We ate here last night with a few friends. Its very hard to come up with any complaint about this location. The only thing I can come up with is the tea tasted like it was brewed in a coffee maker that wasn't cleaned before use. Only tea drinkers would notice. Service was excellent, kitchen was speedy, all the food was excellent. Prices were a bit high, but you expect that with this food quality and level of service. Would definitely come back.

I have been trying to get hubby to try this place for years. He always says no as it is "too healthy or vegetarian." He offered to go there last week ( he brought it up saying he must not have looked at the menu before). Whatever, at least I got to go. Well worth the wait. Service was great. The food was fabulous. Prices are high (only gripe). I had the buffalo mac and cheese. It was to die for. Very tasty, spicy, cheeses and oh so yummy. Hubby and friend had Texas short ribs. The meat was cooked to perfection. Served with corn on cob and mashed potatoes. Friend had a make yourself burger. At first he said the burger was small but after eating it he said it was the tastiest burger ever. Frozen fries did not seem to go with this order. Really make an effort on the fries. The peanut butter chocolate cakes was decadent. The only issue was a jam dab that did not compliment it. Hubby ate that piece. The carrot cake actually contained a carrot slice. Perfect size and tasty.

Had a date night with the wife so we headed to Worcester to eat here. The restaurant is part of a larger building that houses an organic food store. Small parking lot in front for both the food store and restaurant. EVO had sleek, black walls and architecture along with some atmospheric displays, like fish tanks and color-changing waterfalls. The place seemed relatively big, but the acoustics were not too good in the place. After a few tables filled up, the restaurant became a little noisy. Our waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs. She even recommended a few entrees for me to choose from. We first had the black-and-tan beer battered onion rings that came with a sriracha sauce aioli. These were some pretty big onion rings that had a great taste to them, especially with that aioli sauce. For my entree, I had the Gorgonzola crusted blade steak. This came with a wonderfully tasty steak, a risotto cake, asparagus, and marinara sauce on the side. Wonderful flavors and good portions. We ended with a dessert: the peanut butter and chocolate bistro cake. This was a very rich and tasty dessert and it was also a generous portion. Overall, I would go to this restaurant again when I visit Worcester.

Wonderful ambiance and huge menu. Plenty of options for vegetarians, vegan, and gluten free. Food quality has generally been very good.

I went back! Just a couple of weeks ago, I went in because I wanted to go to a place where I did not have to pick and choose due to gluten sensitivities. EVO did not disappoint! I do have to say that their portions are rather small. That is my biggest complaint. My boyfriend thinks his sandwich (the cuban) was not flavorful, but my veggie quesadilla was good and they have a variety of dipping sauces from which to choose. I think we both agreed the desserts were yummiest, and again small in portion. So maybe, just maybe, they can give out a *little* more to get that five star rating.

I have been here a couple of times with my vegan husband. The atmosphere is modern and good for a romantic dinner or for just chilling with your friends. The presentation of the food is superb. The food itself is delicious, although in my opinion ever so slightly more expensive than it deserves. Overall though, highly recommended. The staff is attentive, quick, helpful in suggestions or alterations to the menu items, etc. Although I have been here only during less-busy times, so that may be partly why.

We packed up the family and went for a drive up to MA to meet up with a few others. The total headcount was 4 adults with 3 toddlers. We had a reservation, so there was no issue having a table ready for us upon arrival. The kids LOVED the fish tank and would make periodic trips back to check out the fish, so that was a big plus! The staff was very attentive and polite, and took any food allergy concerns into mind when taking orders. The food took a normal amount of time to come out, and everything at the table was absolutely fantastic! If we lived closer, we would certainly be regulars at Evo! I look forward to revisiting!

So, I can be difficult with my diet. I keep kosher-ish, so that immediately nixes shellfish, pork, and meaty cheese items. However, I recently moved to gluten- AND dairy-free, so that makes eating out problematic at times. While yes, my stomach feels better, my tongue feels rather... deprived of tasty foods. My wife is somewhat less problematic, but still keeps kosher (but eats dairy out), so between us there are a whole lot of restaurants ruled out. I came to Evo on a date night with my wife because there seemed to be quite a variety for us to eat. I got the gluten-free pizza, non-dairy (read:soy) cheese on it, with a buffalo sauce base, and pineapple on top. It was surprisingly good, especially when considering that there was no gluten, no dairy cheese, and it was thin. The buffalo sauce even had a bit of kick to it! My wife got the mexican sweet potato bean burger done latin style and was rather pleased by it. The burger apparently was a good 50/50 ratio of beans and potato. Decor-wise, it's pretty trendy. Clean lines, trying to be high class. They're on the border of a rougher neighborhood, so there's that to watch. Short story, this place caters very well to those with allergies and food intolerances, as well as working with that limited diet in pretty tasty ways. I'd return.

We came in on a Friday night. It seemed moderately busy but we were seated right away. Our server Chelsea seemed overall disinterested in our table. She gave us the wine menu and came back a min or two later with small cocktail sized glasses of water. At that time I tried to give her my wine order, but she immediately left before I could get her attention. We pondered over the menu for several minutes and then waited for her to come back and take our order. We each got one of their sandwiches on ciabatta bread. We each got to choose a side. The fries were sad looking crinkle cuts straight from the freezer. Although an odd choice for a side, the seaweed salad was very good. The ciabatta was much larger than expected. I feel like there was almost too much bun for the amount of meat on the sandwich. The salmon was cooked well, no complaints there. After bringing our food, Chelsea never came back to ask us how things were or refill our tiny glasses of water. I had to stop her as she rushed by us. By this point the restaurant had really cleared out and most people were finishing up and leaving. I've been a waitress, so I do understand she may have been busy doing side work or what not but it shouldn't leave one of your last customers feeling ignored. My overall experience was just ok and I would not come back.

This is a great option if you have Celiac or a gluten allergy as they are extremely accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. For brunch they have gluten free pancakes and english muffins and they're happy to sub out the non-GF home fries with a fruit plate for no extra money. The bacon was delicious and the eggs were cooked well, but the multigrain toast (not GF) was burnt and bitter and the home fries (also not GF) were a little disappointing despite having sweet and purple potatoes mixed in. If you're in Worcester or just driving through, it's not far off 290 and makes a great rest stop meal for anyone with a food allergy.

Great atmosphere. Polite and fast service. And then comes the food. All I can say is OMG good. So many Gluten free options my husband was overwhelmed trying to choose. We started with the EVO nacho appetizer. Best and somewhat unusual nachos I ever ate - ever. It was Restaurant week so my 3 courses were mussels. Mike, who's not a big mussel fan, said they were the best he ever ate. Next came a primavera style pasta dish with tofu and herb & garlic sauce. Huge portion & delicious. Finally we shared a flourless chocolate torte. Creamy, rich and delicious. Don't miss this place if you are in the Worcester, MA area!

I don't know why or how this place keeps winning "Best Restaurant in Worcester" and I certainly don't know how it's won "Best Vegetarian in Worcester." The Mexican Sweet Potato Bean burger is dry, flavorless, and overpriced. Definitely a "knife and fork" burger due to the fact that it fell apart as I was attempting to eat it. The "vegan cutlet" that is used in their vegan parm and sandwiches is too greasy and tastes like dirty fry oil. We'll visit once in a while for the vegan pizza, which is really good (although the wheat crust, which is no longer on the menu, is part of what made it so good). And seriously... Get outta here with your $18 tofu stir fry. We'll sit at the bar and order our drinks and food and cross our fingers that everything comes out right and we never run out of drinks because the bartender will ignore us until it's time to bring over the check. The other menu items that I've had are okay. They're certainly not worth the price you'll pay for them at Evo. Chances are you can find a better deal for the same thing somewhere else in Worcester.

I give up on Evo. I don't know if it is a case of them just being too full of themselves, but I'm done. I travel more than a half hour to eat here, and the weekend morning service is completely baffling! We arrived at 11:30 and were told we could not eat anything. Breakfast ends at 11:30 (too early!) and we were rudely told that they serve nothing between 11:30 and 12. Maybe it works In the Woo to turn away regular customers who are willing to travel over 30 minutes for breakfast, but it doesn't work in the real world.

Prior to a concert at the DCU, we had dinner and drinks at EVO. Everything was pretty good. The people were nice, it was clean and well decorated, and the food was good. Nothing was spectacular, but was not really expecting it to be. Roasted garlic bulb, Grilled Avocado Salad, Build-Your-Own Quesadilla, and a Vegan Parmigiano. Plus ice cream and a fruit cobbler for dessert. I would recommend as a good place to start if you are in the area for a concert/event.

