Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

New to the area and looking for my "new" Chinese food delivery place. After reading the posted reviews, I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I tried their black pepper and bourbon chicken dishes. Both were very good and I would definitely order again. Delivery was fast, quicker than what they forecasted. My only gripe is with my son's meal. He ordered chicken wings and french fries. The wings were a bit small with an interesting (but not bad) taste, and the fries were soogy and limp.

Best Chinese take out in area, General Tso's chicken has the perfect spices. War Won ton soup is good.

They have the best Yang Chow fried rice and beef lomein in town. I also order their Moo Goo Gai Pan and Shrimp Egg Foo Yong.

These guys are terrible and rude. They will argue with you that they can't take a credit card for delivery but they eventually do if you argue enough. Had an order tonight that came to $24.12 and when the delivery driver came to the door she told me $25. Told her they told me 24.12 and she played the dumb and confused card. Gave her 30 and asked for 2 dollars back since I was already charged $1.40 for delivery and she claimed she doesn't carry cash and walked off. Just terrible. Have had issues every time dealing with them and this one was the straw the broke the camels back. Never again.

I stopped ordering take out there because they are so rude. They screwed up my order and THEY were the rude ones instead of fixing it.

The best part about this place is no filler (water chestnuts) in the Kung Pao chicken! The General Tso's is decent. This is definitely the best Chinese place in the 21009, but there's not a lot of competition. The fried rice could be better for one thing. Make sure you're hungry when you order because I'm pretty sure my order arrived a couple of minutes before I actually picked up the phone to order. You might wonder why I even bothered to call if my food already arrived- well it is obvious that I did not want to alter the time loop! 4/4 stars would order time travel Chinese again.

The General Tsos chicken and egg rolls are great. They are fast and their portion size is good. The family likes the egg foo young beyyer st the orient in downtown bel air. Still quite happy and will return.

I am always impressed with the food from here. The general tso chicken combo is always a winner. And try adding a order of the steamed dumplings YUM!! When it comes to delivery it is always fast and accurate.

Definitely the best Chinese take-out place in Abingdon, but then again there are not many around here. The general tso's is actually pretty good and the wait time to get my order is really quick.

Average chinese take out. Convenient location.

Called for delivery by chance and was wowwww ed at the quick delivery, tasty Mongolian beef, general tso chicken and fried rice (only a $2 upcharge from steamed rice). Highly recommend. Not the typical Chinese spot

General Tso Chicken and Four Seasons (chef specialty) were very good. The fried rice that came with our meals was mediocre, may just order a side of pork fried rice next time. Crab wontons were quite tasty. My one gripe is that the staff was not friendly whatsoever. When I'm spending my hard earned money at your restaurant, I'd at least like to be greeted when I walk in and thanked when I leave.

The quality has really gone down here. I have been a faithful patron for years but recently the quality of the food has gone down and the staff has become quite rude. Perhaps there was a management change? On my most recent and most likely last order the food was bland and the texture of the bourbon chicken and lo mein was off. It reminded me of something reheated in the microwave. The cherry on top was the dime sized piece of jagged metal in my noodles that I almost cracked a tooth on.

We have lived in Abingdon for 2 years now and have struggled to find a good Chinese place. All we got was that yellow fried rice from a bag and wontons that tasted......wrong. We wanted a place that actually cooked the food. Fresh meats and veggies! Well we found it. This place is awesome. Food is great and they deliver super fast.

It's great for what it is- if you want take out, the food is normally pretty good (though they can be a little inconsistent). I love the chicken with broccoli. if you want to eat in... that's another story. The folks who run it seem to be bothered by customers & if you're taking too long to decide they'll leave the counter and do something else until you flag them down.

Good Chinese food! I will be coming back here everytime Im in town on business. The General tso 's chicken was really tender and the portions were just right. The restaurant was clean, easy to find and in a good area. Customer service was good and the food came out fast. Drink selection a little limited though.

Szechuan Express used to be the only Chinese food I would order in this area (even though they would never let me pay with a credit card for delivery). But recently it seems like they completely changed out their cook crew. All of my go-to menu items had a different flavor than before and the quality was seriously lacking. The first time I thought it was just a fluke but when I ordered a second and third time and found the same problems, I had to give up on them. I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 because I'm still remembering how great they used to be and hope they can get back on track!I now order from King's down the street and haven't been disappointed yet.

Good stuff. Can't say much for Chinese take out, but I enjoy this place.

So, I went here the other day for take-out. I got the general tso's chicken and fried rice. The chicken was good. The fried rice? Not so much. Stick to white here, but for a basic take out Chinese place, this will do you fine. The service was quick and responsive too.

Ive ordered general tso chicken several times and never was it *hot and spicy as the menu claims. I've even asked for it to be prepared extra spicy and it was still served in a very sweet sauce. A few months ago I tried them again and ordered combination lo mein and was again disappointed to find there weren't any vegetables, I went a different route tonight and ordered just veggie lo main. To add a few shreds of carrots and two small pieces of broccoli DOES NOT SUFFICE AS ENOUGH VEGETABLES TO EVEN CALL IT THAT. I mean, I've had more vegetables in a side of fried rice and they don't call it vegetable fried rice. I've decided to never order from them again because its not even mediocre Chinese food. Its just American food prepared half ass behind the facade of a Chinese restaurant.
