We have been eating at Sweet Lemons since they opened and have become very loyal customers!! One of our go-to dishes is the Crispy Tamarind Duck - the duck is incredibly tender and the sauce is sweet with a tiny bit of a vinegary tang. Delish. Pad Thai is great as is the Pineapple Fried Rice. Fruit Sizzling is nice too although the chicken can be a bit dry. The appetizers are all very good from the teriyaki skewers to the Crab Rangoon to the soups (yep, all of them). The owners are lovely and service is excellent!! We will continue to frequent this fabulous local shop :)

Awful food. From the triangles to the make your own dishes. The wings were edible at best. Awful.

Nice small place. Only have tried the Pad Thai and crispy Pad Thai and both were great. Never dined in always picked up. No complaints

Delivery was bad- an hour and 15 minutes. Pad Thai was pretty good. Chicken fried rice was not so good. Tasted like like it was fries with seafood.

Loved everything from the atmosphere to food and service! Caution note- if you like mild spicy, you should really emphasize mild! - made this mistake in many other thai places before!

Awesome Thai! Reasonably priced.. Had the crispy basil chicken pad Thai and it was amazing

Not extremely in love with this restaurant, came here on Monday night since Lime Leaf was closed. I ordered crab rangoon and yellow curry. The crab rangoon is super tiny compare to all the crab rangoon that I have tried so far, but they charge with a regular price. The curry rice was "ok", the waitress gave me a new plate as I start eating the curry rice but the new plate SMELL so bad, smells like sweat. I just want to leave as soon as I finished.

Love this place. Their pad Thai is so yummy made fresh to order. The staff is very friendly. Prices are great. This is my go to Thai place!

I ordered some pad thai, tom yum soup, appetizer combo plate, steamed shumai and papaya salad here yesterday. Their food is really good and even my picky boyfriend was saying how everything was delicious. I was not able to give all 5 stars because the tom yum soup, even when it was quite delicious, i felt a bit ripped off. The entire container was 96% broth and i asked for the shrimp kind and i came to find only 2 shrimps and minched mushrooms. The mushrooms weren't even in sufficient amount to even call it a soup. Even when i go to a japanese place and order miso soup, their soup had even proportions of what came with in the soup. Took me not even 2 scoops to have eaten everything in the soup and what's left is just broth.

It's a great Thai food place, specially for weekend lunch. When I lived on the area, I used to go there for food at least once a week. My favorite plate was Thai basil rice with sweet an sour chicken and of course the spring rolls. The place is simple but lovely. It's great for family or friends eat outs.

The food is amazing!!! I got the yellow curry, it's outstanding!! Fresh veggies, tender chicken and amazing spice!

This was a good place. One thing that you never have to worry about is having a empty water glass. The second you take a sip they are there to refill it. The best thing I ate was the crispy wings. They were hot and fresh out the fryer. The pad Thai was ok. I have had better. It is worth the trip

Three of us ate at this restaurant this week. Food was very good but the service was awful. I recommend this for take out before I would eat here.

Food - One thing that I can remember from the food is OIL. Korean pancake was way too oily. The drunken noodles bumped oily food to a whole new level. Get a scotch and you are guranteed a super large peg. Service - The servers were nice but couldnt quite communicate with us. Ambience - Nothing great. Cost - ~$20 per pax with a drink.

The interior leaves something to be desired. BUT! I LOVE THE PAD THAI HERE. It is the best!
worst pad Thai that i ever ate. The dish came out pretty fast and didn't look right. The noodles were thin and barely had chicken. The dish was overbearing with the taste of the sauce. I couldn't get that nasty taste from my mouth and left still hungry. I'm not impress with the place

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is delicious and service is always great. Sure, the restaurant itself is teeny and simple but who cares if the food is fabulous? My favorite is the Tom Yum Noodle soup. Spicy and a huge portion. I eat in and get takeout regularly. I moved from Weymouth to Scituate and still make the drive for my favorite Thai all the time.

Ordered delivery for the first time and yum! Got the Pad See U, Garlic Chicken, Tamarind Beef and I have to say I'm impressed! Lots of flavor, not greasy and oily like some place. Love the tamarind soury flavor. Good amount of beef and chicken. Will definitely order from here again. I live in Braintree and the lady was enough to take my address to see if I was within the 3 miles. I'm 3.5 miles but she was happy to deliver.

Taste. Wasn't blown away but not bad. Value for money. Our bill is the usual that we get when we eat out but the servings are too small that I feel a little ripped off. Ambiance. Just okay. Servers. Very attentive but hubby felt they were watching every bite we took. Will go back? No, because we love the Lime Leaf way better.

I really liked the takeout we got from Sweet Lemons the other night but I wasn't blown away... so for now, 3 stars but I'll be back to *hopefully* change that. We ordered 4 different dishes... all were good but interestingly enough, the pad thai was my least favorite (if you know me, you know that I have such a love for pad thai it rivals my love for cheese, beer and crime dramas -- combined.) It was OK but I think it was missing something I can't put my finger on -- maybe the same thing I always feel it's missing when I make it at home. We had the spicy basil dish, the pad thai z and the chili rice and I liked them all. Next time I will definitely be branching out from the starchy dishes and get a curry or the like so I can really give a fair review. The staff was super friendly at pick-up, I dig that!