After all of this time....Worcester still has some tricks up her sleeve. Located next to a gas station, behind a world market, is the door to a zen-chic, veggie/gluten-friendly restaurant. I'll admit, upon arriving at this location, I had my doubts. But PLEASE : open that door, and allow yourself to be most pleasantly surprised! A path of smooth river rocks lead you into this radiant space, it was like stepping into a hip, VIP, underground hot spot. We were lead to our table, past a divider of metal beaded strings, and a few illuminated and bubble-filled aquariums. Our looonnnggg, leather-fitted booth was located near the open kitchen - a perfect view of happy people making happy food! The booth was large enough to fit at least 6 people comfortably and without being affected by the adjoining seating. It's clear at this point that I'm being seduced by my swanky surroundings...on to the food! Their lunch/dinner menu features creative combinations without being too overwhelming (but still - it was hard to narrow down what to order!). My decision of Watercress & Watermelon Salad (8$ small/12$ full) was superb! Crumbled Gorgonzola, watermelon wedges, slivered onions, and sweet onion tossed with an apple cider vinaigrette - - - salad CANDY! The small was the perfect size for a light lunch (leaving room for dessert, of course!). For a piccolo dolce, my friends and I split the cheesecake of the week : turtle! It was the perfect size for a small indulgence (thank goodness....I could have easily scarfed down a full sized cake!). The only things out of place in this experience was our server; pleasant as she was, she seemed rushed and anxious to turn our table. We had made it pretty obvious that we were set on enjoying a long lunch together...not sure why she felt pressed to cut it short with an expedited bill delivery... Our lunch was incredible - both my expectations for a next-to-gas=station bistro and my flavor-blown taste buds were blown out of the water with EVO. It even has me saying something I never thought I'd say: "We'll have to come back to Worcester soon!"

I used to love this place so much. IT IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST. I'm sad. My mother in law had the steak bomb and the meat was funky. Three people tried it. She has had it in the past and it was not good tonight. We also always get nachos and tonight they were undercooked and not appetizing. Hate to bash but I'm so disappointed. Will not be back here. Bartender was weird and ignored us for over five minutes while we waited and it was not busy. Waitress could not be bothered. Used to be an absolute favorite. Such a weird experience.

I like lots of things on the Evo menu. They do a terrific job at cooking to temperature. The cocktails are fresh and delicious and I think the burgers and fish are exceptional. The farrow salad :) is why I return but my one complaint is the number of fried items on the menu - I have to keep the kids from ordering an entirely fried meal (you'll hear no complaints from them).

Yes, twelve bucks is a lot for a sandwich, but not for one that wins my vote for best in Worcester County. The steak bomb on Iggy's ciabatta is of tof this world. Who but the best chef in Worcester would think of making a teriyaki steak bomb? Try it -- you'll love it.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Don was incredibly rude. I have ordered take out for lunch from this place twice and on both occasions my orders were completely wrong and missing key ingredients like dressing and chicken I paid an extra $5 for! The first time I called and expressed my frustration and the manager told me she would refund me my money... This never happened... Then I decided to give them another chance. Today I ordered for myself and my boss and again my order was completely wrong! The place was not busy either time I went to pick up my lunch so I cannot imagine why they can't get their orders correct. I called again today and again expressed my frustration and told them this is the second time in a row. The manager then basically told me I was wrong and wanted to check with her staff to see if I was lying and she would call me back. This was approximately at 1215pm. At 5pm I still had no received a call back, so I decided to contact them. When I called I explained to the women who answers who I was and why I was calling and wanted to speak with Don. The women came back and told me she was busy and would call me back. I then told her I was told this 5 hours ago and that is why in calling. The manger finally got on the phone and again the manager Don continued to tell me I was wrong. She told me the owner made my salad and it could not possibly be wrong. In my experience in customer service the customer is always right. Don never offered me any sort of compensation or reimbursement for the $33 I spent on TWO SALADS that had no dressing! Along with other issues with the order. I then asked to speak with the owner of which she replied would call me. I then told her I would be contacting the BBB and will let my fellow Yelpers know to stay far far far away from this place. Unless you want to spend lots of money on food that will more than likely be wrong and missing ingredients. I hope you fellow Yelpers heed my advise and please tell your friends!!'

First off, I wish they would switch the menu up a bit, though everything is really well crafted. Fresh veg, vibrant spices, beautiful plating. The hosting/wait staff are superbly pleasant and knowledgeable. Aside from their salads, everything is super heavy; smothered in cheese or fried. This kind of fare is great for Fall and Winter, but I find myself often wishing they'd apply their seasoning skills to things that are lighter and fresher. Those are really my only gripes. Though I eat here regularly, I've been less inclined to for the last six months or so.

Appetizers were strong, spinach cheese dip w homemade multigrain/wheat bread and home made rice balls kicked things off; very tasty and extremely hot! Fresh to order ! Salads =very good, fresh vegetables decent sizes Pizzas, a little pricey ($17) for small portions but again very tasteful, fresh, and on the healthy side. We had a chix finger bacon (special order) and the tuscan.. Not very greasy at all, crunchy crust. Burgers were very good w big puffy burger buns lots of cheese.. Grade A meat. Fries, nothing special , legitimately out of a frozen food package I think, I would get a different side next time! Deserts were great too, we had apple crisps pie w vanilla ice cream.. Will def go back!

My friend and I ate here yesterday on our way back to CT. I really like this place! It's a hidden gem! My friend has a very severe gluten allergy and I can confidently say that the staff and kitchen were very conscientious of this. They made sure that no gluten was in her food, nor that her food would be prepared in the same area as foods containing gluten. We started with the guacamole and gluten-free chips. The guacamole was fresh and very flavorful, and the chips were hot, crispy and delicious. For entrees, my friend had the chicken quesadillas with BBQ dipping sauce (gluten-free tortillas) and she loved it! I had the Greek pizza and I really liked it as well. I had plenty to take home to the husband, and he loved it, too. The only thing I would suggest on the pizza is to use a tiny bit less olive oil. I had to make very liberal use of the napkin! They also have delicious fresh-squeezed carrot combo juices. The carrot-apple juice was yummy, but keep in mind it comes in a small glass - like 8 oz or less. And you will want to add a single ice cube from your water glass, as it doesn't come out to the table very cold. They do also have a very good selection of beer, and possibly a full bar, but I'm not sure. Our waitress, Jillian, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She came over at exactly the right times, and processed our check quickly. Our appetizer and entrees came out in good time, as well. The restaurant is very modern looking and clean, but a bit on the small side. You may want to try it late in the afternoon when it's not busy. Also, there is not a lot of parking. The lot in front is very small, so you'll probably have to park on the side street to the left of the restaurant/market (there's a market in front - Evo is in the same building in the back). We were lucky enough to get a space in front! We'll definitely return here if we're in Worcester again!

Okay this was touted to us as a vegan/vegetarian place but they have real food too. I was very skeptical but turned out to be one of the better dining experiences I've had in recent memory. I had the steak bomb and it was fantastic.

This restaurant has the BEST options for people that are gluten free! The food is delicious and the staff is knowledgeable. Imagine going to a restaurant and being able to choose a pizza, a sandwich, a wrap, an entre or a dessert and not being worried about contamination. Check it out!

I came out to Evo this evening to meet 3 friends for dinner. This was my first visit and I hope to be able to get back here again! I'll get the negative out of the way first.....only two things keep me from giving 5 stars. First, the hostess wasn't rude exactly, but she was very cold and not at all what I would expect of the first person customers meet when entering the restaurant. She seemed almost snobby and didn't smile at all and I was worried that this was a sign of things to come. Thank goodness she was the exception. The only other slightly off putting thing was the noise level. It is VERY load in there. On the positive side, our server was just great! Friendly, happy and personable. Some folks might consider the pace of the service slow, but the restaurant was PACKED and we weren't in a hurry so is was perfectly fine. The food was delicious and we all cleaned our plates! I had one of the specials which featured a NY Strip steak. OMG, this was probably the best NY Strip I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly and was melt in your mouth tender. I would recommend making a reservation. If they are always as busy as they were tonight, you'll need one! I don't think there was an empty seat in the place! They were at about half capacity when we arrived at 6PM and were in full swing when we left at 8:40.

The good thing about Evo is that it reminds me a lot of what I'd expect back home in Southern California. A decent restaurant located on the same premises as a health food store. So if you're in the mood to kick it with your new-found vegan friends, or simply want to venture over to the "other side" of garden starter kit menu items, then this is place and premises to do it. It's decent. Why the 3 stars then? Because it's boring. The food is ok, but nothing spectacular. Maybe I'm just spoiled from what I'm used to on the West coast, but I was underwhelmed. I suppose if you take into account that it's located in Worcester, it's probably one of the better healthy establishments, but then I'd argue I've had better healthy food in Western Massachusetts, in the town of Greenfield (true story). The humus was ho-hum, the gluten-free pizza was meh, but I'll give a couple thumbs up to the roasted romaine lettuce salad plate. Service was very decent, and we had the most adorable waitress who could have just been 420-friendly, or was simply something you don't find in major urban cities. Loved the service. I'll definitely give it another try and see if I can't find something spectacular on the menu.

Excellent service, food, and wine selections. A place for everyone. I am vegetarian, my friend is gluten free, and our husbands are carnivores. Everyone is happy. Service is excellent. Their breakfast on Sundays is great also. You cannot got wrong. I've tried something new on the menu every time I've come. All delicious.

We beat out the long wait on a cold night as friends were already seated. Staff was very friendly. I got a butter baby and it was terrific. The soup portions are kinda weak but yummy. The calamari appetizer was SO good and needs to become part of a Po Boy PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN, CHEF! The menu is huge and I have always been satisfied when I ate here. Also ... COol fish tank.

It's not easy to find a good restaurant in Worcester that caters to vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten free diets. Evo does all of that. The servers are super aware of the menu items and can offer suggestions and point out potential concerns of dishes that may not mix with your dietary preference. They offer a stellar selection of vegetarian and vegan entrees yet still offer traditional American fare if others in your party want a burger or seafood. Everything here is always delicious and fresh. The kids menu is equally awesome in blending traditional kids food with vegetarian/alternative options. The service can be somewhat of a crap-shoot but management seems intent on correcting issues and making things right. Their breakfast (only on the weekends) is super delicious, even offering vegetarian bacon and sausage. My only complaint is that Evo is pricey for the atmosphere and amount of food served. Our family of four will easily top $120 for dinner with a glass or two of wine. But, as I mentioned at the start, it's not easy to find a restaurant with good vegetarian food so I guess that is the right price to pay! If you stop by for a bite, don't miss the unassuming but awesome Living Earth natural food store right next to Evo.

