order from here all the time. great food and have never messed up an order, which is key with delivery!

Order Saturday night, I have to say I was very happy with what me got. Order both boneless and regular. Lots of sauces to try and some with some good heat. Just keep in mind if you have them delivered, they will lose some of the crunch due to steam in the packaging. This happens to most fried food. You would have to eat at the Restaurant to get the full experience. I would order again very soon... The only thing I would recommend, is order the 25 wings so you can try up too five different sauces if you are new to Wings over Worcester... Enjoy some wings

this place is just simply amazing. Wings and waffle fries taste great. For anyone who loves spicy things try their burgers

Great location and a nice stop after a late night at the bars, just make sure you get there early because it can get packed. I go here all the time (probably more often than I should). They have a wide selection of different wing flavors and you can get them either boneless or on the bone. I typically go for boneless because they're just cleaner to eat. You get good amount of food for the price, I usually get their DC-3 and a large order of french fries. The DC-3 is 1/2LB of boneless breast and they come with your choice of bleu cheese or ranch dipping sauce. I've tried most of the flavors they have, they're all good but my top favorite are Red Alert (Buffalo, hotness 3 out of 5) and the Honey Mustard wings. The hotness can vary at the same level so I usually stick with a 3 out of 5, I've never tried anything hotter, but I have tried the weaker ones and they don't have quite the same kick. I'll definitely be back here again soon.

I'll start out by saying I used to love this place, used to go in at least a couple times a week and get two DC-10s (a pound) of the boneless wings. I had tried every flavor on the menu. Then I ate there one night and ended up in the ER the next day with vomiting and HORRIBLE stomach pain. I will say they didn't find any salmonella or E. coli, but something happened. Given where this place is located (Kelly Square), and the young kids they have working there, it could have been someone who didn't wash their hands. Either way, haven't been able to get myself to eat here again since.

Awesome chicken, always seasoned to perfection.. my only issue with this place is that almost EVERY time I order for delivery they forget something.. they always send what they forgot out in another car, but I think it is just ridiculous that they have to do that so often.. I pretty much expect to have to wait to eat my meal for them to make a second trip... I am writing this review now as I wait for them to bring the cup of ranch dressing they forgot with my buffalo wings.. Overall it is a minor issue.. The food is fantastic.. just wish they could get their game together for deliveries!

This place is a serious wing place. If you are hungry for wings and like the best, this is the place. If you like hanging out and drinking this is not the place.

My friends and I ordered wings during Irene and they actually delievered! They were also on time and it was extremely helpful that we could track our order online. Reasonably priced wings with great flavor! We ordered Honey Mustard and BBQ and they were filling and delicious. Definetly ordering more in the future! Still craving for some at the moment...

They had decent wings, but I mostly ordered ribs from this place. The ribs were great for the price: tender and nicely seasoned. The waffle fries were also pretty tasty.

The staff isn't very friendly and you can tell they get annoyed easily, however the food if you like wings are good they are smothered in whatever sauce you choose I am a fan of the honey BBQ if you like sweet wings. They have boneless wings as well. They are open very late I went at midnight and they were still pretty busy, I had to wait about ten minutes for my food. Also not much seating. Overall a great night snack if your hungry!

Got wings over worcester last night with my boyfriend as a last minute dinner idea. The wings were tasty. however today we are both sick. We both have the same symptoms keeping us in the bathroom and away from work. I want to submit an invoice for lost revenue from the bad chicken at wings over worcester. Moral of the story, dont wait to plan dinner till the last minute and if you do, dont get wings over worcester.

delicious wings!!! love this place especially late at night when I'm craving buffalo wings & blue cheese dip. The place is always clean and service is quick. I would recommend to anyone in the Worcester area

The "Wings Over" chain has failed to win me over. The wings are just OK, nothing to write home about. The garlic parmesan were all right but I've had an amazing version elsewhere and these can't compete. Other flavors just don't do it for me. There have got to be better choices in Worcester, no?
(2)
Alicia S.
I used to get take out from this place quite frequently when I worked in Worcester. The different choices on the menu are the best part. I probably came here 20 times and I got to try something different every time. Reasonably priced.

If this weren't in Kelly Square, I would probably stop here every week for my husband. The look on his face when I ask if he wants wings from here is priceless. They cook to order.. always great. Clean restaurant, nice friendly staff.

Great boneless wings. All the flavors are good. The orders come out fast and the workers are friendly .My friend is in the coast guard in florida and when he comes home on leave this is where we head to. Also dont overlook the ribs

I've only gotten delivery. Online ordering is simple. If you're eating alone don't get too much. It's not as great after the fortieth bite. They have some tasty sauces, but don't bother if you just want plain or dry rubs.

Taylor L.
Great late night food and delivery is super fast. Customer service could be a little better though.

Best chicken and ribs I've ever had. They have tons of chicken flavors to choose from, and you can't go wrong with the honey BBQ. The ribs are awesome, they fall off the bone and are really tender. Just be careful with some flavors, I wasn't expecting a dry rub on the chicken when I tried a garlic Parmesan flavor. Post workout meal of choice.

This place is good 'sometimes'. I order take-out from wings over Worcester frequently. Sometimes the wings are cold and soggy and if you ordered multiple flavors, they are all mixed together and not appealing. Other times they will be warm, crisp skin with a piece of wax paper separating the different kind of wings.
(3)
Andy F.
The wings are really good but the place is run like a halfway house with staff that seems untrained and barely paying attention sometimes. Your best bet is to call ahead or order online and take them to go. The place itself is designed to look like the inside of a bomber so that means steel folding chairs and tables-- it can get a bit crowded and it's not the most relaxing atmosphere if you like to take your wings slow. I like that you can order enough wings for two people or two hundred-- so make sure you read the menu carefully. I had the fries and didn't love them, I just stick to the wings themselves-- sometimes boneless, sometimes with bones.