My husband just said to me that he thinks we're in a Thai food feeding frenzy which while funny, is true! We checked out yet another local Thai food establishment the other evening. Sweet Lemons is pretty and relatively small run by a charming group of people. Once again but no longer surprisingly, it's to be found in a strip mall. I always love to be taken aback by finding oasis-like spots in otherwise drab 70s-era strip malls. The staff as we have come to find in every Thai restaurant we've been to lately, is extremely friendly, helpful and at the ready. We ordered Chang beers which we sipped as we checked on the menu. For a starter we ordered the pan-fried veggie dumplings that were quite light, not greasy and pleasantly green in color thanks to a tasty dose of basil. It came with a nice dipping sauce but were fine on their own. There were 5 to an order and we thought 6 for two diners would have made better sense and probably wouldn't have brought the restaurant to financial ruin had they added one more on to the plate. Hub ordered what is called "Seafood Madness" which given our Thai Madness was a perfect name. This is ordinarily a super spicy dish (4 chili rating!) which he asked to have dialed down a notch when he ordered it. (He can't compete with my tough taste buds! ;-)). This is a dish with shrimp, scallops and squid in a hot chili sauce with basil and vegetables. He had that with a side of brown rice. It was a nice presentation on the plate. His take on his meal was that the portion was smaller than expected and while good was not nearly as good as other Thai food experiences we've had. Sorry, this is the most he would proffer by way of detail. I will say this did not stop him from eating it all. The name of my dish escapes me but it came from a separate vegetarian menu they have available upon request, which faithful readers, you know annoys me. I'm anti-separate menus. Put everything on one menu, dear restaurant-owning friends!! The separate menu is not advertised. So the message here is that when dining anywhere, try asking if they have a separate veg menu if that's your inclination. Restaurants often do have them, I've learned. I told the server that I like spicy and asked for her recommendation. I ordered her suggestion which was a mix of tofu, string beans, carrots, zucchini and other assorted stir-fried vegetables in a spicy, slightly cardomom-y, slightly curry like sauce. As my Yelp friend Lolia S. knows, that while she is the most awesome Fro-Yo Girl and Laptop Camper, I have to qualify at this point as The Tofu Queen. While my tofu dish was spicy and interesting, the problem I had with it, was that the spice mixture was not well incorporated into the sauce. This meant that the pieces of tofu and some of the vegetables had a coating of the dry spice still on them. The spices needed to be better whisked into the sauce as this texture was slightlly off putting and there was an unfortunate emphasis on the individual spices rather than a melding of all the flavors. This dish came with a side of rice noodles that was problematic. When any noodles sit too long with no sauce on them they stick together. So what I got was a pile of noodles that I had to cut into with a knife since they wouldn't separate enough to serve myself a portion, having been glued together by their own starch. My platter of food didn't come with a serving spoon and I literally whispered or so I thought, to my husband, that I needed one when our lovely server gently swooped in with a serving spoon for me. She gets points for sure for attentiveness and for her super-human hearing prowess. An older gentleman who may have been the owner stopped by our table to inquire about our meals. I do like that....although my husband thinks he stopped by because he saw me taking photos of the food. Too full for dessert we paid up and as we were leaving, a chorus of thank yous and goodbyes from smiling faces escorted us out the door. I wish the food had been a tad better. The pretty space and the lovely staff were so great that I do think at some point we'll give this place another try. With a hat tipped to Lolia S., I'm signing off as Tofu Queen. You know you love me. xoxo. lol!

Me and my boyfriend are regulars here! It is a great place- the family that runs it is polite and usually on top of things. The food comes out quickly, which is great and the meals are satisfying. Try the friend ice cream, it is absolutely life changing!!! They don't give bread or anything when you first come in like other places, however that may be a cultural custom ( I never researched it). In conclusion, it is great- try it out if you haven't already!

I am so happy Sweet Lemons has been doing business for a few years in Weymouth. It's a family operated place and I like how they take pride in their business and take care of their customers. Usually do takeout, but sometimes I dine in. And now looks like they started delivery--can wait to try that! My personal favorite is the crispy basil pad Thai--the best I've ever had! Tried the tasty leek dumplings tonight for the first time--crispy outside, soft inside. Also a fan of the ginger ice cream for dessert. Glad this place is here and it's presence has helped expand the dining palate for Weymouth.

The last time we went to Sweet Lemons we were expecting to wait since It is such a small, cozy restaurant, but our group of eight was seated promptly. The appetizers were delicious. Entrees and service were excellent. Try the pad Thai. You won't be disappointed.

The pineapple fried rice with chicken is a full meal by itself. Got the mango curry cuz that's what people on Yelp said...they were right. It was excellent. Beef skewers were average. All 3 items together cost about $30 but it was food for 2 days...even though I ate it all in one.

Everything about this restaurant is really good most of the time, the exception being the attitude of the staff. Soemtime, like tonight, they never smile and don't seem to care that I was there. At other times they smile and were very polite so it seems to be hit or miss. I've always have the Pad Thai and it's always perfectly cooked were the noodles aren't sticky and has just the right amount of seasoning. I also get Thai Icetea which is great because its not overly sweet and has just the right amount of ice.

Sweet Lemons is my favorite restaurant in Weymouth. I've ordered almost everything on the menu and have yet to find something I didn't like. The food is delicious, regardless of protein choice. The duck is succulent, the fish is fresh, and the chicken is juicy. This restaurant does everything well, which is a real feat in the industry. The portions are large, and I'm always satisfied. I will note, however, that the takeout orders I've placed have been somewhat less enjoyable than the food I've consumed in the restaurant, thus justifying my 4 star rating. Though Pad Thai is not something I typically order, it is a really great choice at Sweet Lemons. The noodles are always uniformly and perfectly cooked; the overall flavor suits my Pad Thai preferences beautifully. I ask for a side of sriracha to accompany, as I like the option to add a little heat =) The staff is amazing. Walking into Sweet Lemons is comparable to walking into the home of a family member; the staff is warm and inviting, interactive and accommodating. They go out of their way to make you comfortable in this cozy little Thai escape. This place is a real gem.

