For a great meal, order the stuffed cabbage with 2 side orders. Don't bother with the chicken caesar salad. The chicken strips were so dry they tasted like cardboard. C'mon, Millers - you can do better than that.

Traditional Jewish deli done well- very good for comfort food (not gourmet but darn yummy!). My kids love the trays of mini meat knishes-my husband & I love the noodle kugel. Nice package goods area ( it's the only place that sells liquor in the area,). All food is cafeteria style or "to go." The seating needs some sprucing-up, and they have changed the store so "bulk take-out" like "a pound of extra-lean/first cut corned beef" is in the same line as all "meal orders" like "an extra-lean/first cut corned beef sandwich on rye." We've also ordered numerous deli platters always well made and as lean as we requested. Miller's is a very satisfactory neighborhood restaurant.

Booths are old and need replacing. Meals are more expensive than they should be and don't include fries/drink.

What a find this place was! We first came here when it was mentioned in Baltimore Magazine for its brisket sandwich, but have returned numerous times (whenever we're anywhere nearby, really, regardless of the time of day) for the knockout food. This is classic Jewish deli at its best. Here are some of our favorites: Matzoh ball soup: basically a giant matzoh ball (the size of a softball -- no exaggeration!) floating in a rich chicken broth with some noodles and carrots. Low carb it is not, but delicious it is. Sorry, but good food always makes me talk like Yoda. Bagel with lox: they carry both classic Nova and belly lox, which are much saltier. Both are served with freshly-baked bagels (chewy on the outside -- are you listening, Panera?!) alongside lettuce, tomato, onion and cream cheese. Whitefish: it comes smoked, either on its own or in a creamy, oniony spread. Either way, it's delicious. Sandwiches: these are the piece de resistance of Miller's. Listen carefully: deli rye, add cheese, toast under the broiler. Sauerkraut (reuben) or cole slaw (rachel) is optional. Thousand-island dressing is recommended, but I've never been a fan. Their meats are tender and flavorful. A great option is to mix them on one sandwich -- I like the drier, smoky brisket paired with juicy, thin slices of pastrami. Aaaaand now I'm hungry. If you have kids, order them knishes -- basically mashed potatoes in puff pastry. They're on the plain side, but nice and crusty on the outside, and with some hot sauce it would be pretty good. Atmosphere: again, classic deli: plastic-seat booths, fluorescent lighting and boisterous, friendly staff who bring food to your table and clear it away again, but don't expect tips. There's a liquor store on the other half of the unit, and I think you can buy beer or wine there to drink with your meal, but I've always been too hungry to find out!

$7.37 for a child's pancake is ridiculous, given the atmosphere at this joint. Child liked the Mickey mouse chocolate chip pancake, but I skipped the meal. Torn booth seats patched with duct tape. Ick. They do sell liquor from the store half in Sundays, which is cool.

This place was nice, clean and efficient for taking orders. The people taking orders lack a bit of paying attention to details sepcifically on what you want in your order. The prices are a bit high and food is OK, nothing special, and lacking that zing you would like from a Kosher style deli. I would eat there again just to give it another shot.

I love this place just because they deliver. When I'm working In the area I call and receive good service over the phone. The people are pleasant to speak with and the food is great. With the breakfast you get good portions try the French toast platter.

I've been trying some delis in the area and Millers deli is the most expensive and barley any meat. Don't see the point of paying more for less. Besides that the service was ok and the place looks good.

First timer and very happy! Lite lunch; matzo ball soup and my favorite--a chocolate soda. The BEST chocolate soda I have ever had. Went perfect with my soup--great matzo ball and excellent broth. Will try a breakfast item and a sandwich when I come back--and I will. This is a good food-no frills place--just like I like it.

I have been going to Millers for years and it's the best around. Hot turkey platter is my favorite. Love the deli and corned beef. it is a little expensive but it seems everything around here is. It's set up a little funky for ordering but not that big of a deal. Breakfast special is the best deal.

(12/24/2010) Nothing like a visit to the Jewish deli on Christmas eve. We ran in just under closing to grab some wine for a party and couldn't help getting a few things to go from the cold counter. They have the best whitefish salad E-V-E-R (OK, the only whitefish salad I've ever had, but theirs will now be the paragon to which I will hold all other whitefish salads to measure); schmeared on a toasted everything bagel, it was gastronomic heaven--salty, smokey, fishy, oniony. The chopped liver was smooth, and liver-y, with small chunks of hard boiled egg; very satisfying, although could've used a little salt (pepper was evident). Would definitely go back to try out a few things from the grill/hot counter.

Very grateful to them for serving me deli items even though they had just closed (I got there at 738 and they had closed at 730). Their matzo ball soup was excellent and the corned beef was succulent, moist and tasty. Their potato salad was also tasty. Would definitely go there again!

Used to be great, now only OK. Try their kosher hot dog with fried baloney, a dish only served in Baltimore

There was a time when Miller's would have gotten a solid 4-star rating. We would grab takeout from them a couple times a month. But the service experience we had after they signed up for Groupon turned us off so completely that we haven't been back since. We purchased four coupons from Groupon (the maximum allowed) and printed them out so they would be ready to use when we were going that way. We only used two. Most times we forgot to bring one with us, or decided to pick up on the way home from somewhere else so didn't use a coupon. Never mattered, we'd be back! The third time we brought one in they accused us of trying to use it a second time, even though the only system they had for tracking it was a squiggly line through a list. Keep in mind that this is a coupon for $5 off the entire order, not exactly a bank heist. The employee was insistent that there was no way they had made any mistake with this exceptionally hi-tech system (except that they HAD) and was very rude. I'd like to think that as a business they would want to give their customers, especially regular customers, the benefit of the doubt, even more so with such a paltry amount at stake, but it appears that they are not. As we are not in the habit of ordering a side of nasty accusations with our deli sammys, we are taking a pass on this restaurant.

This is a hidden gem that's been in the neighborhood for over 40 years. I especially liked it today because I could have some matzoh ball soup for Passover. But they serve it there all the time. They also have a really good selection of bourbons and a decent selection of wine and beer. Breakfast food all day is also a favorite of mine.

Food: 3-4/5 Quantity: proper/healthy lunch portion- wont leave you stuffed. Service: 5/5 very friendly. Pleasant. Great! Rings: $5 way too greasy- used at least 3-4 napkins to help soak up oil... Reuben corn beef $10 - didnt wow me but wasnt bad. Good for lunch as it wont leave you overstuffed for work.

best Reubens in Baltimore.! When I order mine, I ask for a pastrami and corned beef Reuben, or half & half, they don't have it on the menu but they make it how I like Awesome! Staff is very, very nice.

Food is great. Service is meh. 14 minutes for a turkey club sandwich? WHAT? I don't understand it. Previously, it took 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger here!

Love this place. I've been coming here for 20 years. It's an establishment. Get a corn beef sandwich of pastrami on rye. Great pickles too.