I get wings every year for my birthday and a few times in between. I love the 3rd hottest buffalo wings and the honey BBQ. If I had enough money to move into an apartment out in Worcester, I'd live under a bridge and spend it at Wings. I love the theme of wings and the actual restaurant itself. 3 TVs ( mostly sports) and a small, seemingly bulletproof interior. I feel safe with my bounty of chicken inside the metallic fortress. I'll get wings here every and any chance I get, and ill spread the word to anyone who will listen. The staff is wicked friendly and they never judge even though they see people put away 2 or 3 pounds of mouth watering food in one sitting. Clean establishment too!! *Very important aspect to note. I only wish it was closer and that I didn't have to parallel park to access my feast. In sum, if I had to pick a "final meal" I'd get a hangar 4, grape soda, and a small pail full of ranch ( they can keep the celery). Go there, bring your friends ( if you have less that 6 or 7, like I said its kinda small in there), and enjoy the best wings in the world.

A'ight. I had some. Not wings, but fingers (boneless wings, if you will). Tried three sauces: Honey BBQ: Good. Not better or worse than any other Honey BBQ though. Garlic Parmesean: Sprinkley, not saucey. Overall... meh.. Cajun Teryaki: Freakin' Awesome! The chicken itself was cooked through and juicy. I got takeout, so I'm not equipped to speak about service but everything was hot, fast, and fresh.

The buffalo chicken wrap.... BOMB (which means excellent for the older generations out there). I haven't gone there to eat yet, but their delivery is always timely. I definitely recommend Wings Over Worcester if you love wings!

Anah B.
Order the wings, skip the regular fries. We split an order of wings with the golden BBQ sauce, and the wings were meaty and tasty. It came with crinkle cut fries that were about as soggy as can be, and desperately needed salt. This is a place I'll add to my "take out only" list, with a note to skip the fries! Parking nearby is less than fun, so bring a second person to run in and pick up while you circle the block in the joyousness that is Kelley Sq...

Didn't take us long for a return visit. Tried the ribs today and thy were absolutely phenomenal. The meat was tender and fell right off the bone.

The Mcdonalds of Wings, Wings over is consistent across the board, the service leaves something to be desired but the reliability earns them respect. My biggest gripe with them is the amount of sodium/salt used in their flavors, and their delivery drivers. Hot Garlic is my favorite flavor because it tastes the most like buffalo, tangy and spicy,. Strangely enough their buffalo flavors tend to be salty and bitter and usually drowned out because they use powdered based spices giving a grainy thick coating which can be a bit much.

Gus M.
As far as wings for delivery go, these are probably the best i have ever had. Im a big buffalo fan and if you are you will be blown away if u get a 4 or higher and will love every minute of it. Sweet chilli and jerk are great as well. Also the fries are super good but a bit pricey. When looking for some wings you just cant go wrong with any the boneless, delivery is usually pretty quick and the overall quality is high.

I went to school in Worcester so Wings Over Worcester became a popular place for me in my four years there. I was lucky enough to discover it Freshman year, and trust me when I say I took advantage of the fact that it was so close on many occasions. The wings from WOW are hard to beat, people that don't like them are usually the people who don't know what to order. This is a wings place, ordering garlic parmesan or something just isn't cutting it. If you're not ordering some type of BBQ or buffalo then you're not doing the place justice. And let me tell you, if you do choose to go outside these two areas the only exception in my mind is the honey mustard, which is delicious I'll admit. But don't just stop at the wings, throw in a little extra cash and get the ribs and chicken, the best ribs I've had in Massachusetts, fall off the bone tender and don't disappoint on flavor either. There are 2 reasons why I don't give this place a five star rating, one is that the fries are nothing to write home about, and if you order (which you better, and I'll get to that in a second) they are probably going to be a little soggy by the time they get to you because of the sauce. The second is the place itself... not exactly the place you want to take a date to, or anyone else for that matter. So the next time you're passing through Worcester and you see the signs for Kelly Square stop in to WOW and pick up the ribs and chicken, but just get it to go, you won't regret either decision

I developed a legitimate addiction to Wings Over Worcester's boneless wings while in college. I have yet to taste any wings better than their honey barbeque with blue cheese dressing. Besides that and the hot varieties, though, don't bother trying any other flavors. Great drunk food, obviously, but also perfect for any late night food cravings you may experience. Their delivery is usually speedy, open late. Love this place.

Pricy but pretty darn good. Service is decent. Wings are great. Atmosphere is alright but nothing special. Love the wings and will continue to come back for more

Advertises delivery but only delivers in a very small area around their location. I was prepared to order about $75 worth of food. I live about 6 miles away. Would not deliver. Won't even think twice about not using them! on top of it, their customer service on the phone stinks. Manners are definitely not a criteria to work there!

Wings over Worcester is a small little place in where I believe may be downtown Worcester (It's a shame I'm from Worcester and can't till the suburbs from downtown,) Anyway, I only have a two word summary for this one. "Good Fries." You can get six wings. Nine wings. Twenty Wings. Thirty Wings, Fourty, and I believe even seventy. Yes, seventy wings. Expect leftovers people. The wings varieties all have names after airplanes (like B-52, DC-10, F-16 and so on.) The bigger the aircraft is in real life, the bigger the amount of wings you get. I'm a picky eater and didn't even finish one wing (Call me a wimp but I can't help it!.) I was however, chewing down on some great waffle fries. They serve Coca-Cola products for wondering people and as well as wings and fries they also serve ribs. The place is pretty small but hard to miss with their neon signs. Like I mentioned it is a bit small on the inside. But a cozy atmosphere. They have nicely sized flat screen televisions on both walls. The service is pretty speedy. A good choice. Especially if you need a quick crown pleaser. S.S.O.

I miss wings over worcester. I went to school here and would get wings here almost every sunday during the football season. Wings are large, crunchy, and whatever sauce you get is great. My favorite was the honey mustard. I've tried many other places that have "wing" night but no one comes close to this place anyday.
(5)
Christina P.
I have to give this place 5 stars, because if my friends and I do not end our night here, our night may as well be ruined. Always jet fuel, always cajun fries, always debrief about whatever messed up shit we just witnessed/experienced at Jose Murphy's 10 minutes prior. More expensive than if we bought a pizza or some frozen supermarket food, but I'm never regretful when the $17 pops up on my statement, because it was and will always be goddamn worth it.

