The delivery driver rummaged through the bag, touching all the food with his bare hands, and then handed it to me like I was supposed to eat it. Went right into the trash! Despite this, the restaurant, after two years of ordering from them, didn't refund my money.

Ordered for delivery from this place. Absolutely nothing to write home about. I may just quit ordering for delivery. Every time that I'll order for delivery, I receive either bad customer service or food that isn't worth paying for. I got the cheesesteak sub and fries, while my boyfriend got the mozzarella sticks and fries. The fries seemed rubbery and they weren't well cooked.

This pizza was so awful I couldn't even identify what was wrong with it. I thought maybe it was the sauce and ate a piece of just crust and cheese...bad. Ate a piece of just cheese I flaked off...bad. Ate a piece of just crust, one of just chicken...everything just was bad, bad, bad. I quit eating it after a few bites and after my roommate tried another she threw her slice away. Worst use of $16+tip in my life. Delivery was fast enough but don't let that fool you. Stay away from these pizzas. Ugh.

One star is too much for this place. When they first opened they were great for a basic pizza/wings/subs type place. But within the last few months they have gone down hill and that's being too nice. I kept thinking they were just having off days the last few times I've tried ordering from here until I finally gave up and realized they are just awful now. My food has arrived cold, wrong, stale, and/or just plain disgusting. I've had them try to deliver the same order 3 times over a span of 2 hours, each time with them telling me they were outside when they were not before finally just telling them to give up because at that point the food had to have been cold and I was tired of waiting and that I'd rather go hungry than deal with their crap. Don't waste your time, you're better off digging out of a garbage can on the side of the street.

I've ordered from The Spot twice now, and each time has been other than desirable. First order: I ordered a chicken cheesesteak meal, which includes a sandwich, fries, and 20oz soda. The cheesesteak was really good and included everything I ordered. The fries were old, however, they had potential. The drink never came. I called the store and told them I never got my drink, and instead of offering a deal for next time, they informed me they would send someone out. They were going to send someone BACK to my house, for a 20oz drink, at 9:00. It never came. Asinine. Second order: I decided to give the store one more chance. I again ordered the same meal, and this time, I asked them to include two drinks so I could get the product I paid for the first time around. The cheesesteak was, again, great. However, this time, they didn't include the cheese I ordered AND paid an up-charge for. The fries were again cold. The drink made it here this time, however, they only sent me one. For any other store, I would have called and complain about not receiving my order in its entirety, however, I knew where that would get me: NOWHERE. I gave The Spot two stars for it's food, but not five for its reliability and money value.

This place has slowly gone down! It used to be my favorite delivery place but I'm done and never ordering again. I order a fish sub and cheese fries with a soda and red velvet cake. I got burnt fries, carrot cake and a cold sub. And on top of that the delivery driver honked his horn from in front of my house and was upset when I told him to bring me my food. Never ordering from here again

Where I currently reside in Baltimore City, getting a restaurant to deliver is a blessing! The Spot happen to leave some menus in my doorway, they looked reliable, I figured I would give them a try. I placed my order and was quoted a 30-60 minute estimate on delivery time. It took 1 hour and 30 mins for my food to arrive for my family (2 adults and a 3 year old child) only after I called to see how much longer it would take to get my food because I had already waited 67 mins. They " lost my phone number" and couldn't contact me... I thought every one had caller ID these days?! No apologies, nothing but attitude from your delivery person. Never again! I guess bad customer service is a hard running trend in good ol' Baltimore!

Unfortunately, The Spot has taken a rather nasty nosedive in quality since my last review. The last order that we made, half of the items were missing and it took over two and a half hours (!!!!) for the driver to bring them to us; this is quite simply unacceptable (especially seeing that we live close enough to walk to the place four times over). The food quality hasn't changed, and for that they deserve the two stars - but their ability to get it here changes the game considerably. Really, guys, we want our food hot - the colder it gets, the less appetizing it's going to be. I think they may have changed delivery drivers. They used to be prompt and efficient - now they're just sloppy. If The Spot wants our business back, they need to tighten up their act, because as it stands, we're not too interested in repeat orders. Disappointing.