Love this place! Great gluten-free selections and they understand how to cater to Celiacs! One of the only places in town I can get fresh tortilla chips as they have a dedicated fryer. Buffalo Chicken Mac-and-Cheese with gluten-free pasta is amazing! Atmosphere is great and waitstaff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.

chose to eat the teriyaki salmon with broccoli and sweet potato fries and fire roasted tomatoes. Would have preferred more tomatoes (only had 3 on the plate) and less fries, but the salmon and broccolini were awesome. this will be one of my go-to restaurants. One suggestion though is to make a reservation! The dining room is small and fills up quick.

My most recent experience here has caused me to downgrade to 4 - star. While the food is still wonderful, the staff was a repetitive letdown. Beginning with a rude host who seemed preoccupied with something else, and continuing with a waitress who waiting a solid ten minutes after menus were closed and down to take our order.

My derby team had a tournament in Worcester this past weekend and we found EVO on Yelp. It was AWESOME. I have a gluten allergy and they had so many options. We all wanted to eat something healthy and not fast food like. This place was perfect. We got everything to go and it was prepared very quickly. The food was so good and fresh! Next year when we go back to tournament to play we'll be for sure going back to eat!

When I moved to Worcester, as a vegan, I was so excited to have a omni place to eat. However, for the prices, the customer service was absolutely awful. As much as I try to support small businesses, I don't plan on coming here ever again. EVO is a waste of time and the little money I have as a college student.
(1)

Evo has the customer service skills of a crappy college dive bar. Let me explain: Went here last night for dinner with my boyfriend. Ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir, as all underage people do, and was upset to find that I couldn't be served. Now - clarification - underage thing was sarcastic. I am 26. Unfortunately, I have a Connecticut ID. The waitress seemed incapable of understanding how I traveled from a state 30 minutes away. Maybe she doesn't know what cars are yet, but I digress. I understand the liquor laws, and I get that technically you are liable if you serve someone who is underage. I didn't have a back-up photo ID, just my debit card, credit card, health insurance card, AAA card etc. So I get not being served. What I don't get is why: 1) The manager was too lazy to come over and talk to me when I asked to speak with her the first time. 2) They don't care if you say you're going to leave... ehem like some crappy bar 3) Why they treated me like I was doing something wrong.. again.. is this the freaking Salty Dog. (RIP - haha) If this happens in your restaurant, don't treat the customer like crap. You seriously could have made me happy by simply offering to comp an appetizer or .. just generally pretending to give an F about us leaving. I didn't HAVE to drink to enjoy my meal, something else could have improved the experience.. like.. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only that, but maybe learn to use the Internet. I tweeted and wrote on your Facebook wall about this, to no response. I guess since your waitress doesn't know what cars are, that's not surprising. Anyways, the main takeaway is that a place that can't freaking think of how to make a slightly unhappy customer happy is not worth going to. PS: Went to another restaurant after this, spent over $100, and tipped the waiter 40%. I guess I totally deserved to be treated like a 19yr old trying to buy booze at some crappy Water Street bar, though.

The place has the wrong atmosphere for a restaurant that is attached to a health food store. The owners should have stuck with the cute little hippie cafe that they used to have there!

This is the third, and last time I will give EVO a chance. The service was almost as bad as the food. My server didn't even crack half a smile the entire dining experience. We ordered hummus as an appetizer, a fattoush salad with added grilled chicken, and a kids quesadilla. The hummus was actually pretty tasty. It was creamy and smooth and had a hint of cumin and paprika in it, but the pita bread it came with was completely stale and gross. If you're going to serve pita bread you must get it delivered fresh daily, everyone but EVO knows this. My salad was also pretty tasty but it was drenched in dressing and way overpriced. If you order a salad get your dressing on the side! Also, it cost over $4 to add chicken to my salad and all I got was maybe half a breast. And it was served on the side. Their presentation was way off. My daughters quesadillas came with nothing on the side. She rejected them after one bite, asking me where the cheese was. Even a 3 year old can call out a poorly made quesadilla. As for my server, she was kind of slow, not very attentive, never smiled, and her personality got me ready for a nap. If you want stale bread, overdressed and overpriced salads, and really boring quesadillas, EVO is the the place to be!!

Dined at Evo this evening and have a few other times in the past. Menu pretty much stays the same, no specials but what they serve is very good. Once seated the service is very good as well. They have pizza, entrees, some gluten free choices, sandwiches/burgers. The hostess who gives the first impression and sets the tone for an establishment, acts as if asking for a table is a major imposition on her time! You stand there and wait like she is managing seating for an establishment the size of Wrights Chicken Farm! When she does seat you, no smile, no "enjoy your meal" , hands you the menu and off she goes. It is so unpleasant that I would seriously think about not returning! This has happened more than once therefore the comment.

Loud music and a very noisy bar. Server must be new... Ordered apps and wanted dinner order at same time, I hate that, will report back after meal. Ok...after meal...no change in opinion. Tony enjoyed his baked haddock...My choice apparently was to much off the flavor chart for me...the Asian Wrap with chicken...not my fave... first bite or two awesome, then flavor profile gets monotonous and tiring. Noisy dining room and disjointed service...they cater to vegan and gluten. While I understand the need to accommodate those cuisines...they should spend more time on the bread and butter (yes, pun intended) and meat of the dining population! Your regular menu needs tweeking. Perhaps we will return if there is a turn around, but now...not likely. Clean surroundings...too bright, too noisy, bar area with no barrier to dining room distracting.

The restaurant was okay...nothing super special about it. Had reservations but ended up waiting for our table for 30 minutes anyways. For my entree I had the basil/tomato/mozzarella on focaccia bread. It was okay...needed maybe some seasonings, or at least salt and pepper, but the balsamic glaze that they served with it was delicious. I also had the baked avocado...I've never had warm avocado, but thought I would give it a try...it's not my personal preference and would prefer it to be room temperature. My S/O had the hamburger with sweet potato fries, which were both really delicious for her. She said the burger was really one if the better ones she has had. That being said, I am primarily vegetarian and chose this restaurant for some creative vegetarian/vegan options....however upon perusing the menu, there were not a huge selection of veg options as I was expecting. I was disappointed in that aspect. Yes, they offered vegan pizzas which is nice, but nothing very creative for other options. If we lived closer to there we would likely give it another shot, but will not be making any special trips to go there.

I've been here a couple of times because of restaurant week and was very pleased with it. The place was packed, but that may have been due to the prix fixe menu. The food was great, especially the peanut butter bistro cake. That was pretty amazing, like a delicious grown up reese's cup. The worst part about coming here is the parking. They share a couple of lots (there is a little grocery store that is also owned by the company) and it can be hard to find a spot. If those lots are taken (and since they're shared it may not even be because the restaurant is busy) you have to either find parking on a main road or drive down to a kind of sketchy residential area. They have a lot of interesting specialty drinks as well.

Came here for dinner. It was a little pricy, but tasty for the most part. My sandwich (caprese) was delicious except for the reduced balsamic "drizzled" on top was probably about ten times as much as I needed and I ended up trying to get most of it off. Meal came with a good side salad. Servers were helpful and attentive.

I could have gone to Trader Joes and bought all their frozen food and had it much cheaper at home! I can't believe most of the food we got was obviously just reheated bland freezer foods. What's the point? You go out to eat for homemade food. I brought my whole family in hopes of good organic vegetarian food and while it wasn't bad, it was quite disappointing. The Asian steak bombs were just regular steak bombs- nothing special, but we ordered them because we thought they would be a spicy asian style. My daughter's buffalo chicken quesadilla was horrid and smelled rancid and she couldn't even eat it. The waitress was very nice an accommodating, I did appreciate that, but I will probably not return. I'd rather go to a restaurant that actually cooks real food and isn't a glorified fast food place.

I originally did not want to go to a 'vegetarian" restaurant because I am not vegetarian and neither were anybody in our party but we found it was noy exclusively vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw choices of hearty comfort food fare. We had the nachos with chicken which was fresh and delicious. I had the shepard's pie which was amazing! I couldn't finish it so I took it home for lunch the next day. I ended up eating it for breakfast because I couldn't wait to dive in! Salads were tasty and my Granddaughter had mac and cheese which she loved, and she is a picky eater. I cannot wait to go back.

Menu is a bit different which is good but I felt that the entree section was limited. Which, once again is ok, cus there are a lot of other options. Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was...odd. Too well lit and oddly spaced seating. Have been once and will def go back.

Go here for the fig marsala. I didn't want to order the same dish as my boyfriend so he got it and I was disappointed. We've tried to mimic it at home but it's not the same - guess we'll have to go back!

Something for everybody and it's all well made. I have to admit that I was skeptical about the variety. There are add-ons for just about everything, custom made pizzas, quesadillas and burgers, a wide range of appetizers and some entrees. In short, it looks like nothing can be good because they are offering too much. But now that we've been there about ten times, I can say that they do a great job with everything. My husband found the grilled avocado salad then decided to add the salmon. Perfectly cooked (on a Tuesday which if you eat out a lot you know that's a tricky day for getting a decent chef). I'm loving the spinach artichoke dip which is not like any I've had before. The alfredo mac and cheese is great (three different protein options). The sides themselves are wonderful. Broccolini has never tasted so good. They know how to take out the bitterness. Every soup I've had is fantastic and they have dessert specials which I love. In short, a huge variety. Something for everyone. Find the things you love or create it yourself and go with it. Fun stuff.