I usually love Wings over Worcester, today not the case though. I had a few clients from Boston come to my photo studio today and I was bragging about WOW. Ordered 60 wings and a soda and large fries and onion rings. Food was delivered in about 40 minutes, missing fries and onion rings (53.00 give or take). Driver called and they let me know another driver was coming in a few minutes. So using a very complicated estimate I figured it would take 4-5 minutes to cook fries and rings and another 6 to drive it over. Give or take it should have only been 15 minutes, note that the photo studio is off park ave and less than 3 miles away. At around 20 minutes I called and talked to the manager and asked about getting compensation for having my order take so long, at this point it's been an hour and I still don't have a complete order. The manager said no and she could give me a five dollar coupon, she said she couldn't comp anything. I asked why not, she was the manager? I then asked if she was the head manager and she said no, i got the name from her and was told what time he would be in The manager then told me that the reason the food was taking so long was because of the first driver. I don't care about excuses, all I wanted to hear was there was a problem and it's being fixed. I told her I would like to cancel my order then. While I started to ask about a confirmation of returned funds the manager hung up on me. The second driver arrived 15 minutes later, an hour and fifteen minutes later. At this point we had finished all the wings. The second driver told me that the first driver was stupid and always messes up. So far I have excuses and everyone at WOW throwing their team mates under the bus. I called to talk to the manager and ended up talking to the owner. I told the owner all of the above and he assured me they had tried as fast as they could to get the food out. 1.15 hours to get one order or fries and onion rings 3 miles away. The owner offered me a $5 dollar coupon and then I asked him about the refund and he then refunded my money, so the earlier manager did not refund my money 4 hours prior. I' have worked previously as a waiter for around 12 years, if we mess up we say so and fix things, we want the customer to come back. Don't think I'll be recommending Wings over Worcester anymore. All I wanted was for them to comp a fry and onion ring and an apology. Epic service fail.

Tonight I had a craving for wings, so I figured I'd give WoW a call to see if they returned to their senses and brought back unbreaded wings. I was delighted when the girl on the phone assured me that they do serve unbreaded wings, so I placed my order: Hanger 1 with bones, unbreaded, with red alert sauce and a can of coke. I then jumped in my car and took the 25 minutes drive to Worcester. The whole way my stomach was growling as I thought about thiose delicious unbreaded wings. When I got to WoW there was only one person in line. I waited my turn, paid for my wings, and quickly grabbed a seat at an open table. But to .my dismay, the girl on the phone lied....the wings were breaded. So what did I get for my 25 minute drive to Worcester? Breaded wings that I didn't want and saugy fries. Unluckily for me I had already paid or the wings prioor to discovering that the girl behind the counter lied.

Best ever. Especially if you order take out. Waffle fries rule. Make sure to order extra sauce, trust me.

Wings are good for the tummy. This is a quick place to get about 2lbs of goodness is all I have to say. And the waffle fries are awesome. Yes go here.

I had been going to Wing It Up and had gotten frustrated at the long delivery time. I tried Wings over worcester and was quite satisfied. I got a standard chicken and fries basket, and my bf got a chicken sandwich. The food was good (nothing amazing but what do you expect from a wings chain?), the delivery time wasn't too bad, and overall I was happy and would order from here again.
(4)

Previously I've noted that this place skimps on the sauce. Not the case last night as my DC-3 was drowning in that Golden BBQ shit! Also had my order filled in under five minutes.
(4)
Matt K.
This place is great. I only get take out or delivery since it's small. As far as the wings go, honey bbq and honey mustard are the only two flavors I like. Their buffalo isn't very good. The ribs and waffle fries are pretty good as well.

Melissa B.
After another night of my boyfriend saying, "lets get wings for dinner!" and me rolling my eyes because I was tired of the BBQ chicken tenders, hey now, i like em, but I get easily bored. So, I decided to try the ribs after reading on here that they were pretty good. So I got my half rack slathered in the BBQ sauce, and let me tell you! Delicious! Some of the best ribs I've had in a good while...not what I was expecting coming from a place like this. I also am a huge fan of there macaroni salad. I could eat it for days. haha. try the ribs!! Also, service for delivery is so fast!! Fastest take out I ever order.
(4)

Just a little hole in the wall off exit 13 in Worcester. They are a chain and I hate chains, but the wings are just that good. You have to try all the different sauces, especially the chipotle one..in fact, I might just have some of my leftovers right now at 9:55 in the am.

Wings over Worcester was/is the worst find ever. Yes. I said that right Worst thing that I have ever found. A horrible Love hate relationship with my worst food addiction. It is an addiction. I love wings. Wings rock my world. And when I learned how easy it was to get to/from there. It was horrible! Just get off the Kelly Square Exit off of the 290, make 2 rights and it is on the left. When you are done, go straight and make a right and you are back on the freeway heading North! The wings are amazing. We love the Garlic Parmesan and the #3 hot (Whatever that is). If you are feeling snacky for the ride home, grab an order of Waffle fries to tide you over. If you need Wings for a game night, order early. Last year for the Super Bowl I called to order some and they said that if I didn't pre-order, I wasn't getting any. The best/worst thing is the Hangar 1, 1 pound of wings, fries and a can of soda for less than $13. If you are looking to bust a diet, I highly suggest Wings over Worcester!
(5)

No too bad. Only problem is that I feel like garbage every time I eat anything from there. Probably isn't a good sign.

lots of flavors and they deliver.

