Traveling from Boston to Albany, just happened to get off Ma. Pike in Westfield to get some lunch, we found Pancake Sudaes, by accident, and decided to give it a try, it was awesome, friendly, family run, lots to choose from on they menu, I chose the Dirty Burger, WOW it was huge and was very tasty, and definitely not from the Freezer, I could only eat half, and took a doggy bag with me, it was even good cold latter in the day, I will make this a place to stop at every time I driving thru the area.

Met my friends for breakfast this morning looking forward to a great meal. We were the only ones in there. Ordered an egg sandwich. Egg, cheese, ham. Simple order. I was told the ham was out back in the car and they wanted to substitute with sausage. I agreed. We ordered two coffee and we're told by the waitress she didn't know how to make it. Needless to say the coffee was crap. Other items that came to the table were pancakes. No butter and no syrup. We had to go collect that for ourselves at the counter. A small apple juice, about 3 oz glass cost $2.00. Had to order a large to complete with the meal and they charged $3.00 more. That glass was filled with ice so I believe we got another 3 ounces. Definitely not worth it. The breakfast challenge consisted of a 24 inch burrito filled with a bunch of crap and will cost you a hefty $24.99. The pancakes were dense in texture and I m not sure the whip cream was fresh. Get more bang for your buck down the street at Little Georges or IHOP.

Pancakes weren't that great, seemed expensive compared to other breakfast places and certainly not as good

My meal explains why the place is empty. We were disco urged from ordering frittatas as they take over ten minutes in the oven. After settling on omelets mine came out cold rubbery and full of deli corned beef that supposedly hash. Home fries were burnt and tasteless. Toast came in shifts explained by toaster running slow in an empty restaurant. We had to ask for sugar and silverware so we could start our coffee. Way overpriced and defiantly not fresh by any means. Check another place not to revisit.

We were anticipating something awesome but got what might have been the worst breakfast ever. First time here, we should have know when the place was completely empty. This review is completely about the food not the service, the waitress was very nice. It took 17 minutes for our food to come even though the place was empty. The pancakes tasted like Aunt Jemima, and they were cold. Both of our toasts were burnt and cold. I order a omelette with ham and bacon, it was cold and running, why? There was old mushy tomatoes in my omelette, gross and not what I ordered. The home fries were cold and half cooked, they actually crunched and were covered in spices so thick you could scrap it off with the fork. The hash had huge chucks of black potatoe in it, yes black. It was also cold and a very small amount for the price. The orange juice was good. So very disappointed in this place.

Great food and service. Shelly is a riot. Frank is an excellent cuisine artist. Definitely worth eating here.
