Always makes my drinks perfectly. I'm not sure of the females name but she is always working in the morning at the right cash register. She is great!

Busy store, fresh donuts and friendly staff. They left my coffee warm (I asked for a iced coffee) but I didn't complain. I give them a good four stars.

It's not rocket science. It's coffee, donuts and sandwiches. Apparently it takes 3 try's to get the order right. All I ordered was a sausage egg and cheese on a English muffin and a ham and cheese. First try just got a sausage, egg and cheese I then said I'm missing a sandwich, I then got a ham and egg on an English muffin. Thank goodness I checked. I then asked where's the cheese. The manager kept yelling at his staff. Very rude, felt like he was taking down to them. So when I get my sandwich back, all they did was through a slab of cold cheese it. I said, was it to hard to melt the cheese. I told him that I was done. I'll fix it at home. I understand that it's crazy and hectic in the morning but it's your job to get the order Right. I'll start going to the other DD in Aspen Hill. Learn to be nice to your staff, don't be rude in front of customers.

The staff are nice but cannot get a drive-thru order correct...ever. Every time I order, I feel like I'm on the losing end of really bad sketch comedy. The orders are incredibly simple; I speak loudly and clearly; and yet, it never changes. I would love to consider this part of their charm, but chain stores should know that no one comes to them for their charm...or ambience...or any of those things that help to mitigate constant inefficiencies and mistakes. It also seems like the staff taking the drive-thru orders, and those taking counter orders, are totally separate. The counter order staff are much more competent. Maybe they just need a new speaker? Whatever it is--I hope they read this and make some changes. There's another Dunkin two blocks away on Georgia that doesn't have a drive-thru, but does have a much more competent staff...which in my experience makes up for the lost time of getting out of one's car to place the order in person.

Breakfast croissant with bacon, ham, sausage, egg and cheese is on point! and I'm not sure if they still have the dunkin deli/togos bc I drove by recently and didn't see the sign, but if they still have the pastrami sandwich, it's the best around! Oh and don't forget to order some tater tots. They're delicious here.

Love their coffee and everyone is always pleasant. The staff is especially to my dogs, who I often bring through the drive thru on the weekends.

I'm not bashing on the donuts and I'm not bashing on the coffee. I love them both very very much. I also LOVE the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. But what I hate is the fact that they charged me $5 for a "sub" about the size of a pill. I'll definitely come back for the iced coffee + french cruller, but never again will I order a sandwich from here. See attached picture.

I'm not gonna lie. I usually wouldn't take the time to review ANY fast food place on here ... BUT This place is worth mentioning.. Why ? You ask ? Because this Dunkin Donuts has a DELI !! annnnd... its GOood ! I've gotten the Tuna Melt 3 times, The Toasted Italian BMT, the Chicken Bruschetta, and also the Pastrami Sandwich. I must say the Tuna Melt is my fav. The Italian comes in a close # 2 & the Chicken Bruschetta sandwich takes 3rd. I don't recommend the Pastrami, it was too fatty. But this is one solid Tuna Melt. I usually order 2 Honey Glazed Donuts w/ my meals here and they are always fresh it seems. Even when I have gone through their 24hr drive thru and ordered in the wee hours of the morning, they still did a good job ! :-)