If you want mediocre to low quality food, order here. I ordered a cheese steak but it had me wondering why they would drown it in onion and skimp out on thw steak. Chicken Cesar wrap was a disaster... stay far far away from this place

Called in for a cheesesteak after class today as a reward for not eating out in 2 weeks. He calls chicken cheesesteak I'm sitting there looking around. Then he points and says you (I had already paid). I said no I got a beef cheesesteak. The owner comes from the back and asks what did I order I said a cheesesteak. They'd made a chicken cheesesteak but with my toppings. The counter person then calls me up and says that it was my order they just read it to him wrong when he went back there. I say okay and go down to my house. Open it when I get inside and it's a chicken cheesesteak. I called to let them know this and that I'll eat it this ONE time. And the counter person nonchalantly says "Ok". I then say "Ok great" and hang up while he's about to say something else. I get not wanting to waste food but when someone orders and furthermore PAYS for something there's an expectation it will be what they ordered. Don't fuxkin lie. Because now I'm not going back EVER and I'm certainly telling others not to go. That's the best way to lose a customer is to lie to them. F u The Spot and if you continue to lie I don't foresee them being business that much longer. Never on Sunday it is from now on.

We decided to order from here after the countless menus were stuck in our mailbox. Their food is ok... Chicken bacon ranch panini is basically not a panini it's a toasted sandwich it was still good though. They forgot our drinks and 1 sandwich. & the crab dip was wayyyyy under par.. Shrimp basket is good but they charge .50cents extra for condiments such as hot sauce which I find absolutely ridiculous and their customer service is lacking. I'm done with them

I don't like to complain about places but I've had multiple bad experiences with this restaurant. A few months ago my roommates and I ordered food from The Spot and about 2.5 hours later, the driver finally called to let us know he was nearby. At that point we had already called several times to find out what was taking so long, as we had initially been quoted 30-40 minutes for delivery. We ended up cancelling the order at that point. I decided to give the place another try a couple weeks later, and I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap (which IS on the menu, by the way, it's not just something I asked them to make out of the blue). When the order arrived and the driver had already left, I opened my sandwich to find out it was wrong and I still can't figure out what it was. It looked like a jerk chicken wrap or something (which isn't even on the menu, mind you). I didn't bother to call and complain because I just wanted food at that point and didn't think it was worth the effort to try and straighten things out. Two nights ago, I decided I'd give the place one more try because my roommates were ordering food from The Spot. Again, I attempted to order a Buffalo Chicken Wrap (because how could they possibly screw up the same thing again?) and was delivered the same wrong item (Jerk Chicken wrap, maybe?) which was again, not even on the menu. I called to inform them of this and they said they'd correct it and send someone over to me with the correct item. Two hours later when I still hadn't gotten my corrected order, I figured they had forgotten or were just disregarding my order. About 2.5 hours later, they showed up and called to let me know they were outside in their car (didn't bother coming up to my door). And guess what? Yup, you guessed it. IT WAS THE SAME WRONG ITEM. I give up on this place. Evidently they aren't aware of what a Buffalo Chicken wrap is. I don't typically complain about food because I tend to love food in general, but I don't feel like paying money to receive the wrong item (something that I didn't even see on the menu.) *End rant*

Don't ever get a delivery from this place. It's a convenience store with a restaurant. Deliveries take 2 hours long. Has happened to me twice. Everytime they give you a time frame of 30 to 45 minutes but right now I'm still waiting for my order that was placed 116 minutes ago

An hour and half for cold pizza... it seems my review was too short. But what else can you say about cold pizza? It either sat on a shelf or in the delivery guy's car for at least 1 hour... yes it was that cold...

I ordered take out from this place, popcorn chicken and fries combo with an oreo cheesecake. The chicken and fries are good but the oreo cheesecake was the WORST cheesecake I've ever had.. It wasn't even cheesecake it was like some awful cream rip off. It was beyond disgusting. I'm never ordering dessert from places like this again.. fast delivery though... they came in 30 mins instead of an hour..

