So I have had a few so so experiences with this place and some decent ones too, but tonight was just unacceptable. My roommates and myself places an order around 7pm via OrderUp.com An hour later the food arrives, and we discover they have failed to bring 2 items . We call and the lady tells us that we never ordered such items ( even though our OrderUp.com receipt clearly shows all items have been purchased . Once she knows she is wrong she says she will have them sent. At 9pm we decide to call again. Speak to the same lady, who makes some excuse , and although apologetic , basically has forgotten to send our food for the second time. An additional 20 minutes are quoted but time has run out for them. We won't be ordering from you anymore. Another hour goes by and I never received my food items. Despicable to charge people for meals they never receive . I can be patient as i understand mistakes happen, but to not rectify them afterwards is where I draw the line.

I keep trying to give it another chance because the food's not bad and they have a big selection but the few times I've ordered the delivery takes FOREVER, like almost 2 hours. And if I call to check in to make sure the order was properly placed or not lost or anything they give me a huge attitude about the fact that I'm calling to check on an order. I'm fine if you tell me 2 hours when I place the order but when you tell me 45 minutes I expect it to at least be close to an hour

The first thing I'll say is that their cheesesteak subs may very well be the best in Baltimore. The pizza and other things are just "alright" but the $8 sub with fries & a coke is pretty much perfect. The delivery driver is always very fast. My new go-to spot for ordering lunches at work. So why only 3 stars? When you call them to place the order, the girl who answers the phone makes it very clear that she does not want to deal with your order. She just doesn't care, and she wants you to know that she doesn't care. If the order is wrong, it's going to be her fault. The owner is not a pleasant person. One time when there was an issue I heard him through the phone yelling at the driver that he had to come back to my shop and get the extra $3 that they overcharged me. The driver was kind enough to take the hit himself rather than piss off either me or the owner, which is the only reason I'm still ordering with them today. In conclusion - good food, good driver, crappy service. If you can put up with the girl on the phone, you will enjoy your meal.

These cheesesteaks will change your life. True story. The pizza won't change it, but will definitely improve it temporarily. Jumbo salads. Tasty gyros. Nachos were good, but don't get it with guac - as a guacamole lover, I can tell you this is Taco Bell type guac. Yuck. I love their delivery driver - he is always super friendly and wished me a happy new year when he delivered my food. If I'm ordering delivery, I'm using these guys.

I will update after my next order if anything changes, but for now I think this place is just above average for Baltimore delivery. Based on other reviews I went with order up to ensure they got the order correct and I called at 30 mins to confirm. They had the order and it was at my door within 45 mins from order time. Chicken parm was pretty decent. Nice sauce and cheese... Breading was still attached to the chicken so that's a plus. Grilled chicken sub was good but the order up site made it seem like it came with cheese since they offered an 'extra cheese' option for 50 cents more... But it doesn't and I wished that had been made clear... Salad was nothing special... Mainly lettuce and a smattering of other toppings... Although it did come with some warm garlic bread. I wouldn't order it again.

You cannot call something nachos without cheese. Otherwise, it's loaded chips, not loaded nachos. According to Wikipedia, "Nachos are a Tex-Mex dish from northern Mexico. The dish is composed of tortilla chips (totopos) covered with cheese or cheese-based sauce". This is one of many sources that confirm the most basic nachos are comprised of tortilla chips and cheese.

Uh... $1 pizza slices? Enough said. Cheap and good for whenever you're hungry and need something to eat. Not sure if everyone gets these, but the Canton Bakery & Pizza also periodically sends out coupons in the mail for those who live in the area. So for anyone in need of pizza and wings on a Sunday afternoon/night during football season would definitely appreciate this place.

I'm kinda surprised the yelp rating for Canton Bakery isn't higher. It's cheap, delivers, open late, and offers a ton of different stuff. I don't order from them expecting fine dining, you shouldn't either. The cheesesteaks are pretty tasty and all the munchies are solid. Their fries (regular, not curly) are my favorite--not too thin or thick, really good crisp outside. I've had a pizza from there a few times and it's fine. Nothing to write home about, but also not something to avoid.

Ordered a ravioli entree only to discover it was their breaded, fried/unfrozen ravioli soaked in tomato sauce. GROSS.

Pretty decent food but nothing special. The good thing is they do deliver. There lunch special is an excellent deal. The food it not always the same but for the most part they are pretty good eats.

I ordered delivery from here today. I normally order from another location. But I pass this on my way to work everyday and wanted to give it a try. Ordered pizza and broccoli bites. It's took over an hour to deliver and my food arrived room temperature bordering on cold. The broccoli bites were cold in the center. The pizza was below average. I hate hate hate preformed crusts and they use them. Pizza isn't pizza without real hand tossed dough. The sauce was flavor - less and on the sweet side. The experiment is over. Going back to my standard delivery place.

Ordered a pizza here. The delivery guy called me when he got here because he had trouble accessing my apartment building. I went downstairs and waited where we had agreed to meet. After about a minute, I called the driver. He had decided to deliver another order!! He left, while I'm standing out in the cold waiting for my order! "I'll be right back!" he replied. 3 minutes go by, then 5 minutes, then 10. I'd had enough. I called the restaurant and asked that the order be cancelled and my card refunded. The owner begged me to wait and take the order. I said I wasn't waiting in the cold any longer and if the driver brought it to my door, I would wait. The driver called me a few minutes later after I was back at my apartment. "Well, where are you?" he asked. His rude tone was the last straw. I told him I wanted the order cancelled and to take it back. Then, the best part. He had the audacity to call me back and tell me "We don't need your f***in order anymore." They won't get my order again. Shameful customer service.

Canton Bakery is really awesome. I actually live in the northern part of the city and drive the 15 mintues to get their delicious food. This place was highly recommeneded to me from my Canton friends. After trying Canton Bakery a few times my husband and I were hooked. They have great specialty pizzas and a ton of wing flavors (which are huge). I have also tried their cheese steak which was great as well. Also everytime I go to pick up my food their bakery display makes me wish I had more room in my stomach to try something else. I don't know why everyone else is complaining about this great place. It's delish!

Good food and great prices. When they have coupons or specials, it's a no-brainer. The pizza is especially good when you are drunk. The subs are not particularly overstuffed but are fresh and tasty. I recommend the pizza, gyros, and chicken wings (naked). Pastries and pies are decent also. This is a fairly no-frills kind of place so apologies if you feel that the details are lacking.

I ordered a fried shrimp sub and i got disgusting fried shrimp on stale bread with nothing else on it!!!! Greasy pizza - nothing else worth saying.

Great for delivery. The pizza and wings are fine. I'm not a big fan of the chicken wrap. I also wish they offered gluten free items. I think the owners and workers are very friendly and it's an extremely convenient location.