Tried breakfast here a couple times and lunch once. The food, at least the vegan options, is pretty bland. Like a tofu scramble that's just barely spiced tofu without any vegetables. And staff doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable about what's vegan. Which I'd be fine with if they didn't claim to be healthy and vegan-friendly and mention on the menu that certain items can be veganized.

This place is great. I love the GF menu. The margaritas are pretty good too. The atmosphere is fun, good place to go with friends. Never had a bad experience here. I wish the delivered, I'd order out lunch from them every day!! - parking can be tight --

Amazing find, I've taken everyone I know here separately and they're always impressed. Quality, variety, quantities and price are all the best I've ever seen anywhere. I also saw Phantom Gourmet's rave reviews of Evo on tv once, which was cool. Evo lacks parking space. Tiny lot that's very hard to back out of without hitting another parked car, and when it's at capacity (approx 5 car max) you're screwed. There's a neat, color-changing aquarium decorating the wall over the bar. My fav thing here is being able to actually taste the FOOD you're eating not the additives, grease, or salt. If I want to season my food after I'm free to do so and there's plenty of salt/pepper/ketchup on the table. I always feel good after my meal, even the "heavy" items like burgers and fries don't cause me to feel sluggish in any way. The (women's) bathrooms are beautifully kept. I only get to-go orders now but I recall the wait staff not being all that attentive and waiting a long time for the check.

Been to Evo a few times and enjoyed it every time. I appreciate they offer vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options. I ordered the mexican mac and cheese the last time I was there. It was a different twist to mac and cheese and I loved it! I also had the guacamole as an appetizer and that was very good too.

Went for dinner this week and ordered the chicken kebab for $22. It was a 4oz portion of chicken breast on a stick, not seasoned, 1/2 cup of rice, very greasy, 2 tbsp of cucumber salad and 2 tbsp of grilled onion. It reminded me of a weeknight dish I throw together in a rush, not a meal to spend $22 on. There's no atmosphere in this restaurant and the waitstaff, while adequate, weren't overly impressive with refilling beverages or clearing plates. Also, the chef kept coming out to the dining room to sit down and chat with his friend at a table. I agree with the poster that compares it to Trader Joe's frozen food, brought home, and then cooked. I would not recommend spending your money on an entree based on my experience.

Haven't eaten here for a while so stopped by for lunch today. The dining room only had three parties and since the hostess was nowhere to be seen we thought it might be "seat yourself" but the hostess suddenly appeared and asked us to wait--in not a very friendly tone of voice. I counted three waitstaff for the nearly empty room. There was another party waiting to be seated. The hostess then proceeded to talk on the phone for several minutes, she then went to wipe off a table, returning to seat the other party at a different table than the one she had wiped off. We waited several more minutes. Finally I saw her pick up menus and thought she was headed our way but no, she went over to the bar and began talking with the bartender. As we walked away, she called out, "Oh, your table is ready!" It doesn't matter how good the food is, if your staff is rude.

Updating since I've tried them a few times since my review. I think we just got a bad seed which every business seems to once in a while. Haven't seen him around and the food has been great as has the service. Evo is now one of our go-to places when we want delicious and nutritious.

I love being a vegan, and I was a little impressed with their selection. They advertise more veggie friendly options then they actually have and they are not really well connected with the store attached to their side Living Earth (favorite place ever). I was not happy with my waitress, she was floaty and had to come back two times to fix my order. Great french fries, though!

I have been to EVO a few occasions because I love their food selection! As a vegetarian, there were so many options I could choose from which I typically don't have at an average restaurant. I can't wait to go back soon!

Probably good for drinks and a pizza but not great dining. Had a salmon dish and a haddock dish. Not fresh fish and not prepared very well. Too many other good choices in the area. Go to Joeys or Peppercorn instead.

I don't feel as though Evo is living up to their motto of being "evolved," nor their statement of "healthy living and the finest ingredients." I REALLY WANT to like Evo, but After several experiences at this restaurant I unfortunately have to say I am not pleased and I have to question how much I trust their commitment to overall quality and source of the ingredients. At a recent trip to Evo I ordered the Double Stack Beef $12 (listed as all natural, local beef from a local farm), but requested to only have one patty instead of two. After eating, I found out that I was given a Kobe burger instead and also charged the $17 for it. As a person who will only eat meat from local farms that I trust, I felt offended and mislead that I had unknowingly eaten something other than what I had ordered. Upon bringing it to the attention of the waitstaff, they did not come across as apologetic, suggesting that the Kobe burger is the only single-burger option, as if taking 1 patty away from the double-stack wouldn't have been easier? The reason I had ordered the double-stack (but with only one patty- because I wasn't that hungry) was specifically because of the local-farm where the meat came from. After reading similar instances in other reviews, I feel Evo's lack of passion and concern for ensuring customers receive the items they order is an issue. Ethics / philosophies in regard to our diet choices are VERY important - Whether its vegetarian, vegan, locally-raised, organic, etc. It is absolutely unacceptable to confuse these special dietary requests, especially when an eatery promotes itself the way Evo does. The owner was walking around and did not approach us to ask how our experience was, and seemed to be frowning and radiating negative energy. Other negative aspects were the avocado, which seemed mushy and simply on the verge of spoiling. The cost of the food does not seem to reflect the ingredients- At an earlier visit to Evo I ordered a black bean burger and it seemed nothing more than a heated-up frozen burger though the menu says its cooked in the oven. Also, with an exposed kitchen, the workers should be a bit more careful when having loud conversations that travel across the room and are heard by customers. In addition to all that, the big-corporation Budweiser and Bud Light promos attached to the Evo banners outside come across as tacky. Although they have some local beers, the support of these big brands does nothing to promote a better connection with the local community. I feel sorry to have to write a review of this kind, but would hope that some changes could be made in response to customer concerns. The only positive aspect is that some waitstaff seem consistent and have been there for awhile, which suggests that there may be a good working environment there. The eatery does have a nice decor and attempts to send out an evolved, progressive message towards food, yet doesn't attempt to label or promote organic or local ingredients. I would love to see a shift in attitude and some heartfelt changes to the way Evo does business because the framework for a great eatery could be there, but it seems to fall way short with conflicting messages and a lack of commitment to the evolved philosophy they claim.

I don't patronize this restaurant too often, otherwise I'd be eating way too much of "homey" food - like mac & cheese with figs, Reubens sandwiches, and sweet potato fries. But when I really want this type of food, this is my go to place. Good service and excellent food. Atmosphere is nice. Prices okay.

Tried this for brunch after a bad dinner experience because I'm just always hoping to be pleasantly surprised, or i'm a glutton for punishment. I don't know. It was pretty crappy but better than the regular dinner time meal I had here before and no worse than a regular diner breakfast. They don't have any iced coffee and they don't have any regular breakfast tea which I find odd to not include in a brunch. The food was meh, I do think it's cool that you can have vegetarian breakfast meat substitutes but nothing was very healthy, just processed meatless versions of unhealthy processed meats. Why do they not "EVOLVE" into selling some high quality local, farm raised meats, they already charge a ton and I'd rather spend the money on decent product. I don't get it. I do like that you can get tofu or egg white scramble if you're watching your fat intake but the prices are outrageous considering what you actually get. The decor might be the most frustrating part, it is so freaking random, like literally someone got really drunk and ran into Pier 1 blind folded and just grabbed all sorts of random shit. This place kinda just reeks of bad gentrification. And I hate that their name is like, telling me what to do. Don't tell me what to do Evo. You go 'Evo' yourself already.

We've gone a couple of times since I wrote that first review and I'm not sure what happened to this place. We walked in on a weekday evening and the place was about 1/3 full, the hostess walked us over to a tiny table in the corner and I asked her if we could sit in a booth instead. She said they were all reserved and since I didn't have reservations I couldn't have one-- perfectly understandable, but there were a LOT of them. Had everyone made their reservation for the same time? So we ate at the tiny table and the waitress seemed flustered and apologetic, and again the place was pretty quiet. When the appetizers arrived my wife's Lemon Chicken Soup was inedible, and we sent it back, which is something we never do. It tasted like someone had washed the dish with Joy liquid and never rinsed it out. I ordered a Thai wrap and it was so bland I couldn't taste it. The waitress asked us if everything was okay and we opted to just get the check. We were there for about an hour (watching those booths that stayed empty by the way) and left, deciding that we would likely not be back. Hopefully they get the old chef back, or if its the same chef he finds his mojo again.

I take care of my adorable grandmother, who lives in Worcester and needs to eat gluten free. So when we discovered Evo, I thought we had reached Mecca. Evo IS Mecca for those with food allergies: vegitarians, vegans, lactose intolerants, celiacs, peanut allergies. You name it, they will cook for you. Actually, I should rephrase: Evo is Mecca for those with food allergies AND taste buds, because everything tastes fantastic. And as someone with no food allergies but plenty of people in my life with them, it's a pleasure to eat here. Oh, and the bar is AWESOME.

Mmm I do love this place. I first went here a few years ago and have since ordered take out and then went back a few days ago for lunch. Service was fast and the food was excellent. My mother and I are gluten free so it was great for us. I had the stone baked avocado which, if you haven't tried, you really freaking should. A baked avocado is bomb. My mother had a cuban sandwich on GF bread and it was gigantic. I never have a big enough belly to eat all the things I want to eat here.

