The GM and her staff at this location are a well oiled machine. Best part is, they're exceedingly friendly while they're at it. I order on-line a lot and tend to include goofy requests for drawings and such on the wrappers and they play along. A sub is a sub is a sub. Potbelly is good, but the atmosphere makes it better.

This was my first experience going into a Potbelly. I've seen them all around the area and I'd been waiting to try them out and the verdict is in: they're good. Ordering is simple: pick your sandwich, they ask what toppings and things you'd like to customize it after they make it, and then you can also add on sides like soups, chili, chips, and cookies. They have a nice variety of offerings, including two vegetarian sandwich options. The only reason they're not getting five stars is because I wish there where a few more veggie options, but the quality is good. I did the mushroom melt which is one of their lighter sandwiches with thinner bread, mushrooms, and three cheeses. It's really nice- adding the right toppings definitely makes or breaks it but for something low in calories it was delicious. I also tried the minestrone soup as a side; it was a good soup. Nothing to write home about but nothing to snuff at either. This location was spacious and really clean. They all seem really cozy and warm to walk into and they definitely live up to their promise of warm, toasty sandwiches. I'll be back for more at one location or another!

HUGE FAN of Potbelly's. This location has fantastic customer service and the sandwiches are always awesome. I order on-line twice a month and they always have it ready to go as soon as I walk in. Just can't get enough! Drink and side salads are pricy, so I just get the sandwich and it never lets me down!!

I have to say that i am not a big sandwich lover, however...I tried a bite of my husbands sub from there. I think it was called A Wreck. I have never had a sub, sooooo good, ever!!!!!!!! I have told friends and have even gone back to get my own sandwich and i tried a yummy banana shake that I was told was quite good...and i was not disappointed. The staff is so friendly and prices are reasonable :-)

Yummy sandwiches! Good place for a Saturday lunch! Good price and great selection. Far better than subway or Quiznos.

Overall this is a nice place. It took me a long time to go inside just because of the name. I mean, what do you think of when you hear "Potbelly?" I think of some fat, old geezer rubbing his belly every time he walks out. Anyway, I stumbled in one day and saw tuna on the menu. I LOVE tuna. And tuna is not bad for you. It's great for your! So I ordered my first BIG tuna sandwich some months ago and have never looked back. The staff is usually bright and joyful striking up conversations. Not a bunch of miserable order takers like you find at McDonald's. But the real bonus...they use swiss cheese! My favorite cheese! YAY!! More bonus notes, they have live entertainment some nights. Nothing special, but usually a guitarist with amplified sound. Adds a nice touch and makes you feel like your actually out for a night on the town...even though your only at Potbelly. The prices are just right. You don't need much. The sandwiches fill you up and all the sides are free. I usually just drink water and it makes for a super cheap lunch. A blessing in disguise in today's inflationary war. So my advice to you...check out Potbelly sometime soon. The location in Silver Spring is right in the middle of all the action and if you like a crowd, it's just perfect. It really IS a night out at this location. I'll be back! that's for SURE!

I love their soup and sandwiches. This is unique sub sandwich that blows away Subway and Quizno's. They are very consistent from location to location. Sandwiches are good because they use quality ingredients, wow, what a concept. The bread is delicious and they toast in a conveyor oven to top it off for hot sandwiches. Good service and friendly staff. Great lunch stop. Live music occasionally, yes no kidding, in a sandwich shop. No reason to visit the other sandwich chains after tasting one of these.

The sandwiches are the best! Everything is super fresha dn made to order. I have never had a bad sanwich from Potbelly's. Their salads are quite tasty as well, as are their desserts. There is another one at the mall too in case you are over there.

Yummm Potbelly. Ice Cream sandwiches, shakes, sandwiches, soup and salads. Great Service! This Potbelly is located in the Harbour Center. Next door to where the Amish Market is and below the movie theater. Potbelly does sandwiches well. Very well. This location also tends to have some great acoustic musicians playing during the day.

I think that Potbelly is the best of the chain sandwich places. The bread is fresh and the meats are fresh and generous portions. I love the hot peppers on the sandwiches, more like a pepper mix with olives and celery and peppers. I haven't tried the shakes and ice cream. I probably shouldn't as I hear they're good!

They make such yummy sandwiches! Fresh bread, fresh sliced meats, and a oven to make sandwiches nice and warm. I love their Turkey with the hot peppers. They make a nice combo of hot peppers in vinegar that is to die for. Their ice cream is super good as well. Great for lunch!

Tasty sandwiches, soups, salads, shakes, malts and smoothies reasonably priced, with fast, cheerful service. What more could you ask for? Maybe a bit more food, but I'm just a greedy little piggy for the subs. The solution for me is to get a giant dill pickle for a buck more on the side. My subs of choice are the pizza sub without pepperoni (or the PB & J which is creamy, huge and delicious, especially if you ask 'em to add banana) , but my wife is very partial to the meatball and provolone. I'm delighted that they carry IBC cream sodas - or if you want to revert to total childhood with the PB&J, hand-mixed chocolate milk. They always have one vegetarian soup on hand, but make sure you ask about the stock used. The broccoli-cheese has chicken stock in it. potbelly.com

I hadn't been to a Potbelliy in years. I think because the last time I went, it was a horrible experience (note: it was the College Park Potbelly and not the Annapolis one). Not this time. I actually enjoyed myself and my sandwich. The Missus and I were getting a bite to eat before seeing a movie right next door. No line. We were able to order our sandwich and get it prepared pretty quickly and it was really pretty good. I was surprised. So, for a nice sandwich in a nice atmosphere, this is a great little place to visit.

Friendly staff, but.....bread sandwich. Very light on fillings and way too much bread. Actually threw sandwich away after first bite. No different than Subway. First and last visit. Local sub shops will continue to get my business.

Great menu! The menu is easy to work and has something for everyone. They have sandwiches for big and little. They have skinny sandwiches that are good for kids and dieters. I get them cause I never eat enough for a big one. The breads are delicious (I normally get the wheat) and the toppers are pretty fresh. They also do smoothies and shakes. The restaurant itself is small and cozy. I love that they have booths and my boys enjoy the food. The staff is friendly and it doesn't feel like fast food.

Not too sure how I missed this location, since I frequently come here, but this location is like all Potbelly Sandwich Shop's: friendly fast staff and a good selection of submarine sandwiches. A recent addition to the menu is a the toasted turkey BLT. Needless to say it's up to the standards i'd come to expect and then some. Very flavorful for a basic combination of ingredients, I am guessing great meat selections. Pair this with a bag of Zapp's classic a boylan / IBC / pellegrino and you are left with a great meal . 5 STARS!

It's fine; better than Subway but that is not saying much, but not as good as Panera Bread in my mind. We'll hit this on occasion when at the Harbor Center, but 20 feet away is the awesomeness of the Pennsylvania Dutch Market, and they can't compete with that.

mmm Pot Belly sandwiches..... I have never been until today. I see them all the time but for some reason today was my first try. I'm a fan now. The staff was very friendly. I asked which sandwich is the most popular and was told "the wreck" was the one to get. The wreck has salami, roast beef, turkey and ham with cheese served on their fresh baked bread. It was an excellent choice with provolone cheese. Sandwiches are $4; definitely worth it. Don't miss the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies at the register. mmmm PB sandwich works has a new regular customer in me.
