I've never been there in person. I've only got delivery when I was starving in my college dorm. The online ordering is easy. As far as fast food in the pizza category goes, this is good stuff. Pizza boys have always been nice. Including my tip I fork over 20 with my debit card for a medium sized pizza with 2 toppings (I usually get salami and feta cheese). It's a guilty pleasure, but I don't remember other places with more than enough garlic dust on the crust. $20 is a bit much for a medium sized pizza, but for a college kid who's starving and doesn't care to walk, it's worth it.

Although ordering online is easy and delivery was very quick, I'm pretty much never ordering from there again... Got a medium pizza for 2 people. Says it serves 2-4 people. We both ended up really hungry. We did get the thin crust (the only one without dairy), but still... for $14 we should be full at least. Also $2.5 delivery charge.. and the pizza was really spicy. Not sure why (ordered pineapple, mushrooms, and olives). So yeah. No.

Just another dominos but there's a lack of parking and the street is pretty busy. Call ahead to avoid the hassles.

#15 on the Worcester Pizza Quest (I understand that people place emotions when they visit a restaurant a lot. But in my reviews rely on how I felt about a place and on the tastiness of the food. Nostalgia has no factor in my reviews. I treat each review as a first time visit and the impact that was placed on me when visited.) I try to stay away from the pizza chains because they forgot their roots for profits. But the new adds hooked me in, advertising they changed their pizza to give better flavor so I decided to give it a chance. I ordered online, the online ordering processes was very impressive. Since they are mostly delivery parking was awful but that is not their fault. When brought home the pizza did not have that fresh pizza smell. Upon opening the box the pizza looked great. When picking up a slice right away you know this is going to be a bad experience. The pizza dough very soft like grabbing a marshmallow, taking a bite was a unique experience. The flavors were average. The best way to explain eating the new pizza is taking a bite of mashed potatoes with cheese and tomato sauce. Out of two people we ate one slice each and pushed it to the side and went to the fridge and cooked us a dinner. In the advertising they state plainly that if people did not like there pizza they would give a refund, a full refund. Well the next day I wrote an email with full order details and waited for a response. Three weeks later I received an email from their headquarters that the store manager would contact me. I waited two weeks and not hearing anything I replied to the email that no one had contacted me. I am still waiting for a refund.

Not the best pizza, they are open late though. There have been many a pizza ordered after the clubs but not great. Definitely better options for pizza in Worcester.

They couldn't understand my order and after 15 minutes waiting for pickup it still was not ready. I heard the manager yelling and then swear. The girl in front seemed upset but I just wanted my food. She was rude to me but not my fault you can't understand my order or get it right!

Wicked fast delivery! My major complaint is this location seems to be lacking a bit in the quality of the pizza. It seems like it's missing something.. The other items on the menu seem to come out fine. There always seems to be some pretty good deals going on.

Yes delivery is charged and parking here is really scary with on coming traffic..But i Love their thin crust pizza with BBQ sauce and grilled chicken.. the thin crust is cracker like and crispy and just light and perfect.. Also just recently fell into addiction with the large Brooklyn Style Pizza.. Thin crust but not cracker thin... Crispy, foldable, Order it with Asiago-Parmigan, grilled chicken and spinach.. and you will be in heaven.... Flavorful and Delish.. plus mon-thurs..its $7.99..carryout...

Dont deal with Domino's frequently, but I wanted a changed and ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza. I was disappointed because the pizza was so under cooked that it tasted "doughy" Probably will not order again.

The delivery guys there are super racial! They made fun of I'm an Asian in real rude way! They said that you are not a blonde. Because I am an Asian, I should have hard time to pay by credit card? So?! I'm an Asian and paying my food. what's bother you? You are just a delivery guy! What's in your mind? You said some bullshits! And you are a bullshit too! Never go again! I have many options in this area!

This has been the worst experience ordering pizza of my life. I was refused delivery twice even though I live less than two miles away from the location. Kendall told me twice they would not deliver. Then another person called from the same number and she said she could deliver there. She was incredibly rude on the phone and the manager Alex was as well! Even when I told them I would be contacting the corporate office for customer service and the better business bureau! The manager seemed to not care about pleasing costumers and we could hear laughter in the background (sounded like Kendell). I have never been treated so disrespectfully and will never order from a dominos again! So disappointing! If I could I would have giving them NO STARS!

I don't know why anyone (myself included) bothers with Dominoes. Listen folks, chains are NEVER as good as a local place and you can get better pizza at a supermarket than you can here. Still, I ventured out inspired by a new ad campaign that says they are trying harder-- I love the one where the people are in a hidden room saying they don't think the ingredients are fresh and then the wall slides open and SUPRISE-- there are the farmers that pick this "fresh" stuff-- so what are they saying? Okay you don't think it tastes fresh? Well it is!! What they seem to be ignoring is the initial thought is your ingredients are lousy-- they taste lousy. They taste old and stale. If they are fresh then you need to rethink your supplier-- not our taste buds. Having had Dominoes fifteen years ago when they first came to town I thought the pizza tasted like cardboard with a bit of cheese on it. I didn't even finish it. The new stuff? Tastes like cardboard with a bit of cheese and garlic on it. It's an improvement but its like saying I no longer have projectile vomiting I now only have explosive diarrhea-- whew! Avoid Dominoes like its the plague-- if you enjoy this pizza you need to get out more and try one that's actually made from real ingredients. Try the supermarket first.