Now, I am all for Worcester's local restaurant scene, I hope they do well and want to support them. I WANT TO LIKE THIS PLACE, but I just CAN'T. The first time we went (Valentine' Day last year) it was great. Second time really not amazing. Third time, just bad. The food is just bland - I'm not sure how a curry-based dish like "CHicken Satay wrap" can POSSIBLY be bland - but it was. They didn't let us sit where we asked to, not sure why - it wouldn't have mattered; the restaurant stayed half empty. The prices are INSANE, $11.95 for a tiny sandwich and tiny bowl of soup, it's like they think they are in the Upper West Side. And the kicker is that the food was simply not good - I've paid $13 for a GREAT tiny sandwich and small soup. Not worth the money.

We ate here at EVO on a Friday eve, the 23rd. Greeted by 2 young ladies who said no available seats as they had full reservations, but if we wanted it was full bar service. We sat and was greeted by the Chef, Al Mykels! We got white sangria (which we were told was house made) it was fabulous! I was thrilled and tried the the red sangria also, It actually tied my favy sangria spot! The Mai Tai was good, no complaints at all. Our bartender, Bethany was very social but never missed a beat with us or other customers at the bar, made great recommendations and we were happy. We started with the Crispy Sample Plate, it came with 4 different dipping sauces and Spring Rolls which were delish, the calamari was perfectly done and the Arrancini was so crisp on the outside yet perfection wth cheese on the inside mmmmm! We then proceed wth Cesaer Salad and YES they had white anchovies! Spectacular! If u hav not had the made to order Shepards Pie, you are missing out...comfort food brought to the next level in a cast iron pan filed with yum! We ended with a dessert assortment and yes the chocolate cloudless cake is decedent, loved our experience and will def be back!

Evo's food is delicious. Evo is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Worcester, and it's really worth a try. Evo is very veggie, vegan, and gluten-free friendly. Big ups for that. Evo is American food evolved, or something like that, which is a very honest take on their restaurant. They obviously have some talent which deserves to be tried at least once. Their mixed drinks are usually really strong. I have two complaints. 1) They changed their menu a few months ago and removed some of my favorite dishes. 2) They're a little pricy for the food & atmosphere. It's usually worth it though. Their aged balsamic reduction is CRAZY GOOD on their pizza. I usually get something like diced tomatoes on cheese pizza (and maybe something else too; they since removed their original pizza with the reduction from the menu) and it's so amazing and unique. Try it!

I don't know if I was just lucky, but I had excellent service and a wonderful meal. I would definitely go back. Also, the ambiance was great.
My experience with Evo has been good. I went out here with my mom and dad to get some food. We got here late the first time and they helped us get some seats even though it was busy. The food is just absolutely amazing. Good selection of drinks as well. If you are Vegan or Celiac this is the place to go. They are really conscientious about your dietary needs and they have a great menu as well. Overall this is a place I would go back to again and again.

I have to say, I do like Evo. I was a little unsure about it initially, as I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, and I wondered if I would be able to find anything I liked. Here's the rundown. I ordered (on two separate visits): an iced tea (normal, except that they don't serve artificial sweetner, only raw sugar) the evo sampler platter: comes with arancini, spinach artichoke dip, chicken fingers, bruschetta, and eggrolls. SO GOOD. I found myself craving this appetizer a few weeks later. The sundried tomato avocado Tuscan salad: that's actually not what it is called, but it is deliciously warm (and this is coming from someone who doesn't really like avocado). The American Kobe Burger... somewhat disappointing... kind of a run of the mill burger I thought. Not bad, but not great either. Why 4 stars you ask? Read on... The Chicken Parmesan... lots of yummy pasta, melted cheese, and delicious chicken! All in all, I had a good experience both times and will definitely be going back. Thank you Evo!

On a night out after the latest Bond movie, I was looking forward to a Vegan supper to round out a perfect evening with my gorgeous wife. While the Stone Baked Avocado Tuscany was very well presented and delicious, their main courses lack taste and originality. I was really disappointed with the Double Stack Black Bean veggie burger that sounded like a house specialty. This burger wasn't a patch on the Black Bean Burger with Sweet Potato Fries at I have regularly at the Red Lentil in Watertown, sorry.

You name it, there is probably just cause for me to avoid eating it. Dairy, tomatoes, anything "acidic," nuts...with so many foods on the "NO" list, going out to eat can sometimes feel a bit more like a chore than the delightful experience one would hope for. That was, until a quick Google search and the GPS landed me at EVO. It wasn't actually my own allergies, but the celiac in our party that lead me to do a bit of research on allergen-free dining in the Worcester area. The menu is filled with allergen-free options, each clearly marked "GF" for gluten-free, "V" for vegan, or "P" for peanut free, as well as a lengthy disclaimer that almost any dish can be made to suit your special dietary restrictions. After a MASSIVE plate of fresh chicken stir-fry over brown rice, I left a restaurant for the first time in nearly a year without feeling like a trip to the ER was in order on the ride home. A wonderful option for anyone with dietary restrictions, or who simply wants to enjoy a fresh, healthy, delicious meal. Evo is sure to become a regular on our trips to Worcester. Only next time I will be sure to save room for a dairy and nut free brownie sundae!

I don't feel like th is is much of a "vegetarian" restaurant. They have many dishes that includes meat, but have the option of having it meatless or with tofu. I would consider a restaurant be "vegetarian" if they only serve vegetarian dishes. Nonetheless, the food was still good. I ordered their BBQ chicken pizza. Chicken, onion, pineapple, and whiskey BBQ sauce. The waitress recommended regular white crust over white or wheat thin crust. The crust was not as great but I can see how thin crust can get soggy. Pretty good.

EVO was pitched as a local upscale eatery (originally heard about them from an NPR sponsorship) that offered vegetarian options and used fresh, local produce and meats. Ugh, it was anything but. Bruschetta starter was a 1 1/2 inch thick spongy white bread unevenly toasted over a smoky grill. They then ladled a hefty portion of a hot chunky tomato-onion stew-like substance over the bread. If that wasn't enough someone then had the audacity to pour balsamic reduction over the mixture. Hot, sticky, bready - nasty. Main courses included 1) eggplant sandwich which was made on a hoagie roll and stuffed with 3-4 inch slices of greasy, partially cooked egg plant and a light cover of cheap mozzarella - no fresh basil leaves, no toasted bread, no crispy fried egg plant - 2) the 'Kobe' beef burger which was dry and didn't have a lot of flavor; given what was on the plate I'm not sure if the person who wrote the menu actually knows what 'Kobe' beef is and 3) pasta with veggies for the toddler - can't really screw this up. The sandwiches included obviously frozen ore Ida French fries - the crinkle cut kind. Overall the food was bland, greasy and little (to nothing) appeared fresh or freshly cooked (please don't send me microwaved veg as a side). For a $100 (in Worcester) I expected a lot better. Service was quick and respectable and the atmosphere was light and like a family-friendly bar (like a TGIFridays). Man the food was really terrible. Won't be returning - to bad, I was excited about a place that says they served local (and fresh) produce.

Went here for a friend's birthday a couple weeks ago. The appetizer of vegan chik'n bites was no more than morningstar chik'n nuggets. HOWEVER, the Vegan steak & cheese in a wrap was--honestly--an unbelievably delicious choice. Thinking about it now makes my mouth water...it was gooey and 'cheesy' and just perfect. A little pricey, but as a treat for a night out--worth it. Totally.

Not so vegan friendly. This place is great, when they actually give you mock meats and vegan cheese... All I can say is inspect your food when it arrives.

I'll admit up-front that my review is somewhat biased, based on what The Living Earth and its cafe used to be. Yes, cafe. For those of you who have been patronizing The Living Earth for years, you'll know that the store used to be a lot bigger and the restaurant a lot smaller. The "restaurant" was more of a cafe, serving interesting and different foods like ground turkey quesadillas and their garlic tofu dip with pita bread (yum!). The store is now a shell of its former self, all thanks to management's executive decision to expand the restaurant. That in itself makes me bitter, because The Living Earth had been the only local store to sell organic and local products. It still does, but the selection is pathetic. As for EVO, since that's what this review is supposed to be about, it's decent. The menu is large and varied and caters to vegetarians (like me) and vegans. I've tried several of the dishes, from the vegetable quesadillas (pretty good) to the avocado salad (not a fan). EVO seems to be trying too hard to be classy and upscale, when it really wants to be the earthy-crunchy cafe of old. But hey, if EVO's upscale and classy look attracts more people who experience--and enjoy--the mostly organic and locally-sourced cuisine, then more power to them. One benefit it now has over the old cafe is EVO serves alcohol, which definitely helps with the evening crowd. I like how they usually have a local and/or organic brew on tap. They also have a nice selection of wine and cocktails. In summary, if you don't remember the old Living Earth and cafe, you'll probably like EVO!

Evo is such an unassuming place. i used to go to the cafe in the back of living earth so i was not expecting what evo delivered AT ALL! i don't think anyone can tell from the exterior that there is a gorgeous full on restaurant inside! it has great decor, ambiance, and environment. and the menu is AWESOME! lots to choose from and lots of choices for the meat eaters and non meat eaters, the carb lovers and the gluten free people out there! it's great!!! i had the grilled cheese panini with tomato and basil and it was really great! it totally hit the spot! the service was great and our night out with my friends was really fun. the spinach and artichoke dip was a bit runny, but still very delicious. all in all, i'd have to say yay! i like it and i shall be back!

