During a recent visit home to Baltimore, my dad was shocked to learn I hadn't had Bruce Lee's wings before. We jumped in the car, drove 20 minutes downtown, hunted for parking, navigated crowds for the Irish Stroll, waited 10 minutes for the wings to cook then drove 20 minutes home. And let me tell you, it was all worth it. I'm not much into wings but these are absolutely amazing. I was just eating cold wings the next day in my kitchen and have zero shame over it. They're covered in crispy teriyaki-y goodness. Mind you the other reviews are right - these wings are wicked salty, so pace yourselves.

Hands down one of the best wings in Baltimore. Crispy, tasty and delicious. Unfortunately i didn't get the fresh ones. We ordered 20 wings and a Power Burger (with bacon and cheese) for less than $20. Note for the owner, please add option for level of spicy-ness or at least put something as condiment. I wouldn't change anything on the chicken. nommaste!

Yummy, sticky, sweet wing-y goodness. Highly recommended and worth the trip to Cross Street Market to try them. Buy some wings and sit at the bar and have some Natty Bohs, a true Baltimore experience. Could be a bit on the greasy side.

Best wings in Baltimore... AND THE UNIVERSE. These wings stay so crunchy-crispy on the outside despite being drenched in addictive teriyaki magic sauce. The sauce is so good that I could double deep fry my sneakers and smother them in this sauce and it would still be delicious. I have yet to find another wing crafted as perfectly as these!

I can't stop coming here. The wings are phenomenal! Cash only though!

My son and his wife brought some home for me. OUTSTANDING! I think that I will need to take a trip for more.

Ate about a million of them at a tailgate party for the Ravens game. I didn't feel like kicking anything, though. Maybe it's called Bruce Lee Wings because if you eat 50 of them, you feel like dying.

I had been hearing about the wings from Bruce Lees for a while. These wings are crispy and delicious. The sauce is a bit salty for my liking, but undeniably great. The atmosphere of Cross Street Market further adds to the simple fare experience. Definately recommended.

If you love wings....and you LOVE salt.... this is the place for you! You can only eat about 5 wings before you implode... but they are tasty! I also had the BLT, it was pretty good. This is a great place to stop off and have a quick lunch and some wings!

I think it's just one flavor - not sure - but they are really good: sweet and spicy and they come boneless too. Cooked perfectly. The owner has been there for over 20 years, very friendly and he makes his own hot sauce which is tasty as well.

The only part I was disappointed with was how the wings weren't made to order, and the meat was slightly mushy. However, I have to consider how I took the wings to go back home so the 6 minute commute could've made all the difference (no sarcasm intended). Other than that, I found the sauce to be delicious and full of flavor. Also, the fella manning the counter was polite. I'd probably stick around next time to enjoy the wings right when I get them and pair them with a beer or three.

These wings are awesome. Totally unique flavor and texture. Bruce Lee's is one of Cross Street Market's many gems, and you would never know about this place unless you cruise through and sample a little but of everything, Whig I highly suggest. "Mr. Bruce" can come across as very brash, but he's mostly friendly and all the wings are made fresh. They're cheap too! Get a couple dozen of these and a soft pretzel from across the aisle and chow down.

I've been to Bruce Lee's numerous times for his Chicken Tenders and never wrote a review. Today I was in the area and made a special walk over to Cross Street Market to get some tenders. Stood in line for a few mins. Bruce kindly asked me what I would like and I replied "A regular tender, please." His response was "I cannot make a small" and just walked away. I would have ordered a large or the next size and kept them but never got the chance to even ask. As good as his wings and tenders are, it equals how poor his Cust Service skills were on this afternoon. Because of this experience, I am not sure I'll go back. I value good customer service over taste of food. There's SOOOO many places in Cross Street Market and in surrounding restaurants. p.s. only reason, I did not give a 1 star is cause I have been there before and the wings were good.

Bruce Lee serves up some great wings and tenders. This place is tucked deep inside Cross Street Market in Fed Hill, and is definitely worth a try. Breakdown: - Chicken comes in two types, wings and tenders. Both types are cooked and served up in the same sauce. - Both wings and tenders are extremely crispy and well fried on the outside. The meat is also incredibly moist and tender on the inside. I would give this place 5 stars based on the crispy shell and chicken itself but..... - The sauce is what makes this place both good and bad. It's definitely got an Asian kick to it (hence Bruce Lee). If I had to describe it, the sauce has hints of soy and garlic with a little bit of spice. Definitely not buffalo wings. Now for the bad....salty salty salty. The first few you try are great, but then the excessive amounts of salt/soy sauce? get to you. Just keep that in mind, because you'll probably get way more wings than you can handle in terms of salt. This is why I knocked down a star. Overall: Definitely for a try, just don't get over zealous no matter how hungry you are, because the NaCl will build up. And this place is extremely cheap.

I used to work on Charles Street a few years ago and totally miss Bruce Lee's Wings! His food was unbelievable! For people complaining about salt, well wings aren't known for being health food...you are eating there because it tastes GOOD!!! As others have stated, the burger is delicious and I totally miss his breakfast sandwiches and home fries. His food is inexpensive and for this area of town, it's probably one of the cheapest things around. Definitely a winner!

Unabashedly sticky sweet. Undoubtedly succulent and savory. Unquestionably just the right amount of contrasting char in just the right places. Definitely smaller than I imagined, Bruce Lee's Wings produced a pretty big spicy punch courtesy of their sauce. The 10 wings for $7 were enjoyable. Many napkins needed. On the whole not the most remarkable wings I've eaten, but certainly unforgettable. A bonus kick to my kick ass wings came courtesy the fun and funny proprietor happy to serve and genuinely proud of his product. Not a bad batch of teeny tender bird parts bolstered by a titillating sauce. Inarguable.

The second I tasted them I understood the name. Their wings "kick a$$".

I just drove an hour to pick up these for a family party. Best. Wings. Ever. I have never had a complaint when introducing these to anyone, including my friends from Buffalo (who are wing snobs). If you're in the area, take the time to check it out. They are awesome!!!!

I love Bruce Lee's wings. The Freddie breakfast sandwich with jelly is SO good. The only drawback is that Bruce is an avid Redskin's fan....
