I have come to Sharky's many times to have a pitcher of beer with my kickball teammates before and after our games. If I had not eaten here I would have probably given the place 2 stars. It is a DIVE.... dive! HOWEVER, I went there the other night and against my better judgement (I do judge books by their covers) I ordered dinner. The bartender was a super sweet woman, she informed me that everything is made from scratch and made to order.... What? ... Even the ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing was made in house!!!!!! WINNER! I got the cheesesteak and it was amazing! Super soft and fresh bread and just enough meat and cheese. It was "Fiesta Night" (Monday night) when we were there and we shied away from it because they used corn tortillas and not flour, however they looked delicious and very gourmet for this kind of bar. I kinda wish I tried them now. Moral of the story, don't judge this place by it's appearance, or the clip-art font in the menu... they serve up great food and I cannot wait to come back! If this place received a renovation and was less shabby, it would definitely get 5 stars!

One of the friendliest bars in Baltimore. Super nice staff (they didn't want us to leave because we were "hilarious") and super friendly customers. The food is good. The crab soup is REALLY good and so is the crab pretzel. The beer and wings special is pretty good also. Plenty of tv's to watch whatever game you want. Definitely be back!!

It's a pretty cool spot. Parking sucks a wang, but hey, that's Canton. Service was nice and they have Guinness on tap. Outdoor seating was comfy. The food I found a tad bit hit or miss. Started with Baked Nachos which were delightful. I would go back just for those. Fish and chips was next for me. Not so much. It was OK. My lady friend got a shrimp salad wrap that I did not care for at all. She seemed to enjoy it though.

Love the local bar feel and location. The hot barbecue wings are my favorite. However, everything on the menu is yummy and descently priced. It's an awesome place to watch O's and Ravens games. The staff is super friendly and very attenative.

I had a horrible experience here. The bartender put 6 drinks on our tab that we did not order, making our $16 tab go up to $45. When i pointed out the mistake the bartender proceed to yell at me that she doesn't lie. when tried to explain further that she must be mistaken because we simply did not order what she claimed we did. She refused to remove the charge. So i just paid it because my conversation was going nowhere. However, i did not leave a tip. On the receipt i wrote an explanation as to why. The bartender then slammed her hand on the table and proceeded to scream at me. She told me never to come back. She threw her body across the bar and thre her fist in the air at me. HORRIBLE place, never go there.

Love this bar! Just moved into the neighborhood and checked out this bar with a friend, and have been back a bunch of times since. They clearly have a crowd of regulars, but they treat everyone the same unlike some corner bars. After the first time in, every time we come in the bartender already knows what we are drinking. We work in the industry so this is our go to bar for after work drinks. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I haven't gotten to try the food yet, but if it's as good as everyone says, then it will definitely get the last star. They have a huge menu for being a bar and I can't wait to try the food. Definitely recommend this bar if you're in the neighborhood!

Come check out this place on a Monday. You can sit in the side dining room or stay in the bar area. Don't expect anything fancy, but the Mexican fiesta Monday has $2.40 chicken and steak tacos on two corn tortillas with two homemade salsas on the side. These are delicious. Also, get the baked nachos!!!! You can't go wrong with the Mexican. Keep in mind it's bar food, but it's great bar food!!!

Went here with my team after a broomball game in the park. Hadn't been in the while. Had my dinner with me that I'd been carrying for 2 hours and hadn't yet eaten due to meetings and the game. Thought I'd be polite, so I asked an employee if I could eat if I ordered drinks, referred me to the owner. He goes "hell no, I own this place." So, whatever, that's understandable. So I put my food up with everyone's stuff while they card all of us (we're all over 30 and they made a bit of a show out of it). 3 minutes later, the owner starts staring at me and shouts across the bar "go out that food in your car if you want to stay!" I told him I wouldn't touch it, he insisted, so one less night out drinking for me, I left. Low class owner with no respect for customers. I encourage you to support someplace that shows more respect to tired, hungry Baltimore folk just looking for a beer with friends.

Sharky's is a fun place to get a few beers and enjoy the juke-box tunes with a few friends. They also have outside seating, which is great during the spring and summer. Not sure what the last poster was thinking, but their wings are Dinky! The size of them are really small and I wasn't impressed as a wing fan.

Sharky's a is great neighborhood bar with good beers and good bar food... my husband says the entrees are also quite good but I've only had the wings and they are yummy! Definitely check Sharky's out after a game at Patterson Park. They even have a few outdoor tables now!

Really neat little old skool Baltimore Bar. SUPER Nice staff, cheap beers and Awesome wings. Nice place to hang with friends.