Being drunk in Worcester in the Winter is not that enjoyable until you come across Wings late at night. The best chicken wings on earth. Add some fries to the mix and you have yourself a tasty meal. I suggest the Boneless Honey BBQ Wings.
(5)
Jake K.
Sweet and Sour was pretty tasty, also- you'll only need ONE order of small fries (though they aren't that good anyway)
(3)
D K.
Best wings I know of in MA. First of all, the boneless wings are better than the bone-in ones. Get the Golden BBQ if you like sweet wings. If you like spicy and you're feeling adventurous or have always been curious about what's inside your sinuses, try the Afterburners -- $20 bucks says you can't handle those!
(5)
Crystal L.
I believe it's a East coast thing where everyone craves wings. Their wings are good and for DC-10, you do get a lot. With the order, you can order 2 flavor. I had their golden BBQ and honey BBQ. I think both are too sweet and looses the BBQ taste. But overall, they're good and satisfy the cravings.
(3)
Bethany B.
We finally tried a rack of ribs and guess what? They lived up to the hype! Fall off the bone, tasty, & tender. The sauce was great but next time we'll upgrade to the spicier one. I also tried the Hot Garlic wings and they were finger lickin' good! Glad this place is close enough for delivery but far enough away that we can't walk there!
(5)
Anna B.
I absolutely love Wings over Worcester. They have an amazing selection of sauces which you may have on either boneless or regular wings. YUM!

This place sucked. I had my first experience here last Saturday. The red headed girl who took our order was distracted and texting on her cell phone the entire time. We ordered immedietely after the couple we came with ordered. Somehow our food took TWENTY EIGHT minutes longer than theirs did. Was she texting and she forgot to put it in? Or do the cooks just suck that bad at cooking up wings. People who ordered after us received theirs. It seems they put the take out orders before the sit down orders. What a shame. Place needs to be taken over with new management. Anyways, after watching our friends consume their entire meal, ours finalyy was ready. We got a terrayaki fried chicken, waffle fries, and my boyfriend got honey bbq wings with fries. The chicken was soggy! I could have microwaved some anytizers from the frozen food dept in the supermarket and been fine. My bread was wet, you couldnt even hold the sandwich, so soggy and gross. AND Who puts yellow cheese on a terrayki sandwich? GAG ME NOW. Grossest thing I have ever ate. Red head girl needs to cut down on the texting and drinking straight out of two liter bottles of soda...talk about grotesque!

So good, and always on top of their game. I called and added something to my order and there was no screw up. All they needed was an extra 2 minutes. Everything was packaged together when I got there to pick up, and they told me so even before I could ask. Flawless. Awesome waffle fries, and I was a big fan of the cajun teriyaki this time. Oh and another bonus--you can request all drums/flats, no breading--whatever you prefer.
(4)
Robert L.
Not good. I mean, it's a wing place. You would expect more than soggy breading on frozen wings. The "boneless wings" of course are not wings but are somewhat better. Frozen fries and rings are just that. How this place got turned into a franchise, I can't figure out. You can get better wings from Papa John's...
(2)
Alexis F.
The best place there is to buy wings they have all types of flavors to choose it's a good place to order for a get together with friends
(4)

Disclaimer: I'm vegetarian, I didn't eat the food I just got it for a friend, so the food feedback is third party..... Service is excellent, polite and friendly. Called to place an order, they were super attentive and helped answer my questions. Food was ready, as promised 10 minutes later for pick up, and check out was really easy. The wings I am told are just absolutely amazingly deliciously outstanding, so much so we ordered again a couple days later. Well cooked and seasoned and bursting with flavor. Overall excellent experience, I wish that they would have vegetarian options but hey in a perfect world right? For all you meat eaters out there, I think you'll enjoy!

I like the delivery and their hours, I don't like their chicken as much as some other places in Worcester. My go to order was bone-in wings with the wimpy sauce and mesquite waffle fries. But I have to emphasis there are now superior wing places in worcester
(3)
Kelly C.
Went in for lunch today to grab something quick. The boneless wings the Cajun BBQ style were delicious. Only bad complaint was since there was a Patriots game on we could not order French fries. I was very disappointed at that. But other than that things were great and staff was very friendly!
(4)
Amber C.
There not drenching the wings to the point there drowning in sauce.. yay! Super perfect chicken last time It was seasoned just right. I like oriental sesame and buffalo number 2 :) even the waffle fries were warm and crispy with delicous bites of potato ( I got takeout ) yum.
(5)
Nicholas U.
Very good for quick wings. I've had them time and time again. The price is right and the wings are even better. Some flavors are misses, but most are delicious if you know which flavors to get. I've never had their boneless, so not sure how those are. The waffle fried are also a great compliment to the wings. Wished there was one next door to me.

Had the boneless DC-10, delicious!!! So much I couldn't eat it all, next time I'll go for the smaller size. Neat area of Worcester too, really cool murals on the buildings nearby.
(4)

Delicious. So far my family has had the boneless wings, burgers, fries (waffle & regular), onion rings and ribs and no complaints yet! My personal favorite thing to order are the Cajun Blackened (dry rub) boneless wings; and also the onion rings! So good. I have always had fast delivery.
(5)
Keith C.
Delicious! This place is no different than any of the other Wings Over ____ restaurants, but they can actually make decent wings. I always get the level 4 hotness of the boneless wings, and am pleasantly surprised they actually put some spice into it. I have a bunch of t-shirts I got for eating wings I could barely taste the hotness of. They also tend to be fast, and orders are ready before they say they are. So, if they say 15 minutes, you're probably ready in 10. I've never had them run late, even when I've waited in line behind 10 people.

Used to love this place and always ordered wings from there...that is until 1 month ago when I made a HUGE order and found countless hairs on all of the wings. After throwing up multiple time i cried for the $55.00 I had spent and had to basically throw away. After that I will never eat there!
(1)
Emily M.
I will start by saying the service was excellent. However, the wings were mediocre at best. I think most people are just obsessed with wings and this place is nothing but so it satisfies them. I enjoy my fair share of wi gs but these erect the best. I got the parmesean garlic wings. There was so much seasoning on them I could only eat the top wings because the wings on the bottom were engulfed with this sing over bearing flavor. As far as the wings underneath again not the best. With that said the fries were delicious and I actually dipped them in my seasoning which was good in moderation. I probably won't go back but many of my friends sear by wings over worcester.

I'm on the West Coast now in Washington and came back for vacation. I now love wings over worcester even more!!! Amazing wings actually flavorful, big and saucy. Best..wings...ever!! 100% highly recommend.

