Ok this has been disappointing. I go here every month with my local working mom's group and we have had as many as 25 people show up and on the smaller days 10. To say the least we do spend money when we come and we enjoy the Kids nights (99 cent kids meals). But the service has always been iffy. The food is hit or miss and sometimes it comes out fast and sometimes unexplainably slow (very inconsistent). I have had an order of raw fish wraps come out as well as them forgetting to get the ranch dressing I ask for repeately. I eventually give up asking. We have also recieved incorrect orders on three occassions since Fall of 2011. It's a bit odd. But whatever. So far every kids night we have never had a problem showing up and requesting to put a few tables together. But this past evening we were met with a less than happy manager who tried to smile and tell us that we can't reserve tables. We have always reserved tables (just a few - not too many). And I understand that this can backfire, but hey isn't eating out about the customer service and being accomdating so a bunch of overworked moms can get a bite to eat with their toddlers screaming in teh background. Jeeze, all I have to say is I am less and less happy about thier service and about thier kids nights anyways. They always sound so fun and when we go, it's NOT. They had a story time/My Gym person out there once, and that was such a blessing, and it was wonderful - but apparently it was a one time thing. I think BWW is just not as kid friendly as I thought it was. It's just a lot of TV and wings. If you do go, go for the name, not the location. But again, inconsistent, and please CHECK YOUR BILL - they have tried to add stuff on a few times since we have gone. (sodas). Enjoy!

Food is okay, but service needs lots of work. I'll usually sit at the bar and enjoy wings, because table service needs work. I do like their variety of sauces for wings. But for the rest of the menu? Nothing really special. I want to like this place because I like their concept of Family Night, for kids. But any time I sit at a table, service is sooooooo slow. Even the other day my son and I were there an hour an half for his kids meal, an app, and kids sundae (which they originally just dropped off plain ice cream at the table). Our finished dirty plates sat in front of us for 45 minutes. Had to ask for my check twice. I do give them credit for voluntarily comping the kids meal. But I rather just have good efficient service instead of comped meals. I hope they improve.

I love spicy food...the mango habanero has been a favorite since I first discovered BWW. Sadly, the mango habanero wings from this location is inedible. Not sure if it was the batch of sauce or what, but I couldn't even finish two wings. On the other hand, the Thai curry, asian zinger, and dry hot wings are always reliable. Location is great for watching games and fights. This is the only location in Annapolis where you can watch UFC. Service is not great. It's okay if the servers glance once in a while at the TVs when a big game/fight is on, but seeing 6+ standing around when service is super slow is a little ridiculous. They could also use a lesson or two about sanitation. Their seats, tables, and glasses are always filthy. Good thing you wash everything down with alcohol when you eat wings...or you might be king of the toilet for quite a while.

Worst food I've ever had. The wings were ok, everything else was gross. Got the appetizer sampler, pretty sure the whole thing was microwaved. Service was bad, we wanted to stay for the whole football game but our waitress never came back to refill our drinks or to ask if we needed anything else, we wanted to order more food and beers. Left at half-time feeling queasy so it's probably a good thing we didn't get an opportunity to order more.

First time to this location and was pleasantly surprised. Was able to sit smack dab in the middle of the bar. It was a little bright but lively crowd and attentive bartenders. Glad we asked about specials - they were not posted. Some good IPAS were $5.50 for 22oz. Pretty good value for a Saturday night. The one issue is the TVs. They are pretty much the reason people go to BWW and there are a ton of them. However it can be a little contentious getting what you want to see. For example we wanted to see the ACC football championship. We were able to squeeze it on one small TV which was fine because we were at the bar/front row. The strange thing is they have 3 enormous TVS around the room that for some reason are wired to show the same event always. Which that night was the Big 10 Championship which was a blowout and nobody seemed to be watching, but the manager said that is what would be played and that was that. People were vocally pissed about other quality games not getting a TV. So get there early and stake a claim to a TV if there is a lot of sporting activity that day. We'll be back for sports.