Ordered for delivery around 12pm. Didnt get the food until 1:10, which I understand, its the lunch rush... Only my food was completely cold. Not even a little warm. The mozzarella sticks were terrible, the chicken "tenders" seemed like the perdue nuggets you can microwave in 50 seconds, and the fries were mushy and cold. I mean, I'm not a hard person to please honestly, I've never written a yelp review in my life, but this was just such a complete waste of money I had to. I was really looking forward to the mozzarella sticks too. I won't be ordering from here again.

I used eat24 and put in the wrong address. I called the spot and changed my address about 15 minutes after I ordered. an hour and 45 minutes later my one pizza and order of fries arrives late and completely cold. The manager then told me it was my fault entirely that I'm unsatisfied with cold pizza and fries. He then says he will send a new one, low and behold, nothing came.

This place is terrible do not ever order it, ingredients are crap and everything is delivered soggy and inedible. The actual food is no where near what is depicted in pictures. Wings are actually rubber chicken nuggets and the meat is all frozen. It's absolutely disgusting

Received the menu from a guy outside my job last week and decided to order delivery for lunch today & was totally disappointed!! I ordered a turkey club which was supposed to have bacon & cheese on it (DUH) not on there!! Also, when they cut it, had to have used a dirty knife because it was pieces of hots on it. My co-worker was also upset because she asked for no mayo and tomatoes, welp they put mayo on the sandwich and NO tomatoes. I called to the store and the guy offered me 10% off our next order, uuummm NO THANKS!! We definitely will NOT be ordering from "The Spot" anymore.

I'm giving this place a 5 star, because I can't stand those who gave this place a 1 star... I mean, what do you expect when ordering from a place like this? Woodberry Kitchen material? People need to understand that this is a place where you order only when you feel super lazy, nothing else near is open, and just want something quick to eat to satisfy the hunger. Others who have not been to this place will judge base on the rating. These people work hard in the kitchen and is family owned.... I am giving it 5 because 1) i'm thankful that there is a place like this is St. Paul building, 2) they are fast, 3) the food is not great, but it's not bad when there is no other choice. So yes, this is as good as it gets when you are hungry and have nothing else to eat.

worst customer service and service in general.. they're drivers are lazy, they don't follow simple instructions and they're food is always wrong.. while delicious, it's wrong.. I've been here a bunch of times (it's in my residential building) and my experiences have been mixed. This place just opened in Fall of 2012 so I'm sure they'll work out the kinks. The pizza is pretty good and they have good deals on take out pizzas like an extra large cheese for 8 bucks (pick up special). I've ordered the wings twice from here and they're not that good - they weren't crispy at all and were kind of fatty. I've also had some deliveries where items were missing (fries and celery). I've had the chicken cheesesteak which was pretty good. I do remember when they first opened I had to wait a while for my food. Well one worker said they'd deliver it to my unit and they included some sodas for the wait. That was a nice gesture. I will definitely eat here again and hopefully they will work out any problems! I'm sure they will.

This place is absolutely awful. Online it says an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. I waited over 2 hours and was hung up with on the phone when I called to continue and ask about where my food was. The man cursed at me and was extremely rude. When the food finally got here, it was cold. I don't think businesses who treat customers so poorly should remain in business.

My favorite late-night delivery joint. The calzones are enormous and delicious, the subs are always made precisely to order, the chicken tenders are awesomely crispy, and for comfort food, there's nothing like a dish of their ziti or spaghetti, covered with a lake of cheese dotted with chunks of chicken parm. Not a good place for salad- I've found them mostly made of chopped iceberg and quite underwhelming. But do take a look at the dessert menu, it's a delightful surprise for a pizzeria. Try the rich, fudgey brownies or the cheesecake xango.