You will like the food and the service here. been eating here for a few years. Today I had Drunken Noodle and it was delish!
Pad thai.. Great... Crispy pad tai, even better!! Drunken noodles is another favorite dish of mine. And no other thai place can replicate your delicious spring rolls with the to die for sweet n sour sauce.

Nice Lemons! When I come here I always order the same meal because it's always consistent and always delish. If you're a curry lover and you love mango... they make the best mango curry chicken dish around and it goes perfect over rice (it just sops up all the sauce). I can't get enough of this and that's why I've never ordered anything else besides that as my main course. The fresh chunks of veggies with a semi creamy spicy curry sauce mixed in with chunks of sweet mango... mmmm

I relied on Sweet Lemons to feed me when I first moved to the area; I had no kitchen supplies at first, and they were my surrogate family. As a vegan it can sometimes be difficult to find accommodating restaurants, but Sweet Lemons was always able to go to those lengths, and still manage to make the food delicious. My favorite dish is the Pineapple Fried Rice, which I get with tofu and without egg in the rice. I have tried about a half-dozen other dishes and have always been pleased. They offer take-out and delivery. The staff are always very helpful and able to answer any questions you might have. One also gets the sense that the restaurant stays true to its cultural roots, and that the family-run spirit remains central.

Five stars well deserved! Sweet Lemons is a nummy little Thai restaurant nestled in a strip mall next to a party supply store and a Domino's. Skip the sodium, skip the confetti. Head straight into Sweet Lemons and sit down for a hot plate of fresh, delicious Thai food and maybe a refreshing Thai tea or coffee. The decor is beautiful, and the atmosphere is calming and comfortable. The waitstaff are kind and attentive. My friend and I have eaten here twice so far. On our first visit, we both ordered the pad kee mao, also known commonly as "Drunken Noodles." Pad kee mao is a slightly spicy rice noodle dish, but it's not as spicy as I've had at other Thai places. (That's a good thing in my case.) We were both very satisifed with our meals. I couldn't get over the flavors and fresh ingredients in my dish. On my second visit, the owners and waitstaff seemed to remember us and greeted us kindly. We ordered the pad kee mao and tamrind crispy duck to share and plate out on our own. The tamrind crispy duck was a little too sweet-and-sour-American-Chinese tasting for my taste, but was still good. The Thai iced tea is excellent here. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and I plan on returning to try some more dishes.

One would think that the Crispy Basil Pad Thai would be like the Crispy Pad Thai, pan fried, only this time with basil. Nope. The word "crispy" is just attached to the name. It's regular Pad Thai with basil. Also, "vegetarian" means chicken and shrimp.

Last night I convinced my husband to go to Sweet Lemons instead of Lime Leaf. He had been dreaming of the Lime Leaf pork ribs and I had been equally craving the Thai wings so we were ready for a Friday night food fest. However, after reading some yelp reviews and in an attempt to expand our Thai-food horizons we decided on Sweet Lemons instead of the Leaf. If only I could turn back time. The only thing sweet about this place is the little waitress who refilled my tap water at least 10 times. The menu consisted of noodles, wings, Thai rolls, curry, and pad Thai, so we decided on wings, thai rolls, and pad Thai. The wings tasted like they were from Angelina's pizza, even when covered in the "house" duck sauce (not that Angelina's wings are horrible, but if I wanted dry, well done wing dings I would call for delivery). Not to mention two of the "wings" were all big and weird looking and had no chicken on them. The rolls tasted like feet (even when smothered in the not-so special sauce) and the Pad Thai...well...that tasted even more like feet. Feet, feet, feet. I heard my husband gasping for breath before and after every bite he took since the before-smell and after-taste were intolerable. In between bites (yes, we finished the meal, it would be rude not to) he made numerous comments about sweat between balls and inner thigh, toe jam, being violated, rotten fish, and of course feet. So you get the idea. Not the place to go if you are looking for "fine Thai cuisine". We will never betray Lime Leaf again. But at least the dinner conversation was good!

The Pad Thai is a great choice. The Garlic Steak is a great choice and the Golden Trianges are awesome. Everything on the menu is cooked properly and if you order out from there your meal is always correct. There is absoutely nothing to complain about with Sweet Lemons. They do a fantastic job of giving you great service at a affordable price. The Dining there is a great time. Very attentive waitstaff and they are all very kind. They take pride in there job. To be frank your an idiot if you don't eat here

I love Sweet Lemons- in pretty much every way possible. They can modify so many items to vegetarian (not to mention having a ton of already veg. items to begin with) and the servers are knowledgeable and helpful regarding what is veg. based vs fish based. We have gone many times and I've loved my food every time. Veggie Tom Yum soup made extra spicy is the stuff of my dreams. (Although go ahead and order it much spicier than you think you need if you do really like spicy food- they tend go light on the spice factor even when you do order it spicy). They have a nice little seating area and the place seems to do a pretty good amount of business in take out as well -there is a pretty steady stream of pick up customers that come through. I really can't compliment the service enough either. It is very attentive, helpful, an yet still not overly intrusive. They don't come over unnecessarily and yet are always there when you need them. My only wish is that the appetizers were a little more generous for the price. The entree servings are great- way too big to finish actually- but the appetizers are on the pricey side. This is too bad because they are delicious. But the fresh rolls are just 2 rolls cut in half, which for 6 dollars is kind of expensive considering all they are is lettuce, carrot and a tofu slice. In the other direction, the salads are also pretty expensive, but huge with few options if you want to order a single side salad type serving (IE. the papaya salad is ten dollars, but if the whole table doesn't want it, you're kind of out of luck for papaya salad). In general, compared to other Thai places this is average- not a bargain, but certainly not a rip off. I come here knowing I'll spend 40-50 bucks for the family, but this is about average and we always get app's and often drinks. All in all, Sweet Lemons never fails to leave me full and happy.