Don't deliver to anywhere in Worcester besides the immediate area around the establishment, more like wings over kelly square because they don't go to all of Worcester, which is not that great of a distance, they waste your time ode ode like yo how am I supposed to grub if they don't deliver Tomy crib smh bang banh 100 100 100 Sosa

I'm a umass amherst grad... Wings was famous around campus... I just moved to worcester and I can't believe I now have a wings 5 minutes away. Same great product as the original, Fresh Hot boneless fried chicken in an array of incredible sauces. Delivery service late into the night is awesome, great franchise, simply delicious product. I'm a big fan of the Mustange Ranch, Honey mustard, and Honey BBQ. best pig out meal ever.

Tim, the GM for the Worcester store, did contact me and apologized for the poor service from my last delivery PO. He was more than courteous and had a private conference with his staff members involved. I was then offered a free meal worth about $30 for the inconveniences. Tim single handedly revived my personal feelings towards Wings Over Worcester.

iI live at 45 grand street and I called for delivery gave them the address of the back of the building 28 wyman street, and the guy just hung up on me. then i called back again and a girl picked up and she started to take my order, while she is doing it I heard in the background someone saying we cant take that order, and then she lied and said sorry we are out of wings we can't make your order. If you are out of wings don't answer the phone, instead you just waste my time and then not deliver it for weird reason. I asked to speak to the manager and I guess they don't have one.

It took 2 hours to deliver wings 10 min away. An hour late. DONT order here. The food is ok. I called twice to see the progress each time they said it it was almost there. Finally after I had been waiting outside for an hour i called again and the said that they had deleted the order. Never i repeat NEVER order here. The staff was rude over the phone. Downright disgraceful.

Wings are pretty good. Delivery usually takes a while. But they always try to prepare you with the fresh wings so it's worth the wait. Price is reasonable. But they put all the wings together so it tends to get one another. It is a goodnight snack.

Please learn what wheat gluten is. We had a large order to place but would like to accommodate each person in our party, one of which is gluten free. When I call and ask about gluten free options, and you say ,and I quote, "Everything has gluten", you are basically saying, "We don't want your business". We have ordered from Wings before, and have written on our menu that the chipotle is not hot, and that the honey barbeque was really good. Too bad we can't order here because your staff and management are clueless.

I placed an online order. The website should have the prices listed on the menu. They arent, you find out at the checkout. They should fix that. Ive ordered from here once before and everything was very good. This time not so much but i do intend on giving them another chance for sure. The order took almost 2 hours to get delivered. But keep in mind it is the day after the blizzard of 2015. The delivery man said they were understaffed and apologized. We got 3 different kinds of boneless chicken. I like the sauces alot but our food was cold. Onion rings were cold and soggy. My daughter got a $9 caesar salad. Very big and she liked it. So this time the food and delivery wasnt a very good experience but im hoping it was due to rare circumstances.

Drunk? Check. Wings? Check. Best drunk food ever.

The chicken is always awesome! The service and variety are great. 10/10 would recommend DELIVERY. If you have to pickup, this Wings Over location is in the scariest poorly marked intersection in the city. Kelley Square is the worst location ever, both for parking and driving. Be careful not to park in the private lot right across the street. EDIT: Apparently they have their own parking lot! SCORE!! The food, though.... so good. This particular store is the closest one to our home, and even though it's a 20 minute drive for fast food, we do it all the time.

Not many places can say they carry great wings like Wings Over does. I tried about 4 different flavors of wings that were all exceptional, the fries were a bit bland but overall a good experience and very affordable pricing. There are also some ridiculous menu items that are beckoning a challenge considering their size :D

The sweet chili boneless chicken wings! I love chicken and Wings over Worcester definitely satisfies my cravings. Just a heads up, the cruising altitude is great but quite spicy. I can eat spicy fine but after about 3 pieces, I was sweating. I tried the garlic parmesan flavor and it was a bit too flavorless, I probably won't get it again. I might not try another dry rub because I love the sweet chili and BBQ way too much to get anything else. Overall, a thumbs up for me!

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE 2 STARS. The wings here are actually "GOOD" but there's a few issues about them I'd like to address. I used to get Wings from the same franchise back in 2000-2005 in Amherst, MA. They were fucking succulent man. They were untouchable. They also didn't make you feel like you were going to vom for like 1 hour after you done ate them. These Worcester wings are way lower on the quality scale, inconsistently sauced and tend to make me feel like puking after I eat them for like a full hour.. then a couple hours later I want more. Also, the parking lot across the st. that looks non-threatening is a massive trap. You park in there after hours and run to wings to pick your food up and someone keeps an eye on it and tows ANY car that goes in there. There's a good 7 inch sign on the massive brick wall in the corner in tiny writing warning you about it. So fuck all of you for that. Not even sure that has anything to do with Wings necessarily though considering there's a bunch of meter parking right out front. Looks like I'm going to have to lambaste that other place on here right now.

Busy place... Be patient and be very clear about what you want. Kind of expensive for chicken and is even more expensive if you want it delivered, plus they add a delivery.

Fresh, flavorful and delicious! The only other thing I can think of is when is the next time I can get Wings? I highly recommend you try them asap! = )

We order Wings Over Worcester all the time! They food is quickly delivered and consistently good. My only complaint is that last time we ordered they forgot my BF's order!! Other than that they are solid for wings & fries, with a variety of sauces and options for heat. Great Stuff!

Great lunch stop. Call ahead! Very busy and why? They have great wings and quick yet polite service. Matter of fact, I'm geting a craving right now!! Gotta go.

This is the greatest place on the east cost for chicken wings boneless or bone in! Every time I get to go its simply a treat that makes my night. It isn't even close to my house so they don't deliver there so I drive 25 mins every time and it's so worth it they have allot of different flavors and combos come with friends or get it delivered if your lucky enough to live within the delivery radius! Try this place and you won't be the same o and there fries are awesome!!