Second to the quality and consistency of my order is the importance of excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I order from The Spot several times a month for a reason. It is consistently fast, affordable, and delicious, as delicious as late-night delivery food can be in our neck of the woods. I am here to say that The Spot has left me a happy customer once again. I made the mistake leaving the incorrect cell phone number on my grub hub order. As I was just beginning to wonder where my order may be I heard a loud knock coming from my apartment building's front door, suspecting it may be my food, I ran down stairs to investigate. My wonderful delivery man stood on the other side of the door looking quite concerned. When I opened the door he was immediately apologetic and proceeded to tell me he tried and tried to call. He even went to do his other deliveries and then came back and, after calling several more times, decided to knock. WHAT A GUY! Even after all of the run around he was pleasant and apologetic and my order was still DELICIOUS. I strongly recommend ordering from this fabulous restaurant, they f@*$! ing ROCK!

If I had known this was in a convenience store when I placed my first order for delivery I probably wouldn't have done it... but holy MEATBALLS! I was so pleasantly surprised... literally... by the meatballs (I give these 5 stars). I don't know if I'll ever order anything else here. Delivery was quick and friendly but the pizza was not so great, kind of soggy and really just not right (If I'm in the mood for pizza I will definitely order elsewhere). I will however order some other things with my meatballs next time... surely there are other gems to be found at this place.

Honestly I wrote in special request for the first time at The Spot when ordering for delivery tonight, I was so impressed, I had to write a review. From the delivery to me checking my order, everything accurate and hot. I am a huge advocate for reviews and it pleases me to write something on a positive side on service.

I've ordered from this places a few times and never really had a problem until tonight. I ordered a pizza and waited and waited and waited. Then when my food got here I was like okay the pizzas warm I'm hungry who cares about missing the delivery time lets chow down. I open the box and they got my order completely wrong tried calling the driver back and the business and got no answer. Finally got an answer after like fifteen mins and they told me all they could do was refund me $2.30. They offered to redo my pizza but they had so many deliveries that my pizza wouldn't be ready until an hr from now and then they'd deliver within 30 mins of it being made. So in total I would have to wait three hrs to get my pizza. I just asked for a refund and they stuck to just offering me back 15% of my order back because they claimed they delivered a pizza and they couldn't take it back. Very disappointed in this business because the customer service. As a customer I feel like they don't care about my business and didn't even try and make it right in the slightest. Because basically they refunded me the tip I gave them.

The food is good, though inconsistent. For instance, the potatoes that come with the breakfasts can be cooked completely differently. I'm guessing based on who is working? You never really know. The employees are all nice and friendly though, and the food is generally good enough that I've stopped eating at the place connected to MY building and walk up the block to The Spot instead :) Favorite is the chicken quesadilla!

Still sucks dirty, food is bad, why do people in the office think this place will change what a disappointment but thank god I said I was not going to pay for food I will just throw out , employees are still rude like they have something better to do ...then go do it because you food sucks.. I recommend you read filtered reviews on bottom

The Spot gets 4 stars not for its ambience, but for convenience and value for money. I live within walking distance and call in a pick-up special (XL Cheese Pizza for $8.00) a few times a month. The staff is always quick and friendly and I can usually pick up my order within 20 min of calling it in. The food won't win any awards anytime soon, but it tastes good and again is good value for your money. Besides for the pizzas I've gotten the subs on a number of occasions and have been pleased with the portions. Only other observation is they always seem to be dealing with a delivery related issue when I go, so if you can get off the couch and pick up your order in person.

(1)Bruk E.

(5)Westside F.

(1)Romina V.
(2)Laura M.
AVOID THE SPOT... Called 45 min before closing to make sure they had time to fulfill order, was told they could do so... Got a call 30 minutes later from Eat 24 saying "they're super busy tonight and can't fulfill your order"... BS!
(1)Andrea M.
(3)Rob L.
(1)Darlyn D.
(2)Grace K.
Ugh.
(1)Jp R.
Forgot over half of my order and then couldn't figure out how to handle the situation. I will never be ordering from here again.
(1)Danielle T.

