Living in Norfolk Nebraska we don't get to eat here very often. So the food was awesome. There was a employee taking a "birdbath" in the bathroom. So my son had to use the girls room. Not a big deal but slightly weird. Soda machine is awesome! Chicken is great. Customer service was great.

I hadn't been to a Boston Market in a long time but I saw this viral video about the Undercover Boss and this really obnoxious employee who eventually got canned. It got me thinking about the type of food they serve at Boston Market and when I was in Annapolis one day, I stopped by for lunch. It was really closer to about 1:00. Still the greeting was very friendly. They offered me the specials but I had my mouth set for the meatloaf. The meal was great. They have this way cool, state-of-the-art soda dispensing machine and there were plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the meal. The guy (the manager, maybe??) came by to ask me how things were and whisked my tray when I was done. It was almost overkill with the friendliness but that works for me and it's great comfort food at a reasonable price.

When it's lunch time, they either done with you after the order and ignore you when you need the tea drink supply refilled. I know it's busy but I paid already, and just wanted my drink so I can happily go back to work.

Food is always fresh, but I hate the prices they are so expensive. I really can only afford to eat here once in a while. Please lower the prices and I will patronize this place more.

While I really like their food, I really DON'T like how management treats their employees at this location. This is the THIRD time I've been in for lunchtime carry out and the THIRD time I've witnessed the manager lady barking loudly for no reason and slamming spoons and lids around. Also mumbling underneath her breath at overhearing a customer's request to cashier. Rude, rude, rude.....