It's a fun atmosphere for major sporting events. Also, they have trivia and sometimes really good promotions. In standard bar tradition, it smells a little weird by the bar area. You need to ask for specials, because they aren't always advertised. The food is pretty good for bar food, but don't expect to be super wowed. The servers are friendly and efficient. The bathrooms are actually really clean and nice. Lots of beers on tap. It could be cleaner but it's not gross. Free parking is a plus. The "hot" sauce is hotter than the "wild." Enjoy! :-)

This place sucks. Took forever to get food and then it was wrong! Waitress was clueless and never offered refills or new beers. Bathrooms didn't have hand dryers or paper towels. Most Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to are on point, no wonder this place is a graveyard on a Friday night.

Good for happy hour and a place to relax after work . Unfortunately, the bartender seems to be consistently occupied with other things and not the people sitting around the bar. Or at least the far end of the bar.

Among the best BWW's I've ever been to. Almost always got excellent food and service. The one guy who used to be a bartender but was suddenly promoted to manager should be used to give other BWW's (cough...bel air...cough) a lesson on how to run a place. Never had a problem here at all... Highly recommended for happy hour or gameday in Annapolis.

Weak. Wings were ordinary, not enough sauce, and price has become ridiculous. 6.50 for 5 wings. My last time here.

Though Bww is a giant company, whose large massive marketing efforts can be seen nationwide, it's still a fair place to fine. Most people would likely come here to catch a game, eat wings, and likely take a couple days worth of calories - probably the only reason to come here... But there is still more about the location than just a regular spot to watch the game: great tap selection, drink specials, and some food specials. On tap is roughly 20 different craft brews, mostly local and a handful of larger name craft brewers (e.g. Red Hook), but it's the single bottle deals which are the best value. I noticed some advertisements showing 22oz draughts for $2.00 which is a steal compared to most large chains - either way I hear the bartenders here can make a mean cocktail (keeping in mind that that person has never been to a cocktail bar -ever) - ill assume their decent. The wing sauces options are plentiful ranging from the mild, to Jamaican jerk, and even their blaze'n sauce (300,000 scovilles) there is something for everyone. Get here early, this location gets flooded around 5pm until late evening... 3 stars.

I came here with a large group of friends last night. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full and we got a table put together pretty quickly. Our waitress numbered all of us and then took drink orders. She forgot one friend and I was already on my second refill (that my bf went to get me) before she got her drink. We placed appetizer and entree orders at the same time and didn't see any food until well after 20 minutes. And then it all just came at once. Except the things she forgot. We reminded our waitress that our wings were supposed to come with veggies and blue cheese or ranch and had to ask twice for our basket of fried pickles. When the food came out it was hot. And actually the Asian Zing wings were really really tasty. My friend who ordered the "poutine" was deeply disappointed. First off she asked for no pico de gallo (because REALLY? why would poutine need that?) then it came out with a big scoop covered the whole dish. After sending it back we all snuck a few bites and it was just not good at all. Fried cheese curds? Yuck. Just nothing was right about that dish. The waitress was slow, but we had a very large group and she was very friendly, so that's not even why I'm taking off so many stars. I ended up getting pretty sick when I got home. Those tasty wings were too much for my poor stomach to handle. (They still get two stars though, because dang, the food was tasty going in at least!)

Got take out wings on Super Bowl Sunday. There aren't alot of good places for wings here, so I thought I would give this place a try. Very Busy at 1600!! If its a game day you might want to call your order in ahead of time. I think the Mango Habanero is my new favorite! Although I have to balance it with some Honey BBQ wings. Regardless of when you placed your order, the staff here really know what they are doing. The will guide you to right place so you can get your order and pay for it in an efficient manner, or send you over to a host or hostess for seating. I have never eaten there, but I think they have a great takeout service.

