Great chicken biscuits, but teach your folks to listen to your customers. My experience this morning. Me: I'd like a chicken biscuit and a large unsweet iced tea with extra ice to go please. CFA: Would you like a meal? Me: No thank you (but I understand the up sell attempt) CFA: Would you like that medium or large? Me: Large CFA: Large sweet tea Me: Unsweet tea CFA: Is that for here or to go? Me: To go I probably should have checked the tea, but the ice was melted before I got to work, so no extra ice was added.

I love Chick-fil-A. It is definitely my favorite fast food. However, in North Jersey, there are not many Chick-fil-A's that are not in a mall, so it is hard to get my fixin' every now and then. Luckily for me, there are stand alone Chick-fil-A's by my brother's home in Maryland and this location just opened up and I can literally walk there from his house. I took my nephew's here for our "lunch date." They loved it and so did I. The chicken is amazing here and they have so much to offer as a "healthier" options for fast food places. Nonetheless, this location was extra special because of the cleanliness, OVER THE TOP staff, and kid jungle gym was awesome. I had an amazing time there with my nephews. I really cannot thank or praise the staff enough, I have never dealt with or seen staff at a fast food joint that was like this.

Decided to stop by since I was in the Aberdeen area and this is a brand new place. The drive-thru was moving rather quick for a Chick-fil-A . Which is a good thing. But when I got to the window the first thing went wrong. Unlike all the other Chick-fil-A's in the area. This one does not offer discounts to FIRE/EMS. Also when I got the food. It was not even hot really. So instead of just going back. I decided just not to revisit this location again. Never had those two problems happen at Chick-fil-A before.

I was extremely disappointed in this drive through. I pulled up and nobody said anything. I kept talking with nothing. Another person drove up on the other side and got their order taken immediately. Then they came on my side. When i pulled up i asked what happened because the person in front of me pulled up 3 min after me. She said the left side doesn't have a sensor for breakfast. Only the right side is open. If that's the case why does the left side have the breakfast menu visible and no barrier stopping you from going on the left side. I suggest you get a cone to stop the confusion. O my breakfast burrito was good only downside is that when i tried to put the salsa the tortilla tore apart therefore making a salsa add a bad idea.

The staff in here are ridiculously kind. I felt like a damn king. Even had a pretty girl offer to take my tray after I was done eating. This place is amazing.

Walked into chick fil a to order lunch at 9:50 am and was told lunch wasn't served till 10:30. Then the following customer ordered lunch and they were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I said something and they asked me if I wanted to change my order but i said no it's already ordered.

CFA was packed on a Saturday afternoon as expected. Used the double line drive thru; it moved relatively quickly for the number of cars. Customer service was good, all employees were very polite and pleasant. Only downside was that I asked for ketchup packets and Polynesian sauce... Got home and realized they gave me 3 packets of honey roasted BBQ sauce instead.
