These guys are horrible. Actual liars! Not sure who the owner is but Dominos should fine them for ruining their name. They close at 9 but when I called at 8:15 for delivery they told me they are closed. Simply didn't want to the business or to deliver. Just lazy!

We ordered 3 days in advance for our team lunch. We expected delivery. 30 minutes before our lunch was supposed to arrive, we found out the delivery driver never showed up for work. $160.00 paid in advance. They apologized, but it doesn't negate the fact that I had to go pick it up instead of delivery that I paid for. I like the pizza but I don't like the service.

I understand being understaffed, but on a Sunday night it is unacceptable for pizza delivery to be longer than an hour and a half. When I called the store, all I received were excuses from the girl that answered and a bad attitude. Will not be ordering from this store again, will take the time to go pick up one from establishments who care about their customers.

OMG. Really wasn't expecting much, was just hungry and had a craving for pizza. This was close to my house and I hadn't tried it yet - big mistake. I remember a few years ago when Domino had a huge marketing and advertising push about their new improved pizza. They must have given up and lost the recipe. I won't be doing this again. There are too many other options so I would suggest that unless you are hosting a party for kids, you look elsewhere.

Service was horrendous. Ordered pizza and the tracker said it was delivered but nothing showed up and called to find out it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Pizza wait time was a combined 2 hour wait. Unless you are ordering pizzas for an event that starts a month after you order, go to papa johns.

We were very disappointed with our service and food. Our pizza was supposed to be 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese but there was only one piece that wasn't covered in pepperoni. They sliced it extremely crooked also which kind of ruined it but what definitely ruined it was the fact that the pizza and dough were soggy. Our pizza was inedible. And I'd also like to mention your employees who were standing around having loud conversation about how they were planning on calling out of work to go to the beach. So unprofessional.

Terrible. Ordered a pizza to be delivered downtown Annapolis....wait time said 14-26 minutes. Got a call over an hour later saying the bridge was closed and they were going to delete my order. I said I placed the order in plenty of time to get 2 miles to downtown before bridge closed. I was told to come get my order then. Really? NEVER again. Surprised it has as many stars as it has.

I have several reasons from the past that I could say that this location totally blows balls. However, tonight, for sure insisted that I write a review. I have had multiple bad experiences but this is by far, the worst. I placed an online order and one minute later, after giving my credit card, received a call asking if I really wanted to place an order. "Um, No, I was just kidding:". Seriously? Thanks pot head Bob, no....I will order from somewhere else- and I did.

The pizza isn't bad, but the service and attitude is awful. I almost always have to wait longer than the time suggested and they usually screw up my order. I've had them put red sauce instead of white, forget my dipping sides/get them wrong, and forget ingredients in pasta. I called one time to ask them to bring my garlic sauce which they forgot and was told it would be another 50 minutes before they could get it to me so they would just take it off my order, when I said it was unacceptable and asked to speak to the manager they were very rude, in the end they got me my sauce but its not worth the trouble when Papa Johns gives the same sauce to you free and can actually get your order right.