Would think this location would be prepared for a fundraiser for a youth sports league that they sponser! The worst service I've EVER had. Took 5+ minutes for the waitress to even take our drink order, 15+ minutes for the drinks to arrive at the table. Appetizers came out with the meals. Server sat our tray of food on the FILTHY table next to ours. Food came out incorrectly and some of the order didn't come out at all. Will NEVER return to this location and would suggest no one else waste their time either.

Have been here before and today was my worst experience. Took over ten minutes once seated to have someone come to the table. Then when we finally got our order it was wrong. Took over an hour for our visit and they were not even busy.

So far I've only ordered take out/pick up wings from them, I Haven't actually gone in to eat yet. The wings are pretty darn good. There was one situation where we got all the way home and realized they had forgotten to give us an order, but management was quick to apologize and when we came back they not only had our missing wings but had thrown in extra wings for free because of the trouble! If you're looking for a place that has good customer service and a nice variety of wing flavors, this is the spot!

My very first visit to a BWW, despite hearing their commercials for years on the radio. I'm always skeptical when walking into a "chain" restaurant or bar & grill. I knew what to expect and, for the most part, there were no big surprises. They certainly have a great selection of beer -that was a nice surprise. My wife and son were with me (we were celebrating my son's football game victory with some other teammates). Since I'm still avoiding meat, I was a little worried about menu options at a place called "Buffalo Wild Wings"... my mind was set at ease when I read their expansive menu with lots of things other than wings to choose from. My wife had the honey BBQ wings and she said they were very good. My son had a burger and, again, said it was good. I had the fish tacos. Not the best I've ever had, but no complaints either -they were tasty and they hit the spot. The two tacos were served with tortilla chips and salsa. The salsa came in one of those little 2 oz. cups and I ran out of that before the chips were finished. I asked our waiter if it was possible if I could get a little more salsa since I had some chips left to dip. All he replied was "Sure!" and in a couple of minutes I had more salsa to polish off the rest of my chips. When the bill came, it was a little pricey considering what we ordered, but everyone enjoyed their meal. That's when I spotted it at the very bottom of the menu... I was charged an extra .60 for that second cup of salsa. I'm don't consider myself a tight-wad, but that really made me angry. Had the waiter explained to me up front that there would be an additional charge for the additional salsa, I would've been A-OK with it. But he didn't. He just said "Sure!" and brought me more -never bothering to explain that there was an extra charge for it. Granted, I think the guy was new -either that or he's in the wrong line of work. He was clearly flustered and overwhelmed the entire time. And because of how nervous and new he looked, I never called him on the extra charge for the salsa. But, for me, that's the problem with chains -they almost always miss the mark when it comes to exceptional service and bang for your buck. If you go, order the wings... the salsa and chips can't get expensive. ;-)

The atmosphere is really cool. Great selection of beers on tap. The area that this place is really lacking in is the food. The food is so average, but their menu has so much potential. Have a couple beers and you'll probably be able to tolerate something other than the wings, which are fine. If you want fast service, sit at the bar and go on a night where Chris is working, he's the best bartender there and will make sure you're enjoying everything. Steer clear of their liquor unless you enjoy paying 7 dollars for a shot of fireball.

I went here yesterday to watch the basketball game with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend. I got medium wings and spicy garlic wings. When they came out, they looked like they had been sitting and weren't too warm. My bf's looked fresh and were hot. I'm not one to complain but didn't say anything. The next day I threw up 6 times! My sisters bf felt sick too and he had a few of my wings. Never going there again.

Was at this location mid afternoon, 2pm, service was horrible. I sat at the bar, bar tender was not to be found.... Tick tock... 5 minutes... Ah I see the bar tender, there he is so close.. No eye contact, nothing... Walked right past me... Finally he stops, I order a beer and some chili con queso... Food arrives quick, chips were old and over cooked saturated with oil... Would love to have asked the bar tender if they had fresher chips but... Poof gone for another 15 minutes... He reappears... I ask for my check and leave....