I'm a huge fan of this place for dinner. There are few places you can go that can cater explicitly to folks with Celiac Disease or are gluten intolerant. They very much excel here. I've never once had an issue eating here. The prices may be a bit steep, but when you *know* you can eat safely, you're happy to pay the prices, rather than go somewhere cheaper that either can't cater to you or try and you end up sick.

I was afraid this would not be a good place for kids, but they had a kids menu, and some crayons ready with 2 booster seats. The waitress was friendly with the kids too and everyone loved their food. I am not a vegetarian and I do not have any food allergies but I noticed that almost all their dishes offer an alternative for those that are/do. The place is very clean and newly decorated and the food is very creative and well made. I will definitely be going back there. They serve breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.

My wife and I are vegetarians and love Worcester for the quality and quantity of restaurants that have veggie options. Today we made a trip to Worcester to attend the annual vegetarian fest at Worcester State College. At the event we picked up a brochure that listed Evo as being veggie-friendly and having vegan pizza and sandwiches. We figured we'd give it a shot. Upon arrival we were thoroughly excited. The restaurant has a cool look and indeed, the menu is very veggie friendly. My wife ordered a tofurkey panani and I ordered a tofurkey wrap. As we waited for our food we were initially talking about coming back to try a number of other options we saw on the menu. All of that changed.... Our food arrived and we dug in. We happily munched away on our lunch until my wrap fell apart and I noticed that the contents were not tofurkey at all. I had been eating a turkey sandwich. My wife's sandwich was indeed tofurkey, but mine was chalk-full of meat. Unfortunately, I had given my wife a bite of my food, so we both ate meat unknowingly. We were both physically sick when we realized the mistake. For a restaurant that serves so many vegetarian and vegan options, we both felt like this was an unforgivable mistake. When told of the mistake our waitress didn't seem to understand the gravity of the situation. In fact, she didn't apologize and she still tried charged us for the sandwich!!! Still being charged was the last straw. My wife, now in tears, approached the manager. The manager was much, much more understanding and apologetic. There were countless apologies and the manager took both of our sandwiches off of the tab. The whole situation was disgusting and embarrassing. Needless to say, we'll never go back to Evo.

I really want to like this place. This is the third time that I have tried it and it's just not doing it for me. I went with a few friends and we were all not impressed with our dishes. I ordered the soup/salad combo for lunch and asked for grilled chicken on the salad. It took FOREVER to come out and the waitress forgot the grilled chicken. My friends stir fry was swimming in sauce and had 2 tiny pieces of chicken on it. I like the fact that they have gluten free options but I don't think I will be coming back. Also, the prices are outrageous!! Not worth it :(

OK so I've been back for a thrid time and I think that they need to cut down on the $9.00 bowl of soup and their food presentation is really unrefined. I think I'm done waiting for this place to get it together....$11.00 for a turkey sandwich plus $7.00 for a cup of soup should get you a great lunch...it doesn't. With an iced tea a lunch will run you just shy of $20.00 which would be fine if the setting was pictureseque and the table didn't have a pizza pedestal in the middle surrounding condiments. If you want an elegant restaurant this isn't it but it has the right price points. If you want a lunch spot with good food but none of the extras....well EVO is too expensive for that experience.

I stopped in here twice recently for breakfast, and was impressed both times. The first go-round I went with a feta and tomato omelet, and it was just about perfect. The egg was light and fluffy, and the quality of the ingredients were top-notch. My side order of home fries were top notch as well. Everyone else in my group enjoyed their food so much that we came here for breakfast the next day as well. Big stars in others' food included the breakfast burrito (not breakfast sized) and the pulled pork hash. For round two, my girlfriend and I had to leave early, and the server was great about getting us our food fast. We both got the bacon, egg, and cheese on a whole-wheat English muffin; it was as spectacular as such a simple dish can be. Every element was perfect. My girlfriend remarked, "If I could, I would have this sandwich for breakfast every day." One note about breakfast that's an interesting plus, at least in my book, is that everything is a la carte. So if you order an omelet you won't get anything else unless you order it. If you're not that hungry you don't have to pay for add-ons that you didn't want. You also don't have to worry about whether you can substitute one thing for another, just order the thing you want. There are some great breakfast joints in Metro Boston that I frequent quite often, but from my two meals here I'd take this place over the famed SoundBites, Zaftig, or Cafe Luna any day. Though my Worcester friends may grow tired of me always wanting to come here, I'm looking forward to trying this place for other meals.

I go here with friends every so often. It is one of my favorites since I am a vegetarian. The service is very up and down. I've had the best waitress I've ever had as well as one of the worst I've ever had. The uncertainty of service quality keeps me from going there more often. Overall, I appreciate that there is a veggie friendly place around and is definitely worth a try! They also have a great dessert selection, which is a huge plus for me!

The only decent place in Worcester: The food is what is says it is, not pretentious, not over-sized, not overpriced. Somewhat of a comfort food feel with a bit of creativity. Reasonable prices. Decent staff. It is our default place to eat.

EVO is a nice comfortable place to go. I thought it was crunchy sheik but very nicely done and the menu had many things on it that I wanted to try so I'll be back. We got the Phat Albert and the EVO sampler platter (appetizer). I love sampler platters because of the variety of food that you get and the one at EVO is definitely different. It comes with Crispy Chicken Bites, Tuscan Bruschetta, Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Egg Rolls and Arancini. The Chicken Bites are more like Chicken bark. Tough, tasteless chicken. The Tuscan Bruschetta was fantastic with marinated tomatoes and red onion in olive oil and balsamic on toasted bread. The Baked Spinach and Artichoke dip was also really good. I'm not a big fan of artichokes but it was too artichoke. Again, had a fair amount of olive oil in the dish so was a little greasy but very tasted with the toasted bread. The Egg Rolls were perfectly fried but not too great on the inside. It was a big doughy on the inside with very little veggie so they ended up being very bland. I put them in the same category as the chicken and would pass on them. The Arancini was basically risotto balls with lots of cheese, herbs and olive oil served with nice marinara sauce and were fantastic as well. So three outta five ain't bad. The only complaint on the monster Phat Albert burger is that it was hotter than hell making it very hard to eat. Since the burger is stuffed with cheese, on just about every bit, you get scorching hot lava cheese squirting out or running down your face burning the crap out of you. If I got this again, I'd have to try eating it with a fork and knife and sacrificing all that cheese to the plate. The appetizers were amazingly hot as well but easier to cool down to eat. I got a side of the ghost chili sour cream too just to try. Holy crap is that hot! I thought it would be so muted with sour cream that you'd barely be able to taste it but I was dunking my fries in it and it was excellent and super hot so you have to try but be careful. I think a quesadilla is in order next time with some of that on it! Will be back to try more. The pizzas look really good too! The staff were all super nice but I had a bad encounter leaving from some other folks dining which makes me less likely to want to return. Not the restaurant's fault but the place does have an aire about it that I guess some take too far. Some trendy jerks wouldn't keep me away however.

First experience with EVO was meh. I took a buffalo chicken wrap to go, and the gluten free wrap fell apart, I didn't get my side ranch as requested, and the wrap was TINY for $13 at lunchtime. However, the buffalo chicken inside the wrap was really great. Second experience with EVO was good. Sunday brunch, Italian french toast (which they can make gluten free if needed), and a side scrambled eggs. The french toast was very good with pure maple syrup. The eggs were extremely salty, but flavorful and fresh. I wasn't COMPLETELY wowed by any means, but I would go back! The ingredients are all fresh and they accommodate a variety of diets.

Tried EVO tonight after hearing about it many times over the past few years. Turns out they just so happened to be launching a new menu, as our server informed us. We were greeted by complimentary samples of their martinis, which of course was a nice start to our dinner. I ordered the flank steak and my fellow diner ordered the eggplant. Our entrees were served very promptly - and we could watch them being prepared through the open kitchen window. The steak was cooked to order, nicely grilled on the outside, in a tasty and spicy sauce. Our server was cheerful without being overbearing. Great atmosphere for casual, after work outings and seems like it would be ideal for special occasions as well. The building is decieving from the outside - we were so very pleasantly surprised! Will be back to try their lunch or breakfast menu, as well as for dinner again! Editing this after going here for breakfast - breakfast was amazing and only validated my 5 star rating for dinner!

I went to Evo with a few friends after learning that the Living Earth's little cafe was closed after the remodeling. For those of us who remember the sunny little cafe serving simple, all-natural dishes from the Living Earth deli, Evo is certainly a disappointment. The calamari was very rubbery, the pizza was apparently made with canned sauce, and the spinach we chose as a topping was nothing more than a few stray, raw leaves on top of the cheese. The service also sucked. I was amazed when the waitress literally placed another table's food onto our table, served us our drinks, and then proceeded to serve the other table from *our* table. It's like Evo is trying to compete with other local upscale restaurants. Trying and failing. I would never recommend this to a friend.