The food is always at least good. The staff is a total TRAIN WRECK! I swear they must bus them in from the County House of Corrections. It actually amuses me to go in there. I mean, gold teeth, employees are openly talking about other customers in Spanish, just cause I don't look Latino, doesn't mean I'm not.

For quick and delicious wings, this is the place to call. The flavor selection is awesome. The staff is always entertaining. Tonight we went a little off the path and ordered some ribs too (BBQ and teriyaki flavors) - they hit the spot.

OMG ! If you love wings, then try this place. There are a variety of sauces and the plates are measured in lbs. kinda on the pricey side but totally worth it. Dining in is easy because you just order and wait. No greasy smell leftover.

This is a delayed review for an encounter in October 2011. Wings over Worcester (WoW) was high on my list of places to revisit after moving away 1.5 years ago. The New England buffalo wing is a fantastic experience. I like WoW because the wings are huge, meaty (no scrawny free-range, hormone-free, excuse of a bird), and the sauces are superb. There are so many to choose from but my favorites include: garlic parm (great if you like garlic), honey BBQ (if you have a sweet tooth), jamaican jerk, and the traditional bufffalo sauce. The wings pair well with the waffle fries and a soda. There's not much for indoor dining - not surprising for being right off Kelley Square. I usually have my order to-go.

This is my favorite place to order take-out. But I'm a sad lonely fat guy, so decide for yourself whether you're gonna take my advice. It's great guilty pleasure food if you're having a guys' night-in. The chicken is crispy and juicy without ever really feeling greasy. It's still definitely fast-food, but the sauces are delicious and the quality is very high considering. The Sweet Onion boneless wings are the best, but it's worth trying everything once. Their waffle fries with different flavors are also pretty bomb, I highly recommend them.

Wings and fries don't get four stars because you can get good wings at the supermarket prepared food section. This place is kind of run down and for the price why would you eat this stuff?

Gross! some of you put the word fresh in your feedback but there is nothing fresh about a wing that is taken out of the freezer, thrown in the fryer and sauce dumped all over them. I guess if you are a college student they are good enough but i will NEVER go back to this place. Smokestack has the best wings in Worcester by a long shot!

I'm here every single week. Order the same thing every single time. Hangar 1 with honey bbq sauce, ranch dressing and regular fries. By far my favorite place for boneless chicken wings. No one in Worcester, scratch that. No one in central Mass has better chicken wings than Wings Over Worcester. The food is not cheap but it is overall very generously portioned. I come here every single week because it has basically become a routine for me that I cannot skip because I enjoy their food so much. Highly recommended as overall, I have found the people working the registers/taking orders to be very friendly, respectful people.

Rodent Feces?? Jury is still out! Worst Restaurant experience, ever! (Sorry for the Book). We recently ordered food from Wings Over Worcester. The times I am about to mention are relevant later in my review. We ordered at 5:36 PM. We received the call at 6:07 that our food had arrived. Great! No problem there! We began eating shortly after and did get part way through the meal with no complaints other than the fact that it was cold. Still, fine. Until I proceeded to grab my second piece of chicken and saw a small dark thing on the chicken. I then examined the remaining food that we had, and saw 2 more small dark things shaped like rice on the onion rings. Now, I am horrified by the fact that this could be mouse feces. After trying to recover from the thought of this, we called the restaurant at 6:45 and asked to speak to a manager because we believed we found "rat poop" in our food. (In hindsight, a poor choice of wording). After waiting on the phone for a few minutes, the clerk (NOT the manager) came back and said "He says you need to come down here". Ok. We arrived at the restaurant just before 7pm. The manager came out of the back (no greeting) and asked to see what we had found. We showed him the food, and he instantly became argumentative, rude and extremely disrespectful. "No, this is not "RAT POISON". This is plastic from the box. See, obviously it came off the box!" It was NOT obvious to me. I agreed... it was not Rat Poison and we explained that it looked like mouse feces. Even if it is just plastic, does it make it ok? This seemed to be what he was implying. He repeated that we said it was Rat poison, and if it were, the owner told him to give us a $10,000 credit. But because it was just plastic he would credit us the $3 for the onion rings; NOT the rest of the food. I told him that even if it was just plastic, we were horrified by the thought and would not eat the food & wanted a full refund for the order. He replied "No! I will not give you a full refund. You have eaten almost all of the food!" I pulled out the box containing the remaining food that we had, as we had dumped everything on our plates back into the boxes to bring back. I believe 3 wings were missing from the box - 2 had been eaten & one was in the box with the onion rings because we believed it to be contaminated. He proceeded to argue that we had ordered 1 1/2 pounds of wings, and that there was less than a pound left. I asked if we HAD found mouse feces at the bottom of our food, would we still not get a refund because we "ate it all"? His response: "But it is NOT that!" He WOULD NOT refund our order. Furthermore, he argued with us that we ordered at 5:36, the driver was on time (which we did not dispute) and that we arrived at 7; that this was too much time to have passed for us to complain about the order. As I have mentioned, we received the call for the food at 6:07 & called the restaurant at 6:45 WHICH I believe is a completely reasonable amount of time to settle, try to eat, process the situation, and report a problem. He made the driver come out from the back to "prove" that he had come on time! We told his we did not have an issue with the driver, and that we did not expect a refund for his tip! JUST THE FOOD! The unreasonable manager insisted that he would not refund us. We told him that he absolutely would refund us in full. Finally, he said he would refund us our money, but that he was removing us from the computer system and that we were NEVER allowed to order from his restaurant again. TRUST ME, we were not planning on it! He said that I would see the refund in 24 hours, and began to walk away. I asked if I could have that in writing, and he replied "No!" and shut the door on us. Honestly, if we had a bad experience with the food, we MAY have someday been able to return and try the food again. But the utter disrespect from this man was unforgivable & terrible practice for someone in the customer service industry. We did nothing to deserve his reaction. Perhaps if we had come in yelling and being rude, I could sort of understand. But he did not give us an opportunity to be this way before he became aggressive. I reported my experience to Wings corporate office and have received no response. I can only assume that they care as little as the local restaurant staff and management. Considering we still don't know what was really on the food, and because of the terrible treatment we will never go back again! Thank you for the lifetime ban!!