Went here with my teenage kids to watch World Cup final....wings and other food were good and served hot, though service was a bit lacking. I had to stop one of the other servers, at one point, to get more water and napkins since our server would disappear for long periods of time....

The wings were really good, both bone in and boneless. The service is hit or miss. If you go in when it's busy the service is better then on a slow day. One day we went in the waitress we had just seemed ditzy and distracted.

I've been here a few times. Tonight the service was slow. It took a good 10-15 minutes to receive our drinks after placing them (3 beers - all same, and a soda). And we hadn't placed our orders yet. We ordered an appetizer when the drinks came and that took a long time. And the cheese curds were nothing really nothing to write home about. Apparently their computers were down but I don't think that explained the slowness. My drink needed a refill and I had to tell the waitress I needed another one, she was absent for our entire meal. The burger that came out looked overcooked, not medium well, which is how they cook them. And then it took a good 20 minutes for us to get our waitress to give us our tab. We had to ask for it. The waitress was more keen on serving her newer tables than ours, she would take their orders, and walk away without even checking the status of our table. My buffalo chicken sandwich was alright. The kid's mac and cheese wasn't that great. The kid didn't really eat too much of it. Pretty disappointing considering the good service and all the good times I've had at the Harrisonburg location.

More like 2.5. The wing quality is the area that needs the most improvement in my opinion - let's just say that these birds didn't work out...at all. Small, not fresh-tasting, and, this most recent time, not crispy (like someone rushed them out of the fryer or something). The sauces are decent; my personal favorite is the mango habanero, a good pairing of sweet and heat. I used to go for the Blazin wings until my stomach lining was like 'dude, you're too old for this'. Traditional wings are the way to go, and they're 60 cents apiece, bundled in sets of 6, on Tuesdays, with blue cheese and ranch costing extra. I also like the buffalo chips with desert heat seasoning; they have a nice kick - a small size is a good portion for 2 people, unless you or your dining partner is a real carbie. The atmosphere is generally chill with the occasional sports-related yell but in the booths in the dining area my wife and I have never had an issue hearing each other and I'm practically deaf. For a Buffalo Wild Wings it suffices, and we will continue to come here over the Bowie location, which is ghetto as fahk.

We went here to catch the Brazilian UFC fights. I didn't eat the wings... I had already had dinner. So I will speak on what I can. Service: we were seated right away on a Saturday night and our waitress was friendly and accomodating. Food: I got the chocolate cake... it was fabulous. It hit my chocolate spot ;-0 ;-) !! Chocolate cake, Chocolate Fudge icing, with chocolate chips, and a chocolate/carmel drizzle. Im not sure if it was enough chocolate. LOL. Well maybe it was just enough. Enough to make me look up and double check that I was at wing spot and NOT cake joint. One person I was with got the cheeseburger and said it was dry and flavorless!! It looked like a hockey puck. Another person got the corn dog bites and said they were fantasic, I was tempted to grab one..but I I figured I'd keep to my mound o' choc! Drinks: Mojitos!! Off the chain! Seriously, I love Mojitos and have had several BAD one made. Bathroom: I been in worse situations..but I've been better bathrooms. But its not like it is a 5 star place. I would like to go back to have some wings. ....and errrrr... uummmm maybe some cake 0_o Also Im sure this places gets crowded for major sporting events.

Only reason I am giving a two os because I liked my wings...service was so under par its unbelievable. My husband ordered something that had onions and aaked for no onions. Still had onions when we got it...server asked id everything was ok I said everything except the onions. He said hmmm they still put them on there then walked away. When finished with our meal the manager came up to us and made excuses instead of apologizing. .saying that since its a new menu item the cooks get nervous. ...little did the manager know we had both worked in the restaurant business before. ....then when we were leaving the manager follows us out the door. Never going to this restaurant again!