I just went here this past week for Worcester Restaurant Week. Overall good experience. Food & portions were excellent, nice selection on the menu. We ordered a glass of wine & it never came. We got there at 5 and it was pretty quiet but it got real busy by the time we left so waitress was very busy. I love all the organic, vegetarian & vegan options! I love that they have Living Earth right in the same building as well. I will definetly be back

Finally went here after a year of not feeling enthused due to its "vegan" label. I assumed I would have to choose between a plate of raw carrots or a bowl of lettuce. NOT SO! Evidence A: CUBAN SANDWICH. This place is NOT afraid of meat, or other yummy food sources. My egg rolls were delish, their french fries are heavenly, and my husband's fattoush salad was absolutely terrific (and good for you!, but not in that joyless flossing-your-teeth way!). The restaurant is hidden behind their Living Earth grocery store so again, I pictured myself perched on a wooden barrel eating off a tablecloth made out of hemp. NOT SO! Evidence B: bubble wall behind bar! Sleek fun interior! In short, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I have only come here a few times, maybe more than that, and I think the atmosphere is clean and the food is healthy. This place does have a good variety of healthy and organic stuff. I have had a strawberry smoothie and it was good and I have also had the pizza, which is really good. This is good if you are looking for an organic restaurant, or somewhere that has healthy food.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have a gluten allergy and have read they have a great gluten free menu. Well, if you have an allergy DO NOT COME HERE. I ordered a GLUTEN FREE pizza and they gave me a regular wheat crust. I specifically asked for GF and when I paid I asked once more just to make sure. When I started eating it I was shocked at how great it tasted for Gluten Free. I called back to make sure that it REALLY was gluten free and they said that it wasn't and the chef messed up. You would think that a place with a Gluten Free menu would be extra careful because they understand celiacs, but apparently not Evo. The best part is, THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Gift Cards only!!!! I will NEVER go there again, so what use is a gift card to me?

This is my favorite restaurant in Worcester, and possibly my favorite restaurant ever. Whenever I have an excuse to go I do, and it is always a treat! Although most of the items are more expensive than they would be at other places, is is completely worth it. I have never tasted fresher ingredients, especially in their sandwiches! Everything, from the turkey to the lettuce and even the bread are just amazingly flavorful and tasty. I've had many of the sandwiches and the appetizer sampler platter, which was wonderful. I've also heard great things about the burgers and quesadillas. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet not stuffy, and the staff has been friendly and serviceable every time I've gone. But more than decoration or people, this restaurant is about the food. Also, if you are vegetarian or vegan, this place is paradise. Almost everything on the menu can be made vegan, and I've heard from a friend that the vegan ingredients are just as delicious as the non-vegan.

A Clark University parent from Brooklyn (and not a Yuppie) my wife and I have found it hard to find good restaurants in Worcester. My daughter is a vegetarian. This one easily fits the bill. Good, varied menu, fair prices and excellent service and I was treated without hassle as a Yankee fan.

Stopped in here for lunch. The decor might make you think you are in an upscale spendy/trendy place, but the first glance at the menu will alleviate that. I had the Lebanon sandwich with chicken, and vegetarian soup of the day which was butternut squash bisque. The wife had the hummus and veggie sandwich with the soup as well. The boy ordered a cheeseburger, which was a surprise in a place heavily billed as vegan. First off the sandwiches were outstanding, exceedingly fresh, well seasoned and nicely balanced. The bisque was creamy, seasoned well but a bit too sweet for my taste, but the wife loved it. It was really good, I personally am not a fan of sweet and savory. The boy's burger was fantastic, made from locally sourced pasture fed beef with a fresh brioche roll with a nice and creamy slice of cheese. It was cooked slightly rarer than we had ordered for him, but actually turned out just right again the seasoning and composition was spot on. If you are a vegan, vegetarian, or just like naturally sourced good food this is the place to go in Worcester.

My favorite restaurant! Evo is the new restaurant run by The Living Earth natural food store. It is not Sano, the old restaurant that was inside TLE. Evo is beautiful. River rock and natural wood decor it's nice enough for a date and casual enough for dinner with the kids. The menu is full of natural and organic foods. They have a wide selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free, in addition to the standard meat-eaters fare. My favorites so far: Build your own pizza on multi--grain with buffalo sauce, grilled chicken, and evo's own blend of cheeses. YUM. For $9.50 it feed two easily (with some leftover). Kobe beef burger with "the west" toppings: sprouts, avocado, onion, horseradish cheese and a roasted red pepper aioli. ( you can get the same toppings on a vegan burger, black bean burger, or bison- and there are 4 other options of toppings). Veggie Korma: one of their signature entrees. My partner and I are Indian food snobs, and this is truly exceptional. Array of veggies and tofu in a vegan korma sauce with brown rice and garlic nan. Generously portioned for an additional lunch the day after. Also on the menu: Apps, Salads, Wraps, Paninis, Pizza (whole grain or gluten free crusts) Signature Entrees (Roasted Half Chicken, NY Strip, Seared Yellow Fin Tuna Loin, Asian Stir-Fry, Garlic Shrimp... and more. Don't forget dessert. The apple pie pizza is a bit cinnamony for me, but the carrot cake is AMAZING. Ambiance, service, and take out are all excellent as well. Try it! (But not on Friday nights, because that's when I go and I don't want to have to fight for a table :)

The brunch was fantastic! Who knew? I had one of the best omelets I've had in a long time, and it was full of really good veggies. My mother got pumpkin French toast, which was also good. We shared, which is the way to go. Definitely a better experience for me this time around.

This is a vegetarian/vegan's dream! Not only for themselves but for their friends/family /significant others who are NOT vegetarian. There are amazing vegetarian options AND delicious options for meat eaters. There are also gluten free options! The food is amazing. Atmosphere is very nice and you would never expect it from the outside! Very interesting drink options too! Everyone loves it! One of my favorites! One of the only reasons I was sad to move further east!

Okay. The thing is...I actually LOVE Evo. I LOVE all of their food and they have a great ambience. However, they are effin' crazy if they think those prices are normal. Clearly people (including myself) return despite the prices. But I seriously have to save up money to go there. THATS RIDICULOUS. I like getting the buffalo tofu quesadilla cause its actually delicious...but it cost $14. That's right. a FOURTEEN DOLLAR QUESADILLA. Why is there a $2 extra charge for tofu? I shop...and through my shopping I have learned that tofu is cheaper than chicken. Also, it takes less time to cook. Therefore, it should AT LEAST be the same price if not less. If I could get something (besides salad) there for less than $10, I would be there atleast once a week. It's a great place for Clarkies, but most of us can only afford to actually go if we bring our parents. I just don't understand who they think they're competing with... Other vegan places in Worcester are definitely cheaper. Other American/burgers: Wild Willys, Brew City, Boynton...ALL CHEAPER (ok boynton maybe not but theyre a whole pot of ridiculous in and of themselves). There is no reason for Evo to charge more than Brew City...am I missing something? Are organic ingrediants actually that expensive? Does Evo's supplier charge them $500 for tofu? What's the dealio?! Ugh maybe I'm just bitter cause I want Evo right now but can't afford it. Seriously, though, if you're vegetarian friendly then you should actually be friendly to vegetarians. Oh, and one time they gave me chicken instead of tofu. That SUCKED. I heard they have $5 bar bites....I would appreciate that menu being posted online :)

Evo is short for evolve, but that implies a connection through the latent qualities of the initial progenitor that birthed something new. Evolve, no, metamorphosis is the word we need--where something's essence, the core by which a thing is, suddenly transforms into an impossibly separate thing. Such a transformation can be impressive, but then there are other times where such a sudden change can be a nightmarish degradation, a horrific tear from the original. With Evo, I can't help but think of Kafka's Metamorphosis, where a world can be so fantastical that even a man can be transformed into a bug. Most of my college years were spent pigging out on Living Earth's Sano Cafe's simple but smart menu of vegetarian and healthier elevated-diner-esque options. The food and desserts were simple, but that made them almost rustic in an impossibly urban setting as Worcester. Often their food would have a simple creative twist; for example strawberry rhubarb bread pudding was an intermittent dessert, along with coconut milk rice pudding. All of this occurred in the tiniest, most unadorned place with one server for the entire establishment, the sun lazily trickling into the glass canopy. The sweet coconut-filled memories become salty, however, as tears mix uncontrollably with the nightmarish loss of such a wholesome place. Transformed overnight unrecognizable from itself. It had been six months if not longer since I had been back to Worcester. I had moved to Boston after college. Sano was gone, easily destroyed being so small and slight, erased from the world. Now it was Evo. You enter the building, follow your way up a door adorned with tacky, faux-asian-themed grass reeds, maybe bamboo, cheesy fake stones with some possible sort of zen, stone garden allusion. Enter. Dark, atmospheric, but in a calculated way, an atmosphere that was orchestrated and tinkered with a little too long, making the atmosphere unbreathable. A cobweb of stabbings at sleak, minimal, modern, but the place is not relaxing or inviting -- you feel inexplicably cold. A giant bar. They've given up on the health-conscious thing, awkward with an organic and health food store connected to it. I was offended by the cocktail offerings; where most decent bars are doing their own fresh fruit/herbal infusions, using citrus oils, hearkening back to classic cocktails, producing their own bitters in house, Evo is making cocktails for people with the palettes of a pre-diabetic fat kid. I'll have the snickers bar martini. Server approaches, reads off a card the simple specials -- clearly undertrained. The menu barely acknowledges Evo's vegan and vegetarian roots. Most of the items are Americanizations of various ethnic and classic/dumpy restaurant fare. All the items are for the most part meat-based with every one of them having this Burger King quality of being customizable. Gluten Free? Tofu? Vegan Cheese? Pickles, cheese, hold the tomato and onions! Next! People who usually go to establishments like this or to health food markets connected right next store are often of the fussy vegetarian/vegan/gluten allergy types. Evo, while trying to be an quasi-alternative food destination, effectively reminds you that you are and always will be a second class citizen in the meat-monarchy. The menu's setup also lends itself to the disaster scenario, where your under trained server who can't put to memory a couple of features completely misunderstands you as you struggle to explain you want the chicken stir fry, but with tofu, not chicken. Gluten allergy, you might as well load up a revolver with a single bullet and put it to your head, your chances of survival are far greater. An order: a double Mexican black bean burger with fries. The monstrous burger had two larger-sized veggie burgers, what looked to be like half an avocado on top, salsa and enough cheese to significantly reduce unemployment in Wisconsin. A ciabatta-style roll with the word Evo burnt with a press into it -- tacky -- sat on top. It tasted good, but the veggie burgers were not home-made from what I could gather. It suspect Evo had just taken a bunch of their frozen veggie burgers in market, threw it on the flat grill and called it a day. My girlfriend got an innocuous tofu stir-fry. Evo is not evolved, and if it were, it would be atavistic, moving towards something more unenlightened from its Sano cafe ancestor. Evo is entirely alien to the original place that birthed the interest in what Living Earth had to offer as a restaurant in a health food market. This was a sudden metamorphosis where a being is irrevocably altered into something unimaginably foreign -- where a man could even become a bug. Sano was sunny, simple, unpretentious, and perhaps even bucolic in its bubble of vegetarian health food hidden in the jagged edges and greying streets of Worcester. Evo is pretentious, gloomy, heavy with murderous stabbings at what a bad conception of a restaurant is.