I work very close to here and very regularly order pad thai, its AMAZING. I ask for extra spicy stuff on the side because I like it hot. Recently I was in the mood for something different and tried their yellow curry chicken...holy crap...it started my life over. INSANE GOOD.

Looks like a hole in the wall, but my mom told me not to judge a book by it's cover. The Pad Thai is delicious. So delicious in fact, that it made me, a reluctant Thai food eater, love Thai food. Definitely try the Tom yum soup, too. Their version is the best I've had anywhere. Sweet indeed!

Been coming here for a few years now & it is our Go-To place for Thai. We've done dine-in or take out - either way hte food was delicious! Love the Thai rolls with chicken in them! Hubby's fav is the Duck Panang. I've had the Pad Thai, and various other seafood/noodle dishes. The Thai iced tea is usually spot on too. Staff is extremely helpful with any questions or suggestions & are willing to accomodate any requests (less spice, meatless, etc.)

The traditional Thai dishes (curry-based chicken, pad thai, etc) are great. My wife and I get takeout from here fairly often. This place does a much better job of getting closer to authentic cuisine than other vaguely Asian fast-food places on the south shore. I am not a fan of generic greasy quasi-Asian food, and thankfully that is not what you'll find here. It isn't exactly being transported to Bangkok, but it blows the doors off of "stir fry broccoli and chicken in brown sauce" you find most every place else. No, it is not a fine dining experience, but it is clean, quick, and the food is deliciously seasoned and prepared. As others have mentioned, the food isn't overly greasy, and they have dishes that vary according to how spicy they are. (My wife does not like very spicy dishes - I do. They manage to accommodate us both very well). It does seem to be just a tad more expensive than the other fast-ish food Asian food joints in the area, but it is also much, much better. I have no problem paying $1 more for a dish here than other places in the area in exchange for the vast improvement in quality. The appetizers leave a bit to be desired. I think the chicken and beef satay could be a bit more tender and seasoned better, but they're still decent. The hot and spicy soup is quite good, however.

My husband absolutely loves thai food. He orders the same thing every time. Fresh spring rolls with tofu, no shrimp, and the chicken tomyum dinner soup. He's eat this every day if he could! I've eaten there and I honestly say it's not my favorite thai restaurant. I found the pad thai to be greasy. The only dishes I order are the eggplant basil and steamed shumai. My favorite thai restaurant on the south shore is Siam Cuisine in Norwell, MA. Tom and his family are very friendly at Siam Cuisine. If you go to their other location on Main Street they also serve sushi here. Again not my favorite. I'm spoiled since I work near Fugakyu in Brookline.

I found this on Yelp right when I moved to MA. The menu is pretty big and they were willing to deliver during some fairly crumby weather, so we gave it a try. The food was tasty, but was not particularly special. To start, the fried Thai rolls (veggie) appetizer was very good. It came with four rolls and sauce. The rolls were crisp and delicious. The Thai won ton soup was also pretty good. For an entree, I had the Pad Thai which was slightly sweet. The sprouts were stir fried in and were thus not crisp. There was no basil I could detect and there was also no hint of spiciness. It did have a lot of peanut flavor. My husband had the Pad See Ew, which was good, but fairly bland. It seemed to need more fish or soy sauce. There was a fair amount of greens in it, which was nice. The chicken in both meals was generous and tender. Both noodle dishes kind of felt like Thai comfort food. Kind of bland, but filling and not bad. Overall, not a bad meal and we had plenty of leftovers from it, which is always a nice bonus. The pricing was fair (our total bill was about $33) and the delivery option is nice. However, if you are looking for authentic, or spicy, Thai food this may not be the place (at least for the noodle dishes).

I live in Somerville and am surrounded by an abundance of yummy restaurants, but my family is on the South Shore (aka no-man's land for tasty bites). When we want to eat somewhere that doesn't require a reservation or an upgrade from jeans and a t-shirt, we're usually hard pressed to find something worthwhile between Kingston and Somerville. Two weeks ago, however, I stumbled across a review for Sweet Lemons and decided to give it a try. Wedged between an IParty and some other sketchy strip mall digs, Sweet Lemons is definitely a hole in the wall, but a glorious hideaway indeed! The service is incredibly kind, patient and attentive, and while the art work/decor (read: glued together, framed jigsaw puzzles) leaves something to be desired, the food is incredible. We had thai rolls and veggie dumplings to start, and they were perfectly cooked. No thick, oily residue on the rolls- just fresh veggies, spicy-sweet peanut sauce for dipping and crisp wrappers. The dumplings came with a ginger sauce and were so well steamed they practically melted. For entrees, the three of us shared the 'make your own' curry (you can choose tofu, meat, fish, chicken) with fresh veggies, tofu pad thai and an eggplant curry dish. The curry was perfect. PERFECT. Despite promising to share, I was tempted to drink it down long after the veggies and tofu were devoured. The pad thai (not normally my favorite, as it is usually nothing special) was also wonderful, and the rice noodles were well coated in their light peanut sauce. The tofu was twice-fried, which made it a bit chewy, but it was still delicious. The eggplant was amazing, and is definitely worth seeking out. It doesn't sound like anything great.. but oh.. it is. We didn't stay for dessert, but next time i'll definitely be trying some of the custard or iced thai tea. The prices are so reasonable, the food is great and the service is lovely. So worth the trek!