I went here for the first time with my family and it sucked. Our waiter was unattentive and she wouldnt check on us . She took us to a small table for 5 people there was no room on the table for all our food. She didnt even bring any napkins to our table. I just think the service was horrible .

Got take out from here tonight. I ordered the naked tenders and a veggie boat. I got home, and the tenders were dry and not seasoned at all. My veggie boat literally consisted of two carrot sticks and three pieces of celery. My fiance's wings were fine. I would not eat here again, especially for the $28 we spent.

I've been to this location several times since it opened a few years ago, and each time I go in it seems to get progressively worse as far as service goes. I remember going on it's opening day and they had staff everywhere; it could've been 2 servers per table. But as time has gone on, that's nowhere near the case. I can say that the wings are decent; good variety of flavors available from mild to extra spicy. Even a few dry rub flavors. Service is a different story... I've gone there for a few Friday evening happy hours and the place is fairly empty. The bar area may be at half-capacity, but the regular restaurant seating area has been much less than that. I've also gone for some weekday lunches and again, the bar area may be at half-capacity or slightly less, but the regular seating is empty. I'm sure the place is hopping on game day or other major sporting events, but I've never been during those times so I can't personally speak to that. The past couple times I've been in there, once on Christmas Eve during lunch and once on a regular Saturday afternoon for lunch, the bar/lounge area was where I sat and that area was maybe half-capacity with the regular seating pretty bare. And yet even with those low numbers of patrons, service was slow. The bartender, who ended up having to cover the tables in the bar area (why no server?) was slow to come around, but only because they were the only one working that whole area in addition to their regular bartending duties. Once our orders were placed, it still took 30-40 minutes for the food to come out. And all we ordered were wings. I'm just not crazy about the (lack of) service here. This might be a good place to go on game day, but I'd reconsider for any other time.

Ok, i've been to this chain before and i know what you get---basic, very loud sports bar with halfway decent wings and a wide selection of beers (if you think Miller Lite, Sam Adams, and Yuengling means variety). But since they just opened in ANP and since my gf has never been before, we thought we'd give it a try. Sat at the bar because the Capital were playing and long wait. Ordered wings which were decent, but i hate it when a "wings" place gives you an equal number of drumsticks. (i know, i know wing prices are high and every chain needs to cost cut these days). But why don't they call the place "Buffalo Drumsticks?" Any way the wings/legs were decent, but we were still hungry, so we ordered Popcorn Shrimp with Spicy Garlic sauce. I should have gone to the supermarket and bought Mrs. Pauls from the freezer case, because they would have been better by far. But as we were choking them down, we realized that they didn't taste like spicy garlic. So we asked the bartender "he dude, where is the spicy garlic?" To which he replied, "oh yeah it looks like they forgot it". No "i'm sorry", no "let me get replace that for you and get it right this time", nothing!!!! WTF??? so we asked for a check and i was sure as he brought it, he would say "i took the shrimp off your bill", but that was not to be. Amazing! Oh yeah one more thing, i have never seen a decent restaurant (and i'm not sure BWW meets this criteria) serve private label ketchup. I mean i know deep down that it is probably all the same, but it is a big "no no" in biz to not serve Heinz. It's like putting private label gas in your Lexus. It's just something you don't do, and im not a stockholder of the Heinz company. So BWW Ketchup doesn't do it for me. Will not repeat unless UMD is ever in the Final Four again, because i will say that the big screen TV above the bar with great resolution and sound is better than sitting courtside at the game.

A national chain for good wings and alcohol choices...! They offer an abundant choices of flavors for the bone-in and boneless wings. A good go-to spot for sporting events or large groups. For the thrill seekers, the blazin wings are a must...! definitely one selection that calls for my return...! Also, the mango habarnero is a good flavor that packs a mild sweetness trying to mask the hot pepper..! I would have given the place 4 stars but a part of the take-out order was not given...!