I've been here several times....This is open late after the bars are closed!!! That's it. They have an extensive wing selection, however, I feel West Side Grill's wings are bigger and better even if they don't have as many options. Also, New England Roast beef has just as much of a selection and they taste better to me. But, those aren't open after bars close so this place is a good drunk snack. And, if you are looking for spicy, you have many levels of hotness to choose from!

I'm finally moved out of Worcester. Woo! I don't miss it much.. or at all. One of the very few exceptions would be Wings Over Worcester. This is where I go whenever I'm in the area. Have to get myself one box of those amazing wings and another of the waffle fries. I like the garlic parm and honey BBQ wings. I'm the bone-in kinda gal. I like to work a little for my food. It's not really considered work when the reward is as delicious as this. To me, boneless wings aren't really wings. So I go for the real thing, where the juice of the meat can be sucked right to the bone. And then some more. Anyway, other flavors are good as well. And the after burner, boy they really burn. I don't go to Worcester unless I have to, but when I do, I make a stop at one of its bests.

I have never been to any of the "Wings over ..." places, so I begged Frannie to make a pit stop, even though she was not impressed with another chain. We had the garlic parmesan and Jamaican jerk. I have to agree, this experience was very unimpressive. I would say the favorite of the two was the garlic parmesan. It was a "dry", crispy coating and it sort of reminded me of something my mom used to make. The jerk was too sauce-y and not in a good way - it was too sweet and not jerky enough. I was glad I came here, but I probably will not go to the other ones any time soon.

order from here all the time. great food and have never messed up an order, which is key with delivery!

(5)Jack S.
this place is just simply amazing. Wings and waffle fries taste great. For anyone who loves spicy things try their burgers
(5)Robert C.
(5)Bryan L.
(2)Sam R.
(4)John A.
This place is a serious wing place. If you are hungry for wings and like the best, this is the place. If you like hanging out and drinking this is not the place.
(5)Tiff L.
(4)K E.
They had decent wings, but I mostly ordered ribs from this place. The ribs were great for the price: tender and nicely seasoned. The waffle fries were also pretty tasty.
(4)Meghan G.
(4)Craig G.
(1)Justine L.
delicious wings!!! love this place especially late at night when I'm craving buffalo wings & blue cheese dip. The place is always clean and service is quick. I would recommend to anyone in the Worcester area
(5)Frannie Z.
The "Wings Over" chain has failed to win me over. The wings are just OK, nothing to write home about. The garlic parmesan were all right but I've had an amazing version elsewhere and these can't compete. Other flavors just don't do it for me. There have got to be better choices in Worcester, no?
(2)Alicia S.
I used to get take out from this place quite frequently when I worked in Worcester. The different choices on the menu are the best part. I probably came here 20 times and I got to try something different every time. Reasonably priced.
(4)Marie N.
If this weren't in Kelly Square, I would probably stop here every week for my husband. The look on his face when I ask if he wants wings from here is priceless. They cook to order.. always great. Clean restaurant, nice friendly staff.
(4)Robert M.
Great boneless wings. All the flavors are good. The orders come out fast and the workers are friendly .My friend is in the coast guard in florida and when he comes home on leave this is where we head to. Also dont overlook the ribs
(4)Brendan T.
I've only gotten delivery. Online ordering is simple. If you're eating alone don't get too much. It's not as great after the fortieth bite. They have some tasty sauces, but don't bother if you just want plain or dry rubs.
(3)Taylor L.
Great late night food and delivery is super fast. Customer service could be a little better though.
(5)Dustin S.
(5)Jake C.
(3)Andy F.
(3)Liam M.
(5)Dawn E.
A'ight.
(4)S B.
The buffalo chicken wrap.... BOMB (which means excellent for the older generations out there). I haven't gone there to eat yet, but their delivery is always timely. I definitely recommend Wings Over Worcester if you love wings!
(4)Anah B.
(3)Scotty B.
Didn't take us long for a return visit. Tried the ribs today and thy were absolutely phenomenal. The meat was tender and fell right off the bone.
(4)Jeffrey L.
(4)Gus M.
(4)Tony S.
(4)Danny G.
(4)Bill J.
Pricy but pretty darn good. Service is decent. Wings are great. Atmosphere is alright but nothing special. Love the wings and will continue to come back for more
(4)Becki B.

(4)Joey L.
I miss wings over worcester. I went to school here and would get wings here almost every sunday during the football season. Wings are large, crunchy, and whatever sauce you get is great. My favorite was the honey mustard. I've tried many other places that have "wing" night but no one comes close to this place anyday.
(5)Christina P.
(5)Michael H.