My friends and I always go to Sweet Lemon's 2, and decided one day that we should try this place. My guess is that its owned by the same people, but it felt different. The decor is very different, and the menu is a bit more limited. They didn't have the slush my friend wanted, and the food, while good, wasn't anything great. Go to Sweet Lemons 2 for the real deal.

This little gem is one of the best Thai food restaurants in metro Boston. My wife, my son and I love this place. If you like Beef Satay as an appetizer, you will be blown away by this joint's version... fresh, hot and tasty-as-hell. The steamed Shu Mai are great too. My favorite dinner selection is the Basil Fried Rice with beef, it's perfectly spicy, always with fresh peppers, onions and broccoli, and just hot (spiced) enough for anyone to enjoy. My wife loves the Tom Yum Noodle Soup, and my son usually gets the Chicken Satay (he calls it "chicken-on-a-stick") for his entree. The service is not too fast or too slow, and this place has a family feel to it - comfy and welcoming. The owner, Arun (spelling?) is a great guy and he'll remember you and treat you as a VIP. He's one of the hardest-working guys you'll ever know...he's usually at their 2nd location on Rt. 18 in Abington, MA. The menu there is the same and the food just as good. If you like Thai food, Sweet Lemons is a must.

Sweet Lemons was excellent! The quality was food and service was definitely on par. I went for dinner and tried a green curry dish and a pad thai dish; both which were excellent. I also had the beef satay which was also excellent. Dessert was also excellent. I ordered the Mango with sticky rice...yum! I recommend trying one of their specials dishes called Pad Thai Zzzzz. It is basically your regular pad thai with a special spicy sauce. The combination of the sweet and spicy was wonderful and it was full of flavor. Overall, my experience with Sweet Lemons was great and I would definitely go back again.

I love this place. I've been going here for years! I almost always get the Mango Curry. It's so good. The sauce is sent from above. It's just that good. They also have some Japanese food. Two of my friends are all about the Yaki Soba. The Thai Ice tea is usually good but the last time i got it it was way too sweet. If your in the mood for Thai go to the place. It all tastes pretty good!

After reading about the rave reviews, I was excited to try Sweet Lemons, especially since it's not too far from where I live. But, I'll have to get my Thai on somewhere else. The Tom Yum Noodle Soup was a huge disappointment as that is one of my favorite soups. The broth was oily and tasted more like it was made from an instant-powder soup base. The Radna and the Chicken Basil lacked flavor and depth. They were more comparable to food court than sit-down restaurant quality. Sweet Lemons gets a strike out from me with three mediocre dishes. I recommend Cafe Asiana in Braintree instead. Maybe it was an off-night (but for 3 dishes?)...I'll think about giving it a second chance as the service was friendly.

Everything in my previous review stays the same, but we learned [after calling and asking DUH] that they will deliver to parts of weymouth :) Woo Hoo! Delivery sweet lemons changes the game! It's not that hard to drive over and do take-out, but delivery...this is dangerous.

I can be a tough critic. You have to have two things for me, good food and relative cleanliness. This place has both plus very polite staff and great owners. I do take out more than eat-in but this is a hidden gem. The Salmon Curry and Seafood Madness are awesome! Never disappointed!

Great Thai food. I have only ever ordered over the phone and picked up takeout. The food is reasonably priced, always ready when they say it will be, and is very tasty. I especially like the mango curry. Recommended.

This place ROCKS! One of the best Thai restaurants I've ever been to! The staff is extremely friendly, the food is so delicious! My favorite is the Crab Rangoons, Chicken Coconut Soup, Pad Thai, Thai Iced coffee, and the mango with sticky rice dessert. Their Thai Iced Tea is awesome too! It's a cute little restaurant in a strip mall, surprisingly pleasing decor, very clean, calm atmosphere. This is a great place for a first date, or a business lunch.

I really liked this place. The food was good.. the decor was not so bad and the service was spot on. I had a seafood dish that was very tasty and a lemon chicken dish where the chicken was a touch dry. Overall I was very happy with the value and experience and will be heading back.

Sweet Lemons serves the best Pad Thai I've ever had. My friend and I have been on a quest to find an equivalent closer to Boston, and haven't so far. The Pad Thai Z is super spicey with chicken and shrimp.... my only complaint is that sometimes they skimp on my serving of shrimp when I get takeout. I've dined in, and the spring rolls are a great app. If you like pad thai, this is the place for you.

Mediocre thai food....the drunken noodles had minimal flavor and spice...seemed to have a soy sauce base (was very brown)...Tom Yum soup was ok, but nothing special. This place seems very overrated to me. Wild Ginger in Norwell is MUCH BETTER.

Where do I begin? The food is so unique! Full of many different flavors. The service is outstanding and at a low price. If you love Thai or are looking to try Thai for the first time, this is the place to go without breaking the bank. I have tried just about everything on the menu and LOVED it all!! I highly recommend!

Great experience. Extremely Tasty Thai food. You can tell they cook with NO MSG which is awesome. Had a great meal. Had about 5 things from their menu all of which were exceptional and the prices were very fair. The food came out right away and overall enjoyed everything. Definitely will be going back.