I love Evo. Their Westerman sandwich is by far the best thing on the menu with creamy cheddar and fresh avocados sandwiched in fabulous panini bread. Their fries are to die for and the wait staff is always very nice. The only downside is that it is a little pricey for the kind of food you're getting, but that doesn't stop me from going back once a month!

I liked this place SO much that I threw down 9 bux for a Phelan ( grilled salmon, red onions, scallions, tomatoes, and spicy sriracha(!) aioli in a whole wheat wrap) with a side of crinkle cut fries. I loved it and it weighed a good pound!@ It was so good that it took me 6 hours before I realized that they forgot my pickle. Oh Well. Guess I'll have to grab lunch there again soon to recoup!

I came here with my friend and her neighbor. He picked this place because I am vegetarian. We had the sesame nuggets, spinach and goat cheese dip, and the veggie quesadillas just to start with! Then we moved onto the margarita pizza. with a whole wheat crust. The best part was the martinit special: bubble gum. Overall, a vegetarian will have many many choices and meat eaters will enjoy it as well because everything is well made.

I've been to Evo several times since it opened, and the food is always good. I would describe the atmosphere as high-end casual (although I find the weird bubble-wall behind the bar kind of tacky). Some of my favorite dishes are the Caprese Salad and "The West" bison burger. On our trip last night we got the chicken finger appetizer which was tossed in Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. They really were incredible chicken fingers - big pieces of meat fried just right, without being too greasy or soggy. The sauce was great, too. We then split a pizza topped with maple ham and pineapple. Their crust is the star of the pizza; it is pretty thin with a nice crisp to it. The sauce and cheese compliment it well. It's kind of lame that they charged us $2.00 for a glass of soda water, but otherwise the meal was enjoyable, delectable, and affordable. Total bill, with tax, was $23.10.

This is my second trip to EVO, my first was when they were in the small atrium as part of the Living Earth health food store. This is a different restaurant. The selection is great, something for everyone on the menu. I eat a primarily vegetarian gluten-almost-free diet, but I was eating with meat eaters. We started with the dips around the world. They were all fantastic, especially the Asian inspired selection. We ran out of pita and celery and the server brought us a second heaping platter of them, no questions asked. My meat eating companion had the chicken, cranberry wrap and thought it was wonderful. I shared a gluten-free pizza with my niece. This was one of the best GF pizza crusts I've tried so far. The selection and volume of toppings were awesome as well. I love going to a restaurant who knows where their food is coming from and does the right thing. I was shocked and amazed however that the take-out container they gave me for my leftover pizza is not recyclable! I didn't even think to look at it since they are so conscientious about this food. Evo, what gives? I would definitely recommend the food and will go back. I will just ask for foil next time I take food home.

A little overpriced, but a nice addition to Worcester. The portion sizes were a little small and the food was slightly overpriced for its location and menu. Overall, I'd go back but I'd probably sit at the bar and try the Kobe burger

(4)Nicole B.
(4)Mikey P.

(4)Sue W.

Evo is a real gem. I love their food and the atmosphere is nice. It can get a little loud but it is worth it for the food!

Great fresh and perfectly prepared meals. Salads were excellent. Server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We will be back.

(4)Doug B.

(4)John C.
Okay this was touted to us as a vegan/vegetarian place but they have real food too. I was very skeptical but turned out to be one of the better dining experiences I've had in recent memory. I had the steak bomb and it was fantastic.
(5)Jen B.
Yummy food!! It's fresh and a nice calm environment with little clanging of dishes during lunch. Service could be faster during lunch tho-- had to eat fast
(4)Jacqueline E.
This restaurant has the BEST options for people that are gluten free! The food is delicious and the staff is knowledgeable. Imagine going to a restaurant and being able to choose a pizza, a sandwich, a wrap, an entre or a dessert and not being worried about contamination. Check it out!
(5)Charlie M.
This is a HOT lunch spot. I'm having the chicken alfredo mac and cheese again, it is awesome! My wife always gets the salmon. I used to get the Kobe beef burger but they took it off the menu.

(3)Robin Z.
(5)Amber S.

Had dinner here in December and had great service. The food was great and the ambience was really nice.

(4)Krista V.
(5)Dan C.
Even though l usually get the same thing (burger) when l go there its the absolutely the best in town. The wait staff always greets me an treats me like gold.l cannot say enough good things about my favorite restaurant in Worcester
(5)Mariah T.
chose to eat the teriyaki salmon with broccoli and sweet potato fries and fire roasted tomatoes. Would have preferred more tomatoes (only had 3 on the plate) and less fries, but the salmon and broccolini were awesome. this will be one of my go-to restaurants. One suggestion though is to make a reservation! The dining room is small and fills up quick.
(4)Alex S.
(4)Erin M.
(5)Catherine C.
When I moved to Worcester, as a vegan, I was so excited to have a omni place to eat. However, for the prices, the customer service was absolutely awful. As much as I try to support small businesses, I don't plan on coming here ever again. EVO is a waste of time and the little money I have as a college student.
(1)Danielle L.
(1)Jen B.
The place has the wrong atmosphere for a restaurant that is attached to a health food store. The owners should have stuck with the cute little hippie cafe that they used to have there!
(1)Esty M.
(2)Jeff M.
Took an hour and a half for Mac and cheese. Food is decent but not worth the price. Friends waited just as long several other times. I'll be skipping this place in the future.
(2)Cliff S.
(3)Gertrude S.
Consistently great service and great food. I can't recommend the gorgonzola steak and entree enough. Delicious!
(5)Kathy M.
(1)Andrea G.
(3)Marek T.
(4)Stefanie C.
(3)Shaina B.
(2)Betty G.
(5)Josh F.
Menu is a bit different which is good but I felt that the entree section was limited. Which, once again is ok, cus there are a lot of other options. Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was...odd. Too well lit and oddly spaced seating. Have been once and will def go back.
(3)Jenna L.
Go here for the fig marsala. I didn't want to order the same dish as my boyfriend so he got it and I was disappointed. We've tried to mimic it at home but it's not the same - guess we'll have to go back!
(4)Lisa E.
Fun stuff.
(5)Nicole R.
(2)Michelle M.
This place is great. I love the GF menu. The margaritas are pretty good too. The atmosphere is fun, good place to go with friends. Never had a bad experience here. I wish the delivered, I'd order out lunch from them every day!! - parking can be tight --
(5)Minnie M.
(5)A V.

Terrible vegan burger. It was horrible 4 yrs ago and is still horrible. Honestly BK veggie is better and chilis too!!!

(1)Linda M.
(1)Justin B.
During my visit last night I was happy to see an expanded craft beer selection. I was able to get a very tasty Baxter Brewing Stowe IPA, which made up for my extremely over cooked burger.
(3)Bruce G.

Our family loves Evo!! My 2 yr old and I are vegan and my fiancée is a very clean eating carnivore so the selection is great for us all :-) the food is awesome and the portions are great. I also love how everything is clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian. A couple times we've gone and service has been slow but I can't say enough good things otherwise!
(4)Ryan J.

(5)Crystal L.

Totally.
(4)Jenna K.

(3)Angela D.
(4)Beth J.
(4)Brian W.

Ugh Black bean burger was definitely just a frozen veggie burger. Boring. for $10? I can buy two of my own boxed burgers and make them myself thank you very much. Not impressed.
(2)Sarah C.
Not worth it :(
(1)Michael W.

(5)Katie P.

(3)Michelle S.

I will definetly be back
(4)kate m.
(5)Alex G.
(3)Lara C.
(1)Jennifer M.

I absolutely love Evo for it's atmosphere, menu and prices. Great food and variety-plus I can go with my vegetarian friends because there is something for everyone. Definitely try the soup of the day-whatever it is, it will be delicious!

Good vegetarian menu. Juices are tasty and service professional.

Medicore service at best. Menu items sound extremely good but are lacking in execution. The two sandwiches I've gotten lacked flavor. Decor and ambiance are no different - average.
