Came here on a whim when my boyfriend and I could not decide on someplace to eat - all I knew is that we were both starving! We came in on a Wednesday night and the place was pretty quiet. Got sat right away at a nice big booth. Our server was polite and did her job well although not overly friendly. We started with an appetizer of the buffalo chicken tenders (since they were featured on the menu and looked delicious). What we were not expecting was to only receive 4 very small and skinny chicken tenders when we paid $7.99 for them. The waitress placed them down and left and we just sat there and stared at each other and burst out laughing. By far a HUGE disappointment. We each got the salad bar which was the same as it usually is. I would love to see an upgrade or just a change in the options you have on the salad bar - the same old macaroni salad, pasta salad, and waldorf salad is getting old and unenjoyable. I got the blackened talapia and my boyfriend the buffalo chicken sliders. We both thoroughly enjoyed out entrees. All in all the service was okay and the entrees enjoyable. The salad bar really left something to be desired.

We moved to the 'burbs a few months ago and swore we would not fall into the chain restaurant trap. Well, we got a $10 coupon for Ruby Tuesdays in the mail with promises of new menu items that actually sounded decent. We decided to give it a try. We decided to both get the salad bar and share a couple of apps. Salad bar was ok. Wish there had been more selection. Overall, the items looked fresh, but I steered clear of the mystery meat and the scary looking pasta salad. Also wish they would have labelled the salad dressings. The apps were ok. The crab bites that they were "featuring" were a little scary. Tasted way too fishy for my taste. Not a fan. The quesadilla and southwest egg roll type things were decent, but not amazing. It was great that they sent the coupon as it got us in the door, but we probably won't be going back.

I was surprisingly pleased at a recent dinner here. I had Turkey Burger Sliders; hubby and daughter each had a burger. Very very delicious, cooked to order, excellent service. Based on this one experience, I would return.

I used to go here all the time mainly for the $5 drink specials and the salad bar. It's decent for a chain restaurant, the servers and bartenders are all pretty friendly and the prices are good. I don't know how they are able to stay in business since it was almost always dead when I went in, and they're always giving away free food during certain hours, but I'll take it!

This location is pretty excellent. The service in store is pretty quality and quick, despite being pretty busy most nights. The to-go service is sometimes lacking though, with minor mistakes in the orders and occasional lapses in attentiveness to customers waiting. Still, the chain offers some of the best quality meat, and cooked-to-order hamburgers you can expect from a chain, and without breaking the bank.

We're definitely not going back here again. The service was actually pretty good! But unfortunately the food was so awful that I can't even think of any reason I'd ever return. A couple of examples: Chili Con Queso: the meat-eater and I both love chili con queso. For many years, since long before we met one another, we've been BIG fans of chili con queso. Whenever we order it, it ALL gets eaten. There are no leftovers to take home; there is nothing in the bottom of the bowl -- we don't literally pick up the bowl and lick it clean, but we love it and we always eat all of it. I mean, even at somewhere like Qdoba (which uses artificial color in its chili con queso), I've never failed to finish the queso. As I'm sure you've guessed by now, dear reader, we found the Ruby Tuesday chili con queso to be so awful that we just could not even eat it at all. A first for either of us, and not a pleasant one. Given that I've already admitted I'll even eat fast food queso, I'll leave it to your imagination to think of how a queso could taste so bad that I would not be able to choke it down. Oh yeah, and we were SUPER hungry. We had not eaten all day, and it was like six o'clock at night, and the queso was our appetizer, so it was the first thing that hit the table. Believe me, if it had been at all edible, we'd have eaten it, all of it, quickly and with delight. It was astonishingly bad. Salad Bar: it was pathetic. I mean, really pathetic. The mushrooms looked so gross that I didn't even take any of them, and same with a couple other items, and as for the lettuce--it was a real chore picking through it to find a few pieces that looked sort of fresh amidst the brownish ones (most of the lettuce). I can't remember what he got for an entree, but I remember I got the ravioli and it was not very good. I would say, go somewhere else. Harry's is pretty close and has much better quality food.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The most disgusting meal I have ever eaten! Both steaks were badly over cooked and the cheese on not so loaded potato was not even melted and cold!

Every thing we ordered...the kitchen seemed to be out of! The waiter was nice and efficient which is the only good thing about this place. The salad bar looks disgusting...And we went there for that. Didn't even risk it...it was a total nasty mess. No thank you! The food was okay...I mean...it was edible. When you walk....your shoes stick to the carpet and floor.... Filthy nasty place! We will NEVER go back!

Not so great, not awful either. Decent place to go and have a drink or a salty dish. The last two times we were there we had to send our food back because it was cold. The burgers are not that great, the salad bar reaks. Who still has a salad bar these days? The food is average at best, so if you need a quick cheap greasy fix and a drink it might just pass with the skin of is neck, but there are better options out there. I would have probably gave it a 2.5 if I could.