I just recently moved to braintree and we were craving some Thai and this is the one that popped up on our navigation and thus we fulfilled our craving. I love my thai food extremely extremely spicy (5 out of 5 spice stars) and i asked for a 4.5 and it was not spicy at all. My boyfriends dish was spicier than mine and he asked for a 3 star so that was pretty annoying but other than that, it tasted pretty decent.

what an awesome place - the service was a little slow but they were super nice & the food was worth the wait! The Tom Kha with veggies was THE BEST and the tofu pad thai was great too. Everyone I was eating with really enjoyed their dinner too - The massaman with steak had the best sauce ever. And the desserts were perfect!

We were looking for a new Thai place, read the reviews and decided to check it out. Delicious! Prompt, friendly service and yummy food. It doesn't get much better! We ordered one of the appetizers of the day, Chicken Puffs. Curry chicken filled puff pastry served with cucumber sauce. SO GOOD! My husband got the Chicken Basil Fried Rice, which was very good but could have been a little spicier for his taste. I took a Yelp'ers advice and got the Chicken Tom Yum Noodle Soup and it was amazing. One of the top Thai dishes I have ever had. We will be headed back for more!

I love this place! Food and service are fantastic! Try the "Extreme" dish. Sweet Lemons is one of those places where they remember you when you come back. I've been here many times and the service and food have always been excellent.

I had heard a lot about Sweet Lemons, so I was fired up to bring my hubby there and get some Thai Food. I'll start with the good things first: they have sushi there (which I LOVE), and it was actually pretty darn good. I had spicy tuna and it was really tasty. The waitstaff were all very nice and all the entrees we saw coming out for other tables looked very good. OK: We were so excited to get the Chicken and Shrimp Pad Thai. My husband and I each order one, and they never brought his--until we finally realized that hey, it's not coming--and they prepared a new one. However, the pad thai was very, very oily---like if you lifted the noodles from the plate, there would be a pool of oil left. It was not very appetizing. Granted, the chicken and shrimp parts were good, but there wasn't a lot of it, so you really were left with oily noodles. My brother-in-law got a lo mein-type dish and he felt the same way-lots of oil and nothing much else. Granted, we only went once so perhaps it was an off-day for them. But, there are so many other good Thai and sushi restaurants that I don't really feel the need to try it again soon.

My go-to place for delicious, healthy Thai food on the South Shore. In all the years I've been going here, I've never had to wait for a table. The staff is always courteous and the food arrives quickly. I always try something new every time I come, but my favorites are the eggplant basil, the tofu pad thai, and "the extreme", which, despite being served in a questionable taco salad-ish fried bowl, is a delicious mix of chichen, veggies, cashews, and pineapple.

What a find in a suburban South Shore strip mall! Sweet Lemons is located in a Strip Mall with a party supply store, a hair salon and an H&R block along Route 53 in Weymouth. It would be too easy to pass it by and miss out on this fabulous Thai food. Make sure that you don't! The staff greets you the moment you walk in and the are equally attentive and friendly during the rest of your time in their restaurant. Sweet Lemons serves up the best Thai food by far on the South Shore. It is a great option for both dine in and take out. Some of our favorites are the Pad Thai Zzzzz (spicy Pad Thai) and the chicken puff appetizer. The food is always fresh and they always have new specials and other items popping up on the menu.

I had heard a few people rave about how good Sweet Lemons was and given the shortage of Thai restaurants on the South Shore, I was eager to try it. The restaurant is located on Rte 53, next to Its A Party, in a strip of stores. It is easy to breeze past the restaurant like I did many times. The restaurant is comfy and unassuming, with pieces of Asian art on the walls and koi fish in a tank at the front. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful if you are looking for suggestions. Twice, I ordered take-it and once I ate in. The three times I have been there, I ordered the Yummy salad with chicken salad, the chicken fried rice and one time I tried the steamed veggie dumplings. My father ordered their orange lemon chicken plate and custard for dessert. The Yummy (actual name) salad with chicken is very good: it is a plate of romaine lettuce with basil, mint, pineapple, crushed peanuts, cucumbers and tomatoes with pieces of white chicken on top. The salad was fresh and tasty and it was apparent it wasn't a lazy iceberg salad like you get at many Thai restaurants. The dressing was homemade and light and sweet. The Thai fried rice with chicken had pieces of onion, egg and chicken mixed together and was good. The veggie steamed dumplings I tried only once and did not like. The insides of the dumplings tasted mushy and I could not discern what veggies I was eating. The green rice casing lacked flavor and was rubbery. My Dad liked his orange chicken with stir fried veggies. We both got Thai tea after dinner which was tasty and he got a generous piece of custard which was very flavorful and airy which is not always the case with custard! The waiter cut an extra large slice and brought over two spoons to share which allowed me to sneak a few bites with less grumbling than normal (my Dad would sooner give me his kidney than share his dessert typically!). The only drawbacks are the steamed veggie dumplings weren't good and prices were a little steep and the portions were not what you get at Chinese food restaurants so you typically need to order two dishes and have leftovers or order one and be content to not be truly full. The food is definitely freshly prepared and you won't leave being annoyed, knowing your food was leftover from lunch and simply microwaved as is the case at many Chinese restaurants. The waitstaff is a delight! My first time there, I asked what their signature dishes are and the sweet lady working at the front desk opened the menu and recommended about 5 dishes after asking if I liked seafood or spicy food etc. This place is definitely a nice treat!

