I give this location a 4 because the customer service is great, it's clean and, there are a better variety of pastry's In comparison to Dunkin. The donuts, pastry's and sandwiches are better but, the coffee have a long way to go. Maybe if espresso was offered and a dark flavored roast coffee, it would be competitive to Dunkin. Still a excellent spot, worth the extra dollar if you're ordering beyond a coffee.

This place is the definition of hit-or-miss. Short version: it's not bad, but you're better off at another chain down the road. The staff is often super friendly, which is refreshing for a chain coffee shop, particularly at a drive-through. However, I've had occasions where my order was made incorrectly, or worse, the milk in my coffee was rotten -- tasted sour, with chunks forming on top. Still, I keep coming back because the location is so convenient on my way to work. The drive-through moves quickly, and prices fall somewhere around Dunkin Donuts'. The breakfast sandwiches and bagels aren't as fresh as competing chains, but the donuts seem decent enough. I also like the availability of alternative breakfast items, like a healthy real-fruit granola parfait.

Sometimes when you are just SO hungry, you're willing to eat somewhat-stale donuts. Today was that day.

I was staying at the DoubleTree up the road and stopped by here in the morning on the way to work. I went inside, instead of using the drive thru, which was a mistake. The service was slow and the staff was more focused on the drive thru customers. I doubt I'll be back.

The only place outside of a Tim Hortons that has a decent yeast donut in New England. It's a no frills low traffic location. The food is consistent, but preparation is dependent in who us behind the counter at this location.

Honey Dew gets 5 stars at any location, but this location gets a 10. Never have I had such fluffy, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth delicious donuts even at the other locations. I was still talking about them hours later. The chocolate was rich and even smelled like chocolate. The blueberry donut was like a blueberry muffin mixed with ambrosia. If Honey Dew ever opened up in New Jersey, I would become poor and fat while keeping them in business. So... where did you other reviewers eat, exactly? Gross donuts? Why, because they taste like something other than sugar? Heaven forbid. Granted, I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't evaluate that.

This honey dew is ok. I normally show up here after going to the doctor's office. I have experienced a range from great to poor service here. The last few times it has been poor which has prompted me to maybe not return. The food use to be good, I am not sure if the semi new staff isn't trained properly, on how make the food or if they don't care enough to properly make it. The food use to be tasty and worth the money. However, the last time I went there the food tasted like it had more fillers then food, very bland. Also, the service use to be really good, now it is sub-par. In the past the girl behind the counter was always friendly and got your order right. If she thought she missed something she would ask you, "Did I forget anything?" Now it is a crew of new people and you are lucky if any of them crack a smile until you put something in the tip jar. If you do tip the cashier's smile looks like a loathing sneer, not at all friendly. My next to last time I was there, I was about to put change from my wallet into the tip jar when me and my unfinished order were pushed aside. I ended up having to ask for the rest of my order and then the cashier was like "Oh I didn't charge you for that." Since they don't give you an itemized receipt just a receipt with a total on it, there is no way to dispute what you ordered. The most recent visit, I attempted to order, again the cashier almost got my order wrong but at least this time I was prepared for it and caught the "mis-communication". I don't know what type of training they get a this location but geez would it kill some of them to act like they care about their jobs? I know there are several Honey Dew franchises where the quality of the food and the service are excellent, so it can't be a company wide problem. So my recommendation skip this Honey Dew.

I can't really judge coffee since I'm not an avid drinker, however, I can't imagine that anyone would really enjoy the beverage I purchased here. Also, the donuts are gross. Service was friendly though!