(5)Elsa H.
Wings are good for the tummy. This is a quick place to get about 2lbs of goodness is all I have to say. And the waffle fries are awesome. Yes go here.
(5)G C.
(4)Ian B.
Previously I've noted that this place skimps on the sauce. Not the case last night as my DC-3 was drowning in that Golden BBQ shit! Also had my order filled in under five minutes.
(4)Matt K.
This place is great. I only get take out or delivery since it's small. As far as the wings go, honey bbq and honey mustard are the only two flavors I like. Their buffalo isn't very good. The ribs and waffle fries are pretty good as well.
(4)Melissa B.
(4)Bradley H.
Just a little hole in the wall off exit 13 in Worcester. They are a chain and I hate chains, but the wings are just that good. You have to try all the different sauces, especially the chipotle one..in fact, I might just have some of my leftovers right now at 9:55 in the am.
(4)Devin C.
(5)Greg N.
No too bad. Only problem is that I feel like garbage every time I eat anything from there. Probably isn't a good sign.
(3)Mary N.
lots of flavors and they deliver.
(4)Mike B.
Being drunk in Worcester in the Winter is not that enjoyable until you come across Wings late at night. The best chicken wings on earth. Add some fries to the mix and you have yourself a tasty meal. I suggest the Boneless Honey BBQ Wings.
(5)Jake K.
Sweet and Sour was pretty tasty, also- you'll only need ONE order of small fries (though they aren't that good anyway)
(3)D K.
(5)Crystal L.
(3)Bethany B.
(5)Anna B.
I absolutely love Wings over Worcester. They have an amazing selection of sauces which you may have on either boneless or regular wings. YUM!
(5)C C.
(1)S T.
(4)Robert L.
Not good. I mean, it's a wing place. You would expect more than soggy breading on frozen wings. The "boneless wings" of course are not wings but are somewhat better. Frozen fries and rings are just that. How this place got turned into a franchise, I can't figure out. You can get better wings from Papa John's...
(2)Alexis F.
The best place there is to buy wings they have all types of flavors to choose it's a good place to order for a get together with friends
(4)Lindsay M.
(5)Jesse D.
I like the delivery and their hours, I don't like their chicken as much as some other places in Worcester. My go to order was bone-in wings with the wimpy sauce and mesquite waffle fries. But I have to emphasis there are now superior wing places in worcester
(3)Kelly C.
Went in for lunch today to grab something quick. The boneless wings the Cajun BBQ style were delicious. Only bad complaint was since there was a Patriots game on we could not order French fries. I was very disappointed at that. But other than that things were great and staff was very friendly!
(4)Amber C.
There not drenching the wings to the point there drowning in sauce.. yay! Super perfect chicken last time It was seasoned just right. I like oriental sesame and buffalo number 2 :) even the waffle fries were warm and crispy with delicous bites of potato ( I got takeout ) yum.
(5)Nicholas U.
(4)Jamie W.
Had the boneless DC-10, delicious!!! So much I couldn't eat it all, next time I'll go for the smaller size. Neat area of Worcester too, really cool murals on the buildings nearby.
(4)Kat L.
Delicious. So far my family has had the boneless wings, burgers, fries (waffle & regular), onion rings and ribs and no complaints yet! My personal favorite thing to order are the Cajun Blackened (dry rub) boneless wings; and also the onion rings! So good. I have always had fast delivery.
(5)Keith C.
(4)TumTummyPanda P.
Used to love this place and always ordered wings from there...that is until 1 month ago when I made a HUGE order and found countless hairs on all of the wings. After throwing up multiple time i cried for the $55.00 I had spent and had to basically throw away. After that I will never eat there!
(1)Emily M.
(3)Enrique R.
I'm on the West Coast now in Washington and came back for vacation. I now love wings over worcester even more!!! Amazing wings actually flavorful, big and saucy. Best..wings...ever!! 100% highly recommend.
(5)John D.
Best boneless wings in Worcester they also serve some decent ribs the meat slides off the bones they have average fries i prefer there waffle fries but overall this place got the best boneless wings in town
(5)Julia J.
Slow delivery, wings were good, fries were moist and disappointing. Better to go in store.
(3)Justin C.
(1)Mat H.
(5)Christine H.
Great restaurant ! Fast , nice staff . Must say honey mustard wings are fantastic ! Delivery is fast . Prices are moderate
(5)Michael J.
(5)David T.
iI live at 45 grand street and I called for delivery gave them the address of the back of the building 28 wyman street, and the guy just hung up on me. then i called back again and a girl picked up and she started to take my order, while she is doing it I heard in the background someone saying we cant take that order, and then she lied and said sorry we are out of wings we can't make your order. If you are out of wings don't answer the phone, instead you just waste my time and then not deliver it for weird reason. I asked to speak to the manager and I guess they don't have one.
(1)Jack S.
(1)Paula T.
Wings are pretty good. Delivery usually takes a while. But they always try to prepare you with the fresh wings so it's worth the wait. Price is reasonable. But they put all the wings together so it tends to get one another. It is a goodnight snack.
(4)Amber C.
(3)Jason A.
(3)Scott B.
Drunk? Check. Wings? Check. Best drunk food ever.
(4)Mary F.
(5)Waleed A.
Not many places can say they carry great wings like Wings Over does. I tried about 4 different flavors of wings that were all exceptional, the fries were a bit bland but overall a good experience and very affordable pricing. There are also some ridiculous menu items that are beckoning a challenge considering their size :D
(4)Mimi N.
(4)Sameer N.
(2)Eliyahu G.
Busy place... Be patient and be very clear about what you want. Kind of expensive for chicken and is even more expensive if you want it delivered, plus they add a delivery.
(3)Meghan T.
Fresh, flavorful and delicious! The only other thing I can think of is when is the next time I can get Wings? I highly recommend you try them asap! = )
(5)Melanie G.
We order Wings Over Worcester all the time! They food is quickly delivered and consistently good. My only complaint is that last time we ordered they forgot my BF's order!! Other than that they are solid for wings & fries, with a variety of sauces and options for heat. Great Stuff!
(4)Ted S.
Great lunch stop. Call ahead! Very busy and why? They have great wings and quick yet polite service. Matter of fact, I'm geting a craving right now!! Gotta go.
(5)Anthony P.
(5)Kerri C.
(3)Sandie E.
For quick and delicious wings, this is the place to call. The flavor selection is awesome. The staff is always entertaining. Tonight we went a little off the path and ordered some ribs too (BBQ and teriyaki flavors) - they hit the spot.
(5)Chris C.
OMG ! If you love wings, then try this place. There are a variety of sauces and the plates are measured in lbs. kinda on the pricey side but totally worth it. Dining in is easy because you just order and wait. No greasy smell leftover.
(4)Phong D.
(5)Kate R.
This is the place to go if you have people over for a game on Sunday !! Amazing taste and choices !
(5)William A.
(5)Michael W.
Wings and fries don't get four stars because you can get good wings at the supermarket prepared food section. This place is kind of run down and for the price why would you eat this stuff?
(2)R L Food Lovers M.
Gross! some of you put the word fresh in your feedback but there is nothing fresh about a wing that is taken out of the freezer, thrown in the fryer and sauce dumped all over them. I guess if you are a college student they are good enough but i will NEVER go back to this place. Smokestack has the best wings in Worcester by a long shot!
(1)Z P.

(4)Khoa N.
(4)Barbara A.