The most delicious Thai dish I've tried was from this restaurant.... BUT, it's not a 5-star rating because I had a less-than-fresh piece of fish from here. I have a love-hate relationship with their "hot chili fish." The first time I had it, I thought it was the most amazing dish ever. The fried fish was crispy and not too oily and the sauce was perfectly spiced. However, the second time I ordered the dish, it wasn't so good. I bit into a very fishy-smelling, not-so-flaky piece of fish. It was so bad that I had to spit it out. I haven't ordered from them since the incident, but maybe when I'm in Weymouth again, I'll give it another try. Hopefully, it'll be a 5-star review then.

Excellent Thai food. The crab rangoon is the best I've ever had- they had great little veggies- celery and carrots with the cream cheese on the inside- so good and crispy. I had the chili duck and the spices rocked. It was just right- very tender with lots of flavor. The veggies were all fresh and cooked well. The sauce was spicy and not too rich. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the service was good except- they took a long time to bring our iced coffees- they didn't arrive to our table until after our meals and we were dying for them to come out. Other than that- they were good about filling water and serving the food. My fiance also had duck- but it was with a citrus sauce and he loved it...there was nothing left on his plate by the end of the meal. We were both stuffed so no desserts for us....the food took over.

This place was really sub par. I got the Exotic Salmon, it was listed in their menu as a special. The menu describes it as "Grilled salmon over mixed vegetable stopped with kiwi and mango dressing. Garnished with apple." However my meal was a piece of salmon smaller than the size of my palm. It was really dry. The sauce was a light yellow and there was barely any and tasted like mayo. The veggies consisted of about 4 broccoli florets, one floret of cauliflower, some carrot sticks and a couple pieces of canned pineapple. Definitely not worth the $14.95 I paid for it. When I want Thai food I'll go to Lime Leaf, definitely the better Thai place in the area.

Sweet Lemons is as good as it gets. Although I always get the Pad Thai, my BF loves the Massaman Chicken and Tofu in Green Curry sauce. The waitstaff is great and attentive. Sweet Lemons has become one of our regular stops.

I take out most of the time, but eating in there is also great. Friendly service, most excellent food, I haven't tried much on the menu because I love what I order so much I just keep getting the same things! Steamed Shumai, Pad Thai, Panang Curry, Sweet Chili Fried Rice, Coconut Soup are my favorites.

Without a doubt, the best Thai food I've ever eaten. The first time I went there, we went back the next night because the food was all that we could think of. Definately try the Thai Iced Tea, and for dessert have the Mangoe with Sticky Rice.

(4)Matt D.
Delivery was bad- an hour and 15 minutes. Pad Thai was pretty good. Chicken fried rice was not so good. Tasted like like it was fries with seafood.

Little Thai place tucked in the end of a strip mall. Descent food and staff.
(3)Olga L.
Loved everything from the atmosphere to food and service! Caution note- if you like mild spicy, you should really emphasize mild! - made this mistake in many other thai places before!
(5)Mack O.
Awesome Thai! Reasonably priced.. Had the crispy basil chicken pad Thai and it was amazing
(4)Eleanor L.
(3)Kate J.
Love this place. Their pad Thai is so yummy made fresh to order. The staff is very friendly. Prices are great. This is my go to Thai place!
(5)Cindy L.

(3)Toni M.
The food is amazing!!! I got the yellow curry, it's outstanding!! Fresh veggies, tender chicken and amazing spice!
(5)Jason W.
This was a good place. One thing that you never have to worry about is having a empty water glass. The second you take a sip they are there to refill it. The best thing I ate was the crispy wings. They were hot and fresh out the fryer. The pad Thai was ok. I have had better. It is worth the trip
(4)Rich F.
Three of us ate at this restaurant this week. Food was very good but the service was awful. I recommend this for take out before I would eat here.
(3)Dipak S.
(2)Victoria F.
The interior leaves something to be desired. BUT! I LOVE THE PAD THAI HERE. It is the best!
(5)Rachel E.
To cleanse our palettes in preparation for massive quantities of lobster, we decided to stop for Thai en route to Maine. Decor was basic and the menu pretty standard. I ordered pad thai on recommendation from yelp tips and the fiancé ordered drunken noodles. The drunken noodles were REALLY tasty but the pad thai seemed really wet with a clear sauce - maybe this is just a different style. I did not like it very much. Prices were reasonable and service was very attentive. Overall a solid choice.
(4)Thanh L.
worst pad Thai that i ever ate. The dish came out pretty fast and didn't look right. The noodles were thin and barely had chicken. The dish was overbearing with the taste of the sauce. I couldn't get that nasty taste from my mouth and left still hungry. I'm not impress with the place
(1)Jamie M.
(5)Tina W.
(4)Emi D.
(2)Chris C.
Best Thai on the South Shore!
(4)Shannon S.
(3)Alexandra S.
You know you love me. xoxo. lol!
(3)Ashley M.
(4)Frank N.
(4)Nana C.
The last time we went to Sweet Lemons we were expecting to wait since It is such a small, cozy restaurant, but our group of eight was seated promptly. The appetizers were delicious. Entrees and service were excellent. Try the pad Thai. You won't be disappointed.
(4)Danny N.
Excellent pai Thai. I used to live down the street from here and i was a regular. I am addicted to the pai Thai. Seriously the best
(4)Marc R.
The pineapple fried rice with chicken is a full meal by itself. Got the mango curry cuz that's what people on Yelp said...they were right. It was excellent. Beef skewers were average. All 3 items together cost about $30 but it was food for 2 days...even though I ate it all in one.
(4)Christopher T.
(4)Kate G.
(4)Jim D.
You will like the food and the service here. been eating here for a few years. Today I had Drunken Noodle and it was delish!
(4)J. D.
Excellent food, reasonable prices, consistent quality, A+
(4)S V.
Pad thai.. Great... Crispy pad tai, even better!! Drunken noodles is another favorite dish of mine. And no other thai place can replicate your delicious spring rolls with the to die for sweet n sour sauce.
(5)Michael A.
The fresh chunks of veggies with a semi creamy spicy curry sauce mixed in with chunks of sweet mango... mmmm
(4)Arpitha P.
One of the best thai food restaurents in town. The ambience is cozy and the food is awesome. I always make sure I have the Thai basil fried rice ..it's one of my favourite...food worth the money
(5)Anthony C.
(4)Christa S.
(5)Josh W.

