Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Yesterday was not a great day for this Dominos branch. I ordered my two medium two topping pizza via online and had them for delivery. Took them an hour plus to get to my place without any kind of notification from the store. I called them at about 45 mins in to check on my order. The person told me that "its crazy today," which I can understand. But that also means, perhaps y'all will need to hire more people during rush hours. Your delivery guy needs to be a lil more responsive. He just gave me the receipt to sign and then left without so much a word of sorry or thanks. At least the manager was nice enough to throw in an orange Fanta for free. Pizzas otherwise is same ol same ol.

Been going here since they opened. The pizza is pretty consistent. Service is always nice. They had a customer appreciation day yesterday that was really fun. 3.99 pizza and door prizes etc. I am a customer and I feel appreciated.

I downloaded the app from Google Play Store just to write this review. I've ordered maybe 5 times from this place in the last 2 weeks. Everyone of the pizzas has been very very good. They've gotten the order right every time. And the delivery time is excellent. I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for from below . I used to order from Toss pizza not too far away because they arent a chain. Out of desperation one night I went ahead and ordered dominos and I haven't looked back since. Don't get me wrong Toss has a very good pizza and I'm sure I'll order there again. Dominos pepperoni fiesta is is my favorite pizza. Get it with the extra sauce I also add sausage. A really good pie. I think they must put crack in their pizza sauce. It's unbelievably good. The pepperoni Fiesta also has more cheeses on it. From the website it says asiago and provolone cheese . A very very good combination. It's very different than a plain build your own pepperoni pizza. I should also probably tell you that the pepperoni Fiesta is the only pizza that I've bought from dominos so far so I can't speak to the other pizzas.

2 is only because the food taste ok! service is 0! every single time I have ordered here the order has been wrong. one time they told me I said the wrong name when picking up. Ok mistake. Next time I opened the box before I left and low and behold this pizza was decorated with olives and pepperonis when I ordered half cheese half sausage. They didnt offer any incentive to wait another 40 minutes for my pizza. Never again! Never ever again. Kids are running the place and are RUDE!

It's just like any Domino's, but only 5 minutes from my house. It's about time they moved back into Hampden/Medfield. What were they thinking? Anyhow, their pizza is not the best, but there prices are. I'm an Angelo's pizza fan, but I do love Domino's chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Ymm. tasty. I'd say the worse thing about this Domino's is their service. I order and pay online so all they have to do is hand me my order, but many times it'll take 5 minutes before anyone acknowledges my presence. Where is the manager I'm thinking. Everyone should be greeted at the door.

This place used to be surprisingly good for a Dominos, but unfortunately they've gone way downhill even for mediocre pizza. For the past five or six orders I've placed with them, the food has sat in the store after being finished for at least half an hour before the driver leaves (Thanks, Pizza Tracker!). The result is a lukewarm, chewy pizza. They were so good for so long that I kept hoping these were flukes. But each order has been a little worse than the last. Less than a week ago they actually had to cancel my delivery because they had NO drivers, though they offered to credit my account. I thought, 'Hey, that's decent customer service, considering. Everyone has a bad night.' But tonight when I tried to redeem the credit, they told me it must have expired because there was no record of it. Really? After five days? Yeah, I'm sure that's what happened. My patience has worn out. This store has high turnover and clearly has problems keeping trained people on staff, but after a certain point you just want your mediocre pizza and don't want to deal with their issues. I was a pizza driver for eight years and consider myself unusually sympathetic, but seriously...This place needs better management, cashiers who know what they're doing, cooks who can time the orders better in a rush, drivers who bring your food through the 25-degree weather in an actual pizza bag, and enough staff that they don't literally shut down when someone doesn't show up for work.

Pizza has always been pretty good from this branch. Do not expect a timely delivery or good service from the driver or manager. Frequently the pizza is lukewarm by the time it is delivered. The last time I ordered from here, I had an issue with the driver showing an hour late and being in inappropriate. I called the manager who said he would fix it and hung up on me. Pick up might be a better option.

I've never felt compelled to write a Yelp review for a chain restaurant, but my experiences here have been so bad that I'm firing this off and then never ordering from this location ever again. I can dissuade just one person from ordering from the Falls Road location, then this review has served its purpose. My last time trying to order takeout for lunch just resulted in the phone ringing endlessly each of the three times I called, so that was a complete bust. Tonight for dinner, someone actually picked up, but just having the phone answered was the best part of this experience. I get to the store, and the doors are locked. The store was clearly open...lights on, people inside, but the door was locked. Really weird, and really annoying to have to stand there awkwardly to wait for someone to unlock the door. My pan pizza had absolutely zero discernible sauce, and I was given no dipping sauce for the breadsticks despite being asked by the person on the phone if I wanted it. Bottom line is that the Falls Road location has no redeeming qualities to it, and I won't ever patronize it again.
