What can one say about a chain restaurant that has a tasty salad bar, $5 drinks and usually reasonably priced food. Well, this is considered your typical RT, but this review isn't about the food or drinks, it's about the bathroom. This place should be ashamed to keep their ladies restroom looking like they do. My mom and I arrived at this location around 2:40 on a Friday. To my knowledge, they open at 11, so having a completely filthy bathroom at the time of my arrival is truly unheard of. Not to mention, it was literally about 3 other tables occupied in the entire restaurant, so it wasn't an overflow of people in the restaurant. From the looks of things, I'm thinking they didn't even bother to clean the restroom from the night before. I step into the hot, humid and outdated bathroom to find tissue and paper towels on the floor, feminine hygiene reciprocals overflowing with "unmentionables," and clearly urine on the floor in the stall. ~DEEP AND DISGUSTING SIGH!~ I go to wash my hands and someone comes out of the stall, who apparently is employed there. I'm assuming the hostess and she didn't seem phased by the appearance of the restroom, so I'm not sure if this is something that normally happens and she was used to it or if she didn't really care. I immediately came back to my table and informed my male server that the ladies restroom was filthy. He expressed more concern about it's appearance than the hostess who just used it did. He informed me that someone is responsible for the cleanliness of the restrooms and he would get someone to handle it. Who do I see a few minutes later with a broom? The same hostess who just used the bathroom... If you don't have a clean restroom, nothing else matters...i.e. service, food, drinks.

Salad bar is 2.99 with meal, 7.99 by itself. Well stocked and fresh. I also got a hamburger which was cooked perfectly and served hot. Service was ok. Not a bad spot. Menu was not what I remember-in a good way. New items give spark to an old concept. Not a bad 12.00 lunch. Will be back.

Most of the food and service is 4 stars, but this rating is SOLEY about their much touted shrimp fondue appetizer. Don't waste your money ordering this dish. Fondues are supposed to be heated on a warmer so the cheese stays soft and runny for dipping-- but this dish is served heated in a bowl without a warmer so when it's served to your table the cheese is already cooling into a gelatinous blob of stringy goo that you cannot gracefully dip onto a chip, without using a pair of scissors (which aren't available), to cut the stringy vines of cheese as you struggle to get it onto or wrapped about a fragile corn chip-- what a mess!! And to top it off there wasn't much taste to the dish either, rather bland. If you want fondue, go across the street to the Melting Pot.

The salad bar brings me back time and again. At the Annapolis location the staff is attentive and responsive. Quite happy. It is a chain so what you get is quite predictable, which may be in fact what you want. Nothing great, nothing horrible, no big surprises. The seating is comfortable, there is plenty of parking, the salad bar is first rate and I'll be back.

I love the New Orleans Seafood dish. And this is the last place in Annapolis that has a great Salad Bar. I always take home a huge helping of salad. Service staff is great and the Manager Chuck is always walking around talking to employees and customers. You can tell he truly cares about his work and customers. I will remain a loyal customer!

This was not the first time we had been to this R.T., but it will be the last. The salad bar was "okay" (nothing spectacular-there was NO cottage cheese or fruit), but the entree I had was almost POISONOUS. I ordered the small lobster tail and small steak, with a baked potato. The beef had a strange under-taste ( not a seasoning, but almost turning bad). I told the waitress , did not want another steak, and asked for a plain chicken. Things went from bad to worse, when I tried to eat the lobster tail. Instead of being white and solid, with a broiled top, it was grey-beige, and mushy when I pulled it out of the shell. When I tasted it, I had to spit it out-it tasted/smelled rancid. I told the manager, and she said she would take my meal off the bill, apologized, and asked if I wanted anything else, but I wasn't going to take a chance on anything else. We WILL NOT be returning to Ruby Tuesday.
When we were seated, there was a silverfish on the table. We got up and walked right back out

Is what it is, they are the last to feature a salad bar. They do keep it stocked and fresh. I am not sure anything has changed in 20 years other than the lettuce mix and edamame on the bar. Service was friendly but slow. Not sure it would have been a go to dining choice but we had a coupon.

The Salad bar is good. My pretzel burger looked great on the menu, was incredibly average in reality (big surprise, right?) I will say our service was outstanding. Our waiter was pretty funny and attentive. We joked about why anyone would ever want a 10 oz beer compared to a 20 oz. I am one of the most easy going people when it comes to quality of food but overall our entrees were pretty awful. Good thing the garden bar hasn't changed. As weird as it sounds i'll be coming back for some salad and beer in the future.

I am SERIOUSLY BUMMED-I found out today that this place is closing in November. So, here goes our last good salad choice for lunch (as far as I can find, anyway...) Saladworks closed and now Ruby Tuesday--what is wrong with Annapolis?? I thought we were supposed to be all about healthy, fresh veggies around here. I guess the salad bar was just not enough to draw people for the not so great entrée choices. It is so sad. I'd like to thank Mr. Haftel for listening to my suggestions/observations. I'm just sorry that that the die was apparently already caste...