This place has the best Thai food around!!! We go all the time and have never been disappointed! My kids love it too.
(5)Constance M.
absolutely the best restaurant, clean, delicious food, must go.
(5)Marie B.
This is my go to Thai food place. They have good food and they are really nice. Ive been coming here since they first opened. The only dish I dont like here and its disappointing is the Hot Beef with Basil for some reason it just doesnt do it for me but most everything else I enjoy! :-)

(5)Biff S.
(4)Stephanie C.
The food is very good because it is fresh. I have eaten here a few times, and the quality is consistent. It is a bit pricey for small portions.
(3)Kurt M.
No long story here: great food & fair price.
(4)Amanda C.
I work in the Landing and really need to find something other than the two pizza places that are on opposite ends. This place is pretty good. Lunch menu and dinner reasonably priced. Take out is all I ever order. I've never eaten in, and kind of prefer it that way.
(4)Gregory K.
Food is amazingly fresh, recipes are amazing. Staff is friendly and courteous.
(5)Jim V.
Awesome food and fantastic wait staff. My favorite Thai restaurant.
(5)Alli G.

I absolutely love everything about Sweet Lemons. The owners and staff are all very nice. The food is awesome. What more could I ask for! We are regular customers and have never been disappointed,,,,,,,,, Thank you Jean and Bill

(3)J P.
Returned again. Nice experience. I have to say that the service is excellent and very consistant. Great fired sprint rolls. All the stir fry dishes we tried so far has been good.
(4)Anita M.
Thai Iced coffee was good. Tom Yum soup wad AMAZING! A unique must try. Service was so so. But everyone was friendly. Crab Rangons were not anything to write home about. Spicey Pad Thai was very good.
(4)Sean G.
Really great food, my friend and I went here the other day and had the Pad Thai and really enjoyed it! I would recommend the place. Food is on par with Lime Leaf but I give the edge to Lime Leaf.
(4)Jeffrey M.
(5)Mayo B.
(4)Mimi H.
(5)Jen J.
(2)Jim O.
Everything in my previous review stays the same, but we learned [after calling and asking DUH] that they will deliver to parts of weymouth :) Woo Hoo! Delivery sweet lemons changes the game! It's not that hard to drive over and do take-out, but delivery...this is dangerous.
(5)Honus W.
I can be a tough critic. You have to have two things for me, good food and relative cleanliness. This place has both plus very polite staff and great owners. I do take out more than eat-in but this is a hidden gem. The Salmon Curry and Seafood Madness are awesome! Never disappointed!
(4)Katherine T.
Great Thai food. I have only ever ordered over the phone and picked up takeout. The food is reasonably priced, always ready when they say it will be, and is very tasty. I especially like the mango curry. Recommended.
(4)Liz B.
(5)Patrick M.
I really liked this place. The food was good.. the decor was not so bad and the service was spot on. I had a seafood dish that was very tasty and a lemon chicken dish where the chicken was a touch dry. Overall I was very happy with the value and experience and will be heading back.
(4)Melissa A.
(5)Trevor S.
Mediocre thai food....the drunken noodles had minimal flavor and spice...seemed to have a soy sauce base (was very brown)...Tom Yum soup was ok, but nothing special. This place seems very overrated to me. Wild Ginger in Norwell is MUCH BETTER.
(2)Eric R.
Where do I begin? The food is so unique! Full of many different flavors. The service is outstanding and at a low price. If you love Thai or are looking to try Thai for the first time, this is the place to go without breaking the bank. I have tried just about everything on the menu and LOVED it all!! I highly recommend!
(5)Joey T.
Great experience. Extremely Tasty Thai food. You can tell they cook with NO MSG which is awesome. Had a great meal. Had about 5 things from their menu all of which were exceptional and the prices were very fair. The food came out right away and overall enjoyed everything. Definitely will be going back.
(5)Rani G.
(3)Enay V.
what an awesome place - the service was a little slow but they were super nice & the food was worth the wait! The Tom Kha with veggies was THE BEST and the tofu pad thai was great too. Everyone I was eating with really enjoyed their dinner too - The massaman with steak had the best sauce ever. And the desserts were perfect!
(4)Jessica W.
(4)Mike H.
I love this place! Food and service are fantastic! Try the "Extreme" dish. Sweet Lemons is one of those places where they remember you when you come back. I've been here many times and the service and food have always been excellent.
(5)Amanda B.
(2)Anna C.
(5)J. H.
(5)Boston N.
(4)M. T.
(3)Lisa K.
(5)Dennis K.
(2)Kristin Y.
Sweet Lemons is as good as it gets. Although I always get the Pad Thai, my BF loves the Massaman Chicken and Tofu in Green Curry sauce. The waitstaff is great and attentive. Sweet Lemons has become one of our regular stops.
(4)Jill F.
(5)Megan B.
Without a doubt, the best Thai food I've ever eaten. The first time I went there, we went back the next night because the food was all that we could think of. Definately try the Thai Iced Tea, and for dessert have the Mangoe with Sticky Rice.
