This is a relatively new location; it didn't exist back when I was an Annapolis resident. I don't often review chain restaurants but I love Five Guys (note - numbers should be spelled out when under 10). This location features really friendly staff who are very accomodating to strange orders (like everything on the side to deal with the finicky taste buds of my soon-to-be four-year old!). Good stuff. Ugh!

Worst service ever in a Five Guys! The lady called my number gave me my sandwich and it was incorrect the staff said "why didn't you read the number" IDIOT I did but the sandwich was still wrong, can't believe they were mad at me for their screw up needless to say I got my money back and ate else where! You never can go wrong with service at Chik-fil-a!!! I will pay for good service with my hard earned money and sadly, I have to think twice about any other Five Guys...

Five burger is a chain store everywhere in MD, this one located inside the mall in Annapolis Nice and clean open kitchen . Price is ok ! Friendly cashier ! Too bad they may put MSG in the burger , I feel so thirst after the burger ! Never happen before for just a burger !

One of my favorite places for beef burgers and fries!! The beef is very flavorful (almost like fresh, home grown, range fed beef like I had growing up in SW VA). The available number of toppings is great including jalapenos! And OMG, the fries enough to feed a family of 4 with the regular order. Add some vinegar and seasoning they are really outstanding. Missing from this location are the peanuts. Price is higher than most burger joints but it is well worth it. Hum... maybe I'll go there later this afternoon.

This Five Guys locations is one of my favorite places to get a good burger that is made from real ground beef. I am also a fan of their cajun fries, but when you order a large, they give you way too many ... and I'm probably the only person that will complain about receiving too much food. Having said that, I am not going to dock them in my rating for trying to fill me up. If you're in the mall and want something good to eat that tastes fresh, Five Guys is the place to eat!

Okay, okay. I admit, I may have been a bit hasty but I tried 5 guys again and it was really good. Maybe I got a bad batch last time...I don't know. This time I got cheese, tomato, lettuce and jalapeÃ±os...it really was tasty. I will have to try it again just to be sure. It still is a bit expensive and I didn't even get the fries. But they stay consistent on the flavor - I'll be back.