Spicy Garlic Wings, fried pickles, buffalo chips, fresh beer, a lot of TVs...what more could you ask for in a wing joint?

The Vik (my boyfriend) had been itching to go to this place for a while and finally I gave in. Not because of anything I read or heard, but merely for the face that I'm not a wing eater. So please don't base your decision on my review of the wings since I didn't eat any and it's a wing place. Is that a review fail? I digress. I will say that the service was beyond excellent. I'm not sure if it was because it was a little slow or if our server was new but we were asked several times if the food was okay by her and a manager type guy. She was quick with our food and drinks and when my boyfriend had tea left in his cup as we finished, she went and got him a fresh batch in a to-go cup. Above and beyond! As for the food, I ordered the Asian Zing Chicken Salad. It included warm chicken, lettuce, cabbage, and mandarin oranges garnished tortilla chips and their Zing sauce which I thought was a little spicy. I enjoyed it and left satisfied, although I might have added shredded carrots and croutons to the dish for some additional crunchiness. The Viking ordered two sets of wings, which he devoured and buffalo chips. He ordered the third to spiciest sauce and said he probably could have ordered the hottest on the menu. The atmosphere was a typical sport bar/restaurant setting. Hundreds of TVS. It was clean and not too loud. Although I'm wondering why there weren't more Ravens items on the walls. Anyway, I think we'll both go back. Although I prefer more vegetarian options, the food was good, the place clean and the service was excellent.

Well, have been 2 times for lunch. Wings are dinky but tastee. Have had the Habanero, Dry rub buffalo, and the Thai spice, All pretty good just small. Nice bar area. No happy hour. 45 cent wings on Thurs. or Tues, can't remember, but the catch is they don't come with any dipping sauce or celery. Service is good, maybe pay a little too much attention.

My husband and I hit up BW3s to play Buzztime trivia, since the place we used to play closed down. The wings are good, but I don't recommend the dry rub style which is just some powder on the wings. The fried pickle appetizer is pretty great. Service is typically pretty good, maybe because the place is never packed.

Sucked. Would not go back ever. Took an hour longer than we were told to get seated. 15 minutes to order drinks. Waiting that long we placed our dinner order at the same time. When our dinners came one of the wraps was wrong. Reordered and came wrong again. The 3rd time was requested to go because everyone else was finished. I thought we were on an episode of punked. It was that bad.

It's a chain. But it's fairly nice for a chain. It's a go to spot if you're bored and looking to watch a sporting event or play trivia on NTN Buzztime. buzztime.com It's one of the places I personally go to watch the Virginia Tech football games. That way when I get bored during half-time, I can cram in a round of trivia and another order of Blazin wings.

As promised, I went back for the onion rings which they said were cut and battered fresh there. I don't see any way that this is possible. They have the typical frozen smooth batter consistency. When you make them fresh, they are lumpy and bumpy and crunchy. If you want better rings, it's worth the walk over to Cheeburger Cheeburger around the corner. I tried the ribs which were nothing to write home about--Red Hot and Blue is still the way to go although I do not find them perfect either, so I am still on my rib quest... But most disturbing of all was my attempt to buy a bottle of the Honey BBQ sauce that I found so delicious. The first ingredient listed is high fructose corn syrup which I find evil. (the other 2 evil ingredients in American food are hydrogenated oil and MSG which I also avoid like the toxic sludge that they are) So, I guess I am going to have to write off BWW...sigh... For those of you less picky, go for it... When I was last there, they had quite a number of working guys in for beer and BBQ. It could be worse...

My first time at a buffalo wild wings I had a great service and food. I like the fact it's a sports bar themed resturant. Food was good, and had fun playing trivia. Although I dont like that the only way to get a flying dog beer is to order wings with it! Sadly, the second visit wasn't close to the first one! My server wasnt the best, food came out wrong! The servers make all the difference!

Typical sports bar with mediocre food, so-so service. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet there were tons of staff on hand. It makes me wonder why the restrooms were in such condition.