(2)Lisandra R.
(1)Megon D.
(1)Carrie O.
(2)James L.
If you want mediocre to low quality food, order here. I ordered a cheese steak but it had me wondering why they would drown it in onion and skimp out on thw steak. Chicken Cesar wrap was a disaster... stay far far away from this place
(1)Camille A.
A co worker ordered a pizza and I took one bite and I personally loved it. I decided to order a pizza for myself and I thought it was delicious. It was hot, fresh and tasty.. The African American gentleman that always delivers to my job is a sweetheart .

(1)Melinda J.
I'm done with them
(2)Krystyne D.
Used to order here a lot but stop once they started to mess up. Tonight I decided to give them another try and they never showed up. Had to cancel my order when they haven't shown up at 9. Will never order from them again even tho the food is good.
(1)Billy H.
I had great wings love the speed of delivery. Quesadilla are amazing love the cheese fries and all the great desserts and I can pick up some odds and ends while I wait for my food like a convenient store but alot more. Like the old corner stores from my childhood bravo spot
(5)Kimberley R.
(1)Vanessa M.
I pretty much order from here once every other week if not every week. Eat 24 app is great. Most of my orders are perfect or they call to make it perfect. Nice, cheap food food!
(5)Ben S.
The food tastes like it was all frozen. Wings are rubbery and poorly cooked. Did not like it at all
(2)Osama S.
Don't ever get a delivery from this place. It's a convenience store with a restaurant. Deliveries take 2 hours long. Has happened to me twice. Everytime they give you a time frame of 30 to 45 minutes but right now I'm still waiting for my order that was placed 116 minutes ago
(1)Scott E.
An hour and half for cold pizza... it seems my review was too short. But what else can you say about cold pizza? It either sat on a shelf or in the delivery guy's car for at least 1 hour... yes it was that cold...
(2)Virginia Y.
(2)Laura S.
I wasnt very happy....pizza was 2 hours late and it ended up being cold when it got here. Wont order from there again....
(1)Caitlyn R.
(1)Samuel J.
(1)Veronica J.
This place is terrible do not ever order it, ingredients are crap and everything is delivered soggy and inedible. The actual food is no where near what is depicted in pictures. Wings are actually rubber chicken nuggets and the meat is all frozen. It's absolutely disgusting
(1)Raven W.
The food is good, ive been using grubhub for over a year and this is the first time i decided to create an account and leave a review my order was 30$ i gave the driver 364 whne upstairs and realized my lasagna and my 2 jumbo drinks were not there more than half of my order! so i called and the cook said he was going to make me more and iy should be there in 40 minutes so a hour later i call and they are already closed and say sorry bad news your going to have to get your food tomoroow the driver said the radiator in his car broke! i said i want all my money back they said sorry we can only refund your missing items and they cannot give me back my tip worst service ever if i could they would get 0 stars its 2;30 npw im starving and everythings closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(1)Tiffany J.
(1)T N.
(5)Tina P.
We ordered delivery tonight through the eat24hours app. We ordered 2 salads and a gyro. It took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes..so plan ahead I guess? They brought the wrong dressings. ONE OF THE SALADS WAS A CAESAR. COME ON.
(2)Brittany W.
worst customer service and service in general.. they're drivers are lazy, they don't follow simple instructions and they're food is always wrong.. while delicious, it's wrong.. I've tried repeatedly to give them chances because they do have good food, but after 4 utterly failed attempts at smooth interactions with them, I give up. . Don't waste your time..
(1)Broderick P.
I got chicken wings from here and they tasted like what I imagine garbage pale kids eat, and ah luv chikun but this was the most disgusting sh*t I've had in my 25 years hands down.
(1)Jessie B.
Great! Highly recommend. This is the second time that I've ordered from The Spot. The food arrived on time, was fresh, great pricing, great presentation/ packaging and friendly delivery man. Also, the portions are generous.
(5)Sean O.
(3)Victoria M.
(1)Lindsay K.
(5)Hannah M.
I strongly recommend ordering from this fabulous restaurant, they f@*$! ing ROCK!
(5)Megan C.
(3)K M.

Food us awesome. Customer service is terrible. NEVER PAY TIP AHEAD OF TIME. They have taken a very long time both times I ordered and say they are a few mins away and never are.