They do a solid job at this location. A group of us were in town for a wedding. The first night we spent most of the evening there and they did a great job handling all the orders, different checks, etc. BW3's always has the TVs and the good food. Second night we swung by late night (1am) and hung out til close. We were the only people there, so I'm sure they were ready to get out of there, but they got us our drinks and food quickly and let us hang till close.

We were seated promptly, but that was the only thing that was prompt. Our server, who walked passed us several times, didn't even acknowledge us for over 10 minutes. No "I'll be with you in a moment;" nothing. Then another server asked if we'd been helped and our server finally came by. He took our drink orders, brought them, and said he'd return with straws. Didn't happen. Had to get them myself. We ordered an appetizer and sandwiches. The server was putzing around watching the games on the ridiculous amount of TVs, and didn't check on our food once. The place wasn't even half full and after 25 minutes my patience ran out and I flagged down the manager to check on our order. This, of course, made our already less than congenial waiter that much more salty. Our server then brought out the appetizer, which was cold by this time, along with our sandwiches. We weren't checked on, drink refills, etc. until right before we got the check. No apologies from the waiter or manager for the wait or poor service. At least the sandwiches were good. Won't be going back though.

(sodas). Enjoy!

We were in and out in 35 minutes! Prompt service and warm food = I will be returning!

(4)Buffy G.
(3)Skankin M.
(2)Dierk J.
Good for happy hour and a place to relax after work . Unfortunately, the bartender seems to be consistently occupied with other things and not the people sitting around the bar. Or at least the far end of the bar.
(2)Chuck S.
(5)J M.
Weak. Wings were ordinary, not enough sauce, and price has become ridiculous. 6.50 for 5 wings. My last time here.
(2)Joe K.

(4)Elyse K.
(1)Keith D.
Have been here before and today was my worst experience. Took over ten minutes once seated to have someone come to the table. Then when we finally got our order it was wrong. Took over an hour for our visit and they were not even busy.
(1)Nicholas C.

(3)Matthew H.
Went here with my teenage kids to watch World Cup final....wings and other food were good and served hot, though service was a bit lacking. I had to stop one of the other servers, at one point, to get more water and napkins since our server would disappear for long periods of time....
(3)Judeth L.
The wings were really good, both bone in and boneless. The service is hit or miss. If you go in when it's busy the service is better then on a slow day. One day we went in the waitress we had just seemed ditzy and distracted.
(3)Ned F.

(3)No B.
(2)Chris S.
Service is hit or miss, wings are ok and the draft beer selection is great. Awesome onion rings. If you want a place to hang out and watch EVERY game, this is it.
(3)Daisy C.
I went here for the first time with my family and it sucked. Our waiter was unattentive and she wouldnt check on us . She took us to a small table for 5 people there was no room on the table for all our food. She didnt even bring any napkins to our table. I just think the service was horrible .
(2)Katie F.

(2)Richard S.
(1)Alexander W.
Love BWW, but this location is the worst! Over cooked the boneless wings and waiter never checks on us ... such a disappointment!
(1)Megan G.
Absoultely HORRIBLE food! The wings are disgusting and the service is terrible. Will NEVER go back
(1)Asim M.
(3)Megan F.
Spicy Garlic Wings, fried pickles, buffalo chips, fresh beer, a lot of TVs...what more could you ask for in a wing joint?
(5)Jennifer M.

(3)Laura R.
(3)Mike T.
(1)Matthew R.
(3)Janet K.
(3)Kasandra G.
(4)Doreen V.
Typical sports bar with mediocre food, so-so service. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet there were tons of staff on hand. It makes me wonder why the restrooms were in such condition.
(2)Chris A.
(4)M D.
Service was absolutely horrible...paper in one of my friends margarita...beers sat empty for almost twenty minutes before a refill....i don't think I'll ever go back.
(1)r c.
